Cathy was so amazing to work with! She was so helpful with all of the questions I had, gave me advice and recommendations when looking threw her items. She was extremely flexible and willing to work around my schedule with picking up and returning items and responded promptly and professionally to emails. Cathy was delightful to work with not only was she well organized and willing to make any alterations I needed but she was so sincere and truly invested in making our special day everything we wanted it to be. Wonderful wedding coordinators and beautiful rental decor
Cathy and Leslie were my daughter's day of coordinators and we used their rental decor! My husband and I were so pleased at how they always valued our opinion through the whole process. They continually checked in with us throughout the wedding to make sure all of our expectations were met. The decor was beautiful and we were very pleased with the wedding! I would highly recommend Cathy and Leslie for wedding coordination and decor rental! -

Cathy and Leslie were amazing!! In our consultations leading up to the wedding, they helped me figure out all the details I wouldn’t have even thought of! I can’t imagine our wedding without them!! From start to finish, they were so fun to work with and so efficient! My husband and I were able to relax and enjoy every part of our wedding day knowing these two had it handled! I’m so impressed with their level of service. They kept all our vendors on track and were always one step ahead of the game to anticipate issues and timing! They have incredible attention to detail and put your mind at ease with their huge hearts and ability to make quick, assertive decisions. I felt so calm and comfortable on our wedding day knowing that Cathy and Leslie had everything under control. Our guests raved about how wonderful and beautiful our wedding was and it’s all because of these two working hard to make sure everything went so smooth! Everyone knows that weddings are expensive, and one of the costs that is unavoidable is rentals, and that is why I was so glad to have found Cathy. Not only did she have amazing inventory, her prices were extremely reasonable and fit right into our budget. When we met for the first time, she was so warm, welcoming, and professional. We had a blast looking through her inventory - there was so much to choose from! - and figuring out what all we needed. Working with her was such an easy process. At pick up, she had all our items neatly organized and packed and provided instructions for how to re-pack everything at the event of the event. On the day of, our ceremony and reception spaces just looked simply amazing, and it was largely in part to her. As the title states, our wedding truly would not have been the same without Cathy, and for that we are so eternally grateful. If you need rentals, whether large or small, go with Cathy and you will not be disappointed!Your Day, Your Way Rentals's reply:

Working with Cathy for my August 2018 wedding at Thornewood Castle was relaxed and easy. Cathy spent a few hours with us in her showroom, she had everything neatly displayed, and was kind, had great ideas, listened well and was flexible. If she didn’t have something I needed, she was willing to order it for me.
I ended up renting three easels of different heights, two small easels, her chalkboard trio, 13 sets of silver votives, a “cards” and “guestbook” sign. I also ordered more of her silver charger plates and she found me the most beautiful sage organza table runners.
Cathy was flexible with my schedule as I was coming from Vancouver, WA, and also interviewing for nursing school in Portland during the week before my wedding so she allowed early pickup for my items. All the items are neatly packaged and clearly marked in tubs. Cathy is clear with her instructions and has amazing prices. Would highly recommend her for anyone’s event or wedding rental needs. *photos by Gina Paulson -

She had everything I needed to rent, from table clothes (including sequin ones!), runners, votives, lanterns, easels and so much more! So was a gem to work with, probably one of the nicest people I've ever met! She made the planning process super easy leading up to the wedding, and was great to communicate with. I cannot speak highly enough of the experience I had with Your Day, Your Way Rentals for our wedding day. Cathy was a huge player in helping me bring a very loose vision of our reception to a beautifully executed experience for us and our guests. Having our ceremony in one location and reception in another was a big concern of mine in terms of getting things set up timely, and set up how we wanted without the supervision of myself, family, or wedding party. With Cathy as our day-of coordinator and chief design specialist, there was no need to worry. Every piece was gorgeous and totally fit our dream reception! Thank you so much Your Day, Your Way Rentals for making our big day sheer perfection!!! -
