Outstanding service!!

I was referred to this company by the venue that I chose for my daughter's wedding. The service that I received from start to finish, through this very stressful time, was nothing short of outstanding! Roxy listened to my unorganized ideas and really took them to the next level. Every suggestion she made turned out to be the best decision and I had many guests message me to let me know how impressed they were. From the very classy decor, the flowers, the sparklers, the dry ice for the first dance, everything was perfectly timed and just so elegant.
Jackie was so wonderful to work with, very professional and caring and made this process so easy. She dropped everything to help us figure out how to put the bustle up on my daughter's dress. Couldn't do any of it without her.
DJ Saul, absolute best ever! He had everyone on the floor, young and old, and I received endless compliments about him.
Jose Cerna was the most patient videographer I've ever met. My husband and I and the wedding party really enjoyed working with him. Kind and caring but also very professional.
The service we received was not just professional but on a personal level I felt as if they really cared about me and my guests. I can't say enough about Roxy, Jackie, Saul and Jose and would absolutely recommend them without hesitation.

Best of the best!

If you’re looking for the best-of-the-best, Zeta Event Productions is it! We had the pleasure of working with Zeta for our wedding. The process was a breeze. They made everything so easy. Roxy sat with us for hours, helping us put together the event of our dreams, going through every option which made us feel confident in our decisions. Jackie was our month-of-coordinator. She made me, as a bride, comfortable and relaxed every step of the way. Our day ran on schedule, seamlessly. Any issue that came up she took care of it quickly and efficiently. She always had a plan or a fix. She’s also not scared to get up close and personal. We are so lucky to have had Victoria as our photographer. She is truly an artist. She will walk you through every step, pose, smile, etc. Let her know what you want captured and she will take your vision to a whole new level. Jose was our videographer. He and Victoria worked in tandem to be present for every moment. The best part, Jose went above and beyond his duties to make sure my husband and I were hydrating, smiling, and staying calm and relaxed. Saul was our DJ. He worked closely with Jackie throughout the event to hit every cue. He kept our family and friends on the dance floor until the end of the night. Every member of the team makes you feel truly special and like family. The Zeta team is worth every penny! You won’t regret it! We can’t wait to work with them again.

The best planners ( they were amazing)

Roxy and Jackie were outstanding from beginning to end. When my fiancé and I initially visited, they were quite helpful in assisting us in selecting a location - (we had already picked other sites but were dissatisfied with them once we arrived and almost gave up). Roxy stepped in and made a few calls, and we ended up with the ideal location, not to mention cake suppliers, florists, and a professional photographer (Victoria). This was a one-stop shop for us because they do it all. Thank you so much for an unforgettable time.

So worth it!

I would highly recommend Zeta Event Productions to anyone. They had made my wedding planning so much easier by having everything you need offered, like photo, flowers, dj, etc. They were super accommodating and responsive to my questions anytime they came up. Roxy and Jackie were super helpful and made sure to always aim to make my dream wedding and vision come true. Roxy did a wonderful job with this goal in mind on my wedding day even with all the chaos and unpredictable events that were thrown her way. She still made my dream wedding come to life. I am happy that I chose Zeta for my wedding, and highly recommend them!

Use Zeta for your event!

We worked with Zeta for our wedding 10/23/21 and they were instrumental in making sure the day was a success! We hired multiple services and they all worked well together. DJ Saul knew how to keep the dance floor packed! Victoria, our photographer, was great at giving direction and is a very talented photographer. Jose, the videographer made sure to capture our most important moments and was so easy to work with. Jackie, our day of coordinator was an MVP! She was so detail oriented and took care of us so well (making sure we kept to our time line and making sure we ate!). The entire Zeta team would respond quickly to our emails and answered all our questions. We highly recommend using this team for your wedding! 10/10

Zeta event

Roxy was amazing in helping plan our wedding. She took care of everything especially since I was in japan and could do very little planning from here. We had a few zoom meetings and talked about my vision for the wedding. Everything came out beautifully especially the centerpiece for the reception tables. It was absolutely beautiful. She was very helping not only during planning but on the actual wedding day as well. Everything went smoothly because she was right there to push and make sure everything is in schedule. Victoria our photographer was awesome as well! She didn’t miss a moment and captured everything and taught us our good side and angles. She made sure to make us laugh and capture the best emotions in the room. She is amazing at what she does. I would definitely recommend to work with them.

