From the very first moment, Yelena and her husband Vlad brought the most incredible energy to our wedding day. They weren’t just photographers — they felt like instant friends. They made everything feel fun, natural, and full of laughter, and somehow managed to keep us relaxed, confident, and genuinely enjoying every second.
Yelena was especially incredible at protecting my energy as a bride. She was intuitive, calm, and grounding — stepping in when needed, keeping things flowing, and making sure I never felt overwhelmed. That alone made such a difference in how present and joyful I felt all day.
Every single guest commented on them. Every. Single. One. People kept telling us how amazing, kind, funny, and professional they were. Yelena and Vlad blended seamlessly into the day while also guiding us with such creativity and care. Breathtaking Work
Yelena is absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond to make sure our day was special. The weather was freezing and she would give me her jacket in between photos, she helped steam my veil and helped put up my bustle. She has amazing customer service and the photos were breathtaking, we were completely blown away with how beautiful they came out. Even though the weather was miserable, she had us laughing and smiling the entire time. 10/10 recommend using Yelena for any photography needs, you won’t regret it! -

Having Yelena and Vlad capture our wedding day was truly one of the best decisions we made. Not only are they incredibly talented photographers, but they are also dear friends who have been part of our lives for so long, which made the experience even more special.
Their professionalism and creativity are unmatched. Communicating with them is always so quick, efficient, and enjoyable. They know exactly what they’re doing and help couples feel confident and in control of their wedding day. Yelena took the girls photos while Vlad took the guys photos so my husband and I did not see each other before the ceremony, which was so special and saved a lot of time. They had us create a list of people we really wanted to get professional photos with ahead of the wedding date so there wouldn’t be any confusion or disappointment. Plus, there were so many beautiful photos taken out of their creativity that I cherish to this day.
Beyond their talent, Yelena and Vlad brought so much warmth and positivity to the day. They made sure to capture every little moment, from the quiet intimate ones, to the big joyful celebrations. They even stayed to capture moments they knew I wanted despite our schedule falling behind. It was so reassuring to have them there, knowing they truly cared about us and our love story.

Yelena & Vlad flew all the way out to Utah to capture our surprise proposal on a mountain top and I was shocked at how smoothly they planned this all with my fiancé!!!🥹💞💞💞🏔️💍. If you are looking for someone to capture your wedding (or any special moment or occasion) you're in the right place. Yelena and Vlad are an incredible team who are so fun to work with and put us immediately at ease. They were genuinely interested in learning more about our story and what we were hoping to capture, both for our engagement shoot as well as our wedding. They went above and beyond to include our dogs and even an edit to Include dinosaurs at my request! From start to finish they were so easy to work with , exceptionally responsive and consistently available for any and all questions. Wedding photographer
We are beyond blessed to have found Yelena Tsioma Photography. They worked with extreme time differences, while planning our wedding my husband was deployed and they worked with his small window of opportunity to have a zoom meeting to talk out all our details. We flew out to Boise to get our engagement photos done. Yelena took us to the most beautiful sunrise spot. They gave us several options to choose from and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The entire experience was fun, and beautiful.
The wedding was 10 months later and we couldn’t have asked for a better day. They drove to Stanley, ID and got photos from every angle and got the most beautiful, magical photos. We absolutely loved every minute!!Yelena Tsioma Photography's reply:

Yelena and Vlad are an amazing couple to work with. They made it very convenient for us to meet and discuss what we wanted for our wedding even though it was in the middle of a global pandemic which I truly appreciated it. Their photo quality is fabulous and they really take the time to get the best pictures and make it fun. It was also great to have both angles of photos since there were two of them taking pictures. They captured all of the special moments we could have hoped for our wedding day. I appreciated their enthusiasm at trying to get photos of us with smoke bombs in pumpkins and capturing all of our guests dancing in their halloween costumes. I would highly recommend Yelena Tsioma Photography! We just took our engagement photos with Yelena and Vlad and had such a positive experience. They met with us before hand to understand what we wanted out of the photos and when we began the shoot it was clear they had listened to every word. We decided to take photos in Stanley and they picked the most breathtaking locations, and put the time in to make sure our photos were exactly what we wanted. They were also so much fun to work with! We are beyond happy with the services provided by Yelena and Vlad. From engagement photos to the wedding, everything was perfect, well planned out, and they made it easy and fun! Neither myself nor my husband care much to pose for photos, but the creativity and energy of these two made it a breeze. We adore our photos and they’re truly unique and gorgeous. Our package was incredibly inclusive as well, we feel like we got a fantastic deal considering the quality of their work. Many’s photographers give you pretty standard, predictable, replicable photos. Not these guys! Hire them!!! -

The absolutely best photographers out there!
Yelena and Vlad provided the most extraordinary experience!! Every single member of my husband and my families raved about how much they enjoyed them both (we had a very small wedding where Yelena and Vlad actually stayed in the same lodge as us) and how they could not believe the care and creativity they both put into our photos. The photos are just absolutely amazing!!! (And this is coming from a gal that is notorious for hating photos of herself - and I am quite literally obsessed - truly can’t stop looking at them!!!) They both also made the experience so comforting and calming, I am not exactly comfortable being on the spot with attention on me - they both have a gift and have clearly found their calling. We can only hope they enjoyed the experience as much as we did. :)
In my opinion, you simply cannot go wrong with them!!! -

