Zephyr Lodge was a truly magical place to have our wedding! The stunning location made our day even more beautiful, and having our wedding party stay the weekend there added to the special experience. The staff was accommodating to our needs and made us feel welcomed.

Throughout the planning process, Zephyr Lodge was responsive and attentive. They helped us with every detail and ensured that everything was in place for our big day. We felt supported and taken care of, which allowed us to better enjoy the celebration.

While there were a few minor hiccups on the day of the wedding, such as rain 🙂 , the team at Zephyr Lodge handled everything professionally and quickly resolved any issues that arose. This demonstrated their experience and dedication to making sure everything ran smoothly.

The venue itself was breathtaking, offering picturesque views that created a romantic atmosphere for our ceremony and reception. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the beauty of the place and how it added to the overall experience.

Thank you, Zephyr lodge for making the best day of my life absolutely perfect. I will cherish my wedding weekend for the rest of my life. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous. Family and friends enjoyed hiking to the nearby waterfall and others enjoyed the nearby golf course. Anyone who attended reached out and wanted to know how I found such a gem. We had our daughter’s wedding at Zephyr Lodge this past October. Everything was just perfect!! Both Korey and Jillian were so easy to work with and were extremely helpful throughout the wedding! I highly recommend this beautiful venue!

This was everything we could’ve asked for in a venue for our fall wedding and worked perfectly for an outdoor ceremony with the indoor reception. One of the great things was having the ability to have out of town guests stay on site. They were very responsive and we are glad that we chose this location.

I was very pleased with how our wedding weekend turned out. We had the whole place to ourselves for 3 nights and had basically zero problems. Lots of freedom, lots of property, lots of fun, especially with the romantic dock on the water. Very rustic and natural setting in the woods. A great venue for a large crowd and great place if you’re looking to do DIY or your own kind of planning!

Zephyr was absolutely perfect for our wedding. The site is stunning and provided just what we wanted - a flexible venue surrounded with nature and on-site lodging. We had the most amazing weekend that was above and beyond anything I could have dreamt up. The team was very flexible and easy to work with, we were able to make our vision come to life. Photos don't do it justice - this site is amazing!

The only pro of this place is the beauty. I truly cannot say more terrible things about this wedding venue. It disappointed us in so many ways it’s hard to count. If a 0 star existed I would give it. I am from Spokane but live out of state so my husband and I had extra work to do to plan a destination wedding. We arranged our wedding date and chose zephyr lodge almost 2 years in advance. During our first tour in 2021 there was a coordinator who was leaving the job in the coming months (unknown to us at this point). She said that a barn would be built prior to our 2023 wedding and that the total price was 7,500 but it would most likely increase by $500 for the next year. And this is where our problems began.
1. they changed Cooridnators and did not give the new coordinator any of our existing information.
2. The price increased not $500 but 13,000. Yes we went from planning to pay around 7,500 to paying 20,000.
3. We believed the price increase was due to barn construction. Still not our job to fund their construction project, but we had already planned so many of our vendors that it was not worth the battle. We were excited to see the new barn. But guess what? No barn was EVER built. Yup we paid 20,000 for no barn and the worst service we could have imagined. I wish I could say that’s where our problems ended.
4. We scheduled a visit for May of 2022 with the previous coordinator and bought plane tickets. We were excited to see the venue again and get a better idea of the flow of the day. When confirming our appointment, the new coordinator had no idea we were coming and told us we no longer could. We had to do everything in our power to convince them to let us come considering we already bought airfare.
5. They said the venue was completely ours for the weekend and they would stay out of the way. They hovered over us the WHOLE TIME.
6. They said they would move their boat during our wedding weekend. This boat was not in the lake when we toured it so we had no idea this would even be an issue. But guess what ruined our sunset photos? The boat that they moved away for an hour and then brought back.
7. We were told that this would be an air bnb type of lodging situation. We paid a lot of money, yet the rooms were filthy. They were not vacuumed and the cabins had pollen all over the beds. It was terrible asking our guests to stay in them. On top of that, the cabins had freezing cold showers so most of our guests left and found places elsewhere. I had asked long ago about the towels situation and I was assured that there would be plenty of towels. They claim the lodge plus cabins and apartments sleeps up to 60 people get there were only about 40 towels and no hand towels or soap in some of the restrooms. There was no hair dryer, but even if there was there’s no where to plug it in in the bride and groom suite because the bathroom had no outlets. I curled my hair on the dirty ground for our rehearsal dinner. There’s no shampoos or body wash, no coffee filters for the apartments… it was basically empty.
8. Either the tap water or the ice made people in our wedding party very ill. I wouldn’t be surprised if they don’t clean their ice filter based on the level of cleanliness we witness
9. They said the arch could be moved if we wanted to use our own, but 3 weeks before the wedding and after we finalized floral arrangements, they told us they wouldn’t move it. We had to argue our way into getting them to move it
10. There were broken door handles
11. There were broken toilets so my dad had to go around fixing them on wedding day
12. There are no hangers and no hooks to hang nice clothing… you’d think at a wedding venue you could find a place to hang a wedding dress?!

The owners were extremely rude and clearly are in this for the money. To raise prices by 13,000 and then not provide the things promised was truly devastating for us. Our other wedding vendors were so amazing and zephyr lodge is the only one that gave us so much headache and stress. This venue is breathtaking and it sucks that these owners create such a horrible experience.
