Beautiful ceremony

Everything was perfect, and well written. She hit every point we wanted her to, and made my husband and I feel very comfortable and calm during the ceremony. There was a slight issue with the microphone during the ceremony, so I would encourage an additional sound check prior to the ceremony, but other than that, everything was great.

Wonderful Wedding Officiant on the Eastern Shore

My husband and I are glad that we chose Renee of XOXO Ceremonies, LLC to be the officiant for our wedding.

We had no idea how to create the ceremony that we wanted. Renee met with us at a convenient location with lots of options for us to consider and choose from. She was easy to talk to and made us feel at ease.

We very pleased with the services she provided and would recommend her to anyone.

XOXO Ceremonies is the BEST!

Renée is seriously the best!! If you are looking for a wedding officiant, look no further! She is so sweet and kind and extremely helpful throughout the ceremony planning process. We had one meeting with her, but during our ceremony it was as if she had known us forever. She captured the essence of our relationship and put it beautifully into words. We had many comments from our guests about how wonderful the ceremony was. She even was so sweet in helping to calm our nerves on the wedding day. Having Renée as our officiant was one of the best decisions we made!

Amazing!!!!

Renee was so good- in preparation and in delivery of our ceremony. She spent time with us to make our ceremony perfect; she is thoughtful in her questions and got to know us to help customize our ceremony. Her warmth and sweet personality made her the perfect person for our wedding! Renee added way more to our wedding than I could have expected in an officiant.

CHOOSING RENEE @ XOXO CEREMONIES TO OFFICIATE OUR WEDDING WAS BY FAR THE BEST DECISION EVER!!! SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND IN EVERY WAY AND EVEN DEALT WITH A FEW SURPRISES THAT CAME UP LAST SECOND WITH SUCH EASE & PATIENCE. MOST IMPORTANTLY, SHE KEPT MY FIANCE CALM WHILE ANXIOUSLY WAITING FOR THE LATE PHOTOGRAPHERS & HELPED TO IRON OUT A COUPLE LAST SECOND DETAILS THAT WERE OVERLOOKED ON MY PART. SHE CREATED, YES, CREATED A CEREMONY THAT WAS SPECIFIC TO US & REFLECTED OUR RELATIONSHIP IN THE MOST TRUE & BEAUTIFUL WAY. SHE DOESN'T USE A SCRIPT BECAUSE SHE BELIEVES THAT EVERY COUPLE IS DIFFERENT AND THE WEDDING CEREMONY SHOULD REFLECT THAT. Wow! From the moment I met Renee I knew she would the perfect person to marry my husband and I. Renee of XOXO Ceremonies, LLC was the GREATEST choice we could have ever made when selecting an officiant for our wedding.

She was so accommodating when meeting my husband and I for the consultation/meeting to draft the ceremony. She came closer to our area and was fully prepared with different verbiage options, as well as different layouts, styles, formalities, etc.

My husband and I had no idea how many choices we would have when drafting the perfect ceremony, but Renee easily guided us through the process and in the end, we had the most memorable personalized ceremony.

Our ceremony was literally the greatest moment of our lives thus far and we owe Renee our deepest gratitude for making it happen!

Renee, thank you so much for your expertise, your passion and your delivery. CJ and I will forever be grateful for your huge part in our big day and we will definitely recommend you to anyone who asks!

I would highly recommend Renee! My now husband and I had both been married before and she knew exactly how to gauge the ceremony. She made us feel very comfortable and the ceremony was absolutely spot on, we even included the children in the ceremony. We wrote our own vows that we discussed individually with Renee and kept them a secret from each other. There wasn’t a dry eye at the ceremony! She helped make our day perfect! Thank you!!

Renee is seriously THE BEST. From start to finish she was professional, personable, accommodating, and overall a joy to work with. She listened to all of our specific wants and needs and put together a beautiful ceremony for us. I've seriously never been to a wedding where so many people talked about how great the ceremony was, and I feel like that is all due to Renee and her ability to bring our vision to life. She made us feel so relaxed and comfortable leading up to the wedding and especially on the big day. Also-- there was quite a big snow storm the day before/of our rehearsal and she still made it there without any issue and was able to calm my nerves about the whole thing. I really couldn't imagine having anyone else do as wonderful of a job as Renee did. We love her!

Renee was extremely helpful and understanding in helping us to plan our ceremony. She provided us with many different options for the wording of the ceremony and guided us in the right direction as to how the ceremony would go from start to finish. I would highly recommend Renee!

