Super Responsive for a Quick micro wedding
We had already discussed eloping but when my Husband decided we should do a micro wedding I panicked and had to find someone to help me within two weeks. Thank goodness for her reviews and availability because Kristen was perfect. Offering both Hair AND Makeup as well as travel to our hotel was absolutely perfect and I looked fabulous for my wedding day without even having to trial run. She was communicative and responsive to all my desires and what I was looking for. -

I wish I could give Kristen 6 stars!! I cannot recommend Kristen enough! She was absolutely incredible from start to finish and played such a huge part in making my wedding morning feel smooth and stress-free. She arrived exactly on time, finished everything within the allotted time, and having her come directly to my Airbnb was such a huge convenience.
Most importantly, she completely brought my vision to life. I showed her exactly what I was looking for, and she absolutely nailed it. My hair and makeup felt like me, just elevated, and I could not have been happier with how everything turned out.
Beyond her talent, Kristen truly has a gift for working with people and for cosmetology and hair. She made me feel so comfortable, calmed my nerves throughout the morning, and brought such a positive, calming presence to the day for everyone involved. I’m so grateful for her professionalism, kindness, and talent, and I cannot recommend her enough! -

She was an amazing hair and makeup artist. I always have trouble with false eyelashes where I tear up once they are applied. She did a trick where I did “peak eyes” and absolutely no tearing and irritation! I also have thick hair and the time it took for her to curl my hair was excellent. -

I cannot say enough amazing things about my hair and makeup experience! From the moment she arrived, her energy was incredible—so positive, calming, and exactly what you want on your wedding day.
She used high-end products and created a look that was flawless without ever feeling heavy or “caked on,” which was really important to me. Everything felt natural, elevated, and lasted all day.
What stood out the most was how much she genuinely cared. She never rushed and made sure I loved every detail, checking in throughout and making any little tweaks I wanted without hesitation. I felt completely taken care of.
I truly felt like the best version of myself, and I’m so grateful for her talent and professionalism. I would recommend her to any bride without hesitation! -

Kris was an absolute dream to work with - she has beautifully honed her craft and has THE BEST personality ever, she seriously made getting ready so much more enjoyable. I booked Kris to style myself, two bridesmaids, two moms, and two sisters. I also did a trial run with her and she is THAT GIRL. I had a really specific look I was going for (like the 90's Pam Anderson sexy sexy!!), but wanted to be cognizant that my bridal party would likely go with a more classic soft glam-look. Kris fit the bill for all of the looks we needed, and then some! She guided me through makeup choices and plotted out any adjustments, likes, and dislikes. She arrived on location (looking AMAZING), and jumped right in - she did ALL hair and ALL makeup for 7 people so quickly and so beautifully - everyone looked amazing. I am also going to give Kris THE BIGGEST THANK YOU EVER - a difficult personality in my wedding party was handled with such poise and grace that I literally didn't even know what happened until the day after. She was even ready with touch up kits for everyone, helped place my giant veil with instructions on how to remove it later, and did a round of touch ups before we headed out for formal pictures. Kris absolutely completed my wedding day - if you are looking for the best MUA and hairstylist ever, look no further! I've added some pics below - my hair and makeup made me feel more beautiful than I've ever felt, and it fit the sexy speakeasy vibe to perfection. Thank you so much!! -

I had the absolute best experience with Kristen! She was incredibly attentive and really took the time to understand the look I was going for. From the trial to the big day, her communication was clear, prompt, and so helpful. Kristen was professional, organized, and made the entire process feel calm and stress-free.
She also so easy to work with and flexible, accommodating schedule changes and making sure everything ran smoothly. (and let me say many schedule changes!) Not only did my hair and makeup look amazing, but it lasted all day and photographed beautifully. I couldn’t have asked for a better hair and makeup stylist — highly recommend! -

I had the absolute best experience working with Kristen for my best friend’s wedding. I felt like we got along right from the moment I met her! As an Asian woman, I’ve struggled in the past working with a stylist who truly understands my features — but Kristen made me feel completely seen and celebrated. She mentioned she’s worked with many Asian clients, and it showed in her expertise and care.
The entire glam process was so comfortable and enjoyable. She listened, checked in constantly, and made sure I still looked like me, but the most elevated version! I felt beautiful, confident, and proud to stand next to my best friend on her big day.
This was by far the best hair and makeup experience I’ve ever had, and I can’t recommend Kristen enough! If you want someone who is incredibly talented, kind, and who truly pays attention to details, she’s the one. I knew my best friend picked the right stylist from the get-go. 10000000%! -