Zeta Event Productions was AWESOME

The entire team at Zeta was an absolute pleasure to work with. They successfully helped us pull off our dream wedding just like we envisioned it. We had full confidence in Jackie as our planner, and she did an amazing job with all of the covid-related changes we had to unexpectedly plan for. Saul did a great job as the emcee and DJ, our guests were dancing all night long and had a blast. Definitely would recommend working with them, and will do so again for all future events!

My wedding wouldn’t have happened without them

From the photographer, to the videographer to the wedding planner I honestly don’t know how else to say this in simpler terms but if you want your wedding to go as smoothly and as how you’ve always dreamt of then go no further! My wedding was postponed twice due to Covid and zeta was super responsive and made my new date everything I had hoped for and more they didn’t even let me become a bridezilla! They had it covered I didn’t have to worry about a think I’m sooooo beyond grateful to have had them for our wedding day it was just absolutely perfect

Most Amazing Team!

Zeta and their team are spectacular! Talia was our officiant and did such an amazing ceremony. It was heartfelt and just perfect! Jackie was our coordinator and made me feel so comfortable. Really as a bride I had zero stress! Jackie was a ROCKSTAR and made our dream wedding come true! Roxy was there to fix my veil and coordinate as well and I had no concerns through the whole process! Saul was our DJ and kept the party going. We had so much fun. It was magical and we can't wait to recommend them and use them when we renew our vows one day! Really such an amazing team! I can't say enough about how they just made it happen! So much love for them!

Awesome DJ, Saul is the best!

Working with Saul and the folks at Zeta was awesome. Roxy brought new ideas and perspectives to the table, they are very organized and professional which is appreciated and Saul , the MC and DJ was a blast! He set the tone for our small and intimate wedding but also got the party jumping!

Wedding 12/20/2019

Our wedding was a dream come true! The best decision we made throughout the wedding planning process was to hire Zeta Event Productions! Thank you Jackie and Roxy for putting together our vision and doing such a wonderful job executing our vision so beautifully and professionally! My advice to all future brides is HIRE A DAY OF WEDDING PLANNER; Jackie and Roxy gave me so much peace of mind and I wouldn't have it any other way!

We also hired our photo booth and hora loca entertainment and they were such a hit! So many people used the photo booth and I love how you have the option to receive all of the pictures digitally via link to share with family and friends! Our Hora Loca was awesome! Our dancers had the LED attire and everyone has not stopped raving about how much fun they had!

The attention to detail Jackie and Roxy paid to our event was amazing. We used their DJ, flowers, photo booth, fog, lights, donut wall, hora loca & month of coordination and everything Went off without a hitch. Best team ever!

ROXY IS THE BEST!!! The Zeta Production Team made our Wedding Experience SO EASY from day one. My Husband and I both work full time jobs and to be honest, coordinating a wedding out of town is not easy. But we were blessed to have Roxy as our Wedding Planner/Coordinator/Everything else you could imagine. Communication is key and this is something the Zeta productions is just amazing at. From day one we knew what we wanted and Roxy a long with Vitoria jumped right in to the creative world and started brain storming about how to make our dream wedding come true within our budget. We wanted to have Amazing pictures and actually have the time to Dance and Enjoy our wedding (Not Always the Case due to the timing) but trust me, they pulled there strings and made it happen. I will recommend Zeta Productions with my eyes closed. The professionalism of the ENTIRE TEAM will make you feel comfortable, confident, peace and over all provide a quality service to accommodate all your needs. Best Entertainment team!

Our wedding day could not have been any more magical thanks to the whole Zeta team. There is someone from Zeta behind EVERY single special moment from our day. As a bride I had nothing to worry about because Jackie was on top of everything. She rectified any issue that came up (probably more that I wasn’t even made aware of, because they didn’t want any stress our on our shoulders). They went way above their duties as our day of coordinator, videographer, dj, photobooth, and entertainment with La Hora Loca. We’re so grateful for how special our day was thanks to this incredible team.

Best Value Event Company

We used Zeta for decor, DJ, videography and month-of planning, and we can't stop raving about this company. We worked with Jackie who was super responsive to our emails and phone calls, which was very important to me since I was planning the wedding from Chicago. Jackie and the rest of the Zeta team really know their stuff. I basically told her what my vision was through emails and pictures, and like a fairy godmother, she just made it happen. The end result was even more beautiful than I could have imagined. The price we paid was also extremely reasonable for all of the services we received, and I don't think we could have pulled off my vision on a budget without them.

