Couldn't ask for better!

Patrick was our go-to guy from the start. Through planning a wedding during covid, he was always upbeat about our chances of having a normal wedding and he was right. He has great recommendations for other vendors, which helped with planning as well. As for DJing, his ability to get guests involved with certain aspects of weddings people don't really care about (cake cutting) was absolutely perfect. He kept things organized on our wedding day, which took the burden off of our shoulders a LOT. He played fantastic music that kept everyone out on the dance floor all night, even through a malfunctioning AC which was blowing hot air on the dancefloor, but no one wanted to stop the party. Couldn't recommend more highly!

Patrick absolutely outdid anything we could have ever imagined. He's professional, organized, and not the typical DJ that you would expect. He brought a lot of unique ideas and themes, was extremely flexible in meeting with us, and made our wedding the "Not your typical, average wedding." I'm sure we are not the first, but we have wedding guests that tell us all the time that they had never seen a dance floor as packed as ours all night. Before hiring Patrick, we interviewed approximately 15 DJ's, none of which surpassed our initial impressions of Patrick. We couldn't have been happier with our investment in Patrick and will have memories until the end of time. Lastly, with a wedding party as large and attention deficit as ours, Patrick was able to organize and deliver an incredible customized grand entrance that was put together flawlessly. I would hire him for any occasion that called for an entertainment director.

We could not be happier with the service and quality from Eternal Events. Patrick, the owner, was extremely professional and his staff was so very helpful. The website allows you to create an account and begin a list of songs that you would like played at your wedding, along with a "do not play list". It was extremely helpful because we were able to build our set list a little at a time instead of all at once. The sound quality was impeccable and all of the introductions and special dances were right on cue. My husband and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Eternal Events.

Absolutely the best!!

You shouldn’t even consider another MC / DJ. Patrick has a gift. He connects with his bride and groom and uses that connection to tailor a unique experience that is unforgettable. Several people at our wedding dubbed him the best ever! The evening flowed, the music was varied and inclusive and his interaction came across as spontaneous personal and professional at the same time. He is the best!

Patrick and his team did an exceptional job at our Oceancliff wedding in Newport, RI, handling not only DJ and emcee work, but also lighting and photo booth. We planned our wedding from Los Angeles, so the process involved lots of emails and phone calls, and follow up emails and follow up phone called, etc, and Patrick was right there and ready to help at each step of the way, with professionalism and charm.

We had a particularly difficult time planning the photo booth, as we were coming down to a late decision as to whether or not we could even have one given our reception layout, and we were not able to go to the venue ourselves to solidify any plans. Patrick was awesome and took an extra trip to Oceancliff on our behalf, met with our day-of planners, and picked out a spot for the booth that ended up working beautifully, both aesthetically and logistically.

The online planning tools provided by Eternal Events are easy to use and extremely helpful, and Patrick met with us a couple days before the wedding to go over every last detail, which was a huge comfort.

When it came to the big day, Patrick had more energy and enthusiasm than all the other vendors combined (and we were quite happy with our vendors on the whole). He has the whole reception deal down to a science, and knows where to be and when, what to say and how. Music was super fun and of excellent taste. Announcements were perfect. Never for one second did we have to worry about anything we had placed on Eternal Events' shoulders, and they pulled off everything superbly.

And the guy handling the photo booth was maybe the most popular guy of the night. More than me. And I was the groom.

Do yourself a favor and put Eternal Events on your shortlist. And then go through the motions and talk to everyone else like you know you're supposed to, and then just hire Patrick and his team. You won't regret it.

Patrick was our DJ for our wedding this past June and he did an amazing job! He made the planning process super easy and stress free, which was a huge plus! Patrick did a great job keeping the dance floor jam packed from beginning to end, he brought a great energy to the night! They say the things guests remember the most about weddings are the food and entertainment, and our friends and family are still talking about how great he was. He made sure our wedding reception was unique and fun and I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a GREAT Dj.

Pat and Mark were more than we could have ever imagined! they were very professional and well dressed. before the wedding, meeting with Pat was relaxed and comfortable. every conversation made us certain that we made the right decision. and could we have asked formore fun?!?! music was amazing! when Sean and I got home all we could remember

Patrick rocks!!