Kristen from Your Bridal Stylist was hands-down one of my absolute favorite wedding vendors. Out of everyone I reached out to, she was by far the most responsive, especially at a time where I was drowning due to other life logistics throwing off my timelines. She swooped in like a glam Superhero. She made me feel completely heard, was incredibly collaborative, and helped shape a look that worked perfectly for both my hair and the overall vibe of the day.
We did a hair and makeup trial just a few days before the wedding, and I’m so glad we did. We worked out the quirks of the hair pieces I had bought online, and because of that, everything on the wedding day went smoothly and stayed in place all night. Even through the “millennial soundtrack” and full Conga line situation.
Kristen was equally amazing with my bridal party. I had a small group of ladies getting hair and makeup, and she was flexible, calm, and so kind with each of them. She even made my mom, who is tiny, makeup-shy, and usually avoids the glam world entirely, look beautifully natural and so special for the big day. Kristen’s aesthetic of natural, minimalist glam is exactly what she promises: you look like you, just lit from within.
On top of all that, she kept us on schedule despite the photographers, the chaos of the ready room, and general pre-wedding mayhem. She hopped from person to person like a pro, all while radiating infectious enthusiasm. Her packages are very fairly priced, but honestly, she delivers way beyond their value. And the touch-up kits? Adorable and so thoughtful.
If you’re thinking about booking Kristen, don’t hesitate. She goes above and beyond with her communication, her value, and her results. I couldn’t have asked for better. -

Chaotic bride approves! Kristen is dependable, skilled, and adaptive!
As an extra chaotic/stressed bride, who did many things out of order, Kristen is the type of professional that will meet you where you are with being considerate to what experience you're having as a bride to be. This was so important because I didn't start the process of finding a stylist early enough but felt reassured and confident enough after my initial conversation with Kristen because of the extra care and supportive approach Kristen took - this sets her apart from other skilled stylists which is what I wanted to highlight in this review!
Kristen did a fantastic job with my bridal hair and makeup, making me feel beautiful and confident on an important day! She did an excellent job styling my party as well. Kristen is a professional who cares about your experience and makes you feel comfortable and supported to share your thoughts. She adapts to any note you have and helps you clarify what you want and is knowledgeable to make recommendations when you have no idea what you want! Her adaptability alone to changing ideas and wants shows her experience. Her professionalism and warmth are hand in hand and I would highly recommend her. Kristen did our hair and makeup for my best friends wedding last weekend and everyone looked so beautiful! Other times I have been in weddings I gave a general idea of what I wanted and was churned in and out of the chair. Kristen really made each service feel very custom, even creating a lip combo for each of us and sending us on our way with product in a touch up kit. She was extremely receptive to things we liked and didnt like and made sure we were all happy before walking down the aisle. Would highly recommend her!! -

Kristen’s joy and professionalism added a fun and relaxing atmosphere to the Bridal suite while still managing to keep us on schedule. She personalized each of our makeup looks and made sure we had touch up kits for throughout the day. She brought a ton in her kit, making sure she had the right tones for the whole bridal party. Kristen was hired for my wedding for both Hair and makeup with a bridal party of eight women and two mothers. We had gotten married this September 12th of this year, and I had secured Kristen one year prior. What a success!! Prior to the big day, we had a wonderful trial in her studio, which by the way, is so cute with all vintage staples like Audrey Hepburn, Marilyn Monroe, Sophia, Lauren, Grace, Kelly, etc. She really has a knack for making you look like yourself…but Enhanced. I really wanted to have a beautiful timeless look, but not having an “overdone look.” She was patient throughout the trial
and we came up with the perfect look together.
She achieved this and then some! All of my bridesmaids did medium to soft glam makeup along with airbrush. Kristen does a very unique technique with applying airbrush, free hand with her brushes.
(Rather than just spraying your entire face, the outcome was flawless!)
It turned out absolutely beautiful and it lasted all through the night. We already booked her for my cousin’s wedding next Spring in Stone Harbor, NJ. She is kind, professional, courteous, and extremely talented. Every person in the bridal party received a free touchup kit with essentials needed. I highly recommend her to anyone who is getting married. I felt absolutely beautiful, but without looking overdone. -

