Super helpful

We had an after-hours event where we needed a curtain set up, the team that delivered it showed us how to set it up. The delivery and pickup were super easy to coordinate.

Breathtakingly beautiful...

Excellent job decorating...breath taking

I would highly recommend Simpy Beautiful...this team really knows what they are doing when it comes to decorating. I contracted with them to set-up/take down all of the decorations for my wedding, so that my family/friends and I didn't have to stress and rush the night before or the day of. Y-Knot Party rentals was amazing to work with. We met with them to share our vision and colors, and they worked with us to customize our ceremony florals, bouquets and boutiniers to match of exact visions. When I arrived on-site that day, I was overwhelmed with joy on how wonderfully beautiful everything looked - the florals were absolutely gorgeous. They way surpassed my expectations and it brought tears to my eyes. I cannot thank them enough for making my wedding day beautiful and stress free. Would highly recommend them - A++++

Rehearsal Dinner rentals and Wedding Flowers!

We used Y Knot for all the tables, china, linens, etc for our son's rehearsal dinner. Their service was spot on! I can't say enough about their selection, delivery and overall assistance. But wait! They do flowers as well! We had Y Knot do all of the wedding flowers. They were beautiful and affordable. Everything was flawless with Y Knot. I can't say enough about them.

So Amazing!!

Yknot Party Rentals is amazing. I really wanted my wedding to have a high end look without the price tag and Yknot made that happen. Yknot did all of my flowers and rentals, they even helped with some custom items I wanted. They came the morning of my wedding and did all of the set up, I didn't have to worry about a thing. Yknot Party is a one stop shop. They have a huge inventory of rental and decor items, they also do custom flowers, invitations as well as event styling. The girls there have the best ideas and seriously you cannot beat there pricing. All of my guest told me my wedding looked like it should have been in a movie which was the highest compliment and really it was all because of Yknot!

My wedding decorations were beautiful! Every item I rented through Yknot was great quality and my guests were all very impressed! The customer service team helped so much and made the process of picking up and dropping off very easy and even offered to do it for us. We didn’t use the service but they also have florists that can assist you with decorations and arrangements so this company does more than just let you rent their stuff to figure it out alone!

I really enjoyed working with Y-Knot Party & Rentals; they came highly recommended by our wedding coordinator who has worked with them in the past. We rented tables, chairs, linens and chargers from them for our wedding. They were very accommodating when we had to modify the amount of chairs and tables we needed leading up to the wedding a couple of times. On the day of the wedding, the delivery was on time with everything we needed. They picked everything up the following Monday and made the payment installments very easy to keep up with. I would definitely recommend them for any big event and would definitely use them again!

I was so happy to be able to use Y-Knot Party Rentals again for my 4th and last childs wedding and or reception. From the moment I walk into their establishment I am greeted and then helped with kindness and care. I always refer to others to use this company when needing to rent anything. The Linens have always been clean, pressed and beautiful. The color choices perfect! Accessories abundant and affordable. Thanks again for making our day beautiful!!

Y-Knot was absolutely fantastic to work with. They delivered the rentals on time, set them up for us and everything looked great.

We had to change our order several times and they always responded quickly and sent back updated contracts right away.

Their pricing is drastically cheaper than other rental services and the quality was just as high.

Gina and YKnot was booked as part of our wedding package at Wedgewood Lindsay Grove (previously Lavender & Old Lace), and she and her team did a fantastic job! My mother and I visited her before the wedding to plan the colors and what all decorations we wanted, and Gina was especially helpful accessorizing the reception hall and gazebo outside. When I walked into the venue day-of, everything was prettier than I ever dreamed. All the chair ties were in beautiful bows, the linen napkins were folded exactly how I wanted, and the overhang behind the head table was the perfect backdrop. We owe a big thanks to Gina and her team for helping everything come together so nicely.

Ginia amd Caitlin were amazing!! My husband I did our flowers, center pieces and invitations through Y Knot along with other random misc. stuff. Through out the entire process they were so helpful and had really good ideas and input. They were always willing to work with my crazy ideas and help my vision come to life. The main thing i was stressing about was making sure everything looked good put together and they were very helpful in reassuring me it would look great!! Ginia had some last minute ideas after meeting with me that REALLY helped everything come together.

