Go for it! We decided to book Zim Zoom Photobooth for our wedding after having a photobooth experience at another wedding. It was such a fun addition to our wedding and gave our guests another activity to occupy themselves. It also was the perfect wedding favor – everyone went home with a photo strip of fun pictures!
Zim Zoom worked with us to create the design for our photo strip, was flexible when we wanted to use an existing mural in our venue as our backdrop, and provided fun props for people to use in the photos. They were responsive, the attendant helped make sure we got copies of all the photos (in a fun guest booked signed by our friends and family!), and after our wedding we also received a digital gallery of all of the photos.
10/10 would recommend for your next event!

Best Photo Booth in town!!
We had the absolute best experience with Zim Zoom Photo Booth at our wedding! From start to finish, everything was seamless, professional, and so much fun for both us and our guests. The photo booth was such a huge hit throughout the night, and everyone loved taking pictures and creating memories together.
The quality of the photos was amazing, and the setup fit perfectly with our wedding atmosphere. Most importantly, the attendant was absolutely incredible — so kind, energetic, helpful, and engaging with all of our guests. They made the experience even more enjoyable and kept everything running smoothly all night long.
My husband and I are so grateful for the memories Zim Zoom helped create on our special day. We will cherish these photos forever! We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fun, professional, and unforgettable addition to their wedding or event.

Amazing experience!

50th anniversary celebration
Zim zoom Photo Booth was amazing. We had such a great experience with them at my parents surprise 50th wedding anniversary party. Guest were lined up at the booth all night .it was so nice to be able to get it digitally or printed right then and there. Also we had my parents names and anniversary date the was on the printouts. The props provided were so much fun and added to the whole experience. It was auch a hit. Brytnee was such a huge help and was so patient with our changing needs. She was able to change the location of the booth at the venue due to rain. She was so great to work with. Would highly recommend Zim zoom and will use them again.

If you’re thinking about it DO IT! So fun!
We had a great experience with our photo booth. The whole process was extremely easy and communication was great. Skyler, the company’s provided assistant, was also wonderful with guests and very professional.
Every one of my guests really loved having the Photo Booth there. Getting a copy of everyone’s photos at the end of the night was perfect! During our wedding, we were everywhere but in being able to see those strips at the end of the night, we felt like we were there with them!

A wedding must
Truly one of the highlights of our wedding reception So easy to work with and gives guests a fun wedding activity and souvenier to remember the night. The photos and prints turn out AMAZING, like serious professional quality. We decided to go with the 4x6 glam black and white prints and they turned out INCREDIBLE. Every single guest could not stop talking about how much they love them and loved getting to take them home. You also get a digital copy AND physical copies of all of the prints. I cannot wait to make a photo album of them for the wedding. It is so much fun looking through them to see how much fun all of our guests were having!! It is a wedding MUST- if you're not sure if it's worth it, I promise it is and you won't regret it!

We highly recommend ZimZoom if you’re debating on having a photobooth at your event. We loved working with ZimZoom because they have great communication leading up to our wedding and the attendant was so fun and helpful during our reception- even our guests loved ZimZoom. Must Do for Wedding!
I loved having ZimZoom at my wedding! I was originally on the fence about a photobooth, but I'm so glad I went ahead with it. It was a huge hit with our guests and I loved having an extra copy of all the pictures at the end to put into an album. I also had my guests use a copy of their pictures to sign my photobook, which came out lovely. Highly recommend!

We did the 4x6 glam Photo Booth and wow. Our guests were in there the whole night. They loved the photos and it was so worth every penny! When we were leaving, they handed us every photo from the night. It was so much fun looking at all the photos the next morning while we wait for our pictures from our photographer! We also got digital copies of all photos in less than 24 hours!!

Zimzoom was such a great choice for our daughter's wedding! The photo booth was a fun activity for guests throughout the reception, and the fact that guests had unlimited use of it made it even better. The physical photo strips made a great favor and memento of the celebration for guests to take home. The Zimzoom attendant was friendly and helpful, and directed our guests to add one of their photo strips to a guest book we provided and write a message to go with it... so the Zimzoom booth had multiple purposes. Highly recommend!

