    Great experience!

Zach and Audra were awesome to work with. My day was a lot easier knowing that they had the experience to deal with some of the curveballs that happen during our wedding, and everything turned out perfect in the end. I'd highly recommend!

    Very Disappointing

Very disappointed! Hired Zachary, he did engagement pictures and they looked good, but he sent his wife to take the wedding photos at my daughter's wedding. The pictures were blurry, taken too far away, she missed important moments that could have been taken and had multiple photos of things with no meaning. There are not enough pictures to make a photo book. Pictures taken by the guest phones looked better than these "Professional" pictures

    Hi Kim,

We do our best to make sure that each and every client is happy with their wedding services.

I don't recognize your name and I don't believe we have a contract with you, but I can say that Audra and the rest of our team are consummate professionals. Audra herself has 12 years of wedding experience, along with shooting hundreds of photo sessions per year. Most of the photos you see on our website are hers, not mine, since I do a majority of work with commercial and editorial photography.

That being said we can only shoot what we are allowed to, and in regards to a recent wedding where the bride and groom chose to forgo much of their wedding day shooting of their portraits and wedding party, we highly suggested their need to follow the wedding day schedule. This was denied, but most importantly, we never want to push anyone to take photos when they don't want to. It's been our policy from day one, and will continue to be in the future.

I'm happy to say that I've already been in touch with the bride and groom about the situation listed above, and we found a solution.

If you'd like to discuss anything further, feel free to contact me directly.

    Thank you for your time,
    Zach

    Poor quality

Zack Straw Photography was hired to do a wedding for us. He did not take the wedding photos, his wife and another woman were there. They kept asking all day what pictures the bride wanted, would take 1 shot and then ask the question again. They missed several important shots (completely missed a bridesmaid and groomsman walking down the aisle and not one decent shot of the bride and her mom walking down the aisle). Poor lighting. Far away and hard to tell who anyone is. Amateur pictures to say the least with very few good ones to keep.

    Terrible Experience

Beware, this guy was double booked and instead of letting the bride know, he sent his dingbat amateur wife to take the pictures. They were all screwed up. She missed a bunch of key moments, the moments she did get were all blurry & not well shot, the woman (I don't want to call her a photographer because at best she was a woman with a camera) spent hours asking the bride and groom for direction when that's the photographers job and they should have just been enjoying themselves, and to top it all off, they were still charged $2,000 (which is only $300) off the price for ruining the day and not getting the pictures they wanted. A day they will never get back. Ask yourself if this is what you want to go through on your wedding day. Offer a refund, it's the least you can do.
