Wedding Dress & MOB Dress
I had an incredible experience getting my dress and veil from Zola Keller! My mom got her mother of the bride dress there, too! Susie was amazing and made the experience so wonderful for us! Throughout the whole process, she was kind, helpful, and understanding. She helped us find the perfect dress(es) and helped with our fitting/alterations too! All of the staff was kind, caring, and accommodating! I'm so happy we found Zola Keller! -

Dream dress
Wow what can I say, my dress was everything a bride could dream of. Peta was very helpful in helping find the perfect dress. If you are looking for a dream wedding then this is the place to go, you will never be disappointed. Gorgeous Selection
I originally bought a dress with a different vendor and wasn't in love with it. I traveled over an hour to Zola Keller and was in love over and over again. I found the dress that I was meant to remember forever! Staff was awesome. Very helpful and nice. Prices were great as well. -

Zola Keller is the best bridal boutique around. After shopping all over Coral Gables and Fort Lauderdale for a gown, I went into Zola Keller and quickly found "the one." Zola suggested certain alterations and improvements to the gown so it would better fit my hourglass shape, and the alterations came out better than I could have ever visualized. I was able to leave with a customized couture-style wedding gown for within my budget and had an all-around fantastic dress buying experience. Zola and her team are experts in what they do and they will make sure you look perfect on your big day. THANK YOU ZOLA! -

My wedding dress was perfection. Peta is an amazing consultant who makes every bride feel special. Being an out-of-town bride, the store was wonderfully accommodating in helping me to have all of my alterations done just 10 days before my wedding. I highly recommend Zola Keller! -

I worked with Zola at Zola Keller. She has an eye for styling and is a wonderful woman to work with. Zola saw me in the store trying on one of the gowns (with another associate) and she could tell that I didn't love it. She stepped right in and took over my account and she pulled a dress that I never would have tried on my own - it ended up being the one! She helped me slightly redesign the dress to fit the look I was going for and it turned out beautifully. Because I was doing a destination wedding, Zola worked with me to do my fitting at the last minute - even pushing back a trip she had planned by a few hours to attend my fitting. Her seamstresses are out of this world amazing and they fixed my alterations on my dress (much more than just shortening) without missing a beat. You could not even tell that the dress had been worked on. My mom and I were so pleased that my mom actually had a dress made at Zola's. We both received endless compliments at my wedding and we couldn't have been happier working with Zola. For my next formal event, I plan to return to Zola Keller! -

Zola Keller is THE place to get your wedding dress! I went to four other boutiques before I came here because I thought that since it was on Las Olas it was going to be too expensive for my budget. Luckily something happened to an appointment at another boutique that morning and I was able to see Zola Keller as a backup. I am so glad that I did. Peta was the best!!! She listened to what I wanted and put in me in a few dresses that hit the exact marks that I was looking for. Zola Keller offers the best service and best of all, Peta was able to find dresses in my budget! I highly recommend trying Zola Keller! -

I bought a Martina Liana wedding dress from Zola Keller a few months ago. I happened to walk in without an appointment on a busy Sunday during a trunk show event, yet I was still greeted nicely by Zola and her staff. They helped me try on a few dresses and by the 2nd or 3rd dress I was in love, I had found “The Dress”. Although it was the perfect dress, I wanted the sweetheart dress to be modified and altered. I imagined the dress with a keyhole on the back and with shoulder cap sleeves. Yet, this proved to be difficult since the dress was a sweetheart and it didn’t have enough fabric to create the extra pieces for the shoulders and back. Well, thanks to Zola’s creativity and to her amazing seamstresses, Kathy and Dianne, my dress came out exactly how I imagined! Absolutely gorgeous! They did everything possible to make me happy. Their dedication and professionalism is astounding. I love the way Zola, Kathy, and Dianne assessed the dress throughout the modification process. In the middle of the altering process of the dress, they asked me to come to the shop and try on the dress. They wanted to make sure the added keyhole and shoulder caps where coming out flawlessly and, of course, to ensure that the dress fitted perfectly. In addition, they did this all within a very tight deadline. Zola, Kathy, and Dianne came through and succeeded in turning a beautiful dress into a dream gown!
My overall experience at Zola Keller’s shop was wonderful. They were kind and helpful from the very beginning, which calmed and lowered my stress as a bride. They truly take good care of their customers by helping you find the dress of your dreams.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with the entire team at Zola Keller.
After much searching at bridal shops all over Palm Beach and Broward counties, we found Zola Keller. From the moment my friends, mom, grandmother and I walked into the shop we were taken care of. We were shown upstairs to a cozy seating area and we were introduced to Peta.
Peta was (by far!) the best consultant I encountered during my 2 months of dress shopping. Not only is Peta extremely knowledgeable about wedding dresses, styles, alterations, etc, more importantly she listens to her clients and she watches their body language. She knows when you like or dislike a dress, almost before you've fully made up your mind! I tried on 1 dress at the shop, told her a few things I liked and didn't like about it and the second dress she brought me was the one I ended up getting!
The alterations process was very smooth. Zola herself was extremely attentive during my fittings and spent much time with me and the seamstress to make sure that my dress would be perfect. During the second fitting, they immediately addressed concerns I was having about the bust and they worked quickly to fix it. Also, Zola spent time with me working on the bustle and making sure it was perfect.
I found the pricing to be very fair, and my dress came in quickly after it was ordered. Peta was also a big help in planning my accessories. She helped me pick out the right style earrings and hairpiece to match my dress and I ended up getting my veil from them.
All in all, I had an excellent experience with the whole team at Zola Keller and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a wedding dress! -