So Worth It

I had the pleasure of working with Jackie from Zeta Event Productions and it was truly the best decision that I made during the planning process. It didn't occur to me that a wedding is not a regular party but a full scale event and Jackie coordinated everything so perfectly that even my husband, who is in operations management, was impressed. The wedding flowed smoothly, all the transitions were perfect and Jackie had my back and made sure every decoration was set up and broken down and packed away by the end of the night. Because of her, my mom and bridesmaids were able to completely enjoy the party and do their jobs of keeping the dancefloor lit (which she subtly reminded them of at the rehearsal). My sisters-in-law were all in awe of the lack of chaos and my calmness in the days leading up to the wedding, and I attribute that all to being confident that Jackie was handling all of the details. My wedding was incredibly romantic and beautiful and the best part was that my husband and I were able to take complete pleasure in it and soak up every second without a worry, because it really does go by in the blink of an eye, thanks to Jackie.

Easy and Fun experience

From the beginning i loved working with Zeta Productions. They replied my request online and we emailed back and forth until we set up the package that I wanted for a great price! Signing and paying for the deposit was also easy. We met with Jackie and Saul to go over the wedding timeline and music. Again, easy piecy. Our guests loved DJ Saul, they loved la hora loca (crazy hour) and they danced all night long. This is exactly what we wanted! We wanted our guests to have FUN!

Dream Wedding

My husband and I got married July 20,2018 in Key Largo. It was a destination wedding for us so when Zeta Entertainment was recommended to us by our wedding coordinator I gave Roxy a call and immediately felt at ease. She and her whole entire team will put 100% in your event. She was always available via phone or email and she always knew how to help with any type of “crisis” I was having. The attention to detail that she gave my wedding was as if it were her own wedding. I would recommend Zeta Entertainment to anyone!

If we had to do it all over again zeta entertainment would still be our choice when hiring proffessionals to plan our wedding. From the wedding planner to the DJ and the photographers the zeta entire team exeeded our expectations. We wanted to hire an experience wedding planner and while working with Roxy thats exatcly what we got. Her ability to vision our goal and taylor our needs helped us greatly in making our event everything we hoped for. The team of photographers guided by the super star celebrity artist Victoria Machin were able to capture our wedding moments in video and photography that will forever enchant us. DJ Saul was exeptional at our event with incredible class and professionalism that complimented our wedding a higher notch. Jose and Jacky Cerna deserve as much credit in helping our event being a success they both add to the zeta team valuable expertise.

I cannot express enough how blessed and thankful we feel for having the Zeta team on our most special day! This was the best and easiest decision I made! I recommend every bride who doesn’t want to deal with the hassle of finding a florist, rentals, dj, photography/video, and even other bonuses like hora loca or photo booth etc this company is all in one, THEY ARE WHAT YOU WANT! I got everything for the wedding with them. Plus the staff is so amazing they want this day to be as stress free as possible and they make it happen. Especially if you get Roxy the best wedding planner ever! Aside from everyone after the wedding giving me praises on how beautiful and well organized everything was, she made me look so good for selecting them. Just a little example. So the day before the wedding the best man, and a groomsman could not go to the wedding Roxy and I were able to figure something out so we avoided any stress during the wedding day. The whole bridal party and our families didn’t have to worry about anything because the team took care of everything. Oh but the best part was on my on our wedding day, my now husband’s suit jacket ripped! Right on the back! What did Roxy do? She sewed it on the spot and crisis averted! Neither I nor my husband had any stress! We enjoyed ourselves so much best money spent! Don’t hesitate check their work out and you be disappointed!

This vendor was recommended to me by the manager of our wedding venue, and I could not possibly be happier with them. Saul and Roxy are pros, and the client website they provide makes sure that they know exactly what you want without letting you forget anything. My wedding setup was a little complicated because we were using 3 different locations within one large venue for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, respectively. So, they basically had to set up for 3 different parties. Saul came out to the site twice before the wedding and he gave me some really great advice about outdoor lighting placement, speaker distribution, and dance floor placement. He was an excellent emcee, and kept the whole thing running smoothly. The music was awesome, and I didn't have to worry about a thing. Oh, and THE PHOTOBOOTH!!! That was the BEST money I have ever spent. They brought really good props, and the attendant had a copy of all the pictures glued into an album where everyone could write a note to us. We also got a digital copy of all the pictures....which were hilarious. If you are looking for the absolute best people to run your event and do it exactly the way you want it, then Zeta is a no-brainer. We are so happy about this choice.

