  Never thought I’d be impressed by portable restrooms

  If The idea of having guests utilize portable restrooms on your big day is stressing you out, I’ve got you! YML restrooms provided top of the line service and we had several guests remark how impressed they were with the facilities. We spent crazy money on an open bar, bistro lighting, rentals and more but one of the most talked about vendors was our restroom company. Everything was clean and cool. The facilities were so spacious It was hard to forget you weren’t using indoor plumbing.

  Outstanding!

  My daughter got married in Delray Beach, Florida in March 2019.
  Both the wedding ceremony and reception were outside in the backyard of a private home.
  Rather than have everyone try to use one or two bathrooms inside the house we decided to secure mobile restroom facilities for the event.
  I called and emailed 6 different companies.
  YML was by far the best price, best units, and the quickest to respond to any and all questions.
  The restroom unit they provided was clean and attractive and worked perfectly!
  People at the wedding were talking about how cool the restrooms were!
  Robert in their office was easy to talk with and handled everything in a professional manner.
  I highly recommend this company for their outstanding service and attention to all details.
  You will not be disappointed!

  Incredible & reliable service

  Incredible service - we use them every year for our event! always a phone call away whenever we need anything. The bathrooms are spotless and truly just overall great service. Special thanks to Robert for always being kind and on top of everything!

  Do Not Recommend, There are Much Better Options

  You should not work with this company. I work for a non-profit in Miami. We booked them for an event, and all communication was great at first. They delivered our portable bathroom to our event a few hours before it began.
  
  But then there was confusion on their side, and their employee took our unit away right before our event started. I was not there to see them taking the unit, and they did not notify anyone that they were taking it. Turned out that one of their employees got confused. We had our event without the bathrooms.
  
  And worst of all they are not refunding our money even though they did not fulfill contract. We paid a lot of money for restrooms that we did not get to use.
  
  Robert even told us over the phone that they would refund the funds, but now they are denying it to us. He will not return our phone calls or emails.

  We were contacted the day of the event by David Dee Duron claiming they did not have working restrooms for the event that evening. We delivered the restrooms within a couple of hours and when we arrived after contract was signed that clearly states that there are no refunds once delivery takes place, they stated that the city had turned on the water, therefore, the restrooms were no longer needed because They alleged that they do not realize that the city had turned on the water. An employee of Mr. Duron handed our restroom attendant the keys that were entrusted to them and requested for the unit to be removed because they needed the space for additional parking. Before this, we told Mr. Duron to send us an email requesting removal of the unit which never took place and it appears that this was all planned ahead of time. However, They decided to keep the unit when they realized that the rental fees were not refundable. There are costs involved with delivery, water fill up since there was no water onsite and office and management working overtime to ensure delivery took place on time. We work closely with many cities, municipalities and non-profits and we have never experienced what appears to be dishonest and confusing behavior and communication from a client, specially a non-profit and working at an event for a religious organization. Many photos were taken of the unit onsite showing delivery. We fullfilled our contract. Thank you.
