  Great service and kind staff

  Great staff to guide us through the engagement ring process. We learned a lot with them! They treated us like family.
  I liked them because they offered lab diamonds and helped determine the grade and size of diamond that could help achieve my desired look. They are resize the rings I bought with them, which I've already used a few times

  Concerning Company

  Spent hours picking out the right ring. Ordered it and had it delivered to my parents so my girlfriend didn't see it. Then I get an email indicating Yadav's insurance won't cover the shipment if the billing and delivery addresses don't match. BUT if I pay by wire transfer, then the insurance would cover it. Don't know if it's a scam, or if it's the silliest policy ever, but I will never do business with this company again.