I received everything I needed in an email. I ordered chairs (short notice) and they couldn't have been more helpful or accomodating . They were flexible and their policies were reasonable and easy. I will not hesitate to rent further party items from Y-Knot. They were great!!

I have used Y-Knot Party rentals a few times. The most recent was this Christmas. We rented chairs, napkins, and plates. The quality was sooo nice, especially for the price. And every time I called with questions they are always very helpful, patient, and friendly. Thank you Y-Knot Rentals!

I called with a need to have 60 chairs delivered to a grand opening within 90 minutes. They we delivered early and saved the day. I would strongly suggest to use Y-Knot Party Rentals, they were extremely professional and quick to respond. If I ever have a need for their product, I wouldn't hesitate to call.

The office staff was great every time I called. We were able to add items the day before the Wedding after the delivery was made (we picked up extras). The white table clothes/napkins were pure white--no marks at all. The option of after hours pick up was essential for us but I would recommend this company for all their services. Great job guys!!

I rented chairs for our son's open house. Everything was so hectic I forgot that Y Knot was coming! Both times, delivering and picking up the chairs, we passed in the driveway as I was so busy getting ready and taking things back! I have rented from them before and will continue to do do so! They are reliable and trustworthy!

I actually booked Y-Knot as a wedding planner when I booked a last minute wedding. Christine was excellent and provided multiple quotes and invoices to accommodate my client's changing requests. Everything was delivered on time and in appropriate quantity. I will say that the tables were pretty beat up and ended up giving me a ton of splinters while handling them, however they looked just fine with linens on them, of course. I would definitely recommend having Y-Knot do set up and break down of all materials. The dance floor looked great and was installed quickly. Thanks for making this last minute wedding happen! These prices cannot be beat!

Y Knot party rentals were fantastic! I rented their equipment for my wedding. The staff are professional, attentive, and respond fast to email. I communicated mostly with Christine Young and she is great and so easy to work with. She helped plan everything I needed.

If you want stress free rentals, go with Y Knot. They are more affordable than other places and the quality is top notch!

Every person that I had to deal with was very helpful, very friendly, and professional. I called the office 3 different times with changes and that was no problem with them. The price of our rental was about $300.00 better then we got it last 2 years from somewhere else. This is the most important thing, they were on time every time they came out and worked very hard getting set up and torn down. Could not ask for any better. Thank You Y-KNOT PARTY.

I rented a dance floor and when I was assembling it with my husband we were unable to get it to latch. Within an hour or so of calling to let them know they had someone come out and fix it for us. They were very helpful in making sure nothing went wrong.

I am getting married April 30, 2016. Working with Ginia on my centerpieces, bouquets and ceremony flowers have been a great experience. I had her supply my linens, tables and chairs for my bridal shower. It was beautiful. I cannot wait for my day. Will write another review after the wedding.

We worked a lot with Y-Knot when doing our centerpieces and linens. They were very flexible with us and helped us with figuring out what would look best for our wedding. I would definitely recommend this company for event rentals. Their prices were awesome and the staff made us feel extremely comfortable and not pressured when making decisions.

We needed linens for a wedding reception, but since the bride & groom are both in the service, we were not sure if the event was going to be held as planned due to travel restrictions. Y-Knot had no problem ordering the linens for us within 2 weeks of our event, when we knew they were going to be able to be on leave. Linens were in good condition and looked great with our centerpieces.

It was a great pleasure to deal with everyone at this facility. The equipment we rented was clean and in great condition and added the perfect finishing touches to our daughter's wedding and reception. We rented equipment for an engagement party and two weeks later for the wedding. Christine was terrific to work with. She made suggestions and showed us the large variety we had to choose from. Chairs, tables, heaters, arches, ect.. Delivery set-up and pick-up was on time and flawless. Delivery personnel were courteous and professional. We will always deal with Y-Knot Rentals when we have party needs.