Renee was absolutely amazing!!! With Cory and I being different religions its was very difficult for us to decide on what type of a ceremony we wanted. Until we met Renee! She took the time to sit down with us and really laid out how a ceremony should be set up and suggested different options that would fit better for our personality. She came extremely prepared for the meeting with tons of different readings and wording options for us to choose from but also provided us with different things she has seen from other ceremonies. She was super responsive and always on top of everything! She also took the time to help both Cory and I with our personalized vows. She offered suggestions and provided feedback on everything! During the ceremony you could tell from the way she spoke how passionate she is about conducting ceremonies and how much she enjoys doing this! We got so many compliments from all of our guests on how amazing the ceremony was and how they had never been to a ceremony that was based more around us as a couple and celebrating our love. Honestly, she exceeded all my expectations and would recommend her to anyone!

Renee was absolutely a blessing. She saved the day multiple times and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable. All she cares about is making sure your day goes perfectly. She is so calming and you honestly just feel at ease about the whole day somehow. The ceremony was just what we wanted, everyone was complimenting how beautiful it was and they all asked who our officiant was, and how seamless the ceremony was. She really is the best, you won't be disappointed.

I don't even know where to begin, Renee was the most passionate officiant. She is so good at what she does it's unbelievable. She made my wedding ceremony perfect. I love everything she incorporated in our ceremony. I could rave about her all day. She is by far the best wedding officiant. She was so personable and fun to work with. Not only did Renee capture our love in our ceremony, she allowed us to gain a new friend. He and her husband are the definition of love and friendship and she uses that passion to show the love and friendship of the bride and groom she is wedding. Renee is absolutely amazing, I highly recommend her!! She truly loves what she does and will do whatever she needs to make sure you are in love with your vows. Renee with XOXO Ceremonies is so wonderful. We had spoken to quite a few officiants before meeting Renee and were feeling a little discouraged with the whole process. We really wanted someone to tailor a ceremony just for us. Renee was super quick to respond to our initial inquiry, was very flexible in finding a time to meet in person, made us feel comfortable and clearly really wanted to make our wedding ceremony about US. She listened to exactly what we wanted and gave suggestions as needed. She was in touch frequently and asked for our input every step of the way. She created a script that was everything we wanted and gave it to us ahead of time so we could make any changes. We wrote our own vows and she even printed them out for us and held them so we didn't have to worry about forgetting them. Our ceremony was absolutely beautiful and everything we could have ever wanted. There wasn't a dry eye in the place! So many of our guests have told us how wonderful our officiant was. We are so grateful to have Renee perform our ceremony and will remember it for years to come. She is a true professional while being affordable. I would recommend her service to anyone who asks! She is fantastic! Thank you so much for making our ceremony so special.

I got married a few weeks ago and working with Renee was so wonderful! She was attentive and very detail oriented. The wedding was smooth sailing and she was there for not only me but my family and my bridal party. Renee put my mind at ease helping to coordinate the rehearsal, calming the groom, and taking the time to get to know each of us personally. I couldn't imagine my day without her!! Renee is absolutely wonderful. I can't thank her enough for how beautiful and memorable our ceremony was! She is extremely friendly, detailed oriented. She Skyped and shared with us via Google docs the different wording and phrases prior to the ceremony. She was so accommodating and made sure that our ceremony was uniquely us! For example, in many of the passages, she included information about our two dogs who served as ring bearers :). She was absolutely amazing in every way!

We connected with Renee the first time we met her! She is so warm and sweet and offered many choices to help personalize our ceremony. I couldn't have been happier and many guests commented how loving our ceremony was. I know quite a few people were in tears:) I appreciate her guidance and direction and her own personal touches she added to the ceremony. Thank you so much for making sure that a very nervous groom and his beautiful bride had a wonderful and regal wedding! From start to finish, we knew that we were in good hands with a true professional, who made sure that nothing was left to chance.

Renee was fantastic as our wedding officiant! We had no interest in a traditional or bible verse filled ceremony and she cast no judgement on us and 100% listened to our requests. She tailored the ceremony to us and added a dash of her own sweet words of wisdom to it. We would highly recommend her to anyone seeking an officiant!!

Where do I begin? Renee is one of the most down to earth people I have met in a long time... she and I connected on so many levels, instantly! She truly loves what she does and it shows. Renee listened to what we wanted and was still able to deliver it in a way that was her own. It was beautiful. My guests thought she was great too and gave many compliments. I cannot rave about Renee enough!! She was so lovely to work with- patient, kind, accommodating, knowledgeable. She was so genuinely excited for us, which constantly kept us enthusiastic! She traveled without issue, and she had zero problem with performing a ceremony for a gay couple (you'd be surprised how many horrible people there are out there who refuse services, so we were just so lucky to find Renee). Our ceremony was perfect and she helped keep us both calm and together, both before and during. It really was a dream wedding, a HUGE part due to Renee!! As soon as you meet her you can just tell she is a special person who will really add something amazing to your day. I think 2 people asked for her business card at the wedding too!

