She stepped into Madeline and Brandon’s Gold Mountain Ranch wedding with this calm, confident presence that instantly made everyone breathe a little easier. No matter what the mountains threw at us — shifting timelines, weather, logistics — she handled it all with total composure and that signature “I’ve got you” energy.

Your Jubilee is such a FANTASTIC wedding planning team to work with. What drew my husband and I to them is their day of wedding support and the beautiful aesthetic they design. We had 3 other helpers the day of in addition to our planner herself for a 120 person wedding. This made the day go off UNHINGED (from ours eyes at least! :) ) and our guests noticed it too! We've since gotten so many compliments about how well the wedding flowed and how there were no hiccups.
Our planner Shelby, was INCREDIBLE. She was super organized, friendly, and down to earth. She worked heavily behind the scenes and presented information in groupings, so that we wouldn't have to stress about constant emails back and forth. She thought of many details and aspects of wedding day and always had a contingency plan if something occurred. As someone who has put out spectacular design work, Shelby was still so understanding about our style choices.
Could not recommend them more! -

Working with Shelby Hardy from Your Jubilee was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She brought an incredible blend of creativity, precision, and calm from the first planning call to the wedding day itself. Shelby helped us shape the vision early on with a thoughtful design guide that reflected not just our style, but how we wanted the day to feel. She coordinated with every vendor (church, string quartet, dj, florist, the venue, and so many others) and it was so seamlessly that we barely had to think about logistics. The timeline, the transitions, the little details we wouldn’t have known to plan for—she had it all covered. On the day itself, we felt completely present and unburdened. Everything flowed beautifully, and so much of that was because of the foundation she laid months before. Shelby brings more than experience. I am late to the party! There aren’t enough words to encapsulate all that Your Jubilee does and how well they do it. At the start of the wedding planning journey, being a type-A individual, I thought I was doing great with my checklists- HA. The process can be intimidating. I began reaching out to consult with a few planners and I was oh so fortunate to be able to hold a call with Ashley A. I shared with Ashley my personal concerns (rather fears) and expectations I hoped to be able to execute for our wedding day and she reached out following our call to say she would like to personally take on our wedding. From then, I knew I could place all of our trust into her and the Your Jubilee team to fulfill our vision. Ashley participated in several video chats, text threads, and emails of my brain dumps, providing support, direction, and clear expectations every step of the way. Ashley connected us with so many vendors, personally attending our meetings, and providing personalized suggestions and touches that had such a large impact on the day. Ashley is direct, professional, FUN, an advocate, and supportive in navigating the ongoing challenges you come across throughout the entirety of the process.
Your Jubilee- this group of intelligent and determined women were our saving grace throughout the entirety of this process. The team provides a true luxury concierge service, which was a necessary aspect for our planning as majority of our guests and all family members reside out of state. Your Jubilee has developed strong and promoting relationships with several of the valley vendors, who admire, respect, and are thrilled to be paired with the team. It was a day surrounded by the positivity and admiration of all the great people coming together to create a special event. I wished for our families to be able to arrive and enjoy the event as if they were also guests of honor, not here to serve and worry over aspects novel to them. Your Jubilee assisted with so many tasks I am sure I am entirely unaware of to this day. They exceeded all expectations I had hoped for and provided my husband and I the wedding of our dreams, but also a truly magical experience for all of our attendees. Hiring Your Jubilee was the best decision my daughter & I made when planning her wedding! There are not enough words to describe Kayle and the rest of her colleagues at Your Jubilee. Outstanding, unbelievable, fabulous, attentive, amazing, extraordinary are just some that come to mind, but none really do justice to Kayle, Shelby and the entire team behind them!
Kayle is an expert at what she does. From the very first meeting to the very last dance at the reception; from selecting vendors & developing timelines to designing & day-of execution, Kayle was impeccable. I am sure my daughter & son-in-law would agree, their wedding turned out better than they ever imagined and it would not have been possible without the Kayle. She took care to honor my daughter’s vision for her wedding day and was instrumental in bringing it to life.
On the big day, Kayle and a team of Your Jubilee planners were on-site and executed the plan flawlessly which allowed us to thoroughly immerse ourselves in the festivities with our guests. I cannot recommend Kayle and Your Jubilee more strongly. Hiring Your Jubilee to assist in planning your wedding will be the best money you spend! -

