Great communication and awesome customer service!
We booked a sprinter van for the groom/groomsmen in the morning to go to top golf, a shuttle for our guest to be transported from the hotel to the venue and back, and a “getaway” car for our departure from the reception. The communication between each driver and the designated point person was always amazing and even when I realized my number as the bride was given to the grooms morning driver, he was very flexible and kind when I let him know my father would be in touch instead. We got a great deal with the 3 services booked and they were always willing to answer any questions we had or make last minute modifications. -

Reliable and comfortable!
We had a great experience with ZBest for a coach shuttle bus for our wedding on Kent Island! They picked up guests from 3 hotels and transported them to the wedding venue, and vice versa. They were dependable and punctual, also very responsive during our planning. The coach bus was new and very comfortable. -

Classy Transportation
We really enjoyed working with ZBest. They were very patient and accommodating with all our questions and requests before the event. Our guests commented on how nice the shuttle was. They were flexible at the end of the night, as some of our guests were late getting to the last shuttle. -

Highly recommend ZBest
We had a wonderful experience with Zbest for my daughter's wedding. They supplied two, 56 passenger motor coaches for the half hour ride between the hotel and venue, and a separate car for some relatives requiring transportation from home. The vehicles were in wonderful condition and the drivers were punctual and professional. Customer service was also top notch - our representative was extremely knowledgeable and responded to all inquiries promptly and completely. Given the fact that the original wedding was postponed twice due to Covid, the ease of communication was especially appreciated! -

Incredible experience!!!
Zbest Limo is amazing. We used several of their cars/buses for my daughter's wedding. They were punctual (early), courteous, flexible, and caring. I was able to enjoy the day and they took care of all our transportation needs. I would highly recommend them!! -

Very Reliable Transportation Service
We rented a limo to take the bridal party to and from the venue, as well as private car to take bride and groom home. They were very easy to work with, super reliable, punctual, and professional. I would contact this company again for future needs. Highly recommend. -

Amazing Transportation!
The air conditioned was not working so we were updated to a 14 passenger bus the day of my wedding. It was so fun and the driver was beyond kind/ early to the hotel for pickup. We would definitely book with them again! -

Shuttle Service
ZBest Shuttle Service was a great company to work with for my daughter’s wedding! Our guests were staying at several different hotels and they were able to get everyone to and from the hotels in a timely manner. The last shuttle left later than we anticipated (after 1am) and the driver must have been exhausted but he never complained and many of our guests commented on his friendliness. I would highly recommend them! -

Amazing Service!
Funny story-we booked Z best for our wedding and my bridal party accidentally got in the wrong limo (from a different company) at the hotel. At first I was so disappointed I knew it couldn’t be Z Best.
Once we found the right limo I was THRILLED! The limo was clean and the coordination couldn’t have been more efficient. Our driver was Randolph and he was hilarious and so thoughtful. Cannot recommend enough! -

Great experience
Very responsive and flexible with our changing number of guests. We had a distance from the hotel to the venue. It’s been 10 months so I don’t remember how much I spent but guessing under $3,000. -

Very Nice Rides
Wendy was very professional and guided me through the process of a stretch limo and a party van for both wedding parties. The two drivers were on time, courteous and delivered our precious guests to and from the New Years Wedding on the Water.

50th Birthday party

Professional and accomodating
Wendy was our point person leading into the wedding and she went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. We even changed our plans at one point and needed to downsize our vehicles and she was incredibly accommodating and helpful. We could not have been happier with her and the Zbest drivers on the day of! -

Great Experience!
We had a great experience using ZBest for our wedding! Kathy was wonderful to work with while coordinating the buses. She planned out our timeline well to accomodate loading times and traffic and was able to adjust to some last minute stop additions. We used two 55 person coach buses to get our many out of town guests from the hotels to the venue and then back again at the end of the night. Their drivers were extemely professional and courteous and did a fanatastic job navigating the massive buses through tight Baltimore city streets. The buses were comfortable, well air conditioned, and had bathrooms and room to store everything we needed to bring home at the end of the night from the venue. I definitely recommend ZBest to everyone. -