I honestly could not have chosen a better officiant to make my wedding day any more perfect. My first meeting with Renee I felt as if I was sitting down with one of my close girlfriends giving her the details of my relationship. Then our second meeting was with both my husband and I, I gave her so many ideas but really didn't have everything the exact way I wanted it, she sent me over a final draft and I honestly was amazed at how perfect it was! She was absolutely amazing the day of and made me so comfortable along with my husband knowing that he isn't very comfortable speaking in front of crowds. I know many people who will get married and never speak of their officiant again since the ceremony is such a small portion of the wedding, but Renee will definitely be apart of my life for time to come and I wouldn't recommend anyone other then her she is AMAZING!

Renee was absolutely amazing! I was floored by her wealth of knowledge and her willingness so go above and beyond to make our day special. Renee is very detailed in explaining the whole process and gives you every option to ensure your ceremony suits your personal style and taste. Renee was so accommodating and easy to work with. She had lots of options and asked us our opinion on everything so we could really customize our ceremony. The day of the wedding was perfect! She was so calm and precise and it was great to see a friendly and smiling face to help us through the ceremony.

Renee was absolutely wonderful to work with! I cant say enough about what she did for us. My husband and I met with her once before our wedding day. We all worked together to customize a ceremony that would be perfect for us. She even read Bob Marley quotes for us! Her personality is amazing. I was at ease from the moment I spoke with her. My husband even sat down with her and offered his input! Everything about her radiates warmth and friendliness and a genuine love for the job she is doing.

Renee was perfect! We weren't sure of various aspects of the ceremony and she helped us so much. Made the process super simple and guided us through the process from start to finish. We were able to preview her script before the ceremony and add our opinions (all except the closing, which was beautiful). We did our own vows and she was willing to hold our index cards until we needed them. She offered to help out with any little details we needed to day of so we wouldn't be stressed about it. She went beyond my expectations for an officiant and am truly happy that we chose her!

I have no clue wear to start. Renee was such a blessing to us! I'm glad to have found a life long friend. My ceremony was absolutely beautiful Renee took the time to really get to know my husband and I and personalized our ceremony. All of my guests were moved by our ceremony which made our wedding day ten times better. Renee was absolutely wonderful with words, with people, and with the organizational aspects of making sure our ceremony was perfect. Not a guest had a dry eye and we received so many compliments on how "real" and "from the heart" our ceremony was. Renee instantly felt like family and was such a huge part of our wedding.

My husband and I were very glad we had Renee marry us! She was extremely kind and easy going with whatever we wanted. She was very responsive to all of our questions, comments and requested edits. She asked lots of thoughtful questions which helped us really think through what we wanted in the beginning. We both felt a little overwhelmed at first and unsure of what exactly we wanted and Renee helped us manage all of that. She made sure that everything was exactly how we wanted it. She was extremely helpful at the rehearsal in working through all the last minute kinks and was a very calming presence to have around. She is so sincere and makes you feel like a priority. I would highly recommend her!!

Renee was wonderful. She is such a sincere and personable person. We couldn't have asked for a better person to marry us. Renee took the time to get to know myself and Michael. She offered great suggestions in regards to the wedding and reception. Renee was great in getting back to us in a timely manner with questions/concerns we had. I can't imagine having my wedding without Renee. When we first met for our consultation, we really hit it off. What we loved about XOXO Ceremonies is that Renee really takes your vision and makes it into the ceremony you've been dreaming of. My husband and I wanted a ceremony that wasn't overly religious but one that was still very special. Renee was very open to what we wanted in a ceremony and allowed us to have our own unique touches. She even had this idea about us writing down what we admire in one another secretly. To hear what the other wrote for the first time during the actual ceremony was so touching. The guests are still commenting on how intimate, heartfelt, and personal the ceremony was. Renee did a great job and made the process fun for us both.

Renee is very warm and inviting, professional, and flexible. If you are considering XOXO Ceremonies for you wedding, look no further. Renee will do an excellent job!

Renee was always a pleasure to work with, easy-going, and handled a last minute glitch that we encountered. She took the time to really get to know us as a couple and consequently understood our unique visions. Reneé is so sweet. She drove about an hour to meet us and was very helpful in working with us to figure out what we wanted. She was very professional the whole time, and researched different planting ceremonies when we said that we wanted to incorporate one. At the rehearsal, she was quick to jump in and say that she would ask about a few things and figure them out so we wouldn't have to. The only thing that I didn't rate her 5 stars on was responsiveness because sometimes it took a few email reminders to get a script or comments. But it was very obvious that she put a lot of thought into what she wrote. As for value, her price was very reasonable, and she didn't even charge us for travel because she had family that lived close, which she certainly didn't need to do. We were very happy with choosing her as our officiant.

Renee was a pleasure to work with. She was willing to work with us on price and services. She offered multiple options for us to choose from. She was very good at getting back to me in a timely manner and answered any questions that we had.
We really customized and wrote our entire ceremony and our own vows. If you are looking for a minister who is a bit more on the traditional side, Renee might not be your best options. But if you are having a more laid back ceremony, I would highly recommend her.