Working with Your Jubilee and Elaine Glassman was the best decision I could have ever made. We worked with Elaine as our lead planner and she was an absolute dream. We had so many small details and vendors and Elaine executed our vision perfectly. She is attentive, caring, dedicated! She made herself accessible to me in the two months leading up to our wedding and helped me at all hours with my planning needs. Additionally, every single assistant she brought with her the day of the wedding was caring, professional and overall so kind. I cannot say enough good things about this company. During our first few meetings, Hayley gave us a peek into everything that happens behind the scenes during the days leading up to a wedding, highlighting along the way key decisions she wanted our input on. It was also during these meetings that she truly got to know my husband and I. The personal relationship we built was invaluable as it empowered her to advocate for our interests with vendors, making it easy to for us to sit back and relax when things tend to get crazy! In the weeks leading up to our big day, Hayley also aligned our vendors to minute-by-minute timelines, leaving us completely open to focus on family who had arrived from out of town during our wedding week. This level of organization and attention to detail is one of the many things that sets YourJubilee apart from other wedding planners you could go with. With their meticulous planning and deep understanding of your taste, you can confidently entrust them with as many of the last-minute decisions as you like, freeing you up to fully immerse yourself in the company of your loved ones throughout the entirety of your wedding week.
Of course, every wedding has something unplanned come up. Ours was no exception. The day before our reception dinner, we noticed the weather forecast had taken a quick turn for the worse, and reached out to Hayley to see if we could secure heat lamps for our outdoor venue. Hayley had ALREADY reached out to multiple vendors for quotes and had secured a great price for heating lamps despite the very last minute request. This is just one example of what working with Hayley was like - she has a honed intuition that comes with experience in this industry and a heavily proactive approach. This meant she was always two-steps ahead with a solution in mind when anything came up.
We are so thankful we chose to work with YourJubilee to plan and execute our wedding day. Hayley, Emily, and the entire YJ team are true rockstars. Thank you! -

Your Jubilee Review
We had our wedding 9/22/23 at Mountain Shadows in Paradise Valley, and could not have been more pleased with the overall support, guidance, and presentation that Shelby Hardy and her team at Your Jubilee Weddings put together for us. Although we are familiar with the area, we do not live in the state which originally was a cause for concern relating to vendors, mock ups, and other items. About 7 months before the wedding we began planning in earnest with Shelby Hardy. She impressed us with her attentiveness, thoroughness, and an innate ability to help us gather our thoughts and likes into a beautiful and memorable experience.
Shelby always rose to the task and kept us on track with good email communication, several online meetings, culminating in our visit to the venue, bakery, and menu tastings. She had many wonderful ideas that we ended up incorporating and the overall presentation blew us away.
On the actual day of the event we were more than cared for with 5 total staff from Your Jubilee making sure everything went very smoothly. Overall, the planning and use of various support and tracking websites was top notch and we would recommend them to anybody considering a wedding in Arizona. -

My Husband and I just got married on April 7, 2023 In Paradise Valley. We are from Canada, but found YourJubilee online to help us plan our wedding from afar. As soon as we had our first phone interview with them, we knew they would be perfect. They were so friendly and got right to the details. We had Meagan as our lead planner, using their full planning service, and she was perfect! She kept us on track to ensure everything was running smoothly, and got right to booking our important vendors immediately to lock them in! YJ helped give vendor recommendations, and opinions as we did not personally know or experience any of them ourselves living in Canada. We were BLOWN away, on our wedding day, by each and every vendor. Your Jubilee ensured our wedding day was stress free and were such amazing hype girls all day long. They ensured we were taken care of at all times, and kept things smooth and calm. We know they did so much more behind the scenes than we will ever know. We had 5 members helping on our wedding day, and they were always present to keep us on track and keep the day running smoothly. From keeping our large wedding party on track, to ensuring everything is set up perfectly, to helping me change my shoes and put socks on my feet for my outfit change! We were able to be unplugged and present our entire wedding day as we had them confidently running the show. At the end of our night we came back to a clean suite, with all of our wedding supplies packaged up perfectly, they had a bunch of our desserts packaged up waiting for us to enjoy. Your Jubilee you made our wedding day absolute perfection, and we can not thank you enough! If you need a planner, long story short: book Your Jubilee and have zero regrets! -