Great photo booth!
We had a great experience with ZimZoom at our wedding! Kylie, the attendant, was very energetic and enthusiastic, and the props were super fun. There was excellent communication throughout and lots of options for backgrounds, props, and templates. We were also given hard copies of all the photos, as well as a full digital archive. All of our guests really enjoyed themselves and we thought it was an excellent addition to the day.

The best photo booth!
I used ZimZoom for my wedding and it was such a great experience! John was our attendant and he was so kind and helpful! Our guests LOVED taking photos and receiving the print outs! I loved how much everyone enjoyed themselves and that I got to design what the print outs looked like! This was my third time using ZimZoom (previously used at two non-profit galas) and every time it has been above expectations! All of the attendants we have had are AMAZING!! We will continue using them for every event and cannot thank the ZimZoom team enough!

ZimZoom PhotoBooth was great to work with! They were very helpful prior to our wedding, figuring out the best package for us to purchase and answering all of our questions. I was on the fence about having a PhotoBooth at the wedding, but I’m so glad we decided to! The guests all loved it, and our PhotoBooth attendant made the experience so fun! Excellent, Professional, and a Blast
We got the Pro package almost of a whim and it was the best decision ever. A huge hit with the guests that left them with a nice favor and some hilarious photos! From the beginning, they were super responsive, helpful, and already had a pretty clear set-up for potential clients to follow. We chose our background and design and finalized the proof with a designer about a month or so before the wedding. We had an attendant on-site that was super helpful and friendly. All around: an absolute fantastic experience - it was a pure pleasure to work with ZimZoom!

The team at ZimZoom was great to work with. They designed a great template for the photos, ran the booth well during the wedding and even directed our guests to leave photos in our guestbook. High Quality & Great Service Photo Booth Rental
We got married 8/21/2021 at The Barn of Chapel Hill and ZimZoom was a HUGE hit at our wedding! We almost didn’t book a photo booth and originally just planned to get two polaroid cameras and a bunch of film to put out for our photo guestbook. However, when I found ZimZoom and saw that we could get high quality photos with unlimited prints and access to a digital album at an affordable price, we made a last minute decision to use them instead. We’re SO happy that this ended up being the case because our guests had so much fun taking photos throughout the night, and it was so exciting to get the digital album back immediately following while we waited for our professional photos. I love that ZimZoom’s “booth” is sleek and didn’t distract from the decor of our reception space, and that we were able to use a custom template and our own backdrop (since we had planned for a greenery wall). I believe our guests used it more than they would have the polaroid cameras too, since it was so easy to use. Our ZimZoom host, Alex, was extremely friendly and quick when it came to queuing up groups of people (selecting the appropriate number of prints on their behalf) and reloading paper. Overall it was a great experience and we’d highly recommend ZimZoom Photo Booth!!

SO fun - an absolute pleasure to have at the wedding!
We had so much fun with ZimZoom on our wedding day. Every single guest enjoyed the photo booth and it was a particular hit with the littles we had at the wedding (bridal attendants and flower girls!). We loved that we as the bride and groom got to take home photo souvenirs from each picture taken in the booth! We were so lucky to book with them - they were always responsive, easy to work with, and truly so much fun!

Exceptional service!
The entire team at Zim Zoom is amazing and professional! We loved working with them leading up to the big day. From logistics to design, they were on it! Our guests had a great time using the photo booth. We were honestly shocked at how amazing the photos turned out. Our venue was pretty dark, but the images are super clear! The team was also super fast when it came to sharing the gallery with us which was fun because we could immediately see how much fun everyone had.

Great Addition to a Wedding!
Guests had a great time using the photobooth! Meredith was incredibly responsive during the entire planning process and Nathan, our graphic designer and attendant the day-of, was so nice and fun throughout the evening! I loved that my husband and I had some input when it came to our backdrop, photo layout and design, and even some of the props that were included.

