Zenith was the PERFECT wedding venue! From the beautiful landscape for our outdoor ceremony to the gorgeous ballroom for our indoor reception we were so happy with every part of the venue and experience! Not to mention the wine is amazing! Almost every guest complimented the wine even some non wine drinkers were won over. We recommend the Tempranillo, Barrel Select Pinot Noir and Auxerrois
Dana is incredible for coordinating and handling so much! She made our day easy and stress free! She was on it for everything, there literally were no issues (that I knew of). Whoever says there will be something wrong the day of obviously never worked with Dana! Everything was the way we pictured minus the weather which was the only thing she couldn’t control! She’s so much fun and incredibly talented! If you get the chance to use her for planning or day of services, do it!
We also rented the estate house and bungalow for the night before and night of our wedding and could not have been more pleased with those properties as well! They are beautiful and well maintained and were exactly what we needed to house ourselves as the couple as well as our bridal party! Everything about Zenith was a dream and I would recommend them to anyone!

We hired Dana for full planning and she went above and beyond! Couldn't have gone any better thanks to her. Great place and great staff all around as well.

I was originally a 2020 Covid bride and dealt with a venue who wouldn't let me reschedule due to the pandemic. The owners at Zenith were so understanding and helpful and I could tell they genuinely cared about my day and wanted it to be a positive experience. The venue is gorgeous and the people are easy to work with! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an Oregon wine country wedding!

Zenith was an absolute dream! We hosted our wedding there on Saturday October 2nd, 2021 and everything went off without a hitch. I feel in love with the venue from the moment I stepped foot in it and I couldn’t have imagined anything more perfect. The lawn for the ceremony, the beautiful ballroom, the bridal suite to get ready in, the delicious wine and their recommendations for outstanding vendors, it was such an amazing experience! Not to mention the breathtaking scenery of over 100 acres of vineyards - all of our guests were so impressed with the grounds!!

Additionally, accommodations on the grounds (zenith estate and bungalow) were amazing and the owners were incredible to work with! Kate the Hospitality Manager was absolutely amazing, she handled everything so professionally and with kindness, from wine tasting for the event, answering lots of questions, and in her role as our Day of Coordinator she eased my anxiety and ran things so smoothly. She was honestly such a gift and I adored working with her so much!

They made our wedding day something special and a day to remember. Easy to work with and the venue itself is breathtaking.

Having Zenith as our wedding venue was one of the highlights to our entire wedding day. The grounds of the vineyard are absolutely breathtaking, and the inside facilities are gorgeous as well. One of the main reasons we wanted to go with Zenith was their ability to accommodate an outside wedding or inside wedding, which in Oregon is always nice to have because rain is almost always a possibility. We were able to have our Plan A (outside wedding), but know that we could go with Plan B (inside) if the weather forecast looked rainy. That helped ease some of the anxiety about Oregon weather and the big event. We loved this venue and are so happy with our decision!

I would highly recommend planing your wedding or event at Zenith! We looked at at over a dozen venues and narrowed it down to two. Zenith won out with location, service, and trusted vendors. We chose the wines we wanted after a tasting with Jen. We had a small plates tasting menu and ordered six different wines (must order ahead of time- they can give you an idea of how much you'll need). Our left over wine was shipped to us in Texas (we chose to go the cheaper route and wait until the weather was cooler- it arrived in October). Jen was onsite all day for our wedding, and she made sure we and the vendors had everything we needed. We opted to start our day with mimosas while getting ready in the bridal suite. We were able to bring in our own non-alcoholic beverages (juice and sparkling water) and fruit to add to the wine we purchased from Zenith. They have multiple convenient options for payment, including venmo, check, and quickbooks. Because Zenith is about 15 minutes from the Salem convention center. I would highly recommend hiring a transportation service like we did (Quest*) for the safety of your guests. Vendors- I had already chosen the photographer I wanted to use (Powers Studios*) and I looked at pictures of weddings at Zenith held around our date to see the outdoor spaces and what the weather was like. Talking with the team at Zenith, we put a plan in place for the ceremony in case of bad weather. Zenith has a list of caterers that you can use, and we chose Willaby's* from that list after meeting with the team and tasting the food, and booking their coordinator (Stargazer*). After securing Zenith, we reviewed their vendor list to find our baker (Lux Sucre*), DJ (Event Team Entertainment*), and officiant (Rev. Dee*). *see reviews

This venue is beyond gorgeous and accommodating. From the outdoor ceremony, to the indoor reception, and the beautiful Bridal Suite, everything was perfect. As close to all-inclusive as you will get, with chair set-up, and all the cutlery and dining necessities on site. Large, indoor bathrooms (a huge plus for our guests) and ample coat closet for guest use. The facility itself is so well designed, we hardly needed any decor of our own to make this look like a dream. The best part though, was the breathtaking views! Hills of vines as far as the eye can see, gorgeous fountain and pond upon the entrance, and beautifully manicured lawn and flowers. The owners were friendly and down to earth, very easy to deal with, and the event coordinator/manager was amazing - she made the whole process so easy for us! This place will forever hold a special place in my memory as the best day of my life (so far).

The moment we drove around the bend and caught our first glimpse of Zenith, we knew we were going to love the venue. Everything about this place is beautiful, and the people working there make you feel comfortable and confident that your big day is going to be wonderful, organized, and operate smoothly. My worries melted away upon our first meeting, I knew I was in good hands.

We celebrated our wedding at Zenith Vineyard this September and felt so lucky we found them to celebrate our special day. Kari was receptive and responsive from the very beginning and flexible in meeting with us to tour the grounds. Upon first setting foot onto the event space and appreciating the view from the veranda, we knew it would be a perfect place to gather our loved ones. We had a fun tasting with Tim, as we selected wines for the reception. The only minor challenge we had with working with Zenith was needing to limit our options to a few catering vendors. They all seemed lovely and we loved our final choice, however, it did require some adjustment to our initial vision. The venue, however, was worth it, and our guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves. When it began to rain moments before the start of our ceremony, guests told us Zenith staff passed out umbrellas as they had available. It was too late to transfer everyone to the covered veranda, which was plan B for inclement weather, but for those worried about that - know there are multiple options available. The bridal suite is absolutely magical and you will feel like a princess. We didn't have a wedding party, but it was a perfect place for me to spend time with my mom getting ready. My family came up before the ceremony as well as a few close friends, and it was such a nice space to connect before everything became a blur. We had many children in attendance and there was ample space for them to run around and play. We made the bride and groom's suites available for nursing moms or children who needed a break from the festivities, but I don't even think they were needed. There are lots of quiet corners and places to retreat as well as be central to the action. It is a beautiful venue and convenient for out of town guests, as it is a short drive or shuttle ride to/from downtown Salem. We are so grateful we found Zenith and highly recommend them.