I had a wonderful experience choosing dresses for my daughter's wedding and rehearsal dinner. Zola was attentive to my taste and immediately narrowed down the choices to four or five dresses I loved. It was actually difficult to choose just two because her selections were excellent. Zola made the shopping experience fun and worthwhile. I went to ft. Lauderdale to find my dress because i was in search of a specific allure ballgown. I actually went to victorias bridal couture and they were so rude so i left. I happened to walk by Zola's and said "let's give it a shot". The minute we walked in i felt so welcomed. I was helped by Peta and i could not be any happier!!!!! Peta is incredible! She only picked 3 dresses and knew exactly what was perfect for me. I fell in love with a fit and flare by essence of australia!!!! EVERYONE IN SOUTH FLORIDA SHOULD PURCHASE THEIR GOWN AT ZOLA KELLER!!! TRUST ME YOU WON'T BE LET DOWN!!! not only has Peta provided me with my dress and accessories but shes become like family. Every time I've gone for a fitting she knows exactly who i am and we pick up in conversation right where we left off!! I love Zola Keller and Peta!!! I could not be happier -

I initially chose Zola Keller because they were one of a few boutiques in my area that carried CasaBlanca wedding dresses. All of the bridal gowns are upstairs, and there is usually only one bride at a time, which is nice. Peta (yes like the bread, as she will tell you) is the one who takes care of all of your fittings and you see her everytime you come. She was more than helpful and always available! She gives her honest opinion when you need help deciding between dresses or accessories, etc. Overall, I felt like the experience was much more personal than other stores where three-four brides are trying dresses on at a time. My dress was altered perfectly to fit ME, and I love my CasaBlanca dress, and Zola Keller for all of their services. If you are looking for a beautiful dress with a personalized experience, this is your place!

Gorgeous bridal gowns and mother of the bride dresses. I went there for a trunk show in January and was given excellent service by their consultant, Peta. I found my dress and veil at that show and it was shipped in a timely manner. Granted, my wedding was in August and I had plenty of time to spare, but there were women there that were getting married in March and April (I am not a procrastinator) and Zola was calm, cool and collected about helping these women feel relaxed and find their dresses as well. I went for a preview fitting in May and my first initial fitting in July. The seamstresses are excellent and very skilled. My dress only needed two fittings and I was good to go. My mother's dress was purchased there as well, beautiful. My dress was gorgeous and I received numerous compliments. I was very pleased. -

Wonderful experience! The dress was absolutely beautiful, and people still rave about it. I felt gorgeous and completely comfortable. It was everything that I envisioned, and Zola and the rest of her staff made certain that the dress fit perfectly and was exactly what I wanted. Though this was a boutique shop, the staff was down to earth and not at all snobby. They made my mother, mother-in-law, and me feel comfortable shopping there. Though I spent a lot on the gown and veil, I still feel that it was worth every penny and got exactly what I had wanted. They also have very reasonably priced gowns there if you choose not to go couture. -