Where do we even begin?! Your Jubilee and our dedicated planner, Elaine, surpassed any expectations we had for our wedding. We used their full event planning and design service to help us from start to finish. The only regret we have is not staying engaged longer to have MORE time with the team!
Elaine handled everything from contracts, pricing and vendor scheduling to design recommendations, day-of timeline creation and so much more! We never had to worry about a thing and the communication each day from Elaine was unmatched. I looked forward to our daily texts with updates or quick questions that she would communicate back to the vendors for us. We know she handled SO much more on the backend than I ever saw to keep things simple and allow me to enjoy the planning process.
There were so many little details Elaine suggested that I would never have thought of that made a huge difference in the overall flow of the event and design aesthetic. Not only did she handle all the good, she also tackled a few vendor hiccups for us that I wouldn’t have wanted to do alone. Whatever we needed, we knew Elaine was on it! She was a light to our day and we will miss her so much!
The best part about hiring Your Jubilee was the access to not only your dedicated planner but the resources of the whole team! If we had a question or needed recommendations on something unique, Elaine was able to source from the whole team to get what we needed. On the wedding day, we had over 5 team members on-site to make sure everything was running smoothly and we felt so taken care of the entire day. We were never left wondering “what’s next” or where we needed to be. We were completely unplugged and present the entire day because we had them guiding us.
We could not have dreamed of a more perfect day and it would not have turned out the way it did had it not been for Elaine & the YJ team. While Elaine came into our lives as a "planner", she is now a friend for life and someone we will be forever grateful for! -

Your Jubilee is who you need on your team during the wedding planning process!!
Both myself and *now* husband work full time & knew we wouldn’t have the time or effort necessary to plan the wedding we wanted, plus I had no clue what I was doing.
We went with the full planning service with YJ and had Taylor as our planner.
Taylor was by our side every step of the way! From picking out vendors, to design, coordination, budget, everything! She made the planning process as stress free as possible so we could really enjoy it. She was flexible in her schedule and met with us on weekends and after work, which was huge to us. She was so knowledgeable and had amazing recommendations. Any road block or question we had, Taylor had the answer. For example, our venue layout didn’t allow for a head table (which I initially really wanted) and she came up with a solution for our design that I loved even more than a head table and really advocated for me to make sure it could happen. You can’t beat this type of creativity, it’s truly a gift.
Our wedding day could not have gone better and we felt so taken care of by the YJ team. Looking back, we both got to enjoy our day with zero stress and it was truly a magical day we will cherish forever, all thanks to Taylor and the YJ team. I was lucky enough to have Emily with me all day, making sure I was taken care of, holding my lipstick nearby, making sure I had water or drinks, and made sure I ate. She even brought us a plate of apps from our cocktail hour while we were taking photos. We didn’t have to worry about picking up anything afterwards, everything was planned to a T and taken care of. Trust me, these little details are HUGE on the day of. All of the vendor collaboration and timeline work Taylor put into our wedding shined on the day of and every detail of our wedding was executed perfectly, more than we ever could have dreamed of, because of Taylor.
Taylor was not only a wedding planner but honestly felt more like a friend to us. My husband and I both said we were sad our weekly calls leading up to the wedding wouldn’t continue because we enjoyed hanging out and talking with Taylor on a regular basis!
It’s taken me a month from our wedding to really reflect on how incredible YJ is and the effort, knowledge, and creativity they put into their craft. You not only should want them on your wedding planning team, you need them!!! -

