I was a little concerned after reading reviews about weather my items would arrive and when, but they did an excellent job. I did have an issue of a missing item, but they quickly boxed and shipped me the missing item after I informed them. I give them 5 stars over all.

I love wrapwithus.com. I have been using them for years & never had a problem with customer service or products.
I don't agree with comments below.
I started using them for my bridal shower & then for my wedding - all the stuff you need - favors, ribbons, decorations etc..
I've used them for baby showers, communions and parties.
I have never had any shipping problems or broken, missing items in all these years of using them.
I highly recommend them!

We threw my cousin a last minute engagement party and came across wrap with us and we are SO lucky we did! We ordered the favors on Monday and got them that Friday! The representative Mary was so helpful with choosing favors that would be available that were also within our theme and budget. Couldn't be happier with this company and would recommend it to anyone!

Wrap with has affordable trinkets and favor ideas, I've used them for my bridal shower favors as well as my wedding favors. The favor was wrapped nicely, and shipped quickly. The only con would be the expensive shipping charges for items. Otherwise I would highly recommend using Wrap with Us. I belive my best friend also used them for her wedding favors and bridesmaid's gift ideas.

I ordered my favors for my engagement party from here on Monday and received them Wednesday. I had called on Tuesday to check the status of my order and was told that it had already shipped. I couldn't believe it not even 24 hours later. Within 48 hours I had my order. I will definitely be using them again for my bridal shower and Wedding!!!

I ordered some sweet 16 favors for my niece on Friday and because I was nervous that they wouldn't get here in time, I called CS to ensure my nieces package would be here prior to her party. CS ensured me that my package would def be here by Tuesday or Wed the following week. Not only was the CSR professional but my package was delivered on time. This will be my go to vendor whenever I have an event!

We ordered a mixture of different heart wine stoppers from this company. They were a big hit. They came already gift wrapped. We noticed a few were not what we expected, and the company gladly exchanged them for us. They arrived in a very timely manner

I purchased my favors from this vendor, I had seen them at a bridal showcase so they had given me a coupon code. i was able to use the coupon and since they are somewhat local to me I picked the items up so I didnt have to pay for shipping. My guests loved the favors and the ribbbon I purchased was a perfect fit.

price was right. Convent to pick up on Long Island, NY. Even though the store is open Friday and Saturday, you can pick up online orders any day of the week. I also like the fact I could see the item before I purchased. Things online can be deceiving.

Wrap with us was awesome. I was not able to find a vendor in NJ where i live and since i was born and raise in LI and go there often this worked out well. I could pick up there at no cost or have it shipped for $8. It came very very fast and all of the items we purchased were used and looked awesome!

Wrap with us is awesome they were close by and anything that I needed was provided in a timely manner. What they do not have in stock they will order for you. Most of my orders came within about 2 days. You can have it shipped to you or pick it up if you live near the warehouse. Their prices are great also.

I ordered my wedding favors from wrap with us and my wedding was on long island so it was very easy that I was able to just pick them up instead of having to pay for shipping. I was worried they wouldnt be in in time but thank god they came the day before I needed them to! The original favor I order kept coming in broken so they upgraded the favor for me to a slightly more expensive one for the same price. I loved our favors and they went with our theme perfectly.

I am surprised to read some of the negative comments on this page. I will admit, after reading some of the comments, I was a little hesitant to do business with them. However, I placed my order over the weekend, the order shipped on Monday, and it arrived today (Thursday). It was actually scheduled to arrive tomorrow (Friday), so it actually got here EARLY! Everything I ordered was in the box, and I'm happy with all my purchases.

Dont forget Wrap with us has a store front!!! Originally I had everything picked and was putting the order through and it offered store pick up. I didnt know they were right in Syosset. I saved about $30 on shipping and got it faster by picking it up when it was ready, and that way i was able to check everything and see what i was taking home! AWESOME!

Two friends have gotten married since and they both used wrap with us with great results!!!

Wrap With Us was very reasonably priced. Our order was shipped ina timely mannor. The only complaint is some of the camras were broke. So if you are buying camras for on the table bye extra and take one picture before hand to make sure they work.

Many websites had the same favors but they were expensive. Wrap with us had the martini shakers I wanted at the cheapest price. My favors were ready quickly.

I bought my attendants favors online at Wrap with Us. I was a little worried about buying online, but the price was unbeatable. They arrived in a mere few days, and Wrap with Us even send me an email with the tracking number for the package, so I knew when to expect it.
It may be a small detail, but when you are stressed out with the wedding preparation, every little detail counts!

I got fabulous favors, everyone loves them and will order from them again! Indeed, we had a small ceremony, so it was only a few favors we bought, but the reception which we are holding next June will have many more participants and I'm confident that Wrap with Us will enable me to find affordable favors for a larger crowd!