ZBest limo was awesome to work with!! Kathy helped me a tremendous amount during my planning process. From the time of my original booking, I had to add an extra shuttle, change the times of the shuttles, and change the drop off locations - ZBest (particularly Kathy) didn't skip a beat and helped with every single change!! On the day of the wedding we had zero issues and every shuttle was on time, where we needed it to be. I would 100% recommend them!! -

Great experience
We loved working with ZBest. Wendy is great -- super responsive and helpful throughout the booking process. We used the sprinter limo plus a 13-passenger van, both of which arrived early to our pickup spot. The drivers were very nice and kept us moving on schedule to and from the hotel (getting ready and reception location) and the church. My husband and I also booked a car through them to the airport the morning after our wedding and had the same great experience. -

Absolutely recommend!!
So so glad we worked with ZBest for our wedding transportation!! They were so responsive prior to the wedding - any shifts we had in regards to moving to a larger shuttle or shifting up the locations, ZBest was immediately responsive and willing to do whatever was needed! On the day of the wedding, the staff was wonderful and the shuttles were timely!! Water even provided on the shuttle!! Could not have asked for anything else - such a good experience!! -

Z Best was great. I worked with Wendy to coordinate our wedding. She was very helpful and always responded quickly whether via phone or email. She really helped me work our all of our options and made sure our day was planned perfectly. We got married at the USNA Chapel and Z Best is a Naval Academy approved vendor so they already knew all of the procedures. The guest shuttle buses and our bridal party limo were very impressive. Overall, a great experience! -

Two Wedding Assignments Solved
As Out-Of-Town parents of the groom, we had two assignments to complete: (1) to shuttle 25 guests back and forth to a scheduled Friday Night rehearsal dinner, which we were hosting and the second and most important, (2) to transport the future bride the following day to a downtown Baltimore Wedding Venue. On the advice from a Baltimore City Police Officer, we called ZBestworldwide because he said they had the largest reputation and that they could arrange both.
A quick telephone call and ZBest provided a 27 Passenger MiniBus and Lincoln Towncar. Two tremendously important events were completed with professional care. We highly recommend ZBestworldwide. -

Great Limo Transportation!
ZBest was recommended to us by our wedding planner and we're happy with the service they provided. Our hotel/reception venue and the ceremony venue were about 25 minutes away from each other, and they were happy to have one limo shuttle back and forth a couple of times to transport the whole wedding party. After the ceremony, our initial limo driver was called for another assignment, so ZBest sent another limo driver to take his place. Both drivers were friendly and professional. The company's prices were competitive, too. I'd recommend ZBest to anyone looking to hire a transportation service for their wedding. -

Executed Transportation Perfectly!
We hired a sprinter shuttle for our guests and an SUV for our wedding party for our December wedding and could not have been happier with the services ZBest provided! We had a very tight timeline for the vehicles to move people around Annapolis for our ceremony, pictures, and reception; our drivers executed our plan flawlessly! It was such peace of mind to hand the plan off to someone else and let them execute it! This was one less thing for me to worry about on my wedding day. We had the nicest drivers and everything was perfect! I’d highly recommend ZBEST, especially for weddings! :) -

Great Transportation Service
Great transportation service for in town and out of town weddings. We used the two (2) motor coaches for shuttle transportation before and after the wedding. We needed a couple of rounds and they were extremely accommodating to all of our guests. Thanks for being such a great part of our day! -

Courtesy and friendly
Stayed in touch with me throughout the contracting piece. Limo arrived half hour early. Driver was dressed handsome and very respectful and was ready to take me and my bridal party where ever we needed to go for pictures. Even got me to the church 20 minutes earlier than scheduled. -