I found my dress in November 2012 for my August 2013 California wedding. I had gone to several bridal salons in California and Florida, showing the representatives magazine tears of dresses or parts of dressed I liked and didn’t like. They all presented me with dresses that fit the bill. They were all pretty but not The Dress. And then I found Peta. My cousin and I met Peta as soon as we walked into Zola Keller for our appointment. We immediately liked her. She brought me dresses that (again) fit the bill, but (again) they weren’t The Dress. Peta then asked if I would try on a dress that she thought might look nice on me. I’m glad she did. When I put that dress on, I started tearing up in the dressing room! And when I walked out, I felt like a bride. Could this be my dress? Peta then said she had another dress that might be good for me. When I put this dress on, I started crying – this was The Dress. Unfortunately, at just under $4,000, it was above my price range. We negotiated a discount and a family member contributed a bit and I bought the dress!
I booked a week in Florida in April for my fitting. We did the fitting when I arrived and then I went back at the end of the week after the alterations were done. This is when the drama began – they had cut too much off of the dress! I was outwardly calm but inwardly horrified. We worked together to come up with a solution and they had one day to make it right. Fortunately, they did. Zola came in to make sure that everything was perfect. As I had been living overseas, they shipped the dress to California for me. My wedding was amazing and my dress was stunning. Thank you, Peta and Zola!
Note about the ratings - The service was great until we had a hiccup with the alterations, however, they were very responsive and found a solution. This was not a good value but this was my once-in-a-lifetime wedding dress so I wasn't looking for a good value. I cut corners on other parts of the wedding. :-) -

I went to various commercial dress shops and found the intimacy and one on one attention at Zola Keller to be just what I needed. At the most there were no more than 2 brides in the shop at one time so I was really able to take my time looking and trying on dresses without feeling rushed. They had gorgeous options at very reasonable prices as well as extremely high-end designer dresses. They were really flexible with me on the day I needed my dress and made sure it was clean and pressed before I came to pick it up. -

My initial appointment and the day I purchased the dress were perfect. I worked with Zola, the owner.
For the first fitting, they initially couldn't find the dress and on my final fitting, the hem was not complete after 2 months of waiting. The sales women in the store are not careful about the words they use to customers. I was actually offended by some of the comments that were made to one customer that directly impacted me and my dress.
The sales women were not professional and Zola sometimes made me feel uncomfortable because of the way she was yelling at her staff.
I would recommend only if you are dealing with Zola. -

My experience was horrible. As a woman of color, I felt I was treated poorly. Initially, when I first came in, the staff was nice—at least until I decided to buy my wedding dresses from them. After that, when I returned to pick up my dress, the atmosphere changed completely. The staff was cold and very rude. When I arrived, one staff member asked me what she could help me with. After I informed her that I was there to pick up my dress, a man escorted me upstairs. He then told me that the dress waiting for me was too expensive to be mine and walked away, claiming he couldn't find it. I later pointed out that it was my dress with my name on it. His response was dismissive; he commented, "Oh, they really took care of it for you." They even left the door open, so I could take the dress without any further interaction. Please, as a woman of color, I advise you to stay away from this place. They are not supportive of you. I hope you understand that by treating others poorly, you are only building karmic debt for yourself, and the universe will ultimately return the same treatment to you.

Horrible completely disgusting
Absolutely terrible I purchased a $1400 gown for new years my mother in law died 2 days later I called in and told them I can't purchase the gown anymore the gown was still in there store I never walked out with it they told me they will refund my card after arguing the point with me I just now noticed they never refunded my card and I don't even have the dress what a rip off completely terrible I'm on the phone with my bank right now doing a charge back.. -

Horrible Experience
Please DO NOT shop here! 10 months after “saying yes to the dress” and literally days before my wedding, Zola has my dress completely wrong and basically tells me I can take it or leave it. Wrong color, wrong style, and unfinished! When I asked what she was going to do she replied “I can give you your money back and you can have NO dress”! Take my advice! Horrible service! -