Mother of the groom
Let me start by saying Kristen absolutely saved the day for me and my daughters. A month before the wedding of my son and daughter in law, her make up artist informed her she would not be able to fit everyone in. Not only me but my 3 daughters who were in the wedding and were need of support. I was lucky enough to find Kristen and even though she had another wedding that day, she found a way to fit us in her schedule in the morning. This was a blessing in disguise for us. Kristen is not only very professional,
but also a joy to be around and talk to. Her work is amazing and I felt absolutely beautiful that day. I had received so many compliments and my daughters did as well. For the occasion I chose to have her do my hair as well and it was exactly what I hoped for. Kristen might have been a last minute addition but from this point forward she will be my first choice and go to girl!

Kristen is really amazing. As the owner and main operator of her business, she handles everything herself from the first initial text, first phone call and email. She is highly responsive. Kristen is so approachable and really works with you to make sure you get the makeup look you have been envisioning! I am someone who rarely wears makeup, but I wanted to look glam for my big day. Kristen added the glam while making sure I still felt like myself! I loved how my hair and makeup turned out and she even used some of my own personal products as I am very particular about my lip color.
Leading up to the wedding, Kristen was very communicative and checked in every couple of weeks to make sure all details were confirmed. It really gave me a lot of peace of mind!
Day of the wedding, she was super flexible with my bridesmaids and gave everyone a unique look while keeping us on schedule. I had 5 bridesmaids, myself, and my mom getting hair and makeup and she had everyone done AHEAD of schedule. My photographer/day of coordinator was so impressed. Everyone loved how their makeup and hair turned out.
Happy to report that my makeup DIDN'T BUDGE all day even through an unexpected rainstorm and insane humidity. I have very oily skin so I was double impressed! Definitely recommend Kristen! -

Kristen listened and offered up suggestions and provide natural and soft results for all of us. She was fun and energetic and I could not help but think she should be educating others for not only styling tricks of the trade but make up secrets of which I learned several.

She was so awesome and fun to work with! It was my first time ever getting my makeup and hair done professionally at a venue and it’s an experience I can say that I will remember positively forever. My hair and makeup held for hours and even after the quince it still looked perfect enough to still film videos that I didn’t have the chance to make earlier. Kristen was so easy to work with from day 1 of contacting her. It was easy to set up a trial appointment at her studio and she was so welcoming and friendly to my mom and I. She understood I am more of a natural girl and gave me a makeup/hair look that made me feel like myself but beautiful! She was so fun to be with on the day of my wedding. I was so nervous but she not only did a beautiful job on my hair and makeup (as well as my mom/sister/friends), she helped me get over my nerves. I also hadn't slept 1 minute the night before and she still managed to make me look and feel pretty! She worked incredibly fast and thoroughly and did hair and makeup for me and 4 other women and my flower girl in less than 5 hours! Kristen is a true artist and a delight to work with! She went above and beyond to find the perfect look for each lady in my party, so that we each looked and felt our absolute best. (And that especially included her patience and kindness in working to get each hair and blush-stroke perfectly placed for this nervous bride to be. :-) )

My wife and I got our hair and makeup done by Kristen on 3 occasions: for our engagement photoshoot, then a bridal trial, and then the day of the wedding of course! Each and every time we loved the way our makeup and hair looked, it really captured who we were as individuals (my wife likes a soft glam look and I like more toned down/natural looking makeup). As a queer couple, Kristen made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. She is so professional while also still being down to earth and fun to work with. We kept saying on our wedding day how lucky we were to have her there to start the day on a great note while getting ready. The heat index was at 100 and we decided to change my hair because of the humidity. I originally was going to have my hair down but I found a new style that I wanted last minute. It was the best decision ever!!! My wife and I felt gorgeous on our big day, and our hair and makeup lasted well through the heat and dancing. We can’t recommend Kristen enough, it’s so rare that you find someone like this in the wedding industry! Kristen will collaborate with you throughout the whole process and from the moment you begin speaking with her you’ll tell comfortable. :) -

