Friendly, professional, flexible

Sandy did my as well as my mother's and sister-in-law's hair, and Lyz did our makeup. All three turned out better than we could have imagined. Sandy was also wonderful with scheduling, replacing Kristyn who got COVID just before my wedding. I got married at the Lambertville House Hotel down the street from the salon and they were wonderful in coming to the location to help us get ready on site. Absolutely loved the entire experience.

Zanya- Hair & Makeup ( Bride and MOB - Kristyn and Nicole) MOG bridesmaids by multiple people at salon
Zanyas Hairstylists and Makeup Artists are so professional and creative! We had a lot of diversity in hair textures and lengths. Every hair style and makeup was perfect for each person. Nicole (makeup), Alyssa ( color) , and Kristyn (style) worked with me a lot before the wedding and made some great recommendations (eg keratin treatment)! I have never received more compliments on my hair before. All the staff at Zanyas are amazing and I highly recommend!!!!

Easy breezy morning getting ready for my wedding

Zanya ended up being the perfect spot for me and my bridal party (maid of honor, one bridesmaid, my mom, and mother of the groom) to get ready on the morning of our wedding. They had a whole section designated just for us, including a table they had set with cute napkins and plates for the catered goodies we had delivered. Special shoutout to Kristyn, my makeup artist and hair stylist, who is so damn talented. I really wanted to feel modern but chill—nothing fussy!—and she nailed it.

From my hair trial to the day-of the wedding, working with Zanya salon was fantastic. You won't find many salons that truly have dedicated bridal staff as part of their business. Leading up to the trial and then the day-of, I worked with Amanda who fielded all inquiries. She provided a professional quote, and completed an excel spreadsheet with a schedule for our wedding day. I cannot express how invaluable this service is. After calling dozens of salons and independent hair stylists, and getting either denied, or verbal or e-mailed confusing and pressuring quotes, I was SO relieved upon working with Zanya salon and staff-which was recommended to me from a friend from high school. Everything was just so incredibly professional. Prices were reasonable, tip was already included up front in the cost of service (so you don't have to stress about that on your wedding day), and they were super organized. Chloe was my bridal stylist and styled my hair for our September wedding. She did an absolutely amazing job. She will make sure your hair is exactly how you want it and truly takes her time to perfect her craft. She also showed me options for my headpiece and veil. I received so many compliments that day. She also gave me and my sister pointers for how to manage the up-do throughout the day which I really appreciated. Michelle joined Chloe on our wedding day and did my friend and sister's hair and also did a fantastic job. Michelle and Chloe are both so sweet and friendly and did a wonderful job. They even brought me a little gift bag with an emergency bridal kit and a card- talk about amazing customer service and people who really care about their clientele! I should also note they traveled off-site to our hotel, which was in Summit, NJ. Again, coordinating this was super easy. I went to the salon for my trial several months before and that was also a great experience, such a beautiful salon with wonderful and helpful staff. I can't recommend Zanya Salon enough!

Had such a fantastic experience for my wedding this past September! My bridal party and I pretty much had the salon to ourselves so, in my opinion, that in itself was well worth the cost. The stylists were so friendly and attentive to my girls. I highly recommend Kristyn. She was so amazing to work with and spent so much time with me trialing different hair styles until I was completely happy. It was great way to start out my wedding day and I could not have asked for a better experience than Zanya.

For my Dec02 wedding at Lambertville Station, I researched several local salons. Zanya seemed like the obvious choice because they had the strongest reviews, the best location and great customer service. Everything from then on was easy.
The hair and make-up trial was flawless, everyone at the salon was courteous, warm and flexible and the salon itself is a beautiful space. On the day of, all services were or time and everyone who received hair or make-up help was v. pleased with the results. I had Jade for makeup and Kristyn for hair. Both of them went above and beyond to make me feel beautiful, calm and on time even when the last two were in serious jeopardy. They came prepared and met me halfway every time I had a last minute change of heart or suddenly decided I wanted more or less or something. We also had Carley and Michelle for hair. All the ladies brought great positive energy with them to the bridal suite.
I felt the Zanya prices were v. reasonable considering the quality of service. Furthermore, I really appreciated the tip inclusive policy. It's one less thing to think about on your wedding day.
I would happily recommend Zanya to any bride and look forward to enjoying non-bridal services there I the future should I find myself in the area.