We hired Zeta and soon after submitting the contract we started planning with Saul. He was able to incorporate some obscure requests into the evening's set, working them into dinner, but made sure to rock the party with everyone's favorites during the dance portion. His MC work was a great contribution too!

We hired Zeta entertainment for their Dj services, uplights and photographer. All I can say is WOW what a team!! I had very little to worry about the day of my wedding! Any changes made with announcements were simply accommodated by Saul. He played great music, he really understood the crowd and played based on their energy!
Our photographer Victoria was INCREDIBLE! We were working with very little time for pictures so she did whatever it took to get the perfect shots! I know it wasn't easy but she made it happen which was very impressive. I am so excited to get our pictures back!

Saul is AMAZING! HE is very experienced and will make you feel very comfortable! He knows exactly what to do when to do it! I would recommend them to anyone for ANY event. Zeta Entertainment is that good and Saul is highly recommended by us. We got married in MArch 2016 and he really added the final touch to our wedding night. We had a mixed crowd and a language barrier and he accommodated both aspects...
You will not be disappointed and they are reasonable and easy to work with. Very laid back and PROFESSIONAL.
He walks you through everything step by step and was just so helpful. Thank you Saul and Zeta!!!!!

The Zeta Entertainment team is very professional and proactive and a pleasure to work with. They were accommodating and maintained excellent communication throughout which assured us that we were in good hands and all the details were being taken care of. DJ Saul was awesome. He is intuitive and able to read the room. He kept everyone dancing non stop despite the different age groups (11years old to high 70s). The photographer is very creative and went beyond our expectations working non stop to capture every moment. We are so happy with our decision and recommend them without hesitancy.

Zeta Entertainment team was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. They are always available and responsive and the BEST to work with! Saul was such an amazing MC and DJ, he read the crowd and played songs I didn't even think to add on the list that my family and friends loved! Roxy was such an amazing planner she really did everything to keep us on time and make sure we still enjoyed ourselves and didn't worry about a thing the night of our wedding! Everything was so beautiful! The up-lights the monogram, the photobooth with the copies that get sent to us in an album! The fog for the first dance was UNREAL! I am so grateful to have had them put our night together. Thank you so much for everything!

Our DJ provided excellent quality service for our wedding. We had an outside wedding and inside reception. The equipment was set up/taken down efficiently. The music was everything we wanted. He was very professional, and accommodated various requests. The music was not extremely loud (as I have experienced at other weddings) but very well balanced and timed. He made a great difference in our wedding and we are very grateful for this. Highly recommend Zeta Entertainment for any event you are planning.

The entire staff from Zeta was a pleasure to deal with, especially our DJ Saul. He, along with Roxy helped us from the very first day of our planning process. Saul had the crowd dancing the whole night long and our wedding exceeded our expectations. We also had the photobooth, which everyone really enjoyed, especially the kids. Overall, everyone was awesome to work with and went above and beyond to really make my dream come true. I'll definitely be hiring them again in the future for any parties I have.

Everyone on the Zeta team was great! They helped make our destination wedding easier and met with, called us, and emailed us all the way through. We cannot express how great Saul, Roxy, and the Zeta Entertainment team are! From the beginning they were very helpful in the planning process. We live out of town and they made it very easy to communicate and were very professional. Saul helped us create the timeline for the evening as well as pick the music we wanted. We pretty much left it up to him since he is the professional and we are glad we did because he did such a great job!! After discussing our options of having a Hora Loca and the Photobooth we decided to do both, and thankfully we did! Our guests are still talking about how amazing our DJ was and the pictures from the photobooth are hilarious and remind us of how great the night was. Saul and his lovely wife Roxy were amazing from our first phone call to our wedding day. We had met with so many other DJs whose behavior was extremely unprofessional. 2 weeks before our wedding we did not yet have a DJ and were lucky enough to call, talk to Roxy on the phone and booked a meeting that same day. They had a very nice office and walked us through the lights and different equipment available. Saul was actually available for our wedding which was a great treat considering his expertise and very busy schedule. He was wonderful, he was very responsive, called when he said he would, played many of the songs we wanted (there would not have been enough time to play all 160+ songs we gave him!), he made many great suggestions and kept us on track with all the planning around the music and he was even very familiar with the Jewish songs we wanted for our wedding. At the end of the night, all our guests talked about how great our DJ and the music was. I would highly recommend Zeta entertainment and especially Saul for weddings and parties. They were a pleasure and the best wedding vendor we worked with. Thanks a million for everything Zeta!!