Zenith Vineyard was the ultimate wedding venue for us. We immediately fell in love with the gorgeous scenery and meticulous attention to detail, both inside and out. The owners, Kari and Tim, are amazing. They both were very professional, accommodating, and kind. We couldn't be more pleased with our wedding location and would highly recommend it to anyone!

We had the most amazing wedding at Zenith Vineyard this fall. Not only was the venue and grounds spectacular, but Kari and Tim were incredible. They really have high standards for events and I appreciated how much care and detail they put into ensuring my day was perfect. All of their recommended vendors and advice was spot on, and made my selections so much simpler and quicker. In addition, it really eased my mind knowing the owners would give me honest feedback on various event decisions, since they have seen it all at their venue, which I really do think raised the bar on the quality of an event we had. We had dozens and dozens of guests later tell us it was the best wedding they had ever been to - a testament to hard work, a perfect setting, and fabulous vendors. Could not recommend this venue more - rain or shine, a gorgeous place to be married.

The venue was fantastic. Has the space to hold hundreds, and is able to scale down to tens without feeling empty. Tim and Kari are very easy to work with and very responsive to any inquiries. The location is, in its natural state, very beautiful and well kept. Making it easy to keep your wedding simple while still impressing your guests.

Our wedding went smoothly with no last minute issues, thanks again to Tim and Kari's attentiveness.

Zenith Vineyard is the most picturesque place to be married in the entire Willamette Valley! I could never have imagined my favorite day taking place anywhere else! As an added bonus, all communication via phone or email was returned promptly while answering all of our questions. Kari and Tim were both phenomenal to work with. From our first tour, to our food and wine tasting, our rehearsal, and finally to our big day, everything was taken care of in an organized, positive, and fun way!

We received all the information we needed up front in our initial email inquiry and packet of additional details and vendor suggestions at the tour. After having excelled in the wedding realm for several years, we relied on Kari's input for things like the layout of their ballroom and the day's scheduling that seemed to work best-- we were never steered wrong! From there, it was up to us to make decisions on what we wanted and Zenith was very flexible and accommodating in making that happen.

Another thing that sets Zenith apart is their attention to detail and willingness to make small gestures that make a big impact! All parts of the facility were spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Kari surprised us by offering the use of her s'mores pit which was so generous and a huge hit with everyone at the wedding, especially the kids! Indoors and outdoors, every amenity you could think of was provided for us (shade and AC, a smoothly cut lawn, great lighting, a large amount of space, restrooms, hookups for our DJ, a full service bar, a full kitchen for our caterer, and I could go on and on). Every vendor we spoke to, after hearing our wedding's location, enthusiastically exclaimed how it was their favorite venue and how excited they were to be working there! To us, that spoke volumes about how wonderful Zenith is and how wisely we had chosen!

If you want a heart-stoppingly beautiful venue with professional and kind owner/operators, look no further than Zenith Vineyard!

We are originally from Miami, FL but looking for wedding venues there was extremely disheartening; either not great quality for a lot of money, or stunning location for even more money. We toyed with the idea of a destination wedding, and through online research I found this gorgeous venue. Pictures do not do it justice; even my vendors who visited this venue for the first time were thoroughly impressed. Not to mention on the day of our ceremony, the sun finally came out about 15 minutes before the ceremony, and the views were dazzling. Our guests can't stop talking about how gorgeous it all was!

The site is worth every penny, but what made it a truly exceptional experience was Kari, the owner. She is a wealth of knowledge for all things wedding, extremely professional, and replied quickly to my messages every time. We felt very comfortable and would recommend this venue in a heartbeat to any bride!

Our wedding day was absolutely beautiful and went flawlessly thanks to this wonderful venue! The amazing vineyard setting is the perfect place to have said "I Do". We feel so fortunate to have had Zenith as our ceremony and reception venue! When we first started planning our wedding we were living in Los Angeles, but given we grew up in Oregon and met at UO we knew we'd be coming home for our big day. We toured nearly 10 venues over the course of one very short weekend home and when we were at Zenith there was an immediate unspoken agreement between my husband and I that this was without a doubt where we would say "I Do."

After booking things only got better! Kari and her husband Tim have really built their space to fill every single need a bride and groom could ever have. From the bridal suite and groom's room, the onsite kitchen, projection options, sound both inside and out, ample indoor and outdoor space for a variety of ceremony and reception options, to the gorgeous views and landscape surrounding and so much more, Zenith truly has everything! We ended up moving back home during our planning process, which as you can imagine made things much easier! I visited Zenith multiple times for logistics and Kari was always extremely warm and welcoming. She even provided wine the day I had the walk through with our planner!

Our wine selection with Tim was also extremely impressive and great conversation was had throughout! My husband works in wine production so we were able to discuss many details of each one including where the grapes came from on the property, how long they were in barrel and more!

On the big day itself things could not have gone better! We were allowed access to the property promptly at 9 am and were so pleased to see so much of it already set up! We received so many compliments from our guests on the beauty of the space and professionalism of all involved. Since many of our guests were from out of town, we loved that they were able to experience the beauty of Oregon wine country. We are so pleased with everything an could not recommend more!

Had my dream wedding at Zenith last weekend! They are the absolutely perfect venue for a vineyard wedding. We did our ceremony inside in front of the fireplace, cocktail hour on the veranda, and then reception inside. It was so fun getting ready in the bridal suite all day, and they provided us with wine while we got ready. The guys had fun in the grooms room and they were provided with beers. While the ballroom can fit over 200 guests (I can't remember how much - maybe 250?), we only had 100 and it still felt perfect - didn't feel like there was empty space but didn't feel crowded. They provide a lot of stuff, like round tables (which we didn't actually use - we rented farm tables through our caterer), chairs, and all place settings (glasses, plates, silverware, etc).

Our guests keep commenting on how beautiful the setting was, with amazing views. With a March wedding, we didn't have anything on the vines, but it was still gorgeous! There were beautiful yellow flowers in the vineyard that made for awesome photos, and we got lucky with the weather. That said, I think it'd be beautiful here no matter what the season or weather! Even our other vendors would get excited when we told them that we'd gone with Zenith - they all say it's one of their favorite spots!