Zanya did an amazing job with our wedding! They were professional and extremely accommodating with both the brides and the bridal party. Rae was very flexible and did such a beautiful job on my hair. I highly recommend them.

I feel I could give more stars I would. I truly can't say enough about my bridal experience with the team at Zanya's. From the moment I contacted Amanda to the moment I headed to my wedding, everything was amazing. Amanda helped in scheduling everything perfectly for the day. She paired me with Kristyn who was absolutely amazing. We had so much fun at my trial and she made it so easy for me to share my wishes for the day. She immediately put me at ease and created exactly what I wanted. Then, the day of my wedding came and it was perfect. I chose to have our services done at the salon vs the hotel. When we arrived (me, my mom and my maid of honor) we were welcomed with smiles and excitement. We had so much fun. We laughed, we cried (happy tears) and we celebrated. Jade and Michelle did an amazing job with the hair and makeup for my mom and maid of honor. By the end of our morning we all had had so much fun. I can't recommend Zanay's enough. They are amazing, talented, loving and caring and can handle whatever it is your needs are. AND... make sure to go the day before for spa treatments. We had facials and massages! Thank you Kristyn, Amanda, Michelle, and Jade forakong the start of my day truly amazing. I left floating and remained that way all day! Zanya has truly created a special team and a special place.

Zanya Spa Salon is amazing. Kristyn did my bridal hair and make-up, and she is incredibly talented, professional, patient, kind and beautiful. I was overjoyed to work with her. Thanks to her, I stayed calm throughout the afternoon, looked gorgeous and felt very confident. She exceeded my expectations by far. Even my mom, who is a difficult person, absolutely adored her and found her work to be exceptional. The whole team of four stylists delivered wonderful work for my party of 8 women (on location), and I am so glad I selected them. Amanda from the salon also moved mountains to schedule my trial and was beautifully responsive. With Zanya, you are in excellent hands.

I am so happy that I found Zanya for my wedding hair and makeup. I was a bit nervous when looking for someone as I'm used to my regular hair and makeup artists in NYC, but I was so impressed with the team at Zanya. From the minute I met Kristyn, I liked her and felt at ease. She totally understood my vision and that I didn't want a "wedding look," but something more red carpet glam. She was a great listener, open to my feedback and after the trial I was so excited for my wedding look. In addition, Amanda was really helpful with tweaking my schedule and contract as we added some other makeup services.

On the day of wedding, I couldn't have been happier with the team. Kristyn and Jade showed up on time, were so sweet and attentive to everyone who was there and their work was amazing. Not only was I THRILLED with my look, but they went above and beyond. They worked with my sister-in-law's own makeup because she has allergies, touched up my mom's blowout that she had earlier in the day and even "jooshed up" my random friend's hair when she stopped by.

The whole team at Zanya is fantastic - definitely book them for your wedding!!

The ladies of Zanya Spa Salon were wonderful! They arrived at the hotel my bridal party was staying at and did all of our hair and makeup; everyone turned out gorgeous! I am so, so happy that we worked with this salon and I will recommend them to everyone I know. They are not only easy to work with, but they try to accommodate any requests you have (such as traveling to another town to complete the job), and the girls do a great job. I could not be happier! Thank you for making my wedding extra special!

We were a large wedding party, 10 bridesmaids, the bride and two moms. We had some very specific needs with a mom who had cancer and needed a wig done as an undo. the kindness and fun that all of the stylists brought to the morning was very special. Amanda was always there to answer every question I had and help me through the scheduling. All women had hair and make up done so we were quite busy all morning. We were very concerned about getting out of the salon on time and that was accomplished with aplomb.

Couldn't recommend them more highly.