Professional. Creative. Organized. Attentive. Friendly. Resourceful. The list goes on when I talk about Ashley and Meagan from Your Jubilee!
I had a long engagement and needed help with my destination wedding in Hawaii. I'm a type A person/bride. So finding planners that I could trust to work towards my vision and take the burden off of me was huge. Ashley and Meagan did that and then some. Meagan was my main planner for the wedding day with Ashley assisting. Meagan went above and beyond. Meagan is not only a meticulous planner who comes with so much knowledge and advice about all things weddings, but she also became so much more for me.
Meagan relieved any additional stress leading up to the wedding by providing helpful insight that kept me and my husband on track and on budget. On the big day, I knew I had absolutely nothing to worry about because Ashley and Meagan were on it. Every little detail, every step of the way.
Ashley took the reigns on our church ceremony and rehearsal day. Our church was not easy to deal with and Ashley took care of some of the hiccups that occurred like late transportation and a vendors poor attitude with such grace. My family doesn’t understand english very well and Ashley was so patient and organized during our family photos. I was so appreciative since it was one of my biggest stress factors. While I was saying my I do’s Meagan was making sure all details were set for reception. My wedding reception was absolutely perfect. The design we envisioned together by the Hawaii ocean side was everything I wanted and more!
We shared so many laughs throughout the process, and all the while Your Jubilee made sure my dream destination wedding came to life. I couldn't have asked for better planners, and am so grateful that we picked Your Jubilee to help us throughout our wedding planning. They were my hype women when I had doubts, my confidants talking me down from wedding stressors, my straight shooters cutting through any external nonsense, and most importantly, my friends. Run don’t walk to Your Jubilee! -

Where do I even start… my husband and I were lucky to have been connected to Kelcie Hasper at YourJubilee from the day we confirmed our wedding date & signed with our venue. YourJubilee came highly recommended from some of our friends as well being a preferred vendor at Mountain Shadows. Working with Kelcie made the entire planning experience fun, and most importantly, made our day feel like an absolute dream. She is not only the sweetest and most patient person but so organized, knowledgeable, and professional. She always stayed on top of what needed to be done by a certain time leading up to the big day and made sure I was also on track with my to do’s. There is a lot (a lot, a lot) that goes into planning a wedding that I was painfully unaware of so having her guidance and expertise every step of the way was truly priceless. The amount of times I went back and forth on certain choices or changed my mind on things is too much to count but Kelcie always reassured me and made me feel confident in my decisions at the end of the day. Whenever I didn’t understand something or I got overwhelmed she made it a priority to call me to talk through everything, and take on tasks simply to help me out. I never felt like she was unavailable or too busy (even though I am sure she had a lot on her plate). She sincerely cared about making this day so special and I can’t tell you how important that is when planning a wedding. On the day of, she dealt with all the chaos that goes on behind the scenes to ensure all deliveries/ vendors/ etc. were on point and where they needed to be while also taking the time to check in on me and calm my nerves. I brought a lot of decorative items to the venue and her and her team took care of everything… literally everything. From unpacking it all, displaying things where they needed to be, packing and loading it back up & everything in between, there is not a single thing she missed. When we went upstairs to do a reveal of the reception, seeing it all come together after about a year and half of planning was surreal. It brought tears to my eyes and made me so unbelievably thankful to have had Kelcie & YourJubilee bring everything to life.
Funny story as the night went on, we were so caught up in the excitement that when it was time for her & the team to drop off some boxes back in our room, we realized we hadn’t even checked in… while it was an oversight on my side, she didn’t get frustrated but instead laughed with me, told me not to worry about it, and checked in on my behalf. It may seem like a small gesture but to me, it just further proves how reliable and helpful Kelcie was.