I purchased the silver grape-cluster wine stoppers and the waiter corkscrews.
When I saw this site and the prices listed per item, I was sure there was a catch, like minimum orders. Or they would be so cheap. I mean they were half the price of every online wedding shop!
But no catch at all. They arrived today and they are everything I was hoping they would be and more. I highly recommend this site.

I searched high and low for my favors for the wedding, and for a 200+ person wedding cost effectiveness was a high priority. I found them through google and have been very pleased since! I was able to fins a favor I liked for significantly less than on other websites (for the exact same product!) and the shipping was prompt and very timely. This is a great place for getting party and wedding favors, with a decent selection and good prices. We shopped at their warehouse in Long Island and picked up the items directly there. The place is hard to spot and a bit small, but the items were ready in just a few days, and we had no issues with the quality of the items we bought.

I was going crazy looking for wedding favors that weren't going to cost me over $500 in total! I stumbled across Wrap With Us online and immediately fell in love with their prices! I ended up getting heart-shaped cookie cutter favors for the adults, and wedding themed coloring books for the children - and we also ordered personalized tags for the favors. I received my order within 5 days of placing it (a weekend was included in this time). The quality of the favors were chincy looking, and the personalized tags were the kind you buy at Staples, where it's the full sheets that you print on. But for the prices that we paid, I can't complain. Once we attached the tags to the favors, they looked nicer.

My advice, use Wrap With Us. Even their higher priced items are still very reasonable, and if we had the room in our budget, we would have went that route. But their customer service is great, and the variety of items they carry is amazing! And if you are in the Long Island area, you can visit their store to see the items in person - you can even save on shipping and pick up your purchase directly!

This place is great if you are looking for DIY stuff. Don't expect to have someone to be at your beckon call. It's a self serve place where you look for whatever you need on your own. The store is open only on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The prices are of good value. If you are not a DIY person and need assistance then this place is not for you. If you are DIY person then this place is DIY heaven. I had a good time when looking for DIY stuff at the store.

I was looking online for party favors. Wrap with Us had the best prices. I was nervous to order online due to some negative reviews. I live 20 minutes away so I went on a Saturday to the warehouse. The store opens at 10 am. I got there at 10:45am and it was very busy. I already knew the items I wanted. The Black & White Damask Coaster I wanted it wasn't on stock, and it would take 2 weeks, but I was able to get Grey & White Damask Coaster. It looked great. I was pleased overall with the service. Is best if you go online and see what you want then go to the store if you can.
The only thing I wasn't pleased, online you can buy as many items but at the store 10 items minimum.

When I found this site, I found the exact things I was looking at on other sites for a lot cheaper. And they had a discount for bulk ordering. I ordered them and they shipped quickly.

We ordered placecard favors for both our engagement party and our wedding banquet. Mostly DIY but the products were available quickly after we ordered them. A great deal if you live on Long Island, since you get a discount if you go in person to pick it up. Extremely convenient.

The store is a bit of a mess, but you can find great deals like cheap wrapping paper and gag gifts and room decor. Staff is nice, but not extremely attentive. It gets crazy on the weekends when it's busy and since it's a warehouse, you have to place an order for things that are not in the "store" part.

I placed my order for wedding favors on October 25th, 2013, and received my order on Thursday, November 1st. I paid this east coast company $13 extra for 3-day shipping to California. The favors matched their description and my order was correct.

I used this company because it was so inexpensive. My hand-painted bottle stoppers cost less than $2 per person. The overall selection of wedding favors is expansive.

The company website is very well put-together and easy to use. I had no trouble placing my order.

According to the website, order processing usually takes 1-5 business days. Shipping to California takes about five business days.

However, I never received a shipping confirmation. According to the website's order tracker, the company is preparing my shipment, which is obviously erroneous information. This misinformation is why I did not rate "quality of service" and "responsiveness" more highly.

The company has a good return policy, but seems unwilling to reimburse shipping for any reason. Hence, they are very flexible.

I would use this service again.

I placed the order online and had two big boxes of favors to pick up. Nobody even bothered to help me pick the boxes up to my car. I had requested for help however the lady said nobody can help. It was very rude. Favors are reasonably priced but you can get the same favors elsewhere with the same price with better customer service.

I had extra favors waiting in their ware house and called to cancel and refund my order. I find out a week later, they hadn't even cancelled my order or credited my account, I had to call twice to get the situation rectified. Very disorganized.

I mostly ordered all my invitations and some of my favors from them. The problem that I had with them is that my invitations that I ordered the box was open and half of my box was missing and they didn't handle it very well. The price was good for what you got just be careful and check your items the minute you get them to make sure that you have everything that you ordered. I noticed that my invitations were missing and they replaced those but a couple of days later when I noticed that I also had response cards that were also missing thats when I could no longer reach anyone and they never sent me any new ones so be careful.