Saul and his team/family are amazing! anything and everything we threw their way was handled with such professionalism. They went above and beyond in every aspect! We contracted them to handle the music - both for the ceremony and the reception - all the up lighting, a go-bo (which they designed) but the crowd favorite was the photo booth! To this day people are still raving about how much fun they had in the photo booth and the photo book from those pictures is something we will treasure forever. We can't thank them enough for all they did. I would recommend Zeta without any hesitation, by far the best value for your money anywhere in south Florida.

Zeta entertainment did a great job with the photobooth. Our wedding guests LOVED it and kept going back for more. The photobooth attendants also did a great job encouraging everyone to use the props. All the photos came out fabulous!!!!

Let me begin by saying that Alex and I appreciate all the work you and your team did for us. We could have not found a better-suited team than yours. When I met with Roxy at Zeta we clicked right away. She really understood what I envisioned for the wedding and made everything happen. Roxy & Saul and their team are incredible!! Just wanted to take the time and say thank you, you guys are great. My husband and I had such a great time. We dance the whole night long with our family and friends. Thank you Saul for making our wedding reception great.

We also used Zeta Entertainment to capture our wedding in video, this is something that we did not want at first, but we are so happy that we decided to get it. Jose the videographer was great to work with, but the best surprise was when we actually receive the video. WOW! He edited the whole day into a ten minute mini movie. I love the way he captured my parent’s emotions when we were saying our vowels. This was priceless.

I highly recommend Zeta Entertainment services. I used their DJ/MC services plus the lighting for the ballroom. When I first found them, we set up a meeting to discuss packages and how I envisioned my wedding day. That same day I knew they were the ones I would use for entertainment of my special day. I had Zeta Entertainment as my planner, DJ, and lighting for my wedding and I'm so happy with the way everything turned out. My planners Roxy and Jackie were on top of EVERYTHING! If you are skeptical about a planner don't be! They took care of everything and pay attention to detail and I did save money at the end. They were great with accommodating my family from New York. I really would recommend them to anyone who does not have time to plan or doesn't know where to begin for their wedding planning. My reception was beautiful the DJ was on point the whole entire night. Jeremy and I did not get off the dance floor. Saul was professional and followed by all out wishes. Jackie was great to work with and they are very professional and the best prices! She even came to my house since I could not go over there. Service was great and they were on time. My husband and I used Zeta Entertainment for their DJing, uplighting, and monogram projection services. They were absolutely amazing and would recommend their services to anyone with our eyes closed! The music in our wedding was everything we wanted and more. Saul really knew how to keep the party going and he kept everyone on the dance floor. My husband and I danced the entire night and had a blast! My guests kept asking me where I had found my DJ, because the music was great. We will be using him in future parties without a doubt. Saul was very professional with us and extremely helpful. I was very indecisive about what wedding music I wanted to choose and he offered many suggestions and also shared his website with me. I found his website very helpful and he made the whole process easy and fun. We both wanted something special for our entrance song and we gave Saul our idea and he made it happen! It was original and unique and everyone loved it, especially us! Every time we talk about our wedding to anyone, the conversation always leads to talking about how much fun we had dancing and that the music was awesome. I thank Saul for making it such a great party and for being as passionate as he is with music and making sure people are having a good time. The uplighting he used, completely changed the way my venue looked. It added such an elegant and beautiful touch to the room and it came out fantastic in all our wedding pictures. Our monogram projection looked beautiful in the center of the dance floor, just the way we wanted it. We got everything we wanted and exactly how we wanted it. I was very impressed with Saul from Zeta Entertainment! From the beginning, Saul took the time to get as much information about my wedding to make it what I wanted. His reponsiveness and attention to detail was fabulous. My reception was rather small but he kept the music playing to the mood of the room, which was very professioinal. When he didn't have a song, he went out of his way to find it for us. Which is what he did to find a song that my husband wanted to surprise me with. Saul and him were in cohoots (there's a word I don't use a lot! lol) to give me the most dearest surprise: a lovely song my now husband, Mike, picked out himself. Thank you Saul so much, I will have memories now that will last a lifetime.

I recommend Zeta Entertainment, especially for destination brides, like myself.