Patrick is seriously so much fun! He came recommended by our venue and when we met him we knew we loved his style of being a wedding DJ. From the organization of the planning process, to an inspirational wedding book, to different ways of doing introductions, it was awesome! Patrick made sure to have thorough meetings with us so we would all be on the same page and always responded quickly by email to my many questions or changes. Patrick was also great about all the songs we did and didn't want to hear! He will definitely make sure everyone has a good time on your wedding day while putting the couple first!

Our wedding was held at the Glen Manor in Portsmouth, RI on May 1, 2011. Eternal Events was helpful in making our wedding the most memorable day of our lives! From collaborating with a violinist and band that were also on site to adding a splash of pink color to a wall with lighting they went above and beyond to set the tone for our special day. They have a high standard of professionalism.

Where and how do I even begin to explain how amazing our wedding was on Sunday, August 28th. I'm speechless at how perfect and how fantastic Patrick was!!! Every single person said it was the best wedding they've ever gone to, by far. They said that he was phenomenal. Patrick did everything he promised us and more! I heard someone even went up to him and requested a song on our do-not-play list, which he shut down immediately! Even my mother was on the dance floor all night. I've never seen her dance in my life. I can't say how happy I am just for seeing her out there.
Patrick was exactly what we wanted and more for our wedding and I thank you, thank you, thank you, for making it unforgettable!!!! See you next year at our friends' wedding!

Patrick was very professional, he was quick to respond to any and all questions and emails that I had. During the entire evening, he did a great job reading the crowd and using his judgement to mix up the music I had requested versus the proper music that got my guests up and dancing. I could list the amazing things about having Patrick as your DJ, but that would take all day! Patrick is by far the most professional, detail oriented, and FUN DJ I have ever come across! From your first meeting, you know that you're in good hands with Patrick! I am still getting compliments about how good of a DJ he is! I am so thankful we chose Patrick, he is organized and is right there with you through all the steps of your wedding day. Any questions you have, he is right there to answer. I changed my mind about a some songs a few times, and that was no problem, he was extremely accommodating ! I also love the fact he has a website, where you pick your songs, even a do not play list. Patrick truly goes above and beyond and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a DJ!

Patrick was the 4th or so DJ that we interviewed, and we were so impressed with his organization, creativity, and professional attitude that it wasn't much of a discussion who to book. We had two planning sessions prior to the wedding and with each meeting, we felt even more confident we'd picked the right DJ. On the day of the wedding, Patrick kept our guests all laughing for the intros, kept them informed with the events of the evening, and kept them dancing all night. We would definitely recommend Eternal Events to any couples looking for a fun, professional, and awesome DJ!

My husband and I talked to several DJs, but Patrick was by far the most professional, qualified and amicable. When we hired Patrick, we had very high expectations. We are happy to say that all of our expectations were exceeded! Patrick's prices are extremely competitive. We felt like we really got the best value possible by using Eternal Events. The lighting was fantastic; it completely transformed the space. Patrick had a great ability to read the crowd and play music that everyone danced to. Many of our guests commented on how great Patrick was as a DJ.

Overall, he was wonderful to work with. He answered all of our questions and was incredibly accessible. He responds very quickly to emails and if I could not reach him on the phone, he always called back that same day. My husband and I would strongly recommend Eternal Events for DJ and lighting services. We had a wonderful experience!

Highly Recommend!

My husband and I were married at Ocean Cliff in Newport, RI in May 2021. Patrick was our DJ/MC during the cocktail hour and reception. He was absolutely amazing to work with! Patrick is very experienced and knowledgeable. He helped us write roasts for our wedding party for their entrances. Our guests and wedding party loved it! The music kept everyone dancing all night, and Patrick's skills as an MC as well helped everything run smoothly. We would highly recommend Patrick to anyone in the area!

Eternal Events truly demonstrated world-class service and their expertise was far beyond the industry standard. From the sound quality to the the stunning up-lighting, Eternal Events made our day one to remember. Pat even changed the color of the up-lighting numerous times throughout the night to ensure the color scheme complimented what was happening in the room. In addition, the song choice was perfect. From the start of the first meeting with Pat I knew we picked the right guy to DJ our wedding. Pat is beyond professional and takes his job very seriously. Not only was I impressed that he has his own personal timeline of each wedding of what he likes things to be done by but he impressed our wedding coordinator as well. She was is shock how organized and professional Pat was dealing with the hotel.