My wedding hair and make up was STUNNING!! Krystin is so talented, and so fun. She made me feel right at ease, and even worked on different styles after my hair trial to send me and collaborate to make sure everything was perfect. Worth every penny!

I was such a mess in the last month before the wedding, I nearly forgot to book nail appointments for myself and the bridal party. Luckily, Zanya was able to squeeze us in and thankfully accommodated our hectic schedule on the afternoon of the rehearsal dinner. Not only is the staff incredibly helpful and friendly, but the location can't be beat. It was just a short walk from our venue in town down a beautiful river path to the salon. And the manicure lasted longer than any other manicure I've ever had (gel included). Plus, the room where the bridal party was stationed was heavenly. We left feeling pampered, with gift bags to boot!

The Zanya bridal team was absolutely incredible in providing fabulous hair and makeup services for my new sister-in-law and her bridal party-- as well as providing us all with peace of mind in the months prior and on the day of. Amanda was lovely to work with in making the arrangements and extremely flexible and accommodating to the many, many changes and requests made up until the very last minute. She worked to help us get the most fair prices for special requests and allowed us adjust our services and timeline as bridesmaids plans and needs changed up until the last minute. On the day of Kristyn, Heather, and Tory were equally accommodating and made sure that everyone looked impeccable. They met us off-site on my parents farm, so that the bridal party didn't have to travel, and adapted flawlessly to an unconventional "bridal suite". They were fun and calming to work with and everyone was extremely happy with their results. They retouched makeup smudges and fixed hair that frizzed in the humidity throughout the day. They were even able to squeeze in two last minute blow-drys for family members who walked in and asked. Kristyn did a wonderful job working with my sister-in-law from the trial to the last moments before the ceremony. She understood and executed her requests perfectly and helped to keep her calm and confident throughout the process. When the bridal suite got a little chaotic the day of, she took the bride into another quiet room to finish her hair and finishing touches. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience with all of these women. They truly went above and beyond!

I cannot express how wonderful it was to have my hair/makeup and my bridal party's hair/makeup done at Zanya Spa Salon. From the beginning, Amanda was so responsive and worked with my schedule for the day of my wedding. Kristyn did my hair, which was so beautiful, and I got so many compliments! I simply showed Kristyn a few styles that I liked and she was able to morph those styles together for a unique, personalized hair wedding style. Zanya did my makeup which was natural and just classy enough for my laid-back wedding. The team at Zanya Spa and Salon is so professional and I have recommended them to everyone that I know. I'm so glad that I chose to have my wedding hair and makeup done there, and I will be a lifelong customer!!

Zanya Spa & Salon was absolutely amazing to work with. They were so accommodating and easy to work with. They did hair and makeup for me, 3 bridesmaids, and 2 mothers and everyone looked absolutely perfect. We all had different requirements and they were so accommodating. Chloe did my hair and makeup and she is truly "The Bride Whisperer." She is amazing. When I went in for my trial I brought several photos and she took one look and then created something so unique that fit my personality while also incorporating pieces from the photos. You can't go wrong with Chloe and Zanya Spa & Salon!

From my initial call for a quote to the day of the wedding, Zanya Spa Salon was fantastic in every way. All of my questions (of which there were many!) were promptly answered. They were also very flexible, which is extremely important for a group of 10. More than once leading up to the wedding I added or subtracted services without any issue. They even accommodated my request for a later start time!

We chose to get ready at the salon on the morning of the wedding, although Zanya could have also accommodated us if we wanted to get ready on site. I made this decision in part because salon is so spacious - we never felt cramped or overheated, which can easily happen in a smaller space when a lot of people are getting their hair blown out. Plus, they had a little bar area where we could set up bagels and mimosas (had we actually remembered the champagne.... which in retrospect, may not have been the worst thing). All of my ladies seemed pleased with the results (and obviously I thought they looked lovely) . My hair and make-up stylist, Chloe, was fantastic - definitely talented, but also super easy to talk to, which is super important on a morning where even the most chill person can get a bit flustered. Plus, the final results were pretty great, if I do say so myself.

