Pastor Roy is very professional and accommodating. We great appreciated his time spent over the past few weeks to get to know us and make our ceremony perfectly tailored to who we are as a couple.
Greatly appreciate the flexible pay options as well!

So professional and kind, very organized, and interacted well with different types of people from all ages and cultural backgrounds. We were very impressed and pleased! Also, our marriage certificate was already complete and ready for us once we got back from vacation - amazing! Highly recommend!

We got married on a carnival cruise ship in Galveston they took care of planning and finding an officiant. He was amazing and we loved having him!