Pat is not just your average wedding DJ, he is a entertainer. His style and unique ideas puts him far ahead of any wedding DJ I have ever seen. From the start of when we walked in he was telling us where to go, what to do, he was always asking if we needed something, and if we were having a good time. All of our guests kept raving all night how great he was. Even the photo booth attendant was a great guy!

My wife and I are beyond impressed with him and Eternal Events and would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone out there who wants excellent service. He made our night very special and I will never forget that day.

Great Time!

We absolutely would recommend Patrick for your wedding! We got married on 8/21/21 in Rehoboth and used Patrick. He was very easy to work with and has helpful tools is planning your day. He has a lot of thoughtful suggestions about how to add unique touches to your day. One of my favorite part of our wedding is his suggestion to “Roast” our bridal party. While we probably took it a little farther than most couples would of, my husband and I are still reduced to tears reliving that moment and will be laughing looking at that portion of our wedding photos for the rest of our lives. Thank you Patrick!!

Patrick Wyllie was probably the best DJ we could have hoped for. He made our wedding so much more fun than we could have planned on our own, especially with the unique introductions he does for the wedding party.

Even when it began to rain, he was able to reorganize, and progress with the wedding as if that was how it was planned.

We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional and fun DJ, and if we had to plan our wedding all over again, we would call him first!

Patrick is awesome. We are still getting comments from our guests about how great Eternal Events was at our wedding. Patrick provided his services for our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception at a fabulous price. He was kind, professional, and very responsive. We met multiple times leading up to our wedding and he was receptive to our requests. He also had a lot of helpful suggestions. There are many things we didn't think about...cake cutting songs? directing guests to our guest book? keeping things on schedule? Patrick helped with all these things and more. He even came to our wedding rehearsal and RAN it, which was above-and-beyond what we expected. Even our wedding venue director was highly impressed!

We really did not want a cheesy DJ, YMCA-type dancing, or excessive MC'ing; Patrick's style was perfect, and he's just an all-around nice guy. We highly recommend Eternal Events for your wedding or any other event.

Both Patrick and AJ from the beginning of our process, were extremely helpful, informative, and very timely with their responses! Patrick was a big hit at my wedding in October of 2011. The lighting was gorgeous! It really made a large room feel very intimate. He was very professional and courteous! My friends and family were very pleased with his playlist generated from a small list of our favorite artists/songs. I have plans to use his services again in the near future! Definitely recommend!

Patrick of Eternal Events was by far the best vendor choice we made for our wedding. He was a pleasure to work with right from the beginning as we were planning our wedding from another state. Patrick is extremely knowledgeable and professional, yet personable. We met several times prior to the wedding and each time became more confident in our choice to hire Patrick as our DJ. He listened to our ideas and offered several unique ideas of his own, ensuring that our reception would reflect us as a couple, even including a sweet "love story." Many things didn't go as planned for our ceremony due to weather complications, but Patrick was quick on his feet and handled everything seamlessly. He also ran our rehearsal and did an amazing job organizing everyone, providing bridal party members with their own cute little name tag. My husband and I were blown away by his organization and thoughtfulness during the reception, as he continuously made sure everything was flowing at a nice pace, everyone was where they needed to be, and even made sure that we were doing okay amidst all the chaos the day brings. Patrick is a performer who truly loves his job and thinks of every little detail to ensure that your celebration will be amazing! We had the most wonderful time at our reception and only have Patrick to thank for that. The photo booth was also a huge hit. Choosing Eternal Events for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. Patrick was so professional and quick to get back to me anytime I had a question. He handled everything from our ceremony music to the upighting in our tent, and of course the DJ services, all for a VERY reasonable price. The tent looked so beautiful and the music was perfect, Patrick did a great job of playing the types of music we had requested, as well as reading the crowd. In fact, I had several people come up to me to say how much they were enjoying the music, some even asked me if they could get the playlist! I would recommend Eternal Events very highly to any bride - you will not be disappointed!