Kat was amazing to work with! I think I changed items 15 times and every single time Kat would change the invoice and email me a copy back so I had one for my records. She was so pleasant to work with and is so quick to respond. All of the items we rented for our wedding were in GREAT condition! They delivered the items to the venue EXACTLY on time and had everything set up perfect! What a great company and I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

I would recommend this place to anyone. They were great. I rented tables, chairs, dance floor, linens and also got my flowers through them for my wedding. Everything was delivered right on time and picked up right on time. I was on a budget so I selected smaller flower bouquets and I was so surprised..they were bigger than expected and absolutely gorgeous!! They even offered me a coupon for the flowers. They didnt have to do that. I would have never known. I did have one issue with the margarita machine. We were not able to use it bc it kept causing the breaker to pop even after following their exact directions on where and how to plug it in. No problem! They were completely understandable and refunded me for that. Great customer service. I kept calling to change my order with last minute details and they were always helpful and didnt mind the changes even just a few days before the big day. Thank you guys so much!

Three and a half years ago when my daughter got married, we rented the tables, chairs, dance floor, and linens from Y Knot Party and Rentals. Their prices were unbeatable and the reviews were great, so we knew we were in good hands. This time around, we rented tables and chairs for my parents' 50th anniversary party. From picking up the phone and ordering, to the delivery and pick up, the professionalism displayed by this company is top notch. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again, or to recommend them to friends!

Y-KNOT Party rentals were so accommodating as well as provided great customer service! I was having a wedding out of town and what I found when trying to rent anywhere they were requiring me to pay by day making the costs so much more expensive. I finally was in touch with Y-knot the weekend before my event and they were an answer to my prayers! Not only did they let me pay one price to rent all my linens for the weekend they did not require me to pay to have them cleaned either. I also got my flowers from Y-Knot and I was obsessed with my bouquet it was amazing. I incorporated my bouquet in almost all of my pictures because it was so beautiful! Thank you so much for helping make my special day amazing!

We used Y-Knot for the wedding shower and the big event! They were really flexible as we increased the numbers of items we needed, added things as our needs changed, and were great at following up with us as we approached the date. They are also really easy to pickup and return items! I will use them for all of my future rental needs!

Love Yknot! I use them all the time personally and when planning professional events. They are always super fast and efficient and I can typically call same day and they will work something out for me. I have done a ton of research comparing companies in the valley and they are by far the most affordable and flexible.

Our florist Sondhya was so wonderful. I wanted a completely customized bouquet and she was very happy to comply! I had my bouquet and and all bridesmaids bouquets made here by her (a total of 7 bouquets), and they were all so beautiful and very fresh! They were very carefully delivered to us at the venue for a low rate. I was extremely happy!!! Thanks Sondhya and Y-Knot Party and Rentals!

Ginia and the rest of the Y-Knot crew are amazing. We had been looking for a chuppah to rent for our ceremony, and after one place didn't have what we were looking for, we were recommended Y-Knot Party Rental. Ginia was able to set up a time with my mother-in-law to bring our chuppah cover over to see what it would look like, and then worked with us to make it work since it didn't quite fit. The result was absolutely gorgeous and everything we wanted it to be. Thank you!!!!

I visited their location multiple times and was impressed with the quality customer service and detail-oriented associates that are working there. Everyone is extremely competent and very helpful. Y-Knot rentals has quality rental items and I was very happy with each experience that I had with the company. I had to change my order a few times and each time I spoke with an associate, they were patient, supportive, and flexible. They also provided many suggestions and great advice throughout my planning process. Additionally, they were extremely kind and made the entire process easy. Pam helped a great deal with her decorating expertise and skills. I really enjoyed working with Y-Knot and will go back to them again for any additional needs I may have. I was able to get a dance floor for my wedding with just two weeks to go before the big day. Kaitlyn was great to work with. The pricing was considerably less than some of the other vendors I had called. I also added a PA system last minute that was half the cost of the venue's system.

They allowed us to pick up our rentals and return them rather than paying the fee. They rented us exactly what we wanted. Pick-up and return was very smooth. They had the color of our wedding and had plenty of options available for us to pick from.