Awesome Wedding Experience!
10/10 would recommend ZimZoom! My husband and I booked ZimZoom back in 2019 in preparation for our fall 2020 wedding. When the COVID-19 pandemic arrived ZimZoom was more than understanding with date changes and everything that ensued with planning a wedding during this time. Meredith was quickly responsive with any questions we had, and our booth attendant Stephanie was wonderful- she adjusted the camera to fit the height of our guests for each picture! The photobooth was definitely a HIGHLIGHT of our June 2021 wedding! 💕 📸 💒

Our guests loved this!
We hired Zim Zoom for our wedding and I am glad we did! Our guests enjoyed using the photo booth during the reception and continue to talk about how much fun they had! At the end of the evening, they gave us some of the prints from the night and made photo keychains for my husband and I to keep! Also, they have an online gallery and my husband and I have enjoyed looking through the pictures after we got back from our honeymoon.

I highly recommend ZimZoom! We booked them for our October 2019 wedding and they were absolutely wonderful. The entire booking process was professional, easy, and efficient. I was really impressed with their communication - it always felt easy and quick. There was a lot of ways to personalize the experience - the type of photo strip, the format, the colors and design (that they design for you based on information you give but can request changes!), the background (I LOVED our sequence for no extra charge!), etc. There were a lot of add ins (special backgrounds, props, etc) that other companies charge extra for, but is included in my package. I made some changes close to the wedding and they were extremely flexible. Their communication was so great that they even noticed I had a wrong time on the timeline I sent to vendors so they emailed me to confirm - what good attention to detail! The night of our wedding, guests were loving the photobooth. The attendant was knowledgeable and we had no technical issues at all. I loved that we got an online gallery of all the photos after, and I loved that ZimZoom made sure every person it the photo walked out with a copy (instead of some booths that do 2 copies only). They were kind, professional, efficient, and great quality for a good deal. Plus, their marketing team is so fun and I loved being featured on social media after - it was a nice touch to make me feel special. I highly recommend ZimZoom for your event - they're great quality!

Absolutely Amazing!
We had such a great time working with ZimZoom. This vendor was very professional and had such an array of backgrounds, props and themes to choose from. Our guests, and we included, had a phenomenal time in the photobooth and the pictures produced were great quality. The photos were able to be printed right then and there to be given to our guests. Also, the groom and I were given copies of all of the pictures taken in the booth that night so that we could reminisce and see how much fun our guests were having. Guests Had A Blast
I can't rave enough about the work this group did for our wedding on December 6th at Summerfield Farms! From the initial contact, to setting up idle and start times that worked best with our timeline, to putting together a perfect layout for the photos this company did amazing! My husband and I want to do the weekend all over again just to get even more Photo Booth photos! There are never enough! Makayla did an amazing job with the setup and having the line move smoothly so everyone could get a chance at the camera! We highly recommend these people to any and everyone!

ZimZoom was so amazing! Out guests had a blast using the photo booth at the wedding, the pictures are wonderful high quality, and the staff person on site was incredibly helpful and professional. Best photo booth for wedding
We loved everything about ZimZoom. From the start, their communication and contracting process was simple and straightforward. Once we got close to our date, a designer reached out to us to show us the proof for the strip we helped create. He was receptive to our feedback and even let us use his floral graphic which we were able to replicate on a bar sign! The photos came out beautifully once the sun went down—any photos are apt to be light or overexposed with extra sun, but this was only appreciated in a few of our photos! We are so glad this team was present for our day... and handled all our crazy family and friends!

Great time during our wedding
Adding a photo booth was a last minute decision and I am SOOO thankful that I did! We had the photo booth open during the cocktail hour and reception and let me tell you it was SUCH a hit with not only my younger friends, but our family and older friends had a blast. Nathan the attendant was such a hit! He made the booth such a fun time for the guests. I was so thankful that he had reminded me to go to the booth to take a picture. Also, I was so incredible happy that he had saved an extra print out of each picture for me! Great surprise to see the morning after my wedding.