For my daughter's bridesmaids and wife - wedding transportation. Let me say, from the initial phone call through the meetings, concluding with the wedding event day, ZBest lived up to their name. I have high expectations of businesses. If you are not 5 star, I won't give that rating, even though I may patronize you again. A++ company. Wendy Taylor was absolutely delightful to work with; showing and demonstrating any vehicles I wanted to see, answering all my many questions, and making me feel like a Fortune 500 executive. Pierre H, was truely a Red Carpet chauffer (very professional, on time, accommodating, etc,). Even tho the waters supplied in this beautiful 14 pass white Caddy Escalade were not iced down, Pierre pulled out a cooler of cold bottled water for us. I've only needed a stretch limo 3 important times in my family's life. ZBest delivered high quality each time. Yes, I did shop around, but no one made me feel as special as Wendy. She even introduced me to 2 execs and owner - they were just as friendly. That obviously sets a precedence for the employees. My next personal limo needs of this magnitude will be with them.
BTW, I don't know what they pay Wendy, but they need to make sure they don't lose this jewel!!!! -

Since our wedding/reception venue wasn't really close to where most of our in town guests live and our out of town guests were staying we decided to hire ZBest to shuttle our guests to and from the wedding so everyone could enjoy themselves and nobody had to worry about where they were going, when they needed to be there and then driving home afterwards. It was ZBest decision we made to hire ZBest for, what turns out to be a very important task since they were taking care of our most loved ones!
I was referred by a friend who told me to call Wendy, and so I did. From the moment we first spoke Wendy was hands down the definition of great customer service. She's very personable and she did a wonderful job of dealing with the stressed out version of me. She made it very clear that she was going to make sure everything worked out perfect for our big day and when the time came, everything was perfect! The driver was early and got everyone to the venue on time during Friday rush hour! While we didn't actually take the shuttle ourselves, I did meet the driver James and he is a very nice and polite man. In the days after our wedding, our family and many of our guests told us the shuttle was awesome and James was a huge part of that.
Anytime we need transportation in the future we are definitely going to call ZBest! -

We used ZBest Limos to transport our guests to and from our wedding ceremony. We got married at the chapel at USNA and none of our civilian guests would have been allowed to drive onto the yard. ZBest gave us the best price quote & a military discount. We had two 28-passenger shuttles making sure our guests got where they needed to be before and after our ceremony. They made it super easy! -

Z Best was an amazing company to work with for our wedding! They provided a limo for our bridal party and a mini-bus for our guests! They were not only on time, but early and were able to drive us and our guests to the multiple different locations without a problem! The drivers were great and so accommodating! The limo and bus were so nice and everyone loved them (bridal party and guests included!)!
We'd recommend ZBest to anyone trying to find transportation for a special event and would definitely use them again! -

We used Z-Best for our daughter's wedding to transport guests from a hotel to wedding venue and then back on September 9th, 2017. If I could give a rating of 10 stars instead of 5 I would!! My contact at Z-Best was Wendy and I cannot find enough adjectives to describe how awesome she was to work with. She was extremely professional and organized and made the entire process very easy for us. Wendy seems to always be at work because I don't think I ever called when she did not either answer or call me right back. For me this was huge - to be able to reach someone this easily. If all the wedding vendors I worked with were as good at their jobs as Wendy, I would have been a lot less stressed! But what truly makes Wendy special is that she was caring and genuinely wanted to help us. She went out of her way to figure out how to get us what we wanted and still stay within our budget, and this was not easy, but she did it. She was so kind and easy to talk to and even made us feel like everything was going to be okay.
We had two vehicles and both arrived on time in the afternoon and later for the return trips. The drivers were courteous and friendly and knew the routes. The vehicles were very clean, and comfortable. What a great experience we had dealing with your company! Our thanks to everyone there, you have a very professional and wonderful business!