YKnot was absolutely fantastic! They were so kind and helpful every time I called them, which turned out to be a lot the last few days before the wedding! They were accommodating with our delivery time and the driver called us twice that morning and was kind and helpful! The quality if their products were superior and they were patient and helpful when we called them, while setting up, because we were confused over our linens. I found out on October 8th we would be getting married on October 13th, yes 5 days! (Due to the ill health of a family member we advanced our wedding date). I called Y-Knot and spoke to Sandy, asked if we could come right away to order flowers for a wedding five days away and she said yes! The altar arrangement, bridal bouquet, and boutonnières were all amazing. I wanted my Mother's favorite flowers which were daisies and tulips and they got just what I wanted. Everyone from the shop was wonderful - they helped us pick out a unity candle arrangement, provided delivery to the church and while we were ordering flowers another associate researched where we needed to go for a marriage license since we live in Maryland and didn't know where to go in Arizona. It was a most wonderful experience. I appreciated their flexibility, professionalism and patience with a frantic couple trying to plan a wedding in one day!

Sandy at Y Knot provided my flowers and an arch for our wedding ceremony. Sandy worked closely with me to select flowers for my bouquet, the bridesmaids' bouquet, the boutonnieres, and the centerpieces, and she helped me stay within my budget. The flowers were exactly what I wanted, and Sandy contacted me a week before my wedding to discuss the flowers, then contacted me two days before my wedding to let me know that the flowers had arrived and were looking beautiful. My dad went to Y Knot in person to check out the flowers (he's a botanist, so he loves that sort of thing), and he was very impressed by the arrangements and the quality of the blooms. I got so many compliments on the bouquets (a mixture of coral-colored roses, yellow/orange dahlias, and red gerbera daisies)!
We rented a white lattice arch with ivy for the ceremony and it looked beautiful!
Sandy and Y Knot helped make our wedding perfect and we couldn't be more pleased! Thank you, Sandy!!

Y Knot Party Rentals was very responsive by telephone and email. Their invoice process is clear and having the flexibility to make changes up until 2 weeks prior to the event worked very well for us. We made three changes over the course of a month and finally ended up with a very different order due to a change in venue. Y Knot was flexible and there was no problem filling our request. The delivery on the day was earlier than expected which was much appreciated.

Sure price is important, and Y-Knot excels in that. But I really appreciated the flexibility in working with our needs as well as how quickly they responded to my requests for information and the multiple changes we made. The level of service they provided was outstanding! I would use them again and have recommended them to several friends. When planning wedding events, high stress levels are usually associated with everything. Just watch the TV show Bridezillas. But it was a pleasure doing business with Y-Knot. The customer service was awesome with y-knot. I used them for all my party rental supplies. I was extremely happy with them. The only negative is they might have to replace some tables and chairs because we received ones that were broken. However we had extra so we didn't use the broken ones.

I rented my linen from Yknot party rental and they were amazing. They were super easy to work with. I got pipe and drape, chairs, table cloths, and coffee makers for my wedding from Y Knot, and everything was amazing. Not only were the guys early to set up, but they were so nice and exceeded my expectations. The pipe and drape was not see-through (which was outstanding for the low price), the chairs were comfy, the table cloths were wrinkle-free, and the coffee makers were clean. They were great and a lot cheaper than A-Z party rentals. Y-Knot literally charged half then A-Z charged for the same exact items and delivery. It was incredible! Although they delivered the wrong cake stand on the day of the wedding, my husband called them and let them know about the mistake and they immediately sent the correct one! We visited Y-Knot Rentals on recommendation and we are so glad we did! We spent too much time searching across the valley for different pieces to add the finishing touches to our wedding, but we should have started at Y-Knot because they had everything we needed at affordable prices. If you need pipe-and-drape, they provide beautiful set ups for a fraction of the price at other vendors. Also, set up was done in the morning so we weren’t worried that things wouldn’t come together last minute. We recommend Y-Knot as a one-stop-shop for all styles of weddings.

This place has everything, but their invitation selection is insane. Ginia, the owner, knows everything and was able to show us several selections in a not-so-easy-to-find snowflake design I wanted. I ended up finding exactly what I wanted and emailed her a picture of it. She found it quickly for me and was able to get us 30% off the price I found.
We also went with Y-Knot for all our place setting needs. Again, the selection is massive and they have several tables fully decked out in their showroom which is so helpful to see different looks pulled together. She worked with our caterer to coordinate the pick up and drop off of all the items we had rented. The service was flawless.Very happy to have gone with Y-knot!