So much fun!
We hired ZimZoom as a relatively last minute addition to our wedding, and we’re so glad we did! The photo booth was a total hit. There are so many options for backdrops, and we liked that we could customize what info (eg names, wedding date, etc) appeared on our pics along with the actual photo layout. Everyone—even our actual wedding photographers!—had a blast playing with the fun props provided and were so happy to have the high quality prints to take home. We loved that we as the married couple also got copies of prints ourselves. It was so great looking through all our guests’ funny pics after the wedding was done! Having digital copies available was a nice touch as well. The attendant was friendly and helpful, too.

Biggest Hit of the Night
Having ZimZoom for our Photo Booth was the best decision we could've ever made. Nick was awesome on the wedding day, and the teamwork leading up to it was amazing and responsive. Not only did we get a discount for booking early, but also, we selected a backdrop, created our logo, and worked with a group of people who are flexible. We received a gallery where you can download every single photo taken that night for free. Also, it's unlike a traditional booth. It's a backdrop with props, clear instructions, a worker running the camera, and the clearest pictures you will ever see. The quality is amazing. Each person in the picture gets a copy of the strip, and the worker copies one extra into a pile for the bride an groom. I could go on forever about this company, but words can't even describe how awesome this was. If you're thinking about a photo booth company for your event... choose them, hands down! We had a blast with it!

ZimZoom gave me a discount for booking so early so I ended up paying less than I thought we would but I would have paid more - they were incredibly quick to respond, easy to work with, and very professional. They already knew our venue and required virtually nothing from us to get the set up done. We got printed copies of all the pictures taken AND all the digital copies so we share with our friends and family. The props were great and everyone loved it. Several people asked me for their contact info so they could have one at their wedding next year and I absolutely think you should hire them. Could not have been better for us

Reception must have!
We used zimzoom for our wedding on 12/8 (Nathan was our attendant) and our guests could not have had more fun with it. People got print outs as well as the digital images. Plus, the open booth concept meant all of our groups of friends could get in one picture.

ZimZoom photo booth was so easy to work with in creating the design of your own custom photo print layout and backdrop. I love that it is an open photo booth concept making it easy for big group shots, and they have fun props. It is easy to fit the booth layout into whatever reception venue you're at. Everyone at my reception had so much fun with the photo booth. The best part is you get print outs, as well as text GIFs of the photos. And the bride and groom get a copy of everyone's prints and emailed a gallery of all shots taken so you can relive the night, and its a great keepsake! Must have for a fun reception!

The photo booth was on of my favorite parts of our wedding! The printed photos are included immediately and also available digitally. They offer multiple formats and the photos are great quality! Absolutely everyone in the photos looks good- I really don't know how they did it! Nathan was our photographer and he was the perfect mix or professional and fun! This MADE my wedding! Everyone (even the grandmas) were using this thing! My husband and I had so much fun looking at all the pictures the day after the wedding, and everyone LOVED it!! I first saw ZimZoom at my friend's wedding and then used them for our wedding. They are the best value in photo booths and you get really high quality photos. Every person in the photo gets a printout, and they print an extra one for you to keep! ZimZoom brought a bunch of fun props and had no problem with me bringing a few of my own for our wedding. You get to choose a traditional 2x6 strip or a 4x6 postcard printout and they don't charge extra for the bigger 4x6! They have a ton of great backdrop options. Not long before our wedding, they actually got a few more backdrops and checked in with me to make sure I saw the new options. From the very beginning, Meredith was extremely responsive, detailed, and addressed all my questions. All communications, the contract, and payment were done online, so it was super easy. They have many options for your printout layout and design and can basically do whatever you want. We were able to add our wedding logo my friend designed to our printouts. I probably asked them to do 10 revisions and they accommodated every tiny little modification I requested until I was completely happy with our design. Beck was the attendant at our wedding and he was so much fun! We provided our own scrapbook and materials for our guests to include the extra printout and write notes for us, which Beck directed our guests to. Our guests constantly told us how much they loved the photo booth and there was always a line because everybody kept going back. Guests of all ages really enjoyed it. They have open photo booths, which I prefer, and one group was able to fit 11 people! Three days after our wedding, Meredith sent us a link to our private photo gallery with all photos, which you can download for free. This included all group photos, as well as each individual picture taken, which is so convenient! I highly recommend ZimZoom. They produce high quality, vibrant photos, all guests receive printouts, and you and your guests will have a blast!