I had initially reserved a sedan for my son's junior prom but when he found alternative transportation ZBest Limo allowed me to use their services for my wedding. Wendy was very flexible and setup 2 different cars for me; a sedan to get to the venue and a limo to pickup myself and my new husband. The Drivers were both professional and friendly. I would use their services again. -

The chauffeurs were amazing. You get a text when they are on their way and when they arive along with the drivers name and number. On time before our wedding and after. I couldnt find my overnight bag that I took to my venue to take back to the hotel with me and my driver was not only patient but offered to help my family and I look! Definitely suggest using them if you want a hassle free limo experience. Oh and they also worked with me when scheduling the limo. My reception was 5 hours so I would have needed the limo fo 6 and a half hours which didn't fit in our budget so the limo company suggested saving money by having the limo drop us off and the town car pick us up. Saved a lot AND had an amazing experience! WILL use again in the future for other events! -

My husband and I picked ZBest for our 3/18/17 wedding on the Eastern Shore, and we are so happy we did. Their prices are fair and they were so easy to work with and so responsive. We got a limo for the bridal party for the first 3 hours leading up to the ceremony, and it made multiple trips to go back for our family members as well. We also got a big 53 passenger bus to bring our guests to the venue and bring them back to the hotel at the end of the night to keep everyone safe. A lot of places we called for a shuttle said their buses would only go to the venue and back, and would not make multiple trips, so they told us we would need to get two buses if we ended up having more guests than their buses could handle. We thought that was ridiculous to pay so much money ($1,000+) to have the bus drive 15 min to the venue, sit around for 6 hours, then drive 15 min back. ZBest told us that if we had guests that needed to go back early, or if we had more guests than the bus could hold, they would be happy to make multiple trips. THAT is customer service. On the day of, they sent automated text messages to our cell phones indicating where the limo and bus were- notified us when each arrived at the hotel, were en route, arrived at the venue, etc. Also our drivers were VERY competent and knew the route without any problems. Very safe and polite drivers, very smooth rides. We rode back with our guests on the bus and it was so much fun. It was a great experience and we would choose them again if we ever need a limo or bus! -

ZBest Transportation was a great option for our wedding. We used two buses to transport our guests from the hotels to the ceremony and reception, and it was a great decision. The buses were on time and the bus drivers were helpful and friendly to our guests. We also used a smaller mini-bus for our wedding party, as well as a town car for the bride and groom at the end of the night. The driver was very professional and allowed us to make an extra stop before the hotel to pick up the groom’s bag for the night. The company was reasonably priced and was very helpful and accommodating leading up to the wedding. We were very happy with them and we are very glad we made the decision to provide transportation for our guests. -

Zbest provided shuttles to transport over 100 guests from hotels to the wedding venue and then to the reception. They also provided sedans at the end of the evening to take guests back to the hotels. All drivers were timely and guests commented on what a terrific service it was. We personally worked with Wendy as our sales agent and she was extremely accommodating and flexible through multiple contract changes. We wholeheartedly endorse ZBest. -

We loved working with ZBest Limo on our wedding day! Our driver arrived right on time and we were impressed by the quality of the limo. We planned many stops for photos in downtown Annapolis, and our driver was flexible, fun and always right around the corner when we needed him. ZBest was great! I really wanted a trolley for our wedding party transportation and my husband reached out to ZBest for this. They were willing to work with our price point which was great, and they were significantly less than other quotes I had received. The driver arrived on time (early in fact!) even when it was down pouring. He even escorted myself and my bridesmaids one by one to the vehicle underneath an umbrella so we didn't ruin our hair and makeup. He made sure we got to all of our destinations right on time, and even cranked up the music so we could get the party started! We were also incredibly impressed at how well he was able to maneuver that large trolley in such tight city streets! Our driver, Alfred, was beyond amazing!!! He went above and beyond his duties the day of our wedding. He arrived early and came to the door to ask if there was anything he could do to help. He helped us load everything into the limo, and even took a few pictures with us =) When we got to the ceremony we decided that since it was such a nice day we wanted to enter the church from outside instead of inside. Alfred immediately jumped in and offered to be the person to stand inside the church and hold the door open for each member of the wedding party as the entered the church. He even came out and gave me a few words of encouragement before walking down the isle. He was also very accommodating once we got to our reception location and drove us across the park to a different location so that we could get pictures before he took us to the actual reception location. He was so welcoming and friendly that he made the experience wonderful!
The quality of the limo was also great. We had signed a contract for a Hummer, but the quality of the Hummer was not up to their standards by the time of the wedding. Due to this they upgraded us to a bigger, nicer limo for no extra cost! Overall, I was very pleased with the services we received from ZBest! -

