This post is a warning and review for Yazmin Hagemeyer we have had honestly a horrible experience with her as our wedding photographer...she is not responding to my texts and I cannot do this with her any longer and will take it down once services are complete.
It started out great honestly she was communicative and friendly. Then the day of my wedding she pushed the time of return from 1 week to 4 weeks. Fine, no big deal. She then went on to push back the time of return 3 or 4 more times. We had repeated issues with communication were we reached out and she would be unresponsive for days or weeks regarding any kind of eta or communiction. I addressed this concern with her and I thought she understood. She then pushed the video return date twice, with furthered communication issues. She did issue a refund that was perhaps 20% of the total paid... then she sends us the video... and I am at a loss for words. We got maybe 8 minutes of edited footage from an 8 hour day none of which from was from my traditional ceremony that was extremely important to me bcuz the footage is so shakey that it could not be stabilized or edited.... what we did got was... ok at best. I got better material from my family's iPhone. Up to that point I left no reviews and accepted it and moved on.... it's now nearing the end of November(my wedding was July). And we are still stuck in the same cycle. We submitted the photos we wanted for our photo prints and our wedding book in early September and she said she didn't confirm until end of October(I checked she confirmed and placed a rush order October 14th)..... Nov 18th I sent a reminder text asking about the prints that should have arrived withing 7-10 business days(w/out the rush order). No reply. My husband texted. No reply. We both called no reply. She finally sent one reply text saying she's moving and has stopped responding again.... at this point I think a 50% refund would be barely compensating for the lack of services, products and frustration and anger this has caused me and my husband. I do not post bad reviews nor do I believe in putting people on blast but I simply cannot with this anymore.... I have screenshots and proof of absolutely everything. -

Do not hire
SCAMMER: Took our money, showed up the day of our wedding with her husband to "take pictures" and then we never heard from her again. I don't have a single wedding picture that is to them. -