I can’t say enough good things about Patrick. He was absolutely amazing to work with. Throughout the entire planning process he was so quick to respond and so wonderful to communicate with. He is incredibly professional and super prepared always. We picked a few songs for the big things (cake cutting, first dance, parent dances, etc) and pretty much just told him to pick everything else and he did a wonderful job. I had tons of guests during the wedding and after that also told me how great Patrick was. I highly recommend Patrick as your wedding DJ!

Our experience with Patrick was nothing short of amazing. It's doing an injustice to call him a DJ... he is a Master of Ceremonies. At our wedding, he coordinated the rehearsal, worked closely with our other vendors and, without anyone even knowing, reminded our officiant of a crucial part of the ceremony that was almost missed. He was funny, personable and entertaining, all while being a true professional. Our guests are still raving about the music and the seamless way the whole reception flowed. He took the time before the wedding to really get to know us and what we wanted. Our agenda was his agenda.

We had Patrick as our wedding DJ and cannot say enough incredible things about our experience. He was so helpful and accessible to us as we planned our wedding in CT from CO. In the 9 days since our wedding, nearly all of our wedding guests have sought us out to tell us how much they loved Pat. I couldn’t agree more! He is phenomenal. Roughly 3 minutes into our first meeting, my husband and I knew we had to hire him. To start, Pat has his act together. He is one of the most organized people I have ever met. He makes you feel like everything is under control and it will all turn out exactly as you want. This is incredibly wonderful when you are stressed out in the midst of wedding planning. It was such a relief.
More important than his organization skills is his originality. If you attend several weddings a year, you know how vital it is to have a personal touch to your reception. Pat does that and then some! He introduced our entire bridal party with a “mini roast.” It was hilarious and fit us perfectly. He also told our love story (history of our relationship) during the cake cutting. We had a lot of out of town family and friends, so these personal touches really helped people get to know each other.
I can’t say enough good things about Pat. We met with a couple of DJs and Pat was leaps and bounds ahead of them. We loved him and would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Patrick is wonderful! He is extremely thorough and has fun ideas. I trusted him completely and only chose the songs I had to like our first dance and parents dances and he was amazing! Everyone went on and on days after the wedding at how great he was. Look no further Patrick wont dissapoint!

Leading up to it, he was professional, helpful and extremely flexible. On the day, he truly was a "Master of Ceremony" and he worked seamlessly with our photographer and officiant; everything went absolutely perfect.
His added touches of telling the stories of our entire bridal party and our history with them, then the "Love Story" of Craig and I, had (and still has) people coming to me and saying how different and truly unique that made the evening.
He commands the room artfully, and he was definitely one of the reasons our day was as special as it was.

I met Patrick a year before the wedding and in the first meeting I knew that I wanted to work with him. My dj was very important to me because I wanted to make sure that everyone was dancing, plus he offered a photobooth which was on my list of things I wanted. We had several meetings over the next year until the wedding and each time I knew that I had made the right decision. On the wedding day he made sure everything went smoothly. He is not just a dj, but your own emcee for the night. He gets the crowd going and into the wedding. He roasted our wedding party and read our love story. I loved everything about our wedding and I didn't have to worry about a single thing because he had it under control. He had everyone on the dance floor the entire time! Plus the photos we got of our friends and family from the photo booth were so awesome! I would highly recommend him to anyone for any event that they have. We will be sure to think of him for any further events that we have.

Patrick of Eternal Events was professional, easy to communicate with and very helpful. When we were unsure what to choose he gave suggestions which were extremely helpful.
Through the wedding he was able to get everyone on the dance floor, was open to the games we wanted to play and was wonderful as an MC. We really enjoyed working with him and would highly recommend his services.