I live about 20 minutes from their location and went to the warehouse to purchase things for my wedding. I, number one, wasn't expecting any kind of help since I knew what i wanted to purchase. Ordered my favors here -- personalized candle tins. They were less expensive than other places and were exactly what I expected from the website. Excellent value for the money.

Plus, the shipping was super fast! I ordered them, and they came in the next day or two.

Did not deal with the company or customer service, but I thought that was preferable -- everything looked exactly like the website and came exactly as expected. Couldn't ask for much more.

not a good company to deaI with. ordered 4 sample items. Two of the items came blemished and totaly damaged. The one item cut my granddaughters hand. It is pretty bad when you cannot inspect 4 items for quality before mailing. I need to order 100 of these items but will not order from this company. I ordered birthday favors for my mom's 80th birthday party. They were smaller than they looked on the website and I wanted to fill them with mints, however when I received them, the bottoms kept falling off so I could not fill them with the mints and I had to fill them with something else and hot glue 30 favors to keep the bottoms from falling off. Very cheaply made and cheap looking! Not worth the $39.00 I paid for them.

Very unprofessional, I placed an order and the day before the event i found out that part of my order was not received after i had paid extra to make sure everything was here in time. I then emailed the company come to find out i was never going to be sent the items because they could not get them to me in time. I did not receive a phone call a message or an email with a new invoice of the items i was being charged for and shipped, nothing. This is the first negative review I've ever written, but their customer service was so terrible that I felt like I needed to. I ordered 20 white picture frames for table numbers. They are glass frames, but the description says "white" and the picture online displays a white glass frame. When they arrived, they are actually a seafoam green/bluish color (matched nothing in my wedding at all). I emailed their sales team and instead of offering apologies or to have me return the product, the sales rep, Erin, bickered with me that I was and that they really are white; even sent me the online picture again. In case I missed it while ordering the first time?! A simple, "I'm sorry these didn't work out for you or that they appear differently in person, please return them and we'll issue a credit to your account" would have prevented a very vocal, dissatisfied (former) customer.

Okay... Where to begin lets start at the top of this list. I just ordered 80 dollars worth of stuff from this company and a few things were wrong. I ordered these chessecake towels that are suppose to smell like chessecake and be a full towel that came with a strawberry on top to look like a chocolate chessecake slice. no these sent me a very small hand towel with a cherry on it, then i ordered these sticks to make chocolate molds and the bag that held the sticks was torn open and i only got 26 when it came with 50. then i ordered 24 tulle butterfies, and when they got here all of them were broken. also a cake topper looks nothing like the one i ordered. if you want to order from this company please do it 1-2 years before the event cause they dont like to please there customers.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS place- it is a scam! This was honestly one of the worst experience I've ever heard. I ordered personalized shot glasses for my mother in laws 70th birthday. I spent over $150.00 on them. Upon receiving, they say "From Miss to Mrs, happy birthday." Clearly, not what I ordered. I call customer service and ask if they can please make this right and make the appropriate changes since this was THEIR fault. They were very nasty and rude to me and said you can pay for a brand new set, but we don't do exchanges or rerun, all orders are final. All orders are final???? So now I'm stuck with 50 plus shot glasses that will never be used. BEWARE- do NOT order from them!!!!!!

I ordered centerpieces from this company in which they said they would price match the exact same item from their competitors. This information can be found on their website. Without going into all the details, after many attempts to contact them they never responded or honored their word. I ordered other items that were cheaply made for the price and the shipping costs are high. I found that they are very dishonest and have unethical business practices. The customer service is very poor. I will not do business with this company again. I will choose a company that really cares about the customers.

This website is a disgrace. I ordered samples of a few different products before making a large order for our wedding - thank goodness I did. I paid an ADDITIONAL $16 for 11 tiny items to have them expedited. I ordered Friday morning, Monday I asked for the tracking # since I paid so much and they said it takes 5 days to process (wtf?) I let them know that their website CLAIMS to ship the next business day if you pay extra, as I did. Tuesday comes and I find out that 2 of my items are not in stock but that I was correct so as soon as the items are 'in stock' they would ship them all out together at the end of THE FOLLOWING week. I told them I wanted a refund for my shipping and costumer service turns around and tells me I should know better "ordering out of stock items." UM, NOWHERE on their site does it say these items are out of stock, I have yet to hear back from costumer service and I am about to call my card and file fraud charges. BAD BUSINESS, BAD COSTUMER SERVICE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Its worst every company I dealt with online.....We order some candles for our baby shower as thank you gift....I called them and asked them specifically, if I need to expedite it and they said NO.....3-5 days is enough to get it.....now I got the email from UPS that the delivery date is on May 3rd (our baby shower date is Aprin 29th), 4 days after our baby shower....I called them and I was very angry and they just said, sorry we can not do anything.....They ruined our shower and we end up having no thank you gift and its too late for any orders anywhere else.....We are veryyyyyyyyyyy angry and we will never ever go back to this website again......