Overall, I'd say the word "easy" best describes my experience with Zanya.

Everyone at Zanya Salon did a great job for my wedding. Rae did an amazing job on my hair and makeup, Paula made my nails look great, and the other stylists made sure my bridesmaids all looked fantastic. I highly recommend Zanya for any bride looking for hair and makeup.

It was very helpful to have a trial a couple of months before my wedding - both hair and make-up. The stylist listened to what I envisioned and gave me choices and ideas which were very helpful.

On the day of my wedding my daughter changed her mind about having her make-up done instead of her hair, and the specialist was very flexible and just carried on. She did a great job, we were all very happy with the outcome. The specialist also was very calm, confident and that helped all of of us stay cool.

Using Zanya Spa was an exceptional experience throughout my entire wedding process. I was a bride who originally tried to use a different salon in town, for hair and makeup, and once that flopped b/c of an awful experience, I ran to Zanya and they were more than happy to help; and accommodate my very large bridal party. From the first moment, they were engaging, professional, warm and they knew exactly how to handle all bridal related issues. Their technicians were absolutely amazing- the best in town, hands down! I would go back to using them in a second if I were to do it all over again. Rae is the most amazing makeup artist and when they say they specialize in bridal makeup and hair, they are not kidding. They even gave me a little surprise bridal emergency kit when I left after our services were done. Amanda is an organized, professional and extremely sweet bridal coordinator who saved my wedding. If you have any doubts about using Zanya, there is no need to doubt them, just book them. I got my makeup and nails done and my bridal party got hair, makeup and massages. I also got a fantastic spray tan! The salon is relaxing, clean, and terrific. They let us bring in snacks for my bridal party as well as drinks. We had the most exceptional morning! Thank you Zanya for everything you did to make my wedding day relaxing, calming and amazing!

Zanya Spa Salon did a fantastic job with the hair, makeup, and manicures for my bridesmaids and me. They were so responsive, flexible, and organized when I was coordinating details with them. They really made us feel welcome in the salon, and they did a great job with everyone's look. Each of my bridesmaids loved their style. And, I was really thrilled with all my services. It was important to be to look my best on my big day, and Zanya succeeded my expectations! I would highly recommend Zanya for any of their services.

I am so happy we chose to have Zanyas do our hair and makeup for my wedding! The girls were not only as excited as I was about the wedding during my trial but they made the morning of the wedding special. They arrived early and with a small gift for me! All of my bridesmaids looked fabulous and got the looked they asked for. They accommodated my maid of honors fragrance allergies and even finished everything early so we had time to relax and get ready for the photographer! The staff is so wonderful I wish I could have them do my hair everyday!

The ladies of Zanya salon did fabulous work for our wedding! They were punctual and worked much faster than anticipated, yet still making everyone look gorgeous. They were flexible with our wedding party who were also having hair done. All of our makeup looked flawless late into the night!! We were extremely pleased with their talented make up artists who made the entire wedding party look glamorous and natural.

I got married on 11/3/12 - right after Hurricane Sandy - and it is an understatement to say I was stressed. I planned on having my hair/makeup/nails and my bridal party hair done at Zanya Salon and Spa in Lambertville, but thanks to Sandy, the power was out all over the town :( Thankfully my parents had power across the river in New Hope, PA so the whole Zanya team came there to do everyone's hair, etc. for no extra charge! It was so amazing that they were so flexible with us considering the circumstances and the whole team did an AMAZING job! I had Rae and she was a pleasure to work with - listened to my ideas and everyone couldn't stop saying how great I looked! Also, even though I balked at the idea of a mandatory hair and makeup trial at first, I am so glad we did it. I was able to see what I liked/didn't like and have everything set the day of the wedding so there were no last minute changes. I couldn't have asked for anything more on such a special day.