Kari was great throughout the planning and was always very quick to respond to my emails and questions. Tim was very helpful with the wine tasting and wine orders. My dad is a big wine person, and was very impressed with the options at the tasting. We ended up needing to buy more wine during the reception because we were running out, but we apparently over bought when we did that and had a lot of extra. Tim graciously offered to buy back the extra at full price, or to help package up what we had left over for travel. We ended up returning some of it and keeping 2 of the cases - now we have lots of bottles to celebrate our future anniversaries with!

We had the most amazing wedding at Zenith. The space is so beautiful and we had weather that completely cooperated, even at 90 degrees! At 6pm, the sun fell behind the building, so our guests were cool enough to sit during the ceremony. Everything was set up as requested and the professionalism/organization of the venue was clear. There are many unorganized, non-communicative wedding vendors out there - what a relief to not worry about your venue! We got so many compliments about the space, the views, the wine and the catering (highly recommend Vibrant Table off their list). Not an inexpensive option by any means, but one we would completely choose again in a heartbeat. Thank you!!

Our day was absolutely stunning. We loved the venue and showing off Oregon to our out of state friends.

After checking out a few other vineyards, we stumbled upon Zenith. Out of every space we looked at, Zenith was the clear winner. It isn't a vineyard that yea, sure, could host your wedding but that's not really what they're into. Zenith is an event space made for weddings that happens to be in a vineyard.

The ballroom is huge and beautiful, with a veranda overlooking the garden and the vine-covered hills. Inside, there's a sizable bridal suite, complete with horizontal mirrors and counters for makeup as well as a sofa by the window to stretch out on while the sun pours in. The groom's room gets pinball and a flat screen tv; not much to complain about there.

Many guests told us that we had the classiest Oregon wedding they'd ever been to, and Zenith played no small part in that.

This was a magical place for our daughter's wedding. Kari and Tim helped us through all our decisions especially when heat posed a problem. Our guests were very comfortable. We could not have asked for a more beautiful place. We also loved that all of the vendors worked together so beautifully (Willabys catering, Pressure Point band, Face, Body, Beauty (for hair and makeup)). What an amazing team.

Everything was perfect. Kari and Tim are very easy to work with, and helpful with answering all of my tiny little questions over and over again while planning each detail of our wedding. We dropped by the vineyard quite a few times throughout the planning process unannounced and even if they were in the middle of setting up for a wedding that day, Kari would go out of her way to come say hi and answer more questions.

The characteristic that was appreciated the most was the transparency with pricing and what they were willing to do, and not willing to do. It was very clear what the price was for what we were getting, and the little pieces we wanted to add. If we wanted barrels here and there, and extra seating here and there, or a few extra hours in the morning, it was really clear what to expect. That being said, we also didn't feel like we were being nickled and dimed. All of the extra things I wanted were very reasonably priced. Linens, extra tables, outdoor seating, barrels, the gazebo, it was all cheap. Like Kari kept telling us, she just has to pay people to do the work. For everything that we got, Zenith was a bargain.

I kept getting compliments from our guests on how gorgeous all of the details were. And yes, we did do a little bit of work on centerpieces and things, but the details I loved were the nice chairs, tables, linens, dishes, lighting, floor, even the bathrooms are SO nice... Kari and Tim take care of their facilities!

And I don't think I have to tell you how gorgeous the view was. Truly, my fairy tale wedding.

This place was perfect! Karrie and Tim were very helpful and quick at responding from day one that we looked at the venue! We couldn't have been more pleased with the venue. All of our guests could not stop complimenting on the beautiful venue we chose and they loved the white veil wine!

They followed through with everything they had promised. It was so beautiful! My wedding was very small and yet it turned out so perfect.

Most beautiful wedding venue in the valley. Yes, I'm biased because my family owns the property, but I was just married there this year and I can't help but share my love of this place with others. My parents built a venue that is perfect for any size wedding and they just love working with couples to create their dream wedding.

I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about Zenith Vineyards. It was absolutely the most perfect place to have our wedding! I had the wedding of my dreams, and that was in part due to the beautiful grounds at Zenith Vineyards and also Tim and Kari Ramey and their staff at Zenith. First off, the bridal suite is amazing! The first time I came out to Zenith to see if that was where I wanted to hold our wedding, I knew right away it was the place for me once I saw the bridal suite! It is absolutely gorgeous and the perfect place for a bride and all her bridesmaids to get ready. The groom and the groomsmen also have a great room to get ready in, which I think can be overlooked in a lot of other wedding venues.

We got married on a beautiful June day and really lucked out with the weather, so we were able to have our ceremony outside, cocktail hour on the porch and reception inside. The inside at Zenith is almost as beautiful as the outside, so I really would not have cared that much if it would have rained and we would have had to get married inside. It was great to not have to worry about a major contingency plan for the rain, since you never know in Oregon!

I also loved that we were able to be out at Zenith on the day of our wedding from 9am to midnight. It is so nice to have the full day so you can get ready out there and not have to worry about traveling to different locations. I really think you get a lot for your money out at Zenith considering you can be out there all day. It was also really important to my husband that we get to stay at our wedding venue until midnight. A lot of places make you leave at 10 pm, so it was great for us to be able to stay and spend time with our guests as much as possible. Your wedding day is never long enough, so this really helped!

To me, Zenith Vineyards is one of the most beautiful places to hold a wedding in Oregon! I would recommend it to anyone!

Zenith Vineyard was just fantastic! I had picked them out for my wedding long before I was even engaged. Such a beautiful location. Kari and Tim were wonderful to work with. Very prompt in responding to us and answering any questions. We couldn't be happier with Zenith and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

This venue was our first choice and has amazing views and vistas. They are very professional and accommodating to your needs prior and the day of our ceremony. They required a approved list of vendors which in my opinion made it nice and took the geuss work out of finding e right vendors.

Our daughter's wedding was amazing! June weather finally cooperated and Zenith Vineyard looked even more beautiful when the sun finally came out for the outdoor ceremony. What a fabulous wedding venue! Everyone loved it - especially the Aussies and our guests who traveled from around the country and world to share the day. They loved the beauty of the Willamette Valley, and especially the excellent wines! We know you will have many return guests to just sit outside and enjoy the atmosphere - rave reviews from all! Tim and Kari were awesome from start to finish. They provided all the necessary information we needed (regarding cost) at the very beginning so we knew exactly what to expect.They were very prompt when answering emails and very flexible and accommodating with visits to Zenith to plan. We had a great time at the wine tasting/selection and Kari prepared a delicious cheese board to go with the wonderful wines they offer.
My daughters wedding was AMAZING and worth every dollar! So grateful for this gorgeous, classy venue which made such a beautiful celebration possible. Love Zenith Vineyard!!!

