Perfection
I am a bargain shopper. My family teases me because I love a great deal and getting a quality product at a reasonable price point. When my fiancé and I set a date I, of course, started looking for dresses I liked online. I found this dress semi locally being sold as a sample and knew I had to see it in person. The dress was EXACTLY what I loved and my fiancé agreed this was the one for me. But... the one for sale in shop was a wreck; torn lace, zipper ripped out, horrible. And to order a new one would have been basically a zillion dollars. I left absolutely deflated and began my online search anew. I found this dress in the color I wanted and in my size on Your Dream Dress. The site was offering a flash sale and this particular dress did not seem to be included so I immediately sent an email. The dress was out of shop because another bride had ordered it to try it but decided to return it. They offered to let me purchase the dress at the sale price and assured me it would be diligently checked before being shipped to me. I purchased and waited. Dress arrived as perfection. Clean and exactly as advertised. It fits me and will need very little alterations. I am absolutely thrilled!!! This business made it possible for me to afford a designer gown for a price I’d have probably paid at that ‘one place’ everyone goes. Throughout this process I have received email updates and all my inquiries have been answered the same day. I cannot recommend this company enough and no, this review was absolutely NOT collected as part of a promotion nor was I paid in any way. Your Dream Dress is exactly what it claims to be and I feel blessed to have found them. -

Excellent online shop for quality veils!
Online ordering was simple and safe. I received SUPERB customer service in response to custom questions. The veil arrived promptly and the materials were better than expected! It hung so well and didn't keep any creases. I loved it. Overall, very, very pleased! -

Excellent customer service - she helped me choose the perfect dress and the perfect size. I only had to have the length altered just a little. Dress is beautiful and high quality for an amazing price!!! Highly recommend!! -

Gorgeous couture gown for an incredible price
Your Dream Dress mailed me two pristine couture wedding dresses - beautifully packaged! It was so easy to try them on in my home and I found the perfect, one of a kind gown, and returned the other for a full refund. I know I would never be able to find a dress of the same quality at such a great price anywhere else. Wedding dress shopping with Your Dream Dress was by far the easiest part of planning my wedding. -

Exactly My Dream Dress!!!
I thought I can never afford a Vera Wang dress with my limited budget until I found this website. They have several size 8 sample dresses. It's not my size (I'm size 2 or 4) and they have been tried on but the price makes it such a great deal. I'm a bit nervous about buying such expensive dress online but after reading a lot of the reviews and talked to Kimberly, I decided to give it a try. When I receive the dress, I know that's the one! The dress is sooooo gorgeous and exactly my dream dress!!! Even surprisingly, it doesn’t run as large as I thought so maybe some alteration will be good enough to fit me perfectly. I found my designer gown as a sample at Kleinfeld's and decided that another dress by the designer would be perfect for the reception, but I could not afford to buy the designer gown at retail. The website was so easy to use; and the response was so pleasant and considerate. Weddings are stressful enough... and expensive enough. They were so pleasant to deal with, fair with the pricing, shipping was fast. The whole experience was incredible!!! So NOT stressful. And the dress was BEYOND gorgeous!!! Truly my dream dress!!! Fantastic experience ordering my dream Vera Wang Dress
I had never ordered anything this special online, let alone out of country. As my Vera Wang dream dress was only available in the states and I lived in Canada, I had no choice. I read loads of reviews and they helped me decide to go for it anyway. I was very nervous, but I was so very happy when my dream dress arrived a few weeks later perfectly packaged in tissue and beautiful ribbon ties and exactly as it was described! I was able to track it the whole way, and recieved notifactions when it arrived. The dress was stunning, and well worth it. All my questions were answered ahead of time online, and she even extended a sale discount for me. I was however completely shocked at the cost of Duty at the border. I was expecting to pay around 200-300 but was shocked to had to pay 800$ when it arrived. That was of course my ignorance at having not done this before. I would recommend this process to anyone, just be sure you are ok with the duty you may incur if shipping internationally.-