My initial intent for Y-Knot was for church and reception decor for my wedding. Shortly after my first meeting began, I learned Y-Knot actually started out operating as a florist and segued into the party rental business later. I was elated because at that time, I was having a hard time setting up a meeting with the florist I'd anticipated using for my wedding. The staff at Y-Knot were patient, knowledgeable, creative and flexible at every turn. All I had to do was present ideas and/or show them pictures of what I wanted for my wedding, and they responded by providing photos they had on file showing the actual application of what I had in mind for my own wedding. Y-Knot also provided ease of mind because I knew there would be one vendor providing both decor and flowers on the day of the wedding. They assured me my flower of choice (Lily) would hold up in the unbearable heat that swamps Phoenix in July. True to form, my flowers were still alive, vibrant and as beautiful as ever days after the wedding.

Y-Knot party rentals was an amazing company to work with for our wedding ceremony rentals. We rented chairs and a sound system from them and everything was great. The mics and speakers worked well, chairs were exactly what we were looking for, and everything was delivered on time and at a fantastic rate. Katie Mendoza of Y-Knot was an absolute pleasure to work with-- responsive by phone and email, flexible and accommodating, and extremely helpful in helping me figure out what to rent. I'd recommend Y-Knot to anyone!

This place had everything that I would possibly need for my wedding; from different colors and styles. I would absoulutely reffer any one to stop by and get everything they posssibly need in one day with the help of helpful staff. Thanks!

We realized a few days before our wedding, we forgot table numbers and card holders! Y-not was there, had what we needed, and allowed us to drop off next day after renting. I wish I'd known about them earlier, I would have decorated my whole wedding with them!

I had rented my vases for my centerpieces from Y-Knot. I had to run and pick them up the day before my wedding. The day I had a million other things to do. When I got there my vases where all packed up and ready for me to go. They helped the day go a little easier.

Y-Knot - recommended by a coworker because they had done a great job at her wedding - was fantastic to work with! They provided all of my flowers and rentals (linens and equipment). Wendy, in particular, was so great and fun to work with - she was very conscious of my budget - in a super nice way - and had lots of great suggestions on ways that we could have beautiful decor, yet not spend more than we wanted to. The bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages were just wonderful - I had SO many compliments on the flowers. They were also super flexible to work with. Delivery and pick ups were on time and as planned. I would definitely work with them again!

They ladies at Y Knot were a joy to work with and the store offers a wide variety of rental items and flowers. Wendy did a great job matching up flowers to fit our personality at a cost much lower than other flower shops we visited. She also had some great ideas for centerpieces and a few other nice touch that we appreciated.

Great service. Everyone I spoke with was professional and flexible. We ordered plates, glasses, and flatware. I might have changed my order five or six times and each time they made it happen with no problems at all. Everything was delivered on time as expected. We looked at three other companies for this service and their prices were the best.

The invitations we really unique and fitted us to a tee. The price was really reasonable. She wanted us to be happy with what we bought, instead of just trying to get us to spend more money.
The flowers were gorgeous. My bouqet was breathe taking. They were so kind and truly looking to make our dreams come true without emptying our wallets.
Yknot rentals took a major weight off our shoulders and made our wedding what we truly hoped for.

Everything was delivered on-time, as expected. Everything was clean. As a groom, it was a relief to not have to worry about another detail; we knew everything was good.

Y-Knot did the flowers for my wedding and they were absolutely beautiful! My recommendation is to listen to their florist because she knows what is going to be realistic and beautiful based on the time of year and your budget. I gave her my colors (lavendar and sage green), talked to her about the style I was looking for and kind of let her have at it. My flowers were wonderful and because she designed the bouquets based on what was in season, they were very fresh.

I would highly recommend! I worked with Ginia throughout my wedding planning. She was very flexible with my everchanging needs. Never rude or annoyed. The prices were very reasonable. I forgot the delivery man's name, but he was also wonderful! Delivered at the exact time I wanted the items to be delivered. Very curtious and helpful, even went out of his way to pick up my rentals at a very specific time that I needed him too. Overall, exellent service!
