  Professional and Elegant!

  XOXO Wedding Rentals provided the lighted backdrop for our head table at our wedding in October and it was beautiful!! Their team set it up the day before we came in to start decorating the rest of our venue and it was so well done and very nice to not have to worry about a thing - they took care of the set up and tear down of the backdrop! They also provided us rentals of terracotta cheesecloths which added pops of color to our decor. They answered any and all questions I had promptly throughout the planning process. I would highly recommend their quick, professional and elegant services to anyone!

  Top-notch Service!

  Jacob was very easy to work with throughout the process. He hadn’t ever had an event at the Pavilion, so he took the time to drive from WI Rapids to Rothschild to make sure his chair covers would fit the chairs and to determine exactly what needed to be taken care of at the Pavilion. He even sent a picture of how the chair covers would look. The venue clean-up was terrific! Very thorough! Very reasonably priced too!
  

  Jacob was very easy to work with throughout the process.   Great experience

  We rented the smore's bar which was a fun addition to the wedding venue which was outside. Jacob was great to work with and very responsive and flexible. Thank you!

  Highly recommend!

  We hired XOXO Wedding Rentals for our wedding in Wisconsin Rapids. Kristen and Jacob were both extremely helpful throughout the process. I was very indecisive about what I wanted, but Kristen was patient, professional, and was always happy to answer all of my questions! We ended up renting a lighted backdrop for our head table and all of our tablecloths and table skirts from them. They arrived promptly on time to set up and tear down and did a great job! If you are a future bride looking for wedding decor rentals, I would highly recommend XOXO Wedding Rentals!

  Flexible and Understanding

  XOXO Wedding Rentals was great to work with, even during a stressful situation. I was going to rent a Mirror Me booth for my wedding reception, but I had to cancel due to the COVID-19 pandemic. XOXO Wedding Rentals was very understanding, worked with me and provided a refund enough though I had already signed a contract. They made the whole process easy, even before we had to cancel.

  XOXO Wedding Rentals did amazing! They are responsive and flexible. Loved how they were able to give tips on decors and color coordinations. Jacob did an amazing job with the head table wedding backdrop! I had family members that observed him putting everything together and complimented how quick he did it all by himself! Although the color chair sashes I rented didn't arrive on time, XOXO had a backup plan. They provided another pink shade for the chair sashes. I was quite nervous about it, but my wedding turned out BEAUTIFUL!

  We rented a hall for my daughter's wedding and hired Kristen and Jake. The backdrop we picked and they put up was the most beautiful backdrop I've ever seen.   We rented round mirrors from XOXO rentals. They were very flexible and priced fair. I did most of my communication through their Facebook page and there were a few times that I didn't get the quick response I desired. Overall I was very satisfied!