Working with Tim and Kari Ramey at Zenith Vineyard was a pleasure. They were pleasant and helpful to work with all the way through. The facility is so beautiful! We absolutely loved being able to have the place for a few extra hours. The small fee was well worth it. From set up to take down the staff worked to make everything just the way we wanted it! We were truly delighted as were our guests. Many people told me it was one of the most enjoyable weddings they had ever been to.

I feel so lucky to have found (and chosen) this venue!!! What a WONDERFUL place! Not only is it BEAUTIFUL, Kari and Tim are incredible nice and helpful. Oh, and their wine is delicious! They are the best people to work with, so kind!

Zenith Vineyard was the perfect wedding venue! They had everything you needed which made planning and the actual day of the wedding go really smoothly. The place is stunning so decorations were simple. The required caterer was AMAZING and they worked hand in hand with the venue the whole time. I am so glad they had an exclusive caterer because the caterer was so familiar with the space, they even have their own coordinator that works exclusively at Zenith so he knows the ins and outs of the building. Planning with the caterer and Zenith was so easy and thorough because of this relationship. Tim and Kari, the owners of Zenith, were very prompt in their email responses and were very flexible and accommodating for our numerous visits, walk throughs, wine tasting, and rehearsal. The venue is a little pricey but it was so worth it. The brides suite was perfect for getting ready on site and had plenty of room for my bridal party, mothers, hair and make-up consultants, and wedding planners. The tinted window and very comfy bench seat was really great, we had so much fun spying on guests arriving! The boys had a great time relaxing in the grooms suite; watching movies, playing poker and pinball, and looking out over the balcony at the beautiful setting. The scenery for our July wedding was amazing, the vines were nice and full and very green. The whole property had lots of great places for us to take unique and beautiful photos. Our guests stated numerous times how beautiful the venue was and it truly is the most beautiful wedding venue out there. Thank you Zenith for being so amazing, we had a wonderful wedding!

My daughter was married at Zenith Vineyard July 8, 2011. From our first meeting with Tim and Kari in January of 2011, everything was amazing. They returned my emails and calls the same day. They were both very easy to work with. I am very detailed oriented and I like organization. They were very clear about what they offered and their contract was very detailed and clear as well. The wine tasting with Tim was a lot of fun. It was the bride and groom and both sets of parents, so very intimate. Tim was very helpful with answering our questions and I didn't feel any pressure on what to buy.
The evening of the rehearsal Kari came and made sure we were all doing well and asked if we had any last concerns. The day of the wedding was AMAZING! Zenith and the caterer they contract with, Vibrant Table, made the day so smooth. Anything and everything we wanted or needed was taken care of immediately. The Vibrant Table staff, the dinner, and their service exceeded my expectations! Everything was taken care of. Their attentiveness and attention to detail was
beyond anything I hoped for. We had so many guests comment on what an amazing property it was and how good the food and service was! I would recommend Zenith Vineyard and Vibrant Table to anyone!!! I was so happy with our choice, it was worth every penny and I would do it all over again.

We stumbled across Zenith while trying to find a venue that had an indoor / outdoor option (Oregon in the Spring) while accommodating a group our size. We originally thought we would invite 300, but ended up inviting about 250, with 200 in attendance. Tim and Kari, the owners, were personable, and professional right from the start. The venue itself is gorgeous and was really designed with the bride and groom in mind. The full sized kitchen is optimal for Vibrant Table Catering (with whom they have a contract), so that the food can be prepared fresh on site. Food and catering service were amazing by the way!
The large bridal suite upstairs held my six bridesmaids, two moms, photographer and three stylists! The grooms room is also ideal for the men to relax, play poker and watch movies in while the ladies get ready. We had room for 22, 8-10 person round tables, a 33 person Kings table, two buffet tables, a dessert table, dance floor, dj, two bars, and a photo booth on site. We ended up doing the reception and ceremony inside in front of the large fire place, which was beautiful back drop for our photos. Moved guests to the 120 foot veranda for the transition between ceremony and reception. Ample parking...we even had a 55 person bus! Tim and Kari also provided an amazing experience for us, and several friends, when it came to choosing our wine for the wedding reception. They offer not only Zenith label wines, but numerous other local wines from the Willamette Valley. We had a nice selection to choose from at multiple price points. The entire experience from beginning to end was amazing. I would recommend them hands down for a wedding venue! All my vendors loved it too!

Zenith Vineyards provided us with such beautiful setting to have our daughters wedding. We were happy with every minute of the wedding. The venue is stunning, everyone is extremely professional, and everything just went flawlessly. It was so nice not to have to worry about the weather either, we had the wedding and reception indoors and we had almost 300 guests, and everyone and everything fit just perfectly!
Zenith was very accommodating to our needs, and we felt very well taken care of and pampered. We had a very large wedding party (9 bridesmaids!) and having the day and space to get ready in the beautiful bridal room was perfect!

Zenith Vineyards was a stunning backdrop for our fall wedding. The ceremony was held indoors due to inclement weather, and because the space is so large switching for the reception was not a problem! We said our vows in front of a roaring fireplace:) Our guests enjoyed cocktail our on there enormous covered outdoor deck.

Zenith Vineyard is one of the most beautiful wedding venues in the Pacific Northwest! We were fortunate enough to attend their open house in the late winter and immediately fell in love with it. The following month we were engaged and knew that was where we wanted tp get married. Not only is the venue impeccable inside and out, the owners are accommodating and easy to work with, their exclusive caterer, Vibrant Table, is one of the best in the biz with both quality of food and service. As a wedding coordinator I am excited to tell my brides about this great new spot and look forward to working there soon!

This is a great location for a joint ceremony and reception. We we're going to have an outside wedding but need to switch to indoors, the space is flexible and large enough it was no problem. We got great pictures using Zenith as a backdrop both inside and out! The owners were great to work with. Overall a definite recommendation to anyone getting married in the Portland/Salem area. The caterer they work with, Vibrant Table, did a fantastic job too. An amazing combination!

Zenith Vineyard was an amazing venue for our wedding. Whether you want to get married outside surrounded by vineyards or inside in front of the gorgous fire place this place meets all expectations. It has a very elegant, romantic feel and all that was necessary to complete our decor were candles.

