  Stress free!

  Being a Type A Bride, I was stressing about being able to do everything myself. I knew I wanted to enjoy the day and that I didn’t just want a day of, but I truly needed one. I needed someone else to be my brain so that I could only be in the moment. Taylor did just that! My now husband originally thought that having a day of coordination was silly. He didn’t want to spend more money on something he thought we didn’t need. After a few discussions of me explaining why we needed one - he was on board. As we were eating at our wedding, he looked at me and said, “I’m so glad we hired Taylor. She was a huge help today!” So for those of you on the fence - I promise you…she’s 100% worth it! She’s so sweet and will make your day go super smooth!

  Taylor was a godsend!! She truly made our wedding day go off without a hitch. I would highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding if you want to be a stress free bride!!

  Very personal and made the entire day perfect

  Taylor was so attentive and was constantly doing things behind the curtains to make my wedding day and experience perfect. She was a kind friend throughout the process and I can’t imagine picking someone else to plan my special day with me. Love her big time!

  SO helpful and resourceful

  Taylor was an awesome coordinator! We’re so glad to have worked with her, and she gave us so much advice during our planning months. My husband and I live in Virginia, so we were planning our wedding from out of state. Taylor helped us coordinate with our vendors and even met up with some of them on our behalf! The biggest thing that happened to us was that our photographer canceled on us the day before, and Taylor helped us source a new photographer that matched our budget. That was an amazing pull, and we LOVED the photos. Taylor was also very accommodating to our requests the day-of; as expected, I was still mulling over wedding details the morning before our ceremony, so I texted her a long list of details to double-check for my peace of mind. She was a great help! And after the ceremony, she lent us a hand with teardown and packing things away before our cleaner arrived. Thank you so much for everything, Taylor!

  Day of Coordinator

  Taylor was my day of coordinator but leading up to the wedding she was readily available to answer any questions I had throughout the planning process. On the day of she did exactly as we had discussed and everything that I requested of her even if it was last minute. She made me feel relaxed the entire day and I felt like I didn’t have to worry about a thing because she took care of it before I even realized something needed to fixed! She was low key, approachable and easy to work with! Highly recommend!!

  The best in Nashville

  We used Taylor as a day of coordinator for our October 1st wedding at Ruby in Nashville and she was INCREDIBLE. There’s no way the day would have been as smooth and as perfect as it was without her magic. If there was a problem she immediately had a solution - as the bride I never had to worry about a thing. She was also so calm about everything which helped me stay calm throughout the day.
  
  Taylor will do whatever it takes to get the job done and ensure your day is perfect. Our rental company forgot to deliver a table for the DJ and she drove to her work and brought us back a table. Both our families still talk about how amazing Taylor was - I cannot recommend her enough!!

  Great Month of Coordinator

  Taylor made our wedding day run smoothly so we could truly enjoy the day. We had a unique event at the Nashville zoo that had everything from a carousel, giraffe photoshoot, zipline, and zoo animal meet and greet. She helped orchestrate it all and withstood the heat (and squirrels!) for our event. She did wonders setting up some of our more complex DIY decorations and did a beautiful job putting together a detailed timeline. We also had a vendor drop out a week before the wedding and she helped assist us with recommendations which led to us finding a replacement.

  effortless!

  Taylor was my wedding coord for my wedding this past May. we started working together a year prior & she made it feel a lot more digestible! she provides all the information you could need & more. I told her if anything went wrong the day of the wedding, I had no clue. it was that seamless!

  Day-Of Coordinator

  Taylor was an absolute dream to work with!! I am the youngest of 4, and I wanted to hire a day-of coordinator so that my mom could enjoy her last daughter getting married without worrying about the little details. Taylor did all that and more! She is so professional, detail-oriented, and fun to work with. She worked with me months prior to my actual wedding day, giving me peace of mind that everything would come together on the day of. I cannot recommend Taylor enough - thank you for making our day so special and seamless!

  Helpful, Kind, and Professional Wedding Coordinator!

  My husband and I hired Taylor to help us plan our wedding day on 11/13/21. Taylor was always so kind and helpful throughout the entire planning process. She was always very responsive to all our questions. She was available to have a phone call or meet up to chat when we needed. Taylor helped us select our vendors and took care of all communication the month of our wedding. She created a detail timeline of our wedding day and made sure it ran smoothly. As we reflect back on our wedding day, we can't stop talking about how perfect it was. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day! All of our guests could not stop talking about how much they enjoyed themselves. I felt so much more relaxed than I had anticipated I would feel on my wedding day, thanks to Taylor. She made our wedding day a breeze to go through.   A Miracle!