From the very beginning stages of planning, to the final song of the night, Patrick impressed my husband and I with his professionalism, his attention to detail, his understanding of what we wanted, and his talent as a MC and DJ. During the planning, Patrick is very involved, meeting several times, helping complete wedding worksheets, and even sending a planning book to help personalize your event. We felt very confident that Patrick would make the event of our dreams come true, and he went above and beyond expectations. He helped us make decisions, personalize the event, and helped coordinate different unique aspects of our wedding. He was an incredible MC, extremely organized, read the crowd, and was able to coordinate our event flawlessly. He had unique ways to introduce the wedding party, told a romantic love story, and really listened to us regarding what types of music we wanted. The dance floor was packed all night, and still weeks after, we receive compliment after compliment on all aspects of our DJ, everyone claiming it was the best music/MC ever. We were extremely happy with every part of the service, and am so thankful he was able to make our day so memorable.

Seriously, Patrick is incredible. He is a man with a plan and when he executed it on our wedding day we were so thankful for his attention to detail, personalized touches and song choices. The song choice system he uses is easy and helped us determine the songs we wanted for dinner and dancing. Patrick had us filling out all these documents leading up to the wedding and the Grand Entrance was one of the highlights of the day. He cracked jokes, poked fun and made everyone laugh! It set a fun tone for the evening. When it came time for dancing he didn't do much talking and let the music and lights do the work...everyone danced the whole time! We did not have a single technical problem (during our ceremonies or during the reception) and couldn't have been more pleased with how he kept things moving. It was one of those situations where we didn't have to worry about anything because he had it under control.

Our guests were dancing from the second Patrick started playing music to the very last song - we literally had a hard time getting people to sit and eat dinner!!! He's such an incredible DJ and ensured our entire day flowed seamlessly. He's super creative and made our intros, cake cutting & dances very unique and fitting to my husband and I. Eternal Events was amazing. AJ was our DJ for our wedding 6/28/14. Absolutely hands down best DJ services I've ever seen. Kept the party going until the last seconds on the dance floor. Eternal Events was amazing in every way. They played a key role in making our New Year\'s Eve wedding at Belle Mer Water Salon in Newport, RI spectacular. The blue uplighting made the room stunning and the music was awesome!\r\n\r\nWe spoke to many DJs in our selection process, but once we met Patrick, we clicked instantly. Patrick was open, honest, accommodating and very nice. Not only that, Eternal Events has an unbeatable price. There is no DJ out there willing to do all the work and offer all the services that Eternal Events provides and charge the same price. Living in New York City, they made the planning process very easy by communicating through email and phone.\r\n\r\nThe online system was very helpful, especially since we wanted to pick many of the songs. With Patrick\'s help, we were able to choose about 80% of the music played. In addition, my side of the family is Indian, so he was able to accommodate my requests and selections of Indian music. Patrick suggested an awesome game to start out the dancing, and the crowd went wild. Patrick put together an amazing countdown to ring in the New Year which was projected on the wall, it was unforgettable! We had a lot of fun elements unique to our wedding and Patrick made them all happen. Many of our family and friends continue to talk about the wedding as one of the best with great compliments for Eternal Events, it was just amazing, the perfect way to end 2012 and start 2013!\r\n\r\nWe will always treasure our wedding memories, thank you Eternal Events!

Patrick was amazing. I would definitely choose Eternal Events again if given the chance. Patrick choreographed the entire wedding and was there to orchestrate the rehearsal and continued to make our wedding amazing to the end. Everyone has complimented us by saying that our wedding was the most fun of all they've been to and we have to give credit to Patrick for this. We highly recommend him for all dj and lighting needs. He made our day truly memorable and special but also made it that was for our guests. We appreciate all he did for us and the extra effort he puts in to each and every one of his events.

Patrick (Eternal Events ) is more than a DJ he is an entertainer who will keep your wedding going, cocktail hour amazing and your reception jumping with much fun and laughter.

He is great for all he does. Our wedding would not have been what it was without Patrick. He made sure everything was in order and all we had to do was show up. He coordinated with the photographer, matron of honor and the best man to make sure all went well on our day. We highly recommend him.

I cannot say enough good things about Pat and his business. I will never recommend a different music service to anyone…Eternal Events is what you need for your event. Everything ran on schedule, our guests were completely involved, impressed, and having the time of their lives! He got people to dance that you would never expect to see on the dance floor, he filled people in on how we fell in love and why our wedding party meant something to us, he got us drinks and made sure we ate when the chaos had us in a million places at once. He thinks of things that would never cross another DJs mind. For him, it's not just about music, it's about creating a feeling, making memories, and giving you "moments".