We couldn't have been happier with our experience at Zenith Vineyard. Booking the venue was easy. It is new but word is getting out so we were fortunate to find a date that worked for us - book ahead, if possible! The owners, Tim and Kari were very responsive whether by meeting us on site, answering our phone calls, or through their user-friendly website. Booking was completed online. The day of the event Tim and Kari were on hand for set-up and went above and beyond to make certain everything was prepared in a timely manner. Their attention to detail backed by experience was a huge asset to us.

The wine selection process was amazing. The professionalism was appreciated. They know their wine and offer a great selection of affordable wines along with special select choices. We were pleased with the recommendations and our final choices. In fact several guests commented on the great wines served. We appreciated the option to purchase ample wine for the expected guests with a buy-back guarantee. Within 10 days we received credit.

We were impressed by the value for cost on the venue as well as the wine.

The vendors were as flexible as booking would allow. We were able to have ample time for our wedding rehearsal and access to the venue prior to the wedding.

Zenith is the perfect venue for a wedding, large or small. Ours was small for the facilties they have but was perfect nevertheless. Kari, the owner, was more than helpful and excellent in hand holding us through decision making. Everyone said eveything about the wedding, including the venue, was perfect. There is a lovely lawn with lovely views in the distance over the vineyard for the actual wedding as weather permits. The actual building is gorgeous and attached to the winery. It has the appearance of a lodge. It is large enough for several hundred guests. They have an amazing bride's room for she and her party and another for the groom and his men. They have a full scale kitchen which the vendors for preparing meals use. If you are considering a vineyard atmosphere for a wedding, look no further than Zenith Vineyard. It has a Tuscan feel and look with sweeping views from the veranda where we had our wedding dinner. We looked at many wineries in the area before choosing Zenith and would do so again in a heart beat. I can't imagine finding another better venue. All our guests thought the same.

Zenith Wineyard was an amazing location for our wedding. The views as backdrop were stunning, which shows on many of our wedding photos. COuldn't ask for a better view on this special day. The wine that we purchased for the reception was exceptional, especially white one on a hot summer day. Bride's room was super beautiful, convenient and spacious to accommodate big wedding parties.

We loved having our wedding at Zenith Vineyard. Kari and Tim were very easy to work with. They would return your call/email within 30 minutes usually and had excellent customer service (something that we realized was hard to come by at other venues). The grounds/venue are impeccable. You can tell they really have high standards for their service. Many items, such as tables and chairs, were included with the venue, so that significantly reduced the amount of work we put into finding rentals. The bridal party also loved the bridal suit and groomsmen room. I marked them down half a star only because they partner with only one caterer, so your options are limited. We would have preferred having a choice of two caterers, as our catering event manager was sometimes hard to work with and seemed to be pushing for more expensive options. However, Kari and Tim do an amazing job for their clients. Our family and friends are still commenting on how beautiful the setting was. Working with Zenith was a very enjoyable experience, and I would recommend them to a friend!

We loved working with Zenith, we had a 2024 Halloween day wedding, full Halloween theme. Dana made our day smooth, comfortable and 100% stress free. The owners are also amazing, very friendly, welcoming and caring. It's clear how much they love Zenith and the people who make it all possible (employees), they absolutely care about guests as a whole as well. It feels like family here. Only complaint I have is how strict their catering vendor list is: now on that note, they are a fancy establishment that wants to keep quality and reputation of their establishment higher scale, but as a couple, this really felt limiting. I really had wished their list of options were bigger. Who we went with for catering was fantastic however, and our guests loved every bite, as did we. We highly recommend Zenith as a Venue.

Beautiful venue run with great quality vendor recommendations. It can be pricey and you need to watch add-on expenses, but the venue itself is perfect for an Oregon wedding any time of year. We looked at a couple of venues and it was clear Zenith was designed for weddings. Wonderful views of Oregon wine country, private setting, excellent 'getting ready' rooms, and approved vendors which ensure a memorable day.

My husband and I were married in the fall, and the venue was breathtaking with the beautiful fall colors. The venue provided for amazing photos! Tim and Kari were extremely easy to work with throughout the entire wedding process, and were very responsive. It was great having the bridal suit and groomsmen room all in one central location. I highly recommend using this venue for a wedding as it is very elegant but not pretentious. The wine was very good as well; we received many compliments no only on the beauty of the venue, but also on how great the wine selection was (especially the Blushed Wine). I really appreciated how detailed the contracts were. Only down fall was the room echoed a lot causing the music and people giving toasts over the microphone to be difficult to hear (this was however so minimal in comparison to how great everything was). The only other downfall was that there was some confusion day of the wedding surrounding pre purchased beers from Zenith.

This venue was a dream come true! Everything that you would imagine in a fairy tail wedding Zenith vineyard offers. The only suggestion I would bring fourth to Zenith Vineyard is that they allow more caters than just the 3-4 they have now.

Our wedding at Zenith Vineyard was perfect! So many of our guests asked me how we found such a beautiful venue, and all commented on how amazing the views were. Kari and Tim were very helpful during the planning process, and Kari spent a lot of time with us when we first came out to tour the venue answering all of our questions. The venue met all of our needs - my husband and I wanted to get married outside, while my Mom wanted to make sure we had a venue with ample indoor space to move everything inside in case it rained. Luckily there was no rain so we were able to use all of the outdoor and indoor spaces. Zenith wines are wonderful, we did run out of white wine during cocktail hour, but we were able to purchase another case and didn't have any other problems the rest of the night. We also served beer at our wedding, which was important to us to find a winery that would allow both, since living in Oregon we are craft beer fans. We chose to have our wedding on a Sunday, which saved some money on the venue rental, but it was labor day weekend, so most of our guests had Monday off anyway. Overall, Zenith is a wonderful venue choice for a wedding!

Zenith Vineyard is a beautiful wedding facility. The views are amazing and the reception space is elegant and perfect. If anyone is looking for a wine country wedding, I would highly recommend Zenith. An added perk is the large, awesome bridal room for the bridal party to get ready in. The men even have their own space. The owners are great and really easy to work with. They respond very timely and make the process really easy - they are pros! If I had to offer one piece of criticism I would say that they do tack on some little charges for things that, in my opinion, should be included in the overall cost to use the facility, given that the fee is expensive already. Things like a dollar each for setting up chairs for the ceremony, and $300 just to use the overhead projector (this seems really high just for that). Other than that, I have nothing but great things to say overall and the wedding turned out just as wonderful as we thought it would be.

