My wife and I had such an amazing and positive experience using Wye Branch Manor. The owner of the venue was the easiest person in the world to work with. The wedding planner Cayden was on top of everything and if there was even the slightest hiccup during the ceremony or reception, Cayden fixed it immediately. It most certainly shows that Wye Branch Manor takes care of their clients and makes sure that their day is as special as the folks who work at Wye Branch Manor.My wife and I had such an amazing and positive experience using Wye Branch Manor. The owner of the venue was the easiest person in the world to work with. When I began the journey of planning my wedding, I had a vision in mind but not a lot of cash and had no idea where to start. Meeting with Laura and Kevin and seeing this beautiful property made my mind up instantly. The personal attention and caring approach to weddings these two have is amazing. They have done so many weddings, with each one so different they were able to give me feedback and make recommendations that truly helped make my day perfect. I had been to a few other events there and while the property is gorgeous each time, they create an atmosphere with each client where the guests feel like they are walking into their friend's home, not an event venue. I highly recommend this location and staff for your wedding, large or small. My husband and I LOVED Wye Branch Manor! Kevin and Laura were always there to answer our questions and were there on the big day to make sure everything was just right. The price was very reasonable for a place that gorgeous and accommodating. We paid to have the rehearsal there (not the dinner), the ceremony, and the reception. There were some tables there that we were able to use inside for the food and cake. There is a nice bar area and Kevin was able to find us a bartender that worked for us and our guests. Kevin even asked what our wedding colors were and tried to have flowers around that matched. They went above and beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly. Laura was there to make sure that I did not have to stress about any details on the wedding day itself. We got married outside on the back porch area and had our reception under a tent. Laura helped me get from the house to the tent without any of our guests seeing me before I was ready. Since we were getting married outside in May and rain was always a worry of mine, Laura and Kevin helped us come up with a back up plan just in case (luckily it was beautiful that day). This is a perfect place to host a wedding! My husband and I were looking for something that was intimate, different and also gave our guests a night to remember. All of the details were just amazing! Even the leaves were falling as we said our "I do's". It couldn't have been planned better!

My husband and I had our wedding at Wye Branch and it was absolutely PERFECT! Laura, the coordinator at the time was amazing. She was so helpful in making all of our dreams come true. We were able to pick our own vendors (tent/chairs, dj, food, cake). By the time our special day came, Laura made sure everything ran smoothly. The manor house is stunning inside and the terrace outback (where we had our wedding) is absolutely breathtaking. Perfect for a wedding any time of year. We got to visit the manor this past year as friends of ours got married here as well, nothing has changed. Kevin and his staff are still amazing and make sure everything you want comes out perfect for your dream day! We decided to plan a wedding in 4 months and Kevin and his employees at Wye Branch Manor were able to help us plan and provide us the best wedding we could imagine. The location is beautiful and everyone was very helpful. They provided us with people to contact for catering, music, and floral. After meeting with Kevin, the owner, he then had Laura work with us on all the details. I felt like I had a wedding planner without the cost of one. She was perfect! She met with us whenever we needed to meet and she helped on the day of the wedding to have everything set up. We met with Kevin and he helped with ideas on where to have the ceremony and the reception. He even provided us with names of caterers and florists to contact. After meeting with Kevin, Laura continued to help us plan everything. She was there whenever we had questions and she helped set up on the day of the wedding. I couldn't have asked for better service.