One word- AMAZING! I have never felt or looked more beautiful. I used Zanya Spa Salon for hair and makeup for me and my entire bridal party and everyone looked stunning! Zanya herself did out makeup and Chloe did our hair. Impeccable work by both women. They even went above and beyond the usual hair and makeup and came outside while the photographer was taking photographs and adjusted hair and makeup as if we were on a professional photo shoot! Even the photographer remarked about what an amazing job they both did. She said it was fantastic to have them intuitively see the shot she was going to take and adjust hair/makeup to make it the perfect shot. It was a beautiful but warm day so everyone was getting a little shiny in the afternoon heat and every time I turned around, Zanya was there powdering someone in the bridal party. I felt like a model on a photo shoot. I could not have asked for better service!

I had my wedding make-up and hair done here by Rae and she did such a great job! Everyone kept complimenting me all night and it was all thanks to Rae. She really listened to me during the trial and made everything perfect by the wedding day. The other ladies there did a great job on my bridesmaids and the moms too! This salon has the nicest ladies that treated me like a Queen on my wedding day! I highly recommend them!

We made the best decision having Chloe, from Zanya Salon, do our hair and make-up for my daughter's wedding on 5/22/11. She was totally professional; punctual, knowledgeable, but we will always remember her as a warm and caring presence on what could have been a stressful day. The weather was overcast, so we were worried about frizz, of course. My daughter's up-do stayed in and looked perfect all day. Even if it hadn't, Chloe stayed long past what we expected, just in case more help was needed. She was flexible and came out to our wedding venue, Holly Hedge Estate in New Hope, P A. Chloe was full of ideas and great little hints that were fantastic that day, but which will be remembered forever. For instance, I was wearing a strapless dress and, luckily, she advised me to take my bra off ahead of that to avoid strap marks. That would have been embarrassing and ugly in pictures! Chloe did a beautiful job with our make-up, as well. We looked totally natural in the pictures, but, well, prettier than everyday and we felt great! The boost that having this service gave us was well worth the price, and we will always be glad that we called Zanya Salon, and were lucky enough to have Chloe that day!

We were very pleased with Zanya’s services. My trial went really well and I could tell the stylist took time to plan and prepare for the final updo. The makeup artist was very flexible about using our own collections. We were all extremely pleased with our hair and makeup results!

I was getting married in Lambertville but I don't live in the area, so I needed to find someone local for bridal hair and makeup. Zanya had excellent reviews and I loved the work in their online portfolio. They were by far the best option in the area. Amanda, the bridal coordinator, impressed me with her timeliness and organization. She was always on top of pricing, appointments, tests, and next steps. Everything was seamless. She was also lovely and friendly! The salon itself is relaxing and everyone is accommodating. My stylist, Krysten, was fun and friendly as well as incredibly talented. And when you're sitting in a hair and makeup chair for hours, having a nice person to chat with is a bonus! She worked with me during my test to figure out what I wanted and what worked with my hair, skin, coloring, and attire. She just got it. She was prepared on the day of my wedding with her notes and photos from the test. My bridesmaids and family members also had hair and makeup done and loved it. I loved that the salon has a coffee bar and allows you to bring in a little food and drink so you and your girls can grab a bite as you're getting ready - a super handy plus! Pricing was on the higher end of the spectrum but within a normal industry range. They're also willing to work with your budget, with different style and stylist options to meet your needs. Honestly, hair and makeup is one of the things you should really invest in on the day of - it's well worth it. Everything came out exactly how I wanted, the photos came out beautifully, and everyone said it looked gorgeous. I would highly recommend Zanya and would go back anytime I'm in the area.

Working with Zanya was one the best decisions I made while wedding planning. Amanda, their wedding/groups coordinator, was SO AWESOME to work with - she was super quick to respond to my questions, very clear, exhibited a lot of experience and creativity problem-solving my different scheduling issues, and was super nice to boot. I had several hair and make-up artists come to my wedding venue, but only had Chloe work on myself. Chloe was ridiculously patient with me during my trial when the hair style that I had envisioned just totally did not work on my hair and tried something like 10 different styles that I showed her or she made up. I ended up going with one that Chloe made up! I also slightly changed my makeup from what we did in the trial and Chloe executed flawlessly. All of the looks that the ladies did for my wedding party were classy, beautiful, and glam without being over the top. Literally my only complaint was that my hair was sort of falling out a bit earlier in the night than I had hoped for...just ask for some extra hair spray/bobby pins!