We truly could not have asked for a better team of planners for our wedding day, especially our lead planner - Kayle Bonadie. Your Jubilee is absolutely the best! We selected the day of coordinator service and we were paired with Elaine. She is so sweet and friendly, down the earth, and was SO great at communicating. She stepped in about 10 weeks before our big day and took everything off of our plate to finalize and coordinate. Her attention to detail is unmatched! We were not worried one bit going into the big day because we trusted Elaine and her team to make sure everything ran smoothly. I highly recommend Your Jubilee as wedding planners! I LOVE Your Jubilee - Hire Them!
If you need one vendor for your wedding day, hire Your Jubilee, you will not regret it! This was the best money spent for our wedding day at Mountain Shadows last November. We could not have had the day we had without the Your Jubilee team, especially Kayle. We can't thank you enough! The YJ team was so helpful during our engagement in preparation for our wedding, and day-of was 100% essential to have them there to provide a schedule for the day, direct traffic, and keep everything totally seamless. As the bride, I have no idea if anything went wrong or got missed on my wedding day because YJ team is so wonderful and organized and professional. As soon as I spoke with Ashley on the phone interview, I immediately knew I wanted to hire the team for their expert level of organization. Could not recommend YJ more highly! And Kayle is amazing! There are no words to describe how amazing the team at Your Jubilee is! We hired Ashley Allan as our wedding planner for the full planning service package, and it was the best wedding decision we made. From the moment we met Ashley, we had high expectations, and Your Jubilee exceeded all of them with five-star service. Ashley helped us plan a three-day weekend with several events, including a golf tournament, a welcome party, the wedding ceremony/ reception, and a goodbye brunch. As the weekend progressed, each event was even more impressive than the next. All we had to do was sit back, relax, and enjoy the party. Ashley and her amazing team of vendors helped transform our backyard for the welcome party and the space for the ceremony/ reception into the vision of our dreams. Your Jubilee even helped us turn a ballroom at a luxury resort into a secret nightclub for dancing which blew our guests away because they didn't see it coming. In fact, multiple guests were so impressed that they asked me for Your Jubliee's contact information, and my sister even hired Ashley for her upcoming wedding because she was so thrilled with the service. If you are looking for the best team in town, a five-star experience, and a party that your guests will forever rave about, do yourself a favor and hire Your Jubilee! -

Elaine and Your Jubilee Knocked It Out Of The Park!
We could not have been happier with our experience planning our wedding through Your Jubilee. Elaine was our lead planner and worked so hard to bring our dream weekend to life! From day one, Elaine was organized, communicative, and always available. As a couple from LA who held a destination wedding in Scottsdale, Your Jubilee was so important to our process, as many of our decisions had to be made from afar - they provided great recommendations and local expertise. Elaine was a rockstar in helping us plan not one but two 200+ person events (Welcome Dinner + Wedding), as there were so many moving pieces and items to track (guest lists, vendors, F&B, etc.) We couldn't have done it without her amazing work. In addition to the planning, the Your Jubilee team played a collective effort in flawlessly coordinating our events day of, allowing us and our families to truly feel like guests at our own events. I truly cannot express how grateful I am for Ashley and the team at Your Jubilee. When I first started to plan my wedding, my mom & I were confident we could pull it together ourselves. We’re both extremely organized and A+ planners. My mom and I are also very close. She’s one of my best friends. However, we quickly started to butt heads. I realized that throughout this process I really just wanted to be mother and daughter, not mother/daughter/bank/planner/etc. I scheduled an introductory call with Megan and Ashley at YJ and clicked with them immediately. It was evident to me that these women are experienced professionals and phenomenal at what they do. We made the (brilliant) decision to hire them. From that moment forward, my wedding planning process was such a breeze. Not only was it easy, but it was actually fun and enjoyable for me and my mom. I had the privilege of working with Ashley. Ashley started by gaining an understanding of my vision for the day. From there she presented me with vendors she thought would fit best and help bring that vision to life. When I say she helped me select the absolute dream team for what I was envisioning, I am not kidding. I feel like I could not have selected better people to make my dream wedding a reality. Not only did she connect me with incredible vendors, but she helped me with my overall wedding design as well. She presented me with a couple different design options in the form of mood boards and helped me execute by suggesting linens, rentals, floral etc.. There were so many awesome details that Ashley brought to the table as well that my mom and I never would have thought of. She made sure the day was special, meaningful and unique to me and my husband as a couple. Leading up to the wedding, I was excited about everything that we had planned, but what I saw come together on the day blew all of my wildest expectations away. It was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined and every detail we put months of time and planning into was executed perfectly. It was amazing to see it all come to fruition. The day of my wedding I did not have to think about a thing or lift a finger. It was incredible. I got to enjoy the morning with my mom and best friends while YJ worked extremely hard to make sure everything ran smoothly. My wedding day could not have been better. It was a dream and the best day of our lives. Thank you so, so much to Ashley for the endless hours, effort and heart you put into our day. You have given us memories that will last a lifetime and we are forever grateful. Weddings are expensive. But the best money we spent was hiring Your Jubilee. They are well worth every penny. If you’re considering hiring a wedding planner, I cannot recommend Your Jubilee enough. -