Zenith Vineyard is an absolutely gorgeous venue. We planned for an indoor wedding because it was going to be in April and the indoor space we were able to use was absolutely beautiful. Luckily we turned out to have an amazing day so we got to use their gorgeous vineyards as backdrops for our photographs. They were very professional and helped guide us in what we would need and told us what things would be like. It was a pleasure working with them and I would recommend them to any couple getting married.

We moved to Zenith Vineyard after a management decision at Willamette Valley Vineyards. I am so glad that we did. We had already booked the Cone Chapel for our ceremony so we planned our reception at the vineyard.

Kari was very professional, courteous, and responsive in our interactions - I enjoyed working with her! Her husband Tim led one of my family's favorite parts of the wedding planning process: wine tasting! He was very knowledgeable and gave us food during the tasting to enhance all the flavors. He was not pushy or rude...we loved his suggestions (and even found new favorite wines).

This venue is pricey, but you get what you pay for!!!!! The facilities are exquisite with no detail left untouched!!! The bridal suite is spacious, comfortable, and contains everything you need to get ready! Party of 8? Bring all the girls....they will love it!!!!

Zenith was beautiful and worth every penny. The venue made our wedding! The view is amazing and the ballroom and huge porch was gorgeous. The brides room is huge and makes the time with your bridesmaids gertting ready so much fun and very relaxing. They were very helpful with set up and tear down times so we were able to get it all done since we were doing it all be ourselves! Love love loved them!!

Kari and Tim were so helpful, quick to respond to e-mails and special requests, and very professional! This venue is so beautiful, and worth every penny. The view of the surrounding vineyards looks like a painting, and the inside of the venue is so simple yet elegant that you don't need hardly any decorations (unless that's what you're going for). If you want to splurge on something... I'd recommend you go with this place, since you can cut cost with decorations. Awesome place, and would recommend it to anyone (definitely check out pictures or go see for yourself)!

This place is beautiful! When I first saw it, I thought it was way out of my price range...this is a place where fairy tale weddings take place. You have to go see this place to understand how amazing it is. The bride's room to get ready made me feel like a princess. It is huge, has a bathroom and is gorgeous! It even has 2 Juliet balconies that overlook the main ballroom. I needed almost no decorations (just centerpieces) because they have it looking so elegant. The ceilings are like 20 or 30 feet high with gorgeous beams. There is even a separate room for a buffet. It is owned by the family that owns the vineyard...Kari runs the wedding part of their business while her husband runs the vineyard/brewery (by the way the buffet room has one whole wall that is glass and looks down into the brewery). Also, I had my ceremony outdoors and was worried about it, but was comforted in knowing they have enough space that if it rained on my wedding day, they had a few backup plans for us to choose from in moving the ceremony indoors (even if it started raining an hour before the ceremony). It didn't end up raining but I didn't have to stress about the weather that day because they are so prepared. They were great to work with and accommodated every request we had. Book early because this place fills up fast!

Tim and Kari who the owners of Zenith are wonderful to work with and make what can be a stressful event run very smooth. The venue is gorgeous and all of my guests were in awe of the space and the views. Our guests are still talking about the wine, the food and the gorgeous venue. We had an amazing day and we could not have been happier with our experience at Zenith.

Zenith was the perfect setting for my August wedding. The bridal suite is so beautiful and helped me to stay calm on my wedding day because there is so much space and light up there. All my guests commented on how beautiful Zenith is. My one complaint is that I felt pushed to order more than the minimum wine at the tasting in October. Good thing I'm stubborn and not pressured easy, because we ordered the right amount of wine for our guests over the suggestions given to us. A recommendation would be to include directions to Zenith if your guests are traveling from Portland. Many of our guests told us they took a ferry across the river, which is the "shortest" way GPS will automatically route. The ferry is way longer and costs money. Take Marion bridge.

Zenith was the first and last venue we had to see before choosing where we would get married. We knew instantly that this would be the place based on the views and spunkiness of Jennifer! She was fun to work with from the get go and everything came to fruition just as we imagined it. We also stayed on the property and it was beautiful! Thank you Zenith for making our day just as amazing as we imagined it would be!

I absolutely love this place! It is beautiful and everything a bride could want on her special day. I ended up using another vendor ONLY because with the vineyard you can not use your own caterers. They are extremely professional and on the ball though. Be sure to check this place out it is beautiful!!!!

Venue was beautiful. My husband wanted a get married in the middle of no where, with beautiful scenery and no houses around. This fit his description perfectly. The place had a very elegant Victorian style with a little rustic touch. We didn't do much extra decorating aside from the centerpieces because we didn't want to detract from the beauty of the place (plus we're pretty simple people). We had the venue for 9am-12-am and enough time to get hair and make up done there and start the ceremony right on time. Tim and Kari were wonderful to work with and the wine tasting prior to the wedding was definitely fun! Money well spent with this venue.

We absolutely loved having our Wedding at Zenith! The venue is unmatched in beauty and location. It was stunning. Kari and Tim were both great to work with and very responsive. It is definitely a more expensive venue compared to others in the area, but we thought it was worth it. However, we were a little sad that certain ticket items didn't come with the rental fee (outdoor ceremony setup, outdoor AV use, indoor AV use, coat check, etc. are all extra line items). The venue does require you purchase their wine, but I think the required quantities are very reasonable and the wine is delicious. There are also certain restrictions that the venue has about candles, sparklers, alcohol in the bride/groom suite, but I understand those restrictions and think they make sense. Overall I would highly recommend the venue and absolutely LOVED that we had our wedding there.

We were very pleased with our experience having our daughter's wedding at Zenith Vineyard. Tim and Kari, the owners, were very organized and helpful. We enjoyed our wine tasting which included a plate of tasty appetizers. Their exclusive caterer, Vibrant Table, was great to work with, always adding any changes we desired.

Zenith has a gorgeous setting and our guests raved about the green landscaping and the vineyards. The building is elegant, spacious, and air conditioned. It looks like a Tuscan villa, with a high ceiling, warm colors, fancy chandeliers, mirrors, 2 balconies, and a fireplace. Our daughter threw her bouquet from one of the balconies. One of my favorite pictures shows them standing inside the doorway that has black scroll grill work.

My daughter and her bridesmaids liked using the pretty bridal salon upstairs. It has a large mirror, long granite counter top, and a shower.
The groomsmen enjoyed playing poker in their room.

There is a large covered veranda right outside the ballroom. From there we parents and the wedding party walked down the steps to enter the wedding area on the grass. That made a dramatic entry view for our guests to see.

