Wedding Ceremony and Reception
Tuby and her team did an amazing job for my wedding ceremony and reception!! We had worked together for about 9 months and I did change my mind a couple of times, but Tuby was able to help literally make my vision come to life. I was not in love with my venue, but she made me fall in love with the venue on my wedding day!! I would highly highly recommend her!!! She truly helped my vision come to life and it would have been IMPOSSIBLE to do without her and her team!!! Thank you so so much Tuby!! -

Absolutely perfect and beyond anything I could’ve imagined
If I could give 1000000 stars I would!!! Tuby and the whole finer Detailz team did an amazing job on making our wedding day so stress free, beautiful and special. It was instant trust when I first spoke to tuby a year ago and rightfully so! They absolutely exceeded my expectations and let me tell you they were high!!! Tuby and the whole team went above and beyond countless times to make our big day everything we envisioned and more. I genuinely don’t know what I would’ve done without Tuby there every step of the way. My whole family thought I would be bridezilla.. I mean, I even thought I would be… but there was nothing to be bridezilla over! I really got to enjoy every minute of my wedding day and that’s all thanks to you guys. Tuby would call me almost everyday a week before the wedding just to reassure me everything was okay and her, katrina and meg took on all the stress for me to insure I could be my best self on my wedding day. When I stepped into the ballroom for the first time I felt like I had just stepped into the gates of heaven. My knees nearly gave out. It’s been 2 weeks post wedding and I feel like I still can’t find enough words to thank you guys! #DREAMTEAM -

My long awaited wedding day was an absolute DREAM come true and from the bottom of our hearts my husband and I couldn't thank Tuby, Meg, Michael, and all her exceptional team members that worked in the background for making this wedding an EXPERIENCE. The moment I hired finer detailz for FULL wedding coordination and design I felt at ease knowing they were going to deliver above my expectations and YES they exceeded every single one.
I came to Tuby with a vision (or maybe several visions haha) and she truly made it come to life. She took a BLANK canvas and turned it into the most elegant, luxe, romantic, dark, moody, wedding reception I had ever seen. Everything from the tear drop tables, upside down hanging roses, velvet linens, gold reef chargers, candle galore, and cake swing was an absolute hit.
As it came down to the week of the wedding, Tuby always made it a point to check in on me and see how I was doing. She made sure I was as relaxed as possible and always provided me a sense of security. That trust and bond we built really made my wedding week so stress free and I got to enjoy the wedding week with friends and family!
Finer detailz really provided exceptional professionalism, elegance, and high end luxury rentals with an experienced team and top tier event designer. We are so thankful for the stress free experience they provided and can not wait to work with them for future events!

Where do I even begin…. Tuby and Michael are the dream team I’m so grateful for the both of them in creating the most beautiful wedding I have ever been to!

From the moment we met to be in Michael at their warehouse to our actual wedding day we felt completely taken care of. Tuby can attest to this… I am a very Type-A individual that knows what I want but when it came to Tuby and her vision I was able to let the reins go and knew that she would create something absolutely beautiful.

Tuby is INCREDIBLE! She completely transformed a golf course into three beautifully unique atmospheres and made our wedding day PERFECT! Don’t waste your time with any other decorators. YCBT has the most modern/up to date decor items. No other decorator in Phoenix will come close to it.

Tuby from YCBT rentals did a great job with my wedding. I started planning with her 8 months in advance and I was painstakingly particular about everything. She worked with me on all the details and went above and beyond what I was expecting. Every guest told me the decor at my wedding was amazing! People commented that the decor is like the pictures you see when you google wedding decor ideas. There was a lot of attention to details and Tuby added things to my decor which were not contracted. She told me before my wedding that she would add things to the decor when she was setting up since sometimes things look sparse once you get them in the ballroom. I didn’t honestly think she would but she added things which I was not expecting and it all turned out spectacular! Would give her a 100 out 10. Best decorator in the Phoenix area. Amazing to work with and executes your vision perfectly and then adds some more on top of that. I also had to delay my wedding because of Covid and Tuby rescheduled me without any issues. I would use her for any party decor. Don’t waste your time with any other decorators. YCBT has the most modern/up to date decor items. No other decorator in Phoenix will come close to it. YCBT! Party Rentals Made Our Wedding Truly Magical
My wife and I were blown away by the superior service and decor provided to us by YCBT! Party Rentals on and before our wedding day. They went above and beyond to make everything look flawless and magical. They are so easy to work with and really spoiled us with their amazing kindness and work ethic. YCBT! The best day of our lives!!
We hit a "grand slam home run" when we discovered "You Can't Beat This! Party Rentals"!!! We originally sought them out to furnish table linens, plates, glassware, silverware (etc.) for our wedding reception; then we discovered they also did full-service catering, so we gave them our menu and had them provide a taste-testing - and were totally blown away by the food!! Their recipes were not only DELICIOUS, but also very uniquely flavorful! The theme was bar-b-que and included brisket and pulled pork with sides of baked beans (way beyond any baked beans we ever experienced), macaroni and cheese (very creamy and cheesy) and potato salad (wonderfully and uniquely flavored)! So many of our guests commented about how great the food was!! And just as important as the quality of the food and attractiveness of the place settings were, the two staff people assigned were totally amazing!! They arrived at the venue AHEAD OF SCHEDULE, laid out the table settings quickly and efficiently, THEN sought us out offering their help with anything that needed to be done (i.e., place table decorations my wife created, etc.)! That alone took so much stress away from us!! They remained very attentive and courteous throughout the reception, then promptly packed the leftover food for us to take (down to the dinner rolls!!) and cleaned up at the end (again, offering us help clearing the decorations, etc.), leaving the venue - including the kitchen - spotless!! I seriously doubt we could have had a better experience, we couldn't have been happier!!! This is a "one-stop-shop" that can do it all, and do it flawlessly, and we can recommend them without any hesitation!!! Thank you, Tuby (and your staff), for adding so much to our wedding day - the best day of our lives!! -

I never worked with Tibby directly, just my florist, but everything that my florist envisioned, Tibby was able to accommodate for us. I highly recommend them to my friends who are getting married. -

I met her during a bridal expo and off the bat, she gave me an awesome deal on a few things I was looking to rent. Being a DIY bride I was very specific in what I wanted and Tuby knew that right away, so she was able to create an invoice for me with awesome prices that no one can beat! It's definitely worth the drive to Avondale to get the best deal in the valley. Thanks again Tuby, for helping make our day look spectacular!