Kayle is not only a wonderful wedding planner, but an amazing person and friend who will make sure every detail of your day is perfect. If we can give this review 10 stars, we would! Kelcie and the Your Jubilee team did such a phenomenal job planning our wedding and executing the day of so that it all went perfect and smooth. We truly got to enjoy our special day as bride and groom while Kelcie and her team worked hard behind the scenes. Words cannot describe how in awe we are of what she accomplished for us. Kelcie was so patient with us during the entire process and was super professional. We would not have had our dream wedding if it wasn't for her. We used Your Jubilee's partial planning services and they helped us create a wedding more beautiful than our wildest dreams. Our planner, Hayley Leutzinger, is not only the sweetest human ever and you will want to be her best friend - she has amazing attention to detail, follow through, and patience, and always made us feel like our wedding was important and under control. I felt like my happiness really meant something to her, and I am so grateful we had her help. I also like to say she's the reason my mom and I didn't get divorced during the wedding planning process, so it's worth hiring them even just for that :-P (Love my mom! But disagreements are inevitable and Hayley gracefully ran interference.)
Hayley saved us from hiring some awful vendors and steered us toward highly recommended ones that saved us hours of research and potential disappointment. It's also extremely beneficial to hire a well-respected planning service like Your Jubilee because vendors are often more responsive to them than to brides, and they can help you do the "dirty work" of negotiating with vendors and take that stress off your plate. They also had an excellent planning process and tools - from an online portal that was extremely useful for tracking vendor payments, timelines, and communications, to a design guide that helped us solidify our ever-evolving design (changed our minds a million times), to a by-the-minute run of show agenda that specified EVERY little detail we needed to remember the day of.
On the day of the wedding, my husband and I had the absolute time of our lives - we worried about nothing and got to just show up and be totally in the present moment and enjoy cherished moments with the people we love most in this world. My husband was so thrilled with the experience - despite the fact that we spent more than he would have liked - he said he wished we could do it all over again. And that was entirely due to Hayley and her team's organization and expertise. Everything went off without a hitch, and we were absolutely enamored with how beautiful the venue looked with all the lighting, floral, and decor. Hayley made sure every single detail was executed to our specifications (and we were very particular).
Every bride should get a wedding planner - even if you don't have a huge budget (like me). It will save you time, stress, and tears, and the money you do spend will be well worth every penny. We had the wedding of our dreams thanks to Maddy with YJ! One of the first things that stood out to me was the initial call I had with YJ - the owners, Meagan and Ashley, take the time to have that initial phone call with you, and to me that speaks volumes about this company.
If you are hesitant at all to hire a planner for various reasons such as cost, etc, etc, Im here to say dont! This was worth every penny. I went ahead with the full planning service and I do not regret it one bit. Maddy is incredibly personable, professional, and demonstrates a true passion for her job. Im a very indecisive person and can be super anal about things, but Maddy was more than patient and accommodating with me. We also had some hiccups along the way with our venue and Maddy was always on top of it and took care of things right away. Our wedding day could not have been more well planned. Maddy compiled at least a 20 page wedding timeline with every detail imaginable, and it made for such a flawless execution. I literally didn't worry about a single thing. I could not speak any more highly of her or this company. Please do yourself the favor and hire YJ for your big day! -

When I was searching for a wedding planner in AZ, I called Your Jubilee first. I talked to Ashley and instantly made a connection with her! She is so easy to talk to, personable and funny. Therefore, I stopped looking and instantly decided to work with her! I soon learned that Ashley is very communicative, attentive, thoughtful, understanding, patient, and well organized! Planning a wedding is stressful enough, let alone during a global pandemic! She has been a calming force that I never knew I needed. She kept reassuring me that everything will turn out great whether we had 280 or 50 guests. She also helped design our dream wedding! I told her I wanted romantic, candles, greenery and a silent disco and she delivered! She knows so many different vendors that would fit your dream wedding. Additionally, Ashley is mindful of your budget. Even though I wanted to be extra at times, she reminded me of the costs which is extremely helpful since weddings can be pricey! Amazing through the entire process
Amanda with Your Jubilee and her team were amazing. Made my wife and I feel super comfortable and confident in our decisions. Our day was super stressful with crazy weather, a drunk guest, and our wedding suite not being available for us at the end of the night. They supported us through the weather and helped come up with many different contingency plans, which were never used thankfully, as the weather cleared and turned out perfect with gorgeous skies. Amanda and her team handled our drunk guest with no one noticing and escorted them from the reception. Amanda personally handled our hotel suite and coordinated a room and got us setup for the night without us being involved at all. If we would have not had Your Jubilee and their amazing staff I could not imagine the stress that myself, my wife, and our families would have been under to try and handle just these few items that came up. My wife and I are forever thankful for making our day perfect and only good memories. -