At the end of our reception we had 2 cases of unused wine. Tim sent us a refund check for that and our security deposit the very next day. We were happy about that! A good time was had by all.

Working with Kari was great! She get's back to you immediately and was very easy to work with. The venue is amazing in every way! The only thing that could have been improved upon was my contact at Vibrant Table. Because they are contracted with VT only, it got a bit frustrating at times. If I wasn't organized I'm not sure how it would have all come together working with my contact at VT. That's my only complaint. Zenith Vineyard is one of a kind!

We picked the Zenith Vineyard because it is beautiful and affordable; our guests were amazed with the place. Tim & Kari Ramey were very nice to us by giving us all the information that we needed. No unexpected fees, everything was comprehensive. They have good wine too. We wish that they were a little bit flexible or had many food carters , so that their clients could have many options to pick whichever fit their budget. For us we had no choice, but to go big on food. Their associated Caterers are expensive especially if you're planning on inviting many people, so make sure you talk about this before you sign the contract, other than this the Zenith Vineyard has nice and amazing view. You won't be disappointed.

What a beautiful site for a wedding! The owners, Kari and Tim Ramey, put a lot of thought and consideration into the layout of their event facility and have maintained it beautifully since its inception. Kari told me they have hosted over 400 events in 7 years, yet they have kept things clean and in good repair. We found them easy with whom to work and plan, and they responded to our inquiries in a timely manner. They should be very proud of their business. Thank you, Kari and Tim!

Zenith is definitely a five star facility. And Willoughby's catering was a 5+. Only small critiques: the owners might considering charging an appropriate "all inclusive" fee that would include all incidental things like the extra chairs, extra décor, video screen, etc that were ala carte items. It seemed a little strange for such first class place with a pretty substantial fee already. I thought the wine tasting and "purchasing" was a little pushy but fun. Just be prepared to order your wine on the spot with your "wine wits" about you. And don't plan on a rehearsal the night before because they likely have an event going on. Overall, our daughters wedding was perfect and we would not have changed a thing.

From the moment I walked into the venue with my mom I knew this was where I was getting married! Even my mom (who doesn't get whipped up about weddings) LOVED it! We were sold on the beautiful bridal suite - and it was perfect on the day of the wedding. My attendants & I were able to all get ready with plenty of room! And the A/C on our late July date was a blessing to say the least!
We were so pleased with how everything looked and decided to let the wonderful ballroom speak for itself & kept our decor to a minimum. Tim & Kari were great at responding to any changes that were made, and Tim was a great guide in picking out our wines for the event. My parents were thankful to know that the venue would purchase back un-used wine...but they loved the wine so much they kept all the remaining bottles!!
The venue and location are simply breath taking & all of our family & friends still comment on how beautiful it was. My husband's family from Hawaii were really in awe of the scenery and often mention the wedding and venue.

Absolutely beautiful venue for a wedding ceremony and reception. Kari and Tim Ramey were easy to work with and made us feel very welcome. We have rated the value slightly lower only because the price was higher than most other venues. But we wouldn't have changed a thing!

First, the venue is stunning. The location is incredible and the building itself is gorgeous. The view from the back lawn is gorgeous and we were lucky enough to have sunny weather and our guests just loved it. You get a view of the rolling hills, the vines and just green as far as the eye can see. The veranda is also all sorts of amazing perfect for a cocktail hour (like we had while we were taking pics). We were looking for a vineyard that had a great indoor/outdoor option in case Oregon decided to be Oregon and rain on the wedding day. We found that most outdoor/indoor locations were seriously lacking in the indoor part. Mostly barns and very rustic. Fine if thats what you are into, not my style. Zenith, however, is elegant and classy, with a French vibe. Tears came into my eyes when I say the bridal suite. Absolutely gorgeous. Just to know up front: they require you to buy their wine ( a case for every 40 people) but their wine is fantastic. Do yourself a favor and get the White Veil and the Tempernillo (very popular choices with the guests). Kari and Tim (the owners) also put together a 1.5-2 hour wine tasting for up to 8 members for you to choose the wines for the wedding. It was a fun little event and Kari put together a little meat, cheese and fruit tray. They also only allow you to use one of their 4 caterers: Willaby's, Loustic, Art of Catering and Vibrant Table. The only reason that I give a little less than five stars is that Kari and Tim can be a little gruff in their communications. They are very strict about the insurance part and were a bit rude when I misread some of the fine print that stated they will not accept State Farm insurance. However, in person they are very friendly and personable. I think they just have strict expectations for their venue and don't want do deal with flaky brides. Overall, it was what I was looking for. It absolutely made our day to be in this beautiful vineyard and our guests just ooo'd and aww'd the whole time.

Zenith Vineyards is absolutely beautiful! It was an amazing setting for our wedding. They do have quite a few rules to use the space but they are fairly easy to work within. Overall a fabulous place for our ceremony and reception!

The first time that my husband and I showed up to tour the venue, our jaws dropped. So gorgeous! The only reason that I'm not giving a 5-star average is because this place is expensive. I don't mean that in a bad way. It's a gorgeous venue, and so it comes with a pricetag. I won't share what I paid because it's seasonal and very much dependent on what day of the week you host your wedding. They are very straightforward people, so I recommend that whatever your concerns or needs are, just be transparent with them.

Overall, our experience with Zenith was good. There was one major miscommunication regarding wine purchases that was very disappointing and costly. We did not feel the tasting and the way in which the miscommunication was handled was done in a professional and respectful manner by one person of the team, hence the low rating on Professionalism. That being said, Kari is wonderful to work with and was always very responsive when I asked my millions of questions. The venue was beautiful and our guests were in absolute aw over the scenery.

This place is very beautiful. Great location for a wedding with all the necessary tools and amenities. Great service from Tim and the catering staff, they had great responsiveness.
Make sure to read very carefully through the whole contract. We had the "its in the contract" thrown at us multiple times which felt over the top and unprofessional, especially because it was told in front of our family and wedding party which was embarrassing.
Overall, our wedding day turned out perfect and we were very happy with how everything came together. We had multiple guests come up to us and compliment on how everything was so beautiful and very well put together throughout the night.

Amazingly beautiful venue, really doesn't need much in the way of decorations. We had a few small issues, but nothing that ruined the day. Great location!