The ribbons were not what I expected at all. The ribbons were not correct in terms of the lenght in between our names and the wedding date. There were some ribbons longer than others. Then, when I contacted customer service representative was very rude after I told her that I was not satisfy with the order and that I wanted it to be fix. I paid $30 box for 100 ribbons and I eneded up with less some of the sections didn't even have the writting on. i've been doing wedding favors for over 40 years and this lady tried to tell me that I'm cutting the ribbons wrong. I told my customer to customer that in my years of experience i have never had a worst experience in terms of customer service and quality as I did with this vendor. The representative told me that there were not going to change my order or return the money to mu customer. The last thing a bride should be worrying about are ribbons that are wrong.

I ordered murano art deco wine charms for a babyshower. Never got a confirmation email when I placed the order. I called to ask status and was treated very rude by the agt saying to give it time even though a week had passed. Then when I got the package it wasn't properly packed, had no bubble wrap, no padding and the glass charms were broken, tossed allover the box and out of their boxes where they were supossed to be in. I called and spoke with Michelle the manager, who was very rude and said they don"t package thir items and it wasn't their fault. I understood but still not an excuse this is something they have to take up with their partner company. She offered to send replacements but it would be after the party even though I was gving her a 5 day notice she would not expedite the shipping of the replacements. Then she got frustrated and offered a refund for the damaged pieces and disconected the call without telling me what amount or when she would do this. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! will never reccomend or use again!

I ordered (30) Elegant Butterfly Design Place Card Frames for my best friend's baby shower to be given out as gifts...more than half of them were defective to one degree or another. I contacted the company immediately and they promised replacement items to be sent out same day all personally inspected for defects to be delivered to me in time for the shower. They went out the following day and the UPS tracking confirmaton that I received showed that they would not be delivered until the day after the shower. I called the company immediately and left a message to see if there was anything I could do and called repeatedly the next day...no one called back. I had to go out to at least 5 stores in order to find something we could use instead. Luckily I found a replacement in time and was able to still do the gifts no thanks to Wrap with Us. I am still trying to get my money back and they are refusing to pay for the shipping back stating that's on me after getting the BBB involved...HOW IS IT MY FAULT THAT YOU CAN'T DELIVER AS PROMISED?! I REFUSE TO USE THEM FOR MY WEDDING / SHOWER AS WELL AS ANYONE ELSE'S I MAY BE A PART OF...

I ordered favors for my wedding ie: personalized cake topper unity candle,toasting glasses and personalized cameras,among a couple of other non personalized items. I received part of my order 5 days later and the rest 10 days after that. When I received the order, the grooms name was totally wrong. I checked the invoice and it was spelled CORRECTLY. I immediatley called the customer service and they did not offer an apology,a refund(partial) or even a rush delivery for the corrected items. Honestly, I was as polite as humanly possible but this got me nowhere. It was if it did not even matter. Who cares if all your keepsakes from your wedding have an incorrect name. They got one out of TWO right! I spoke to the manager and she was not concerend about the mistakes at all. She stated that the order was hard to read and that was why it was incorrect. It was a TYPED ORDER done on thier website. Not to mention the personalized cameras did have the right groom so how did the rest of the favors not be legible? I would never order from WRAP WITH US again due to their poor quality of service,products or turnaround time.

I ordered the tulle in 3 colors for my wedding. I also ordered a glass etched heart with our names and wedding date for our cake. I got an email about 10 days after I ordered stating that my cake topper had been mis printed and it is out of stock until an unknown date. I was okay with that and told them within the hour that they should send the rest of the order. They sent it finally 3 days later!! I checked the tracking number and it was going to arrive 2 days after the wedding. I got it the following Monday and returned the tiny box that could not have had the 150 feet of tulle that I ordered in it. I refused the order and I am still waiting for the money to be put back on the credit card I used! I would never recommend this company and I will not be using them for the 2 wedding I am planning for friends in 2009.

Same as previous poster - they sent me the wrong items and it was HELL trying to deal with the company to get it resolved! When you call them you will be on hold for 20 minutes at a time and can never get a live person to talk to! I order Baby Footprint frames for my baby shower and they sent me COASTERS! It took weeks to get the right stuff actually ordered form them (due to numerous 30 minutes long phone calls!) Lets hope they send me the right stuff the second time around. I have officially files a complaint with the Better BUsiness Bureau.