Oh goodness - where to start with this group of amazing women!? If you don't have time to read this, just know there's no need to look any further, you can't go wrong with hiring Your Jubilee. If I had all the money in the world, they would be planning every party for the rest of my life! Before hiring Your Jubilee, I had talked with a few other planners to find who was the best fit for us. After a few calls with other companies, I was discouraged and worried that I wouldn't find the right fit for me. I was so relieved when I spoke with Ashley & Meagan...they are down to earth, creative, knowledgeable and know how to get sh*t done! I worked with Ashley and her team for over a year planning our wedding and I had the time of my life during the planning process. I looked forward to our meetings and always felt my ideas were heard; Ashley always found a way to bring my outlandish dreams to life! She was organized and kept me on schedule with check points along the way so I never felt stressed about what to do next or when things should be done. When an emergency with Ashley happened the week of the wedding that prevented her from being there the day of, the last thing on my mind was being worried about the day going smoothly, I knew her badass team would handle everything for her. And OH MY GOSH did they handle it!! Amanda stepped up and was so communicative with me so I knew when I needed to be where and she kept the day and night running so smoothly. I am sure she was stressed to the max needing to be in a hundred places at once with a thousand questions to answer, but she never once showed it. She had a smile on her face and pep in her step the whole day! Can we talk about their magic of flipping spaces!? Our guests were blown away when they saw the ceremony space transformed for the reception. You can tell everyone at YJ truly loves what they do - it shows in their attention to detail, their hustle, and the smiles on their faces when they see a happy bride & groom. Everything was absolutely perfect. I couldn't have put on the wedding of my dreams without Ashley, Amanda and all the amazing ladies at YJ. -

The Your Jubilee team was wonderful! I mainly worked with Anna and she was exceptional. She came to every meeting prepared and with notes.
She even went above and beyond and joined in on other vendor meetings so she was always informed. Anna takes on her couples as if they were family. She will go to bat for you if you have questions or concerns and always gets the job done. I knew I was working with a great team because they have a great reputation within the industry. Every vendor was excited and comfortable to work with Anna and Your Jubilee. Our day would not have been perfect without this mighty army of ladies.

I knew instantly after looking over their website they were the wedding planners of my dream. After meeting them, we vibed instantly and I had a huge sense of relief knowing that these wonderful girls were going to make my dream come true. Every step of the planning process was FUN and EXCITING! These girls literal professionals. They know everything about this industry and have SOOOOO many contacts. I wanted a lot of entertainment at my wedding, and Ashley instantly knew who to reach out to make that happen! From donuts, to beer donkeys, to photo booths, to magicians, everything was perfect. No matter what came up, Ashley was there for me to explain everything, come up with a plan B, and somehow make that plan B better than the original plan! Amy Sent on 06/07/2018I said over and over again during my wedding planning process “how do people do this without a planner?!”. Hiring Your Jubilee was the best decision I could have made. Meagan and Ashley are not only amazing people but amazing planners - they made my dream wedding come true and on a tight budget!
Throughout the whole process, anytime I had a question they were quick and super thorough in their responses. With vendors, they knew what questions to ask (and would ask things that I hadn't even thought about). They also knew what vendors were trustworthy, good and worth your money. All the little details and ceremony/reception decor that I wouldn’t have even thought of or didn’t think mattered, they did and knew it would be impactful and help make my vision come to life. They had ideas on how I can save money but also told me where it was worth it to spend a little more. They didn’t steer me wrong the whole process.
The timeline they created for us was SO thorough and detailed, that the day of I didn’t have to worry about how the day would go or if vendors knew what to do because I knew they had it under control and the whole day/night went flawlessly! Having a schedule, someone to setup and tare down, someone to help get you some appetizers after the ceremony so you don’t starve while taking pictures - it was amazing to not have to think about those things, so we could just have fun and enjoy our night!
I can’t thank them enough for helping me put together my dream wedding. It was the best investment I made the whole wedding. If you are thinking about hiring a planner at all (which you should) - these are your gals! Even if it is just for day of coordination, you’ll feel the amazing impact of the YJ team. -