Our venue hosts at least one wedding every weekend, and even our coordinator was impressed with his unique style and organization. When you hear music at weddings every weekend and you can still be impressed with how someone stands out - THAT IS HUGE! We have spoken so highly of Pat and he has done such a wonderful job showcasing his talent and passion for what he does that two of our closest friends have booked him for their weddings next year!

During the week before the wedding I was so relaxed everyone thought I was crazy. They were in amazement that I had the time and energy to be where I needed to be for the other aspects of my life. Honestly though, Pat had so much to do with that. He had his timeline and information worked out way ahead of time, was always available if I had a question, offered advice on things when we needed it, and made the process so incredibly easy. Now, during the week after? "Oh my god your emcee was awesome; the lighting was beautiful; the photo booth was so fun!" These continue to be some of the first things people have been saying when they talk about the wedding. Yup, our DJ was amazing…and yours can be, too. BOOK HIM!!!!

Most people can agree that music at a wedding reception can make or break the evening. Since Kyle and I both love to dance, we knew that we needed an excellent DJ for our reception. When we found Patrick we were very excited and after meeting with him we knew we had found what we wanted to make our night perfect. Between the unique introductions that he does for the bridal party, the "Love Story" that he does for the bride and groom, and the ability to keep a ton of our guests there until the lights came on at the end of the night, Patrick is outstanding. He definitely surpassed all of our expectations and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to have a fun and amazing wedding reception.

We hired Patrick for our Photobooth and Uplighting for our wedding at the Mystic Aquarium. It was a pleasure to interact with him the whole way through the process! Patrick was always great at communicating, a pleasure to deal with and a true professional. The photobooth was awesome and everyone absolutely loved it and had a blast! They brought some awesome props that the kids (and adults) really got a kick out of! I gave him a custom logo for the strips which looked awesome AND he made the background of the strips purple to match the wedding! It was such a small detail but I was SO impressed that he took that extra step, it made me smile! Patrick and his team are awesome and I would highly recommend Eternal Events! Thank you!

I am so happy that we chose Eternal Events to DJ our wedding.

Our wedding was 2 months ago, and our guests are still talking about the music.

My husbands mother wanted me to make sure Patrick played some sort of swing music so that the older crowd would be up and dancing. I didn't say a word to Patrick about it, because I knew that he would come through and make it a night to remember.

We also did the photo booth and that was SUCH a hit with our guests.

The owner, Patrick, was an awesome DJ! He was very professional and responsive throughout the whole wedding planning process. He took the time to meet with my fiance and I in person before our big day to go over our expectations of his service. Patrick was very thorough when helping us plan the flow of events for the night, being sure to bring up a few things we hadn't even thought of! Patrick was great the day of the wedding. He was able to set up outside and provide music for our ceremony then quickly move back inside the venue to begin with the cocktail hour. He also did a great job during the reception, getting the crowd involved and reading the dancing crowd. If it looked like a song wasn't getting enough people on the dance floor, he would discreetly transition over to another song instead of finishing out the original song that wasn't as popular. Overall very happy with Eternal Events!

Great DJ & entertainer!

We had an awesome experience with our DJ. He communicated really well and made it work with our busy schedules to video chat rather than drive to RI to review things. He did special, funny facts about the bridal party as they walked in which was super personal, everyone loved it!

I contracted through Eternal Events for DJ service for my wedding. Patrick was phenomenal, contacted me within 20 minutes of my inquiry online and explained all the services to me. I wanted to meet with the DJ earlier in the year to get the professional vibe from them but was told meeting closer to the wedding was better. We were with AJ, who I didn't realize contracted through Patrick to do weddings that Eternal Events overbooked for a day. There was a miscommunication between Patrick and AJ for our first meeting, but we did end up getting together the week before the wedding. AJ was very professional and friendly, could tell our taste in music right away and was awesome suggesting songs for some formalities we didnt even think of. He also provided great assistance with directing flow for the night. At the wedding he arrived super early to set up and all equiptment was working well. He played requests from the guests and tried to encorporate all age groups on the dance floor. Overall a good show.