Our zoom consult was perfect as I am a CEO in NYC. Our wedding too place in Cape May at a winery,! We found Kris from Your Bridal Stylist and the fit was perfect. Excellent and Quick Wedding Hair experience
Kristen is very lovely and personable. She arrived timely and was able to do all my bridesmaids hair and mom’s hair in half of the time we had planned for. She is extremely quick and everyone really liked their updos! My bride hair was absolutely perfect that day (see photo). I would recommend her for all your bridal hair needs! -

Smart choice and financially extremely reasonable for the quality
Nashville wedding! But then we got married (again) at home near my parents.
We loved our looks- (all of us gals loved our looks.)
We showed her "pinterest" inspo. pics as she had suggested. That part is so logical! It helped us all better explain our wants or desired looks.
Her hair products were amazing- Kerastase VIP powder helped our hair last all night. She also gave us all so many makeup and hair tips while doing her work. She made the day fun.
Makeup- I asked to use my own foundation due to sensitivity issues, but after talking with Kristen we made a plan that we would use her makeup and anything else that I wanted to use of my own makeup! That made me feel so comfortable!
We were all so very happy. -

We searched high and low for the perfect stylist, but we wanted someone who could do both wonderful hair and makeup! We found a gem.
Kris is a master level hair and makeup artist.
She knocked it out of the park.
Check around, her prices are not the cheapest but definetley not the highest! She offers amazingly cute packages such as : Audrey Hepburn, Marilyn Monroe...too cute! My girls and I loved her.

Miami heat!
My Husband and I had a intimate, family only ceremony in September!
I am Columbian and I am very picky with my makeup and hair, LOL!
Your Bridal Stylist flew down, and it was worth every penny.
I had myself, and my mother and mother in-law get services...and two flower girls, 3 junior bridesmaids.
She did not disappoint! Will use her again for our anniversary parties!
PS- all makeup was top shelf! NARS, Christian Dior Airbrush, Kat vonD liner, Tarte, MAC etc. Lasted alll night long!

Could not have been happier
K was the coolest, kindest, laidback friend to have by my side. I went with a traditional low bun, beautiful contour and shadowing.
Kristen has been around for years, she knows what she is doing.

Julia's 8/7/22 review was distorted and fabricated
I was a part of this wedding. Julia's sad attempt to disqualify Kristen as high end professional artist was just, a shame.
The client posted purposely poor edited pics. but what she did not realize was all of her and her bridal party posted PUBLIC pics.
They looked wonderful.
Ladies- if you wanted to save money you could have done everyone a favor and got ready at a local Levittown salon, for half the price. The artist had met there early, the home was covered in filth and cats all over the working area.
There was very dark working space with almost zero room to work.
After all ladies were finished and touched up the artist met the bridal party at the falls banquet hall and gave the bride one on one attention, and the entire hair and makeup was done so, just right.
In the photos attached, pls note the LEFT hand sided pictures are the fabricated photos cherry picked from the client to broadcast. The RIGHT was posted publicly on facebook accounts. -

It was great working with Kristen from start to finish. During the trial she easily figured out what I was looking for using a few inspo pictures. By the end of it I was super confident she'd have me looking my best on my wedding day. On the day of she was on time, worked efficiently, was flexible to any changes that we needed. She did hair and makeup for myself, my mother, and three bridesmaids. She used great quality product. She made adjustments until we felt we looked perfect. We were all super happy with her work. Kristen is worth every penny! She did a beautiful job for my wedding day and was especially skilled at working with elderly clients, my grandma has never looked better and she felt beautiful! Kristen talks you through the process, uses high end products and really understands beauty and what will be captured in photography. My hair and makeup stayed all day and night - in August humidity! I would use her again in a heart beat! -

When I was thinking about my wedding day look it was hard to imagine exactly what I wanted and what would look timeless in photos. I’m so glad I found Kristen because not only did she know exactly what I needed, but she also delivered at the highest level. As someone who is naturally anxious and especially so on one of the most important days of my life, Kristen made the entire getting ready process so fun and lighthearted. We kept joking how she was going to become an honorary bridesmaid. Kristen was also super quick. It took her less than an hour per person to do hair AND makeup. Our looks lasted all day and all night. I’ve never received so many compliments. Do yourself a favor and make Kristen YOUR bridal stylist!! -