Our coordinator worked with us up until the week of the wedding to make sure we had the correct number of vehicles. She even helped us to save money by consolidating some of our vehicles and changing our time frames. Our drivers were fantastic, especially the trolley driver who was with us for a whopping 8+ hours! Have to say publicly.. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH ZBest! We needed a limo bus with a lift for a family member in a wheelchair. Mind you we called in May, for June 21. They were the only company to call us back, and kept us posted from day to day with updates and pictures to boot! Even saving us money for an extra hour. Definitely want to thank Larry as well. He was a fantastic chaffeur and the whole evening went off without a hitch. We sooooo appreciate the extra mile they all went to deliver us exactly what we needed in such a short amount of time. Transportation for your wedding is important but can be costly. Z Best gave me exactly what I needed and hands down had the best pricing that I found. On my wedding day, hair and make-up ran late and the limo driver patiently waited and greeted us with a smile despite our tardiness. The limo was clean, fancy, and perfect! We were so happy with ZBest limousine service. Boris, our driver was on time, courteous and anxious to make our experience a fun and memorable one. The 10 passenger limo was immaculate and very comfortable for the nine of us. He even rolled out the red carpet for us and there was sparkling cider for everyone. We decided to have pictures taken down on the waterfront in Annapolis and Boris did his very best to get that stretch limo down Eastport's narrow streets. Such a fun experience. The limo arrived on time, was well stocked, and beautifully decorated. The driver was nice, friendly and courteous. The whole experience was great. -

I was a little hesitant to use ZBest because they seemed so much cheaper than other limo services, but I was pleasantly surprised! They gave us excellent service and a great price. We had a hard time leaving the wedding on time because everyone wanted to talk to us, but the driver was really great about it. We would use them again!

We booked a limo for our wedding on 9/7/2013. We got married at the same venue for the ceremony and reception and were only looking for a limo to transport the bridal party from our apartment where we were getting ready to the venue (about 50 minutes away). We initially had trouble finding a company to work with, as many claimed they do not budge from their 3-4 hour wedding packages. However, Zbest was willing to work with us and quoted us a lower rate designed as a 1-way transport which fit our needs perfectly. I was very nervous to even book a limo as I have been to wedding where the limo was late or even where it did not show at all. However, the day of the limo was 10 minutes early so we even had time to take pictured outside with the limo! Our driver was familiar with the limo and had no trouble getting us there with time to spare! I would definitely recommend this company! -

Zbest provided transportation between the Radisson and Gramercy mansion for our wedding. They were on time and the vehicles were nice. I would hire them again. -

We rented a 14 passenger mini bus for the bride's side of the bridal party, along with our tons of bags and supplies (lol). Lynda Trumpower at ZBest was very very good! She kept our rental contract in order and even helped suggest the proper timing of the arrival of the mini-bus when I further explained my wedding itinerary. The mini-bus was very clean, had the perfect level of A/C and our driver was truly kindhearted. We had the wedding package for our bus which included a red carpet and sparkling cider (for those under 21). I was so pleased to walk out to the bus and see everything set up so properly! they also made sure to have a sign indicating the wedding name on the side. I am so lucky that I ended up going with ZBest. They were easy to work with, easy to make changes with, and did exactly what I asked. Thanks! -

The staff at zbest helped us plan transportation for a rehearsal dinner and a wedding. They provided clear information with quotes and schedules. They confirmed all details promptly. On the day of we heard from each driver. We saw them go by all the pick up stops before arriving. Also on the day of the event they changed their schedule to make sure everyone got picked up from and returned to their hotels. The drivers were very professional and cordial. -