Finding the right person to trust to make your wedding dreams come true is so important and such a big decision. After many calls to other planners and not finding the right vibe -it only took one call to Your Jubilee to feel the energy and the passion this team has for what they do. We explained our vision for our small Destination wedding to the girls over the phone &arranged to fly from NJ out to meet with them in AZ . Anna helped us through each step of the process finding and securing vendors who really for our wedding mold. Her organizational skills calmed my nerves (and my ADD)she kept us on track with deadlines , called me often in NJ &sent me vision boards to help me be able to really see it all come together.
When I flew out a second time to finalize details she spent and entire day with me going to all my vendors some of which were an hour and half away from others and attended tastings since my husband was unable to attend the trip. She worked seamlessly with all my vendors and the became this amazing dream team of “good vibes only girls” . She was nothing but positive and accommodating throughout the whole process -nothing less than a joy to work with. On our wedding day everything came together beautifully and was perfectly orchestrated by Anna & the Your Jubilee team. Even a record breaking heat wave with temperatures at 108.6 at the beginning of May and a wedding full of melting NY/NJ guests didn’t phase these girls they kept it moving, kept us all smiling hydrated and on target.
I’m not the most conventional bride and other planners said my plan to show my NY/NJ guests a scenic trip to remember over 4 days of Events from Sedona to Scottsdale then from the ceremony at Boyce Thompson Arboretum to the reception in Fountain Hills was crazy, but Anna embraced it and made my wedding dreams come true! Forever Grateful!! -

Safe to say, planning a wedding was second to becoming a new mom and they did every thing more perfect than I could have even imagined. I was amazed at their attention to detail and making your vision a reality! I am still blown away with what all went on behind the scenes on our wedding day to make it so beautiful and all I had to do was get ready with my bridesmaids and daughter (which was all I could handle). She made our lives so much easier prior to and during the wedding. Meagan reviewed the time line with us numerous times and it was perfection. Our guests were coming up to us saying wow that besides the wedding was beautiful Everything was planned perfectly.
There was not 1 thing missed, from the set up to tear down. Meagan was also a pleasure to work with, she adds value to the event. Meagan and her team were extremely professional.
Having Meagan there gave us the ability to enjoy our guests and the party.
The only regret is that we only have 1 child and will not have an opportunity to work with them on another wedding. However we find a way to work with your Jubilee and Meagan again

Lisa Sent on 12/29/2016Hiring YourJubilee as our wedding planners was one of the best decisions we made! I love planning things and originally didn't think I needed help planning the wedding. I already had all of the big decisions made (venue, photographer, caterer, etc.), but organizing and dealing with the vendors became a bigger job than I expected. YourJubilee came in and they were such a huge help! They were organized, helpful, gave input and ideas, but also quickly grasped our vision for the wedding and ran with it. They handled and coordinated all of the vendors, which was seriously a life saver! While all of our vendors were great, it was so nice having someone on our side at all times. Meagan and Ashley know this industry like the back of their hands so they know the right questions to ask the vendors, they know when something doesn't seem right, or seems overpriced. They even ended up saving us money in the end because they knew when we could get things at a better price.
When it came to the day of, it was so nice to have them there coordinating everything. They were so helpful and went above and beyond in making sure we enjoyed the day!
My advice to brides would be, even if you love planning and are super organized, you still need help! Planning a wedding is much different, and you need someone on your side who knows the business, the vendors, the right questions to ask, and who can take charge the day of so you (or your bridesmaid and family) don't have to!