I needed a dress last minute, a WEEK before the wedding date, due to a mistake with my dress from another vendor. Kimberly assured me they would be able to get me a dress in time and she worked with me all day via email and phone while I tried to decide what dresses to get. Once I finally decided, she packed up my dresses for me and drove them to the post office herself as their usual method of shipment had already gone out for the day. The dresses were set for Saturday delivery and she followed up with me, on a Saturday, to make sure I had received my dresses! I cannot express my love for this establishment, and Kimberly, enough! She saved my wedding! and I felt absolutely gorgeous on the day. So many thanks to Kimberly and Angela! -

I didn't think that with a $1,000 budget for a wedding dress that I could afford all that much. In this process I went to a boutique in town that sells wedding dresses (which was great though I did not have a ton of selection), david's bridal (yuuuck) and also ordered a few gowns off of yourdreamdress. Not only did I get the biggest bang for my buck on this website (can't believe how pretty my wedding dress is), but the ladies at YDD are wonderful, professional, and super helpful to boot. Please read the return policy and make sure you contact them after you purchase if you wish to return your gown. They offered me a few extra days of keeping a gown to take to a tailor for evaluation for modification if I wanted, and also provided some guidance--it was much appreciated. It may not be a traditional means of trying on gowns, but the gowns I tried on with these folks were absolutely gorgous and higher quality than what i saw elsewhere for a comparable price. Very satisfied with my purchase and experience.

So happy i found this site! I had looked at a lot of bridal salons and wasn’t finding anything. I ordered 2 dresses from your dream dress and they arrived within 2 days!!! I was able to get a $4000 dress for just over $1000. The quality of the dress was amazing! It was simple to return the other dress and i received my money back with in days.
Not only was the dress great but the customer service was wonderful. I was originally going to pay extra for faster shipping. The girls went out of their way to call and let me know i could save money but choosing a different option and would still get the dresses by the date i wanted.
Such a great experience. I can not suggest it enough! -

I had the best experience with Your Dream Dress! I was getting discouraged shopping for gowns that were several thousands of dollars. I came across one I liked at Nordstroms for only $1900 but I was able to get the same dress for only $1,000 at Your Dream Dress. The dress was sent beautifully wrapped and I was able to try it on for a few days to decide if it was right for me, with complete reimbursement if it was not. The Oscar dress I ordered was truly my dream dress! I had been searching for an older Oscar style, and found the dress on this website at a fraction of the price comparatively. I called Your Dream Dress the day that I picked up a dress from another local store. I had realized that I was still in love with one of the first dresses that I had tried on, and I found it on Your Dream Dress. They were so kind and patient while answering all of my questions. I ordered the dress (for an incredible price) shortly after speaking with Angela and I am SO glad that I did. The dress arrived within days and was in pristine condition. I would never have been able to afford my dress if it wasn't for Your Dream Dress, and would have been left wearing a dress that I wasn't in love with. When I saw this dress online, I bookmarked it and went back to it several times. I emailed the site with some questions and she responded very quickly! I recently ordered a Monique Lhuillier wedding gown from Your Dream Dress inc. and I cannot commend this service enough. They were so understanding and accommodating with all my needs, especially because I ordered from overseas. I asked for additional measurements (shoulder width, armhole circumference etc.) and they were happy to measure all of these for me. They were also great in extending the date of their additional promotional code for me, and for the date of return for an additional 1-2 days, because I live overseas. In the end I didn't end up returning anyway because my mother and I fell absolutely in love with the couture gown we got for a GREAT price. Thank you Angela & Kim for realising my dreams of finally become an ML bride! -

I'll admit I was a little hesitant to purchase a dress online. However, I had the absolute best experience. Because I was so hesitant I called in to go over the process (even though it's clearly and accurately spelled out on their website). Everyone I spoke to was SO helpful even though I'm sure they have repeated the same thing over and over through the years. They made me feel so confident in working with them. I purchased my dress and the process was exactly how they described it to be.
It's pretty amazing that they are able to create access to gowns that some wouldn't be able to afford otherwise. Everyone is deserving of wearing their dream dress. -