Zbest Limo Services did a great job for our wedding! We rented 2 limos 15 minutes apart to take the bridal party and groomsmen from the hotel to the wedding venue. They were both 15 minutes early, and the drives were polite, professional, and efficient. I called ahead to see if I needed to give them directions, and they said of course I didn't and that the drives would be given detailed directions beforehand. With all the craziness leading up to the last moments before a wedding, knowing that you have reliable, safe transportation is a must! ZBest provides that for a reasonable price. The limos were very clean and nice inside. I would highly recommend trusting Zbest with your transportation on your wedding day! -

The limo i wanted was available. The driver we got was wonderful. The limo was clean and was perfect size for my wedding I was very happy with using this company will have to use them again for future events... And if your looking for something different then the normal Lincoln limo I would deft recommend their Jaguar that I used!! They were the lowest price for the kind of limo I was looking for but like all limos still pricey but worth it. -

ZBest was amazing throughout the whole process. They were extremely responsive, always friendly and super accommodating - when we called to arrange for a second shuttle at the last minute. The type we requested was already booked but Lynda with ZBest was amazing and arranged for us to have a beautiful trolley that would hold the same number of people - for the same price as a shuttle bus! It was perfect and we were so happy. Our drivers were right on time, if not even a little early, and we didn't have to think about a thing once they arrived. We are so happy with our decision to go with ZBest! -

We used Z Best for our wedding and we were very pleased. We used the 37 passenger shuttle bus and booked them for 2 blocks of 3 hours each to transport our guests. When I called to originally set up the reservation, I spoke with Gwen, who was really great to work with. She returned my emails very quickly and worked with me to find the most cost effective option for us. She was very flexible with a few changes that I wanted to make and was just a pleasure to work with. The day of the wedding, the shuttle was promptly there to pick up the bridal party. The rest of the time, it just made loops back to the hotel to transport guests to the ceremony site. The bus was absolutely beautiful and looked to be BRAND NEW & sparkling clean. Our driver Larry went above and beyond to make sure our guests were all at the ceremony and not back at the hotel. He communicated with one of the bridesmaids when he was on his way back with the last load of guests so we knew that we had to delay the start of the ceremony by a few minutes. If it weren't for him communicating that, about 30 people would have been walking in late to the ceremony. I would highly recommend Z best, they were a joy to work with and went above and beyond the day of the wedding. -

ZBest took care of my wedding party and my guests on a HOT HOT day, making sure that everyone who needed a ride to the ceremony made it there and back for the reception on time, in air conditioning and in complete comfort.
The reservations team was a delight to work with and they were always responsive to my many many questions. Compared to the other transportation vendors that I got quote from, ZBest had the most competitive prices with the greatest number of options for vehicle size and rental time frames.
I would definitely recommend ZBest to any bride in search of a worry-free transportation vendor. -

From my first conversation with Lynda, to the day of our daughter's wedding, ZBest really came through! We received professional, prompt service. John, our limo driver, had done such a fabulous job for the bachelorette party that we requested him, and he did not disappoint! He took me to the store, pushed the cart (boy, was I spoiled!) and when it came to getting the bridal party to the venue, he carried my daughter's wedding gown form her room to the limo and once at the site, helped all the attendants in with their bags and dresses. We received the names and cell phone numbers for all drivers on the day of the wedding in case we needed to touch base with them, but we had no need to do so. The guests were pleased and so were we! As the mother of the bride, I was able to focus all my attention on my daughter, knowing that ZBest was on the job. Their service is simply, well..."z best"! -

I wish we could remember the name of the woman who transported us because she was really fabulous. She was there on time. The car was spotless. She helped us with our baggage and even found out what the Orioles score was for us! I also think that their rates are more reasonable than most. She drove in a very safe fashion and was nice to my kids. I can not say enough nice things. -