The wedding coordinator, Natalie, was kind enough to get me in for a wedding trial and wedding-day appointment with little notice after a previous trial at a different place did not work out well.

I was nervous after my first attempt at the other place, but Chloe and Nikki (hair and makeup, respectively) put me at ease immediately as they started analyzing the photos I brought, my ideas, my hair and the overall look I was going for. I did not want typical "bride hair" (slicked back updo) and Chloe understood this and gave me a modern, touchable hairstyle that was beautiful and lasted all night through hours of dancing. Nikki's makeup was fresh and the colors were perfect for me, and it lasted all night even through my happy tears during the ceremony.

The salon overall was very professional, and they made my bridesmaids and me feel comfortable and pampered. They also let my BMs (who got their hair done there) do their own makeup at the salon while they waited for me and the others to finish, which I thought was nice and accommodating. The salon itself has a great ambiance and no details are overlooked.

Yes, the salon is pricey but in line with the other higher-end salons in the area.

The best wedding hair & makeup!

Zanya Spa & Salon were the perfect pick for hair and makeup at my wedding. We had 12 ladies getting their hair done and everyone looked just perfect. Kristyn and Sandy were particularly wonderful. I recommend them highly!

Myself, my five bridesmaids, mother, and my mother-in-law all had our hair and make up done at Zanya the morning of my wedding. I was so pleased they were able to accommodate such a large group. Everyone in the wedding party was really happy with the way their hair and make up looked. Natalie did a wonderful job of coordinating the whole morning and making sure everyone was taken care of. Rae did a wonderful job on my hair and makeup and I was so happy that my hair stayed up the whole day and my makeup looked fresh and did not wear off. Everyone listened to the look I was going for and took my preferences into account. I was very pleased with my experience.

The best!!!

I went out of my way to make sure I could get Zanya Spa Salon to do my hair and makeup for my wedding as well as my bridal party and mother. My now sister in law used them when she got married and I could never forget how natural and beautiful she looked. If you are looking for amazingly natural makeup and the exact hairstyle that will make you feel beautiful and perfect then Zanya is the way to go! I cannot recommend them enough!! Kristin is absolutely amazing at hair and Zanya is phenomenal with makeup. Plus the team they brought with them were just as incredible. I will be honest and say it is a little expensive, but I wouldn’t say too expensive. It is absolutely worth it. The pictures don’t do it all justice because I don’t have any professional ones yet so I will be sure to add those in later! Best day ever!!!

I have been a customer at Zanya Spa Salon for about 8 years so it only made sense to have them do hair and makeup for my wedding. Rae was amazing with my hair and makeup and I would recommend her to anyone for a regular haircut or a special event style. She is the best! The bridal coordinator was very easy to work with and responded to my questions / concerns promptly as the salon had scheduled to work with all 17 ladies in my bridal party (me the bride, 6 bridesmaids, 3 moms, 1 grandmother and 6 little girls). I would say that the salon is not really suited to do little girls hair for events. They gave the little girls a choice of a ponytail, bun or braid for $30 (and I had talked them down from $50) when all the girls really wanted were curls. In the end some of the girls got their curls and those that got buns, they fell out almost immediately (and the girls were NOT playing around). If you're going to take little girls there for a special style - go with the ponytail or braid!

I do have to say the salon was amazing in allowing us to bring food and adult beverages into the salon since we were there for about 4.5 hours total and they didn't mind the little girls running around while they waited to get their hair done. In the end it was worth the money for everyone's hair and makeup and the time to hang out and have fun, but I would've saved a little money and had my sisters do their girls' hair themselves.

Zanya spa did my bridal make-up and hair as well as my bridal parties. Everyone looked gorgeous! The staff at Zanya was well organized, on time, and catered to all our needs. I would highly recommend them.