  Taylor was not my original wedding coordinator, my coordinator was let go from my venue only 6 weeks before my wedding. Luckily one of my other vendors knew Taylor and recommended her!   Above & Beyond

  Taylor is hands down the best planner in Nashville. She is polite, friendly, and hard working. She made our wedding day perfect. All of the hiccups that come with planning a large event were professionally handled and fixed thanks to her expertise. My wife and I would get a divorce just so we can have our wedding again and work with her.

  We are so happy that we hired Taylor as our month-of coordinator for our wedding! Taylor was recommended to us by our florist, Catherine at Creations by Debbie. From the moment I started working with Taylor, she was super professional and helpful. We hired her about 8 months before our wedding day to be our month-of coordinator. Before the month of though, we had multiple phone conversations and she would check in to make sure everything was going smoothly. She was super helpful with recommendations in the Nashville area and was willing to answer any question we had about wedding stuff! She provided us with a wedding checklist to help us stay organized and the checklist had items that we didn’t even know to think about. One month before, Taylor took over coordinating and did an amazing job! We unexpectedly had to switch venues a few weeks before the wedding and Taylor was on top of everything. She took so much pressure off of us and my family by coordinating and making sure everyone had the right venue. She created a day-of schedule as well and answered all of my crazy texts the week before the wedding. On the day of the wedding, Taylor made everything go perfectly! Everyone was where they needed to be, and she made sure everything was set up and ready. She worked with each vendor to make sure the day went smoothly. She was super flexible throughout the day and really made the day perfect for us. It was so nice to not have to worry about schedule, vendors, and details because Taylor took care of them all.   I hired Taylor as my DOC but she helped much more than that. I was an out of town bride and she answered every text and phone call. She was especially helpful when I had to move my venue due to COVID. She helped me find a new dreamy venue and everything worked out perfectly!! The day of the wedding she worked hard setting up my tables and making sure everything was what I had envisioned.. and it was. She was great to work with and was sooo so helpful through the entire night. Highly recommend!! Can’t thank her enough.

  A true superhero

  Planning your wedding can be very stressful. Especially during Covid! I started the wedding planning process scared to even make it the the wedding day, but as soon as we hired Taylor everything changed. She was so attentive and helpful.

  There was a hiccup with the cake delivery, but Taylor worked her magic and had it fixed before I even came out of my dressing room.

  Affordable and Amazing Planner

  Taylor was our day of planner and we were so thrilled with her and her services. She met with me for TWO HOURS during the craziness of COVID and her being rehomed from the tornadoes. If that doesn’t tell you enough about her character I don’t know what will! She really took the time to understand our vision and plans for the day of. She also is very knowledgeable and helped me make some decisions about the timeline and proper Wedding etiquette. She is also extremely affordable because she cares about her brides and understands wedding costs. AND she talked with me via text, call and email many times before our big day. She is seriously the sweetest! There were a lot of unplanned things that popped up the day of the wedding and Taylor made sure to handle it all. She was the first to arrive at the venue and the last to leave that night! We’re so grateful for her! Highly recommend.

  Taylor was our day of planner and we were so thrilled with her and her services. She met with me for TWO HOURS during the craziness of COVID and her being rehomed from the tornadoes. If that doesn’t tell you enough about her character I don’t know what will! She really took the time to understand our vision and plans for the day of. She also is very knowledgeable and helped me make some decisions about the timeline and proper Wedding etiquette. She is also extremely affordable because she cares about her brides and understands wedding costs. AND she talked with me via text, call and email many times before our big day. She is seriously the sweetest! There were a lot of unplanned things that popped up the day of the wedding and Taylor made sure to handle it all. She was the first to arrive at the venue and the last to leave that night! We’re so grateful for her! Highly recommend.

  Taylor did an incredible job helping me stay organized- she made me an entire binder with steps to take and lists of different options for everything I needed! I was so impressed with how how much knowledge she had about weddings and how quickly she made all the details happen. She helped me remain calm and put the final touches on things to make it all perfect! I would highly recommend Taylor to be your wedding planner for your special day. She is so kind and so amazing!