Worst Customer Service
I would have expected a higher level of customer service and more attention to detail at Zolla Keller’s.
I had purchased my gown a few months prior to my wedding and was assured that I could leave the gown at the store and return closer to my wedding date for alterations. I completed the online portal for an appointment to get the alterations a few months later. I never received a phone call or email response. I then called to schedule the appointment on a Friday. On my way to the appointment, I called three times to provide my ETA and explained that would be 12-15 minutes late due the traffic. The woman answering the phone said not to worry. I arrived approximately 13 minutes past the appointment time and the woman promptly said I was late and would have to return as the seamstress left. I was dumbfounded. Why would the sales associates not have the courtesy to say this when I had given them notice. I would have much rather been told when I called that because I was going to arrive late due to traffic conditions it would be best to reschedule.
When I arrived the following day for my appointment, I was told that no one could find my dress and then was asked several questions as to when I purchased it, etc. - I couldn’t believe it. Why did the sales associates not have the dress ready especially since this was the second time I had made an appointment? I proceeded to wait for 30 minutes while the team scrambled to “find” my dress.
When I finally got my dress, the seamstress came to review what needed to be done for the bustle. I asked if I could leave the dress on for a few minutes as I was waiting for a friend to arrive. The team proceeded to take my belongings out of the dressing room to a much smaller room as someone else stopped by to try something on. The second floor was extremely hot and no one even offered myself or aunt even a glass of water when they clearly could see we were uncomfortable.
The owner Zola rudely reminded me three times that I had to pay for the alterations prior to leaving, but conveniently left out the price. I still haven’t been able to decipher that comment has the dress had already been paid for in full the day I purchased it. I told her I understood and I would pay for the alterations prior to leaving. At that point, I had already decided to purchase my veil and accessories at Boca Bridal whose sales associates are much more friendly. Especially since when I asked about the veils they provided two to look at it and quickly said great are you ready to purchase it?
When I paid for the dress alterations Zolla asked about where I was getting married and the look of surprise that crossed her face when I mentioned the St. Regis in Bal Harbour was priceless. It was clear that she had judged me and never could have imagined that my wedding reception would be at a five star establishment. She then proceeded to tell me that she “used” to have a location in Bal Harbour but it has since closed. I thought to myself no wonder why! You have no customer service skills, terrible taste, your store is filthy and dress rooms are filthy, and have no air in the fitting areas. Perhaps because I purchased one of the more inexpensive dresses? As a self-proclaimed bridal expert Zolla should recognize that some brides purchase a dress based on what they like and not on price.
I then scheduled my appointment for my final fitting. The next day I received a call saying that the date and time that the team had been provided was incorrect! Perhaps if Zolla had paid a bit more of attention while scheduling she wouldn’t have made the mistake.
When I returned to pick up the dress and try it on to ensure that the bustle was done properly my soon to be mother-in-law asked to see two veils on me. The sales associate promptly put it on and again assumed that I was purchasing it. When I proceeded to go downstairs to pick up the dress after it had been steamed she told me the veil was in the bag – when I explained that I wasn’t purchasing the veil she promptly took it out abruptly hung the dress in the bag up against a display rack said “here you go” and went to her office. There was not thank you for stopping by, no apology for the continued mix-ups and lack of service, no I hope you have a wonderful wedding. Nothing. Immediately drove to Boca Bridal to purchase a beautiful veil for my wedding day.
Future brides beware – do not go to the this bridal store assuming because it’s on Las Olas that the service is world class. You will be disappointed!

Zola, you should be ashamed of yourself... after many years as a customers for weddings and other, Zola ripped us off. She charged $1000 to alter a dress for my daughters wedding, the dress was the proper size. It did need a lot of tooling removed as it was too full and a hem. Can you imagine $1000 which was for 40 hours of seemstress work for a dress that was not remade or resized. It all started at a fitting for my daughters wedding dress. When Zola found out my wife had bought her dress elsewhere and called my wife a "Benedict Arnold and a liar" the price jumped. I wil try to upload a picture from the designers website and another from my daughters wedding for all to see as pictures do not lie. Zola claims we remade a new dress or other nonsense as nothing is further than the trust. -

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. THEY OVER PROMISE AND UNDER DELIVER.
Purchased a wedding dress from them. Due to time constraints they recommended that I take the floor sample. The floor sample had a few stains and pulls. Pita promised that the dress would look like new and that the stains and pulls would be fixed.
The stains and pulls were never fixed. When I went to pick up the dress I was told that 'its a sample what do you expect'. That's not what they said when I purchased it. They told me whatever I wanted to hear to get my money and once they had it they failed to follow up on anything.
So next comes the day of my wedding. Pita and Zola promised to add a bustle to the dress so I didn't have to hold my train the entire time. THEY NEVER ADDED IT. We called them the day of the wedding and they said they would send someone over immediately to put a bustle on the dress. They took down my address and phone number and NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP.
Pita seems nice and says that she really cares about her clients and her job - THATS COMPLETE BS. Don't believe it. OVER PROMISING AND UNDER DELIVERING.
So in all of my wedding pictures I had to hold the train to my dress. It looks like I am holding a wet blanket in all of the pictures.
Why would they tell me that they were sending someone to put a bustle on and never show up? Doesn't make sense.
I will be contacting my credit card company and disputing the charge. I will also be taking them to court if this is not resolved. I will post on EVERY social media site my displeasure with this business.
OH AND DID I MENTION THE DRESS WAS $3600!!!!!