Every single detail -- from the beautiful packaging of the gown to the lightening fast delivery of the gown -- exceeded my expectations. While the online photos were excellent and showed all the details of the beautiful gown -- the gown was even more beautiful when it arrived. I am the mother of the bride and purchased this gorgeous gown for my daughter. My daughter is THRILLED with her gown! Again, the packaging is simply elegant. I thought the service associated with Your dream dress was particularly good - Angela and Kimberly responded to emails inquiries after hours and when we did get a chance to speak on the phone Kimberly was super helpful and really went above and beyond with advice. Overall, each interaction was friendly and I really felt that the service was personalized. The dress arrived in great condition - exactly as described! There were absolutely no surprises and my entire experience was totally smooth. From their quick responses either through e-mial or on the phone, to helping me find extra fabric to alter my dress, they were incredible! They were also very flexible about still assuring me I would be able to return the dress had we not found the extra lace. I was thrilled when they found the lace and now have the dress of my dreams! I would recommend Your Dream Dress to any bride. Angela and Kimberly were a pleasure to work with. I got a beautiful Anne Barge gown for a great price. Angela answered all of my questions and was very quick to respond to my emails.
The measurements posted on the site are very accurate. I measured myself and was confident the dress would fit perfectly. It fit like a glove. The only alterations needed are to add sew-in bra cups and shorten the hem in front a couple of inches. I was also very pleased with the condition of the dress when I received it. It was shipped via UPS and came in a heavy-duty plastic garment bag inside a large box with tissue paper.
The dress was in pristine condition when it arrived. They state on the site, "None of our gowns have been worn to an actual wedding/event." I am pretty sure my dress had never been tried on. The lace applique was in perfect condition and there wasn't a mark or spec of anything on the dress.
Again, I would recommend Your Dream Dress to any bride. -

I hadn't tried on many dresses, so I was a little apprehensive about ordering a dress online. Kimberly, the founder of Your Dream Dress, quickly noticed this when I emailed her asking if I could stop the order I had just placed the night before. She called me that same day, and talked me through the process of ordering a dress from them, and was also able to describe the dress I was planning to order (Carolina Herrera 'Catherine'). I felt at ease after talking with her, and she made me feel very confident that if this dress wasn't the one, I could easily return it and continue looking. Once I got the dress (which only took 2 days!), I was speechless. The fabric was stunning, the fit was exactly as described, and it looked brand new. My Romona Keveza ball gown is absolutely beautiful. I am so happy I found it on Your Dream Dress. I would not have a wedding dress of my dreams if it were not for Kimberly's amazing service! I fell in love with a Modern Trousseau dress that I had tried on in a boutique and when googling to look up a picture of the dress, I came across the dress on yourdreamdress.com. At first, my friends talked me out of buying a dress online, but after thinking about it for a few days, I thought that I might give it a try. When I went back to the website, the dress was no longer available. I called the number on the website to see if the company might have another of the same dress, but sadly, they didn't. However, the conversation morphed into an hour and a half long conversation in which Kimberly answered any and every question about buying a wedding dress ranging from the pros and cons of buying online, new or used. She also answered many useful questions about alterations, preserving, dry cleaning, and accessories.
Like most brides, I was new to the bridal attire world so there were so many small things that I did not know that actually end up being quite major deals when picking out your wedding dress. Later that evening, I was thinking about what a great conversation I had with Kimberly so I thought that I might take one more look on her website to see if there was something that I might like. As I learned from the phone call, it really is all risk free. I ended up finding a relatively similar dress and I took a risk and I ordered it.
Within seconds of trying it on, I knew that it was my dress! I ended up getting a $4,100 Ines di Santos original new gown for around $800, including taxes (none when shipping!). Everyone who has seen the dress thinks that it is so nice that they are surprised to hear that it retails for only around $4,000 instead of $7,000-$10,000. My Dream Dress has been a wonderful experience. I found the perfect Oscar De La Renta dress from the site and although I was initially nervous about buying a designer wedding dress online, I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The team at MDD assured me that my dress was never worn, with tags still on it and it perfect condition. They inspect their dresses to the T before sending out, so I was assured I was in good hands. They've also been in business for a decade, so that added more confidence to my purchase.