ZimZoom Photo Booth was the BEST! My fiance and I went to a wedding that used ZimZom and we knew we had to have it at our wedding! We loved that it was bigger than a traditional photo booth. We had several groups of guests that had 8-10 guests, easily! We also loved the customization. We got to choose our photo booth background, printout format (2x2, 1x2, etc.) and even got to design our own printout background! Meredith was so easy to work with throughout the booking and printout designing. The photo booth attendant at the wedding was very nice and helped our guests as they came through the booth. ZimZoom printed multiple copies so that each guest could have one and an extra copy of all of them for us! We loved looking through the pictures the next morning. Our guests had a blast and now we have these memories to cherish for many years to come!

We used Zimzoom at our son's wedding reception 6/20/2016 and we're thrilled with their services! Meredith was quick to respond to questions and was so professional. The bride and groom loved being able to customize the way the photos would look. During the reception, the guests had a great time with the fun props and loved getting the photos by email. I recently hired Zimzoom for our daughter's Sweet 16 party and it was the BEST move I could have made! The backdrop they created for her party was perfect and the girls had a blast using all of the fun props. I'm so glad I went with Zimzoom because all of the girls were able to do group pictures which they wouldn't have been able to do if it had been an enclosed booth. It was such a hit with all the girls and they have posted tons of photos all over social media! Brittany was a pleasure to work with and the girls just loved her (they were hugging her by the end of the night and saying how cool she was) so you are officially in the "Sweet 16" club! That is a testament to how friendly and easy to work with you are, and I will definitely recommend Zimzoom to my friends. Meredith was also easy to work with and promptly responded to all of emails. It was such a fun night and the pictures will be lasting memories for our daughter and that's what is most important to me. Thanks again for being professional, but yet so down to earth and easy going...that is what resonated with me and with these teenage girls!

I work at a synagogue, and we booked Zimzoom for a Hanukkah Party for our entire congregation, and the photo booth was a huge hit! It doesn't take up much space but everyone notices it, and everyone--adults and children--LOVED the photos. Meredith went out of her way to help fit it to our theme by making Hanukkah-themed props and a Hanukkah "logo" design on the printed photos. Meredith was a wonderful and patient photo booth attendant, and she quickly sent me the file with all our photos after the event. We will definitely be using Zimzoom again. Would be perfect for a wedding or any celebration. A+!

So happy with Zimzoom as our photo booth for the wedding!! I loved all their unique backdrops and props to choose from - definitely the most modern and unique photo booth in the area. Also an incredible value and the photos were really crisp and amazing quality. The GIF feature is a unique addition and my guests had a lot of fun with that as well! I would absolutely recommend having Zimzoom as your photobooth for your event!

We hired Zimzoom Photo Booth for our adoption party for our two daughters. We invited a wide range of folks, and from the kids to the 60+ set, every age loved the photo booth. So many people commented that it was a highlight of the event. The pictures turned out great, and people had tons of fun with them. We found the Zimzoom staff to be extremely professional, patient, kind, and an overall pleasure to have at the event. Zimzoom turned our special day into a spectacular party enjoyed by all.

Meredith was incredibly helpful and flexible as I contacted her days before our event! I didn't have to look anywhere else for this service. Everyone had so much fun with the photo booth and was so impressed with the technology they use. What an amazing way to remember such special events! Thank you for all you did to make it special!

Zimzoom made the party so much fun...our friends and family are still talking about it! The pictures are great to look at after the party, and to remember what a great evening we had celebrating together.

Zimzoom was a great highlight of our rustic barn wedding in Chapel Hill. Meredith was a great communicator and was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Brittney, our booth attendant, was awesome! She was incredibly friendly, cheerful and welcoming to all of our guests. Everyone raved about the photo booth and we are so happy with our decision to have Zimzoom with us. Zimzoom had a good variety of backdrops and templates. An area for improvement would be the variety, creativity and quantity of props. We would not hesitate at all to contact Zimzoom again for our next big event! Great work everyone!