I wish all DJ's were as professional as the DJ's from Zeta Entertainment, all I have to do was to give them, a date, a place and a little bit of background on the crowd that was attending and they took care of having everybody on the dance floor until the last song. Their lights set up totally changed the ambiance of the room and they also offer wedding planning services and Photography. It truly was a one stop shopping experience which make my day easier and I actually got to enjoy my wedding without a need to worry about anything.

Destination wedding are extremely difficult to choose the correct vendors. We went from vendor to vendor (studio ???)and finally we found Zeta Entertainment. From the first phone call to the following up calls before, day of event and even after the event had ended. They made us feel comfortable and extremely satisfied with their services. Any concerns I and my Family had for picking Zeta entertainment quickly were extinguished after our initial appointment.. They explained all the options that I had choices for that would again fit within my means. Every step was explained to me and any questions I had was answered honestly and professionally. They even guided me into a different direction when I needed guidance. We hired Zeta to provide four hours of DJ services at our reception, a personalized projected dance floor monogram, and four wireless uplights. Roxy was easy to communicate with while choosing all of the services that we wanted, and the online contract and payments were very convenient. We first met the DJ manager, Saul, about six months before our wedding, and we knew at that point that we wanted him to be our DJ. He is very kind and personable, and he did a fabulous job with all of the announcements and music choices at our wedding. I spent a lot of time putting together our timeline and playlist, and he followed my directions really well and played all the music that we wanted. He played some songs that weren't on the playlist as well, and they fit in with our style so well that I almost didn't realize I hadn't picked them. All of our guests loved the music and everyone wanted to dance all night. So happy that we chose Zeta!

DJ— When we booked Zeta Entertainment, we were able to meet with Saul at their office. He knew the right questions to help me understand the timing of our wedding, that everything would be perfect. He wasn’t familiar with our venue, so he even made the trip from Miami to Fort Lauderdale to meet with us there. Our DJ Darryl got everyone on the dance floor, and even the non dancers joined the conga line! He created the right mood for our celebration… everyone said it was the best wedding they had attended, what a compliment.

Photography - Jennifer photographed everything and everyone at the wedding! Our day was captured perfectly, from the hotel getting ready photos, to the reveal, to the ceremony to the celebration… she even took special, portrait photos of couples, they are wonderful!

We just received our photos which were edited by Victoria. The edits were so gorgeous and the photos that Jennifer took were amazing.

Zeta Entertainment was a joy to work with. We had the pleasure of having Saul as our main contact. He was responsive, asked great questions, and was just generally really helpful! Unfortunately, something came up and he wasn't able to be our DJ, but the replacement he sent was great!

We just received our wedding video, and one of the things Jacob and I noticed the most was the incredible job you and you team did on the up lighting. We are glad that we diffidently went along with the up lighting as you suggested; one more thing thank you for staying in tune with the crowd your Dj experience diffidently showed.

Overall, they're a wonderful team. There was a few bumps but at the end, it was great. Roxana is the main go-to lady for everything. She was a sweetheart and easy to work with. the only downside was that she was not always easy to get a hold of. I had a few occasions where I would email them and not get a response for weeks. She did mention very often that they are busy and that's why they have been backed up with responses....... for the most part though, I did get a hold of them the first time around.

As for the DJ, I had DJ Sam. Prior to the wedding, he was SO easy to talk to and so quick to respond. it made me feel so at ease. he made the music requests easy and smooth. I gave him a list of Persian AND American music prior to the event. On the night of the wedding, I noticed for the first couple hours, there was almost all Persian music. There was no American music until about 10:15ish at night, which was when the videographer was leaving!!!!! I asked for a mix throughout the night and I didn't get that. Now i'm having to send the videographer American music because there wasn't any played while he was filming. Also, there was a bit of miscommunication with a few things that night:

1. During dinner time, he didn't call the table numbers to go up for the buffet. He stated where the buffet was and then people just started getting up to go eat because the table #s weren't called.
2. He forgot to mention the bouquet and garter toss. I had to remember that on the night of the wedding after vid/photographers left.
3. The music for the belly dancer was wayyyyy too high. It was so loud you couldn't appreciate the music. he adjusted it later thankfully.

even though a lot went wrong, we had a wonderful time and they still have a great team. I just think the DJ needs a little bit of training. The monogram was beautiful and everyone enjoyed their night, which was most important. Thank you Zeta. :-)