We can't say enough great things about Jenn (the event coordination and our day of coordinator), the venue itself, and the crew that helped organize our day just how we pictured it. The only downfall is the owner's husband, Tim. We had an extremely horrible experiences with him that gave us more stress than was needed There is no professionalism with Tim nor would we ever want to work with him again. Not only were we mischarged for items with no explanation why, but due to our credit card being flagged for fraudulent activity and we had discussed with him we had made a payment, he decided to contact all of our outside hired vendors and tell them our wedding was canceled due to non-payment and not to show up 4 DAYS BEFORE OUR WEDDING. No couple needs stress days before their wedding day with everything that comes with planning your own wedding. This is not to give a bad name to the venue or to take away from how amazing our wedding was, but it did leave us with a bad taste in our mouth. It was truly amazing and Jenn was so on top of everything she went above and beyond for us and we are so thankful for her, she definitely took a lot of the day-of-stress off of us.

I was very disappointed in how Tim treated me and everyone in my wedding party on my wedding day. Kari was always very professional over emails - she should be the one that interacts with the clients because Tim has absolutely no people skills (and that's putting it lightly.) The venue was beautiful, and thankfully the caterers and their staff were amazing and apologized for Tim, but I will not be recommending your venue.

There were a lot of things that were told to us that were not followed through with. They said we would get a discount on our wine, we didn't. They send they provided linens (white) but forgot to mention it was only if you had a certain caterer. They will nickel and dime you. If it wasn't such a beautiful venue we probably wouldn't have went through with it. Kari is more professional to work with than Tim

Regardless of your experience with the winery, be on notice, that if your review is not to the liking of the owners, they will call you out, by name, and worse, in my case, start a campaign to discredit you, professionally, on the internet. The most recent instance is this post:

This was posted 15 months after the wedding and my original review! Prior to that, Tim used a fake name to post three negative reviews, of me, on the web. I thought this drama would end if I erased my review, but apparently continuing to call your patrons liars is what Zenith Vineyard believes is appropriate. For example, read other reviews, made in 2010 and 2011. Other patrons had similar complaints about their Zenith Vineyard experience, but instead of responding to the issues raised, the owners launched into ad hominem attacks on the very people that: (1) paid them thousands of dollars, (2) desiring a great wedding experience, and (3) wanted later to only point out how the experience could have been better.

If you are thinking of using Zenith Vineyard for an event; recognize that the prior patrons may have a valid point. Why else would they post the reviews? Recognize second, that if you make a review of this venue, you damn well better give these people lots of stars, and say only nice things - or else you will be called out as dishonest, or worse. To the lawyer that wrote the 2010 review (me), I'm now a liar, posted here, on this site, as well as every place Tim has chosen to spread his invective. To the realtor, that gave the winery a 0.0 score, Zenith says of their professional realty business: ... "we wonder how any deals get done." For everybody that took the time to say what they thought, they all got called out, by first and last name, and attacked.

Zenith says all these patron reviews are unfair, that the reviewers have disappointed the owners, or slandered the vineyard, or something along those lines. Here, the kettle is calling the pan black.

So, my suggestion for anybody that chooses Zenith Vineyard: First, go to the wedding and have a great time, as the venue is beautiful, and nothing should ruin the special day planned for the bride and groom. Second, no matter what happens at the event, if you write any review, do score these people well and gush praise upon the entire experience. I didn't, and I truly regret telling them anything that they didn’t want to hear. As for the other reviewers that were called out by the owners; I can say that deleting my review didn't seem to make any difference. They still call me a liar today.

After practicing law for 26 years, I have never seen any businessperson turn against their patrons like this, and probably the best thing you can do, if you choose to engage, is stay silent.

My daughter’s wedding and reception was held at Zenith Vineyard in July (2021). The venue is beautiful and showcases the beauty of Oregon to out of state guests. However, you should be wary of the owner Tim Ramey. At approximately 9:15 pm he called and ordered the caterer to close the bar. He was never present at the event and his only representative at the site had left by 8:00 pm. Before leaving that representative never expressed any concerns to me or our onsite wedding planner. According to the catering manager the reasons he gave at that time were: an alarm going off in a winery office; people were wandering all over the place; and alcohol was out of control. For the next hour my husband, my daughter and I waited and finally met with the catering manager to deal with his actions. We were all upset and our daughter cried. The catering manager told us alcohol was not over served, nor was there rowdy behavior or drunkenness. There was nothing amiss in the winery office (the area was not roped off nor do I know who opened the door since they do not have video cameras in that area of the venue). Ramey refused to speak with us on the phone, telling the catering manager that he was not willing to engage in conversation with us. Ultimately the catering manager (not Ramey) decided to reopen the bar half an hour before the reception had to close. After the event my husband and I communicated with Ramey via email expressing our displeasure. In response he now alleged “the groomsmen were the major issue with the Groom too blitzed to speak.” The wedding party numbered 16 with the 10 women getting ready at 9 am and the groomsmen arriving in the early afternoon for pictures and to prepare for the 5:00 pm ceremony. Further, the extended family had also come early for pictures and some of them had a glass of sparkling wine before the ceremony. By my count 11 bottles of sparkling wine were consumed during that time. After the ceremony one of the groomsmen was appropriately cut off. The groom was not drunk. I was there, Ramey was not and he later apologized for insulting the groom. I contacted our other vendors to see if they thought our guests were out of control and none of them said there was anything out of the ordinary. Mr. Ramey also stated in an email that alcohol consumption was “not a big issue” at our event. He also stated that he needed to stop bar service to assess the situation. However, the situation could have been assessed before the bar was closed if they had appropriate management staff on hand. I have attended many weddings and this group was having a good time dancing and having fun. There are always some people who consume too much alcohol at weddings. The overwhelming majority of guests did not. To ensure alcohol was not an issue, three charter buses were rented to take guests to the wedding and back to their hotels at its conclusion. The caterer (Willaby’s) was one of three Zenith approved food and beverage vendors. Based on my experience, they will ultimately do Zenith’s bidding, not yours. It became clear that the catering team and Mr. Ramey were in communication with each other without including myself, their client, in the conversations. Tim Ramey’s actions spoiled what was otherwise a beautiful wedding. I had read some of the previous reviews warning of his behavior. There are many beautiful venues in Oregon and I would choose one that won’t make your daughter cry on her wedding day.

Zenith is beautiful inside and out. The exclusive caterer is excellent. As the bride, this review however, has low ratings becuase of one of the owners of Zenith, who you will do business with, is rude, pushes you to buy more wine than needed, and is inflexible, unprofessional, and verbally abusive when it comes time to refund any monies due you as stipulated in the signed contract. There are many other beautiful venues to choose and you could use the same caterer.