The photobooth we used for our wedding was great! I love that it was an open air photobooth. The props, booth attendant, and photos were all amazing! It is so nice that you get an online and print version of all the photos taken throughout the night. Meredith was so awesome to work with through the whole process as well- she was very flexible whenever I made chnanes about the design, layout, timeframe, EVERYTHING. If you are going to use a photobooth at your wedding I would definitely recommend ZimZoom!

So much fun
I was on the fence about having a photo booth, wondering if it was a frivolous expense. My fiance ended up talking me into it, and I am so happy he did. It was so much fun to have at the reception and our guests absolutely loved it. It really took our wedding from average fun to a blast! Also, the lighting of their photobooth was incredible. Every person looked flawless in every picture, I do not know what they do but it works! My husband and I had so much fun looking through all the guests photos the next day too, letting us relive the evening.

Fun, Fun, Fun! That's what we saw when we got the Photo Booth pictures back from Zim Zoom. We used them for our daughter's bat mitzvah reception. All ages had a blast with this activity. A little pricey but their fees are the going rate and we know they deliver quality service! We Highly recommend this vendor.

The photos were great, guests were very impressed, and best of all we had a lot of fun. We chose this company over others because of the modern looking design and we didn't want a traditional 'closed in' type of photo booth. They worked with us so the photo layout matched the theme of our wedding and even sent us a cool video of all the photos for free.

I was very impressed w the overall service. They made suggestions I never considered and implemented them at no extra cost. Their suggestion added to the event and made it better. I used ZimZoom because they had been recommended to me. I will use them, again, because they exceeded my expectations.

Loved the photobooth pictures and design!
We learned about ZimZoom at a bridal expo and I'm glad we decided to book them for our event! The printed pictures were a great souvenir, and I loved that we and the guests had access to all the photos online. After booking, I filled out an extensive design survey about how I wanted the photo strips to look, and the designer then sent a proof for me to view and edit, so I was very happy and felt like I got exactly the look I wanted. My one complaint was that we planned to have the photobooth outside only to be told about an hour before the ceremony that they could not do that. Thankfully my coordinator was able to quickly figure out a place to set it up indoors without a problem. The attendant at our wedding was very friendly and engaging with guests, and our guests had a great time with the pictures!

And thanks for your feedback - we take your disappointment in us having to relocate indoors very seriously. I see that we had arranged for an indoor setup location in case of rain but didn't explicitly mention heat. Unfortunately, it was over 90 degrees outside when we arrived for setup and since exposure that type of heat can damage our pro photo equipment, computer & printer - we were forced to relocate. Temperature & weather restrictions are stated in our contract but I can understand how that was overlooked.
Since then, we've added extra protocol in which we communicate weather restrictions more clearly, so that this is less likely to occur in the future. Again, thank you so much for the valuable feedback!

We booked Zimzoom based on a recommendation from another unit on campus and we are SO GLAD that we did! We had a very short turnaround time for a weekday, early morning event. Meredith was very helpful to work with on the front end to make sure we got everything we needed (and nothing we didn’t need). The Zimzoom website made it easy to choose our backdrop, the layout of our photo strips and confirm our details. Nathan, our photographer, was friendly and did a great job working with our diverse group. The pictures came out great, and we are grateful to have gotten them immediately after the event so we could use them for other events in the same week. This was a great experience for us and we will definitely work with Zimzoom again!

We love the interactive set up and quality of prints of the photos. They used great lighting and the photos printed quickly. We were however very disappointed that the vendor was calling the bride minutes before the ceremony instead of working with our wedding coordinator.

Although we never received a complaint about this directly, after some research we were able to determine which Wedding this reviewer is referring to. In this instance, we were hired directly by the bride and although we requested on-site contact info - none was provided. So we only had her phone number. We were not hired by the wedding coordinator, nor were we given their contact information.
On the day of the event, the location had changed and we had no choice other than to use the contact info we had been provided with in order to know where to set up. This is why we always request onsite contact info - the last thing we want to do is bother the bride on her special day.