Amazing photographers
Yelena and Vlad were so easy and fun to work with! We got so many STUNNING phots and had such a fun time. Our package we purchased included an engagement session but since we skipped this we did photos in our wedding gear the weekend after the wedding and it was such a fun way to relive the day and get some amazing shots of just us in different scenery. Yelena and Val were so flexible and we traveled from Boise to Stanley for the session. Wedding day they were also amazing capturing every moment and we’re there for the entire day which was nice not having any time constraints making the day no stress! Couldn’t recommend them enough and absolutely worth the investment. -

How do you capture one of your biggest and special days in your life? Booking with Yelena ans Vlad as our photographers for our wedding was one of the best and easiest decisions of our wedding planning. In fact, when we started planning they were the first ones we got to check off our list. It's really a no brainer. The quality and talent that you get compared to the price is really a steal! Yelena and Vlad truly know how to capture a love story and that's what she did for my husband and I. Not only do you have the choice of photos on a usb drive or cd but you can also get prints and canvas and the most amazing wedding album ever to display and share with family and friends. When we started getting photo teasers, our friends and family commented how great they are. We are saying this because Yelena and Vlad are very good at what they do. They are so responsive and take the time to answer all your questions. When you meet with them, you are open to many wonderful options and are not limited in the style or design that you want. Yelena and Vlad are up to date with the latest trends and photography styles too! Not only are they talented but they are extremely kind, professional and personable! They both have an artists eye and you can see it in their amazing work. Everyone at our wedding mentioned how nice and great they are! We have been married 3 months now and it is truly a treat to look at the photos of our day. They captured every single important moment to perfection. Yelena Tsioma Photography is seriously the best! My now husband and I had NO idea where to start with wedding planning except for getting a good photographer. We lucked out with this duo because they were so helpful with their advice and experience and helped us plan a beautiful day. They took the time to get to know us and figure out just what we wanted in our pictures. On the day of the wedding my wardrobe had a slight issue and Yelena came in as the MVP and helped get us back on track. All while still capturing precious moments. They have a wonderful eye for love and capture every moment. The most important thing to me was getting pictures that I could look back on and never get tired of. They gave me that and more! -

They were so kind and professional through our engagement photos, the wedding, and everything after. We are beyond excited about how all of our photos turned out. For our engagement shoot we wanted snow and the outdoors. They were so fun during our shoot! We got in the snow next to a river, took photos near a canyon, and they were so happy and encouraging the whole time. Yelena was good at telling us how to pose because we had never done a photo shoot before and didn't know what we were doing. They both made us feel so comfortable during the whole process. During the wedding day they worked around our schedule and were great at communicating with everyone. Having both of them there is really helpful because she could get photos of the girls getting ready and he got photos of the guys. They work as a team very well. She even got up on his shoulders to get a higher angle. Everyone we know keeps telling us our photos look spectacular and look like they are from a magazine. The prices for the packages were very cheap for everything that was included! We looked at multiple other photographers and they had half of things for double the price. We just can't express enough how happy we are with everything they did for us!!

Katie Sent on 10/26/2017Wow! Yelena and Vlad are AWESOME! These two were so great, I don't even know what to say! First off - their work is fantastic. They're able to create beautiful, artistic photographs as well as traditional wedding photos for your parents. We desperately wanted to go outside for our wedding, but it ended up rain/snowing all day long. They helped us make the most of the situation, and we ended up with some absolutely beautiful shots that couldn't have happened if the weather was perfect. These two have wonderful, fun, caring personalities. When it started snowing during our photo shoot, Yelena immediately gave me her coat off her back, then Vlad gave his to Yelena. It was so sweet, and these two really work hard to give you the best wedding photos possible. I know that I'll be hiring them again in the future for various photo shoots.
Yelena also helped me do a tasteful boudoir shoot a few months before the wedding, and kept it a secret from my groom the entire time. It was so fun! I highly recommend the boudoir shoot - it's a huge confidence boost and makes a great wedding gift for your husband. -

She and her husband Vladimir make such an awesome team, coming up with creative ideas and poses, and they were open to all our crazy ideas like sitting on a cliff and doing a night shoot with the stars. We had so much fun with them. She has a variety of packages ranging from 2k and higher depending on what you want and she met the edited picture deadlines that she gave me. It was well worth the drive to Idaho, cannot wait for them to shoot our wedding in a few weeks!! -

Awesome to Work With!
Yelena and Vlad (her husband and second photographer) were phenomenal photographers and equally phenomenal people to work with! We worked with them for our wedding + engagement photoshoots and were extremely happy with the results as they went above and beyond expectations. They have a unique shooting style to capture cool angles and viewpoints, were easy to work/talk with, and sent out photos in a timely manner. All in all, Yelena and Vlad are genuinely great people who invest in you and your celebration. We hope to shoot with them again in the future! -

We could not be more enthusiastic about recommending Yelena Tsioma Photography. They were the photographers for our recent wedding at Grand Targhee Ski Resort in Wyoming. They were incredibly easy to work with, they were reasonable in cost and they were fun to be around. Yelena is so creative and the images she captures are magical. Yelena even sat on her husbands shoulders at the very top of the mountain, in the snow for a perfect shot! The wedding is over but the pictures from Yelena Tsioma Photography take us and others back to that wonderful day.

Savannah Sent on 12/18/2017Yelena and her husband make an amazing team! I gave the four stars for responsiveness, only because they stay very busy. That said, when they do give you their time, they are completely present and go above and beyond! They stayed later than the allotted time for our wedding; they were very patient and kind, and they shot our engagement session in the freezing cold weather and worked around our schedule.
