Gorgeous floral!
We couldn’t have been more please with the floral for our wedding! They went above and beyond to make sure we had the floral arrangements we wanted. We must’ve changed our minds 2-3 times and they were super understanding and accommodating for us. The level of experience they have made planning so much easier on us and when it came to the wedding day, I was so overwhelmed with how beautiful everything turned out. Exceeded our Expectations
We had our wedding this past weekend and the flowers exceeded our expectations. Everything was so beautiful and the staff was so helpful during the process. We had originally scheduled our wedding for 2020 and postponed due to COVID about 5 times. We completely changed what we were looking for and the staff was so patient with us. I really was blown away by how pretty all the arrangements were and how they really made the vibe of the wedding.

I'm so happy that we chose Wow Factor Floral. I had no idea what I wanted when we went in for our consultation, but Kristy helped me narrow it down to come up with the perfect arrangements. We were working on a tight budget, but were able to stick to it with her help. The bouquets were perfect. I wouldn't have changed a single thing about them. They complimented the dresses and the bridesmaids beautifully. Mine was exactly what I was hoping for. The size was perfect and there was a beautiful amount of variety without being overwhelming. They were so easy to work with and helped us make our vision come to life with hardly anything to go on!

I met with them and actually gave them very little instructions, except for my vision of what I wanted - simple, wildflowers and gave colors o bridesmaids dresses. Wow Factor is amazing! They did such a wonderful job and brought our vision to life. I would definitely recommend doing a sit-down meeting with them (it cleared up any confusion that e-mail communication can cause). They were very sweet and patient, and were able to match my inspiration photos better than I could have asked. The price was reasonable compared to other wedding florists in the Austin area. So happy we went with them!

Last minute
We had a small simple ceremony. It was two weeks before the big day and I still hadn’t ordered my bouquet. Wow Factor Floral ensured me that that they could take my order and have the bouquet ready for pick the day of my wedding and they pulled through! Beautiful Arrangements
We met the WOW Factor Floral team at the Bridal Expo in January 2018. Their prices were very reasonable and all of the arrangements, from the centerpieces, to the buttonieres, to my bouquet were GORGEOUS. The star of the show was a large gazebo piece, designed especially for our outdoor ceremony. It was a custom design that everyone loved and specifically mentioned to me multiple times! I loved my bouquet so much I'm going to have it preserved to display forever.
The most important thing to know is that the head florist Kristy does not schedule meetings in the shop very often, but she is very responsive to phone calls and emails. I sent her inspiration photos from Pinterest and Instagram and she nailed every look! The week of our wedding, the weather was being super unpredictable (cold and rainy one day and sunny the next), but she stayed in touch up to the day of the ceremony, offering us a chance to re-purpose the floral for the outside pieces if needed. In the end, we went with the outdoor ceremony and everything looked wonderful! We really appreciated the quality of her work and her professional conduct throughout. 5 stars all around!

I don’t have enough praise for this company! They certainly match their name- WOW!!! I was struggling to find a good professional floral/decorator and it seemed impossible especially with me being out of town and not having the luxury of time. The vendor was recommended to me by another vendor and trust me I couldn’t have found a better company given all the time and location preferences.
Elizabeth is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. Unlike others I had spoken to, she was honest and communicated openly with her expertise. Floral/decor can be a daunting category especially as some vendors exploit your lack of in depth knowledge and the importance of it but you don’t have to worry about that with Elizabeth. She will tell you exactly the type of floral or decor, the alternates to it and your best option in terms of look, availability, practicality and offers creative solutions- which others lacked. The minute I spoke to her my stress vanished because I was dealing with an honest and true professional.
She was able to capture my vision in literally the first call, put me at ease and without any follow ups or interventions put forth a DREAM!
She didn’t require any extra time or effort on my part (huge plus) and instead I could even run other non floral design ideas by her. We literally finalized everything in two calls and one descriptive email with my vision, preferences and few pictures. Yet the decor reflected true hard work, passion and true elegant beauty- all of which was her work!
I cannot stress enough how lucky I was to discover them and happy to work with them. It was a no brainer! and zero stress! Essential qualities.
Both Elizabeth and Kristy were amazing and I would highly recommend them for their work, their expertise and their personality!
P.S-they were not the first vendor I spoke to but certainly the last and that speaks volumes. They are the best in the area!

Wow Factor did an amazing job! Kristy was totally amazing during consultation calls, and was able to create arrangements that used all the flowers I was imaging. On the day of, the Wow Factor team totally handled a last-minute change (had to decorate cross instead of Gazebo for outside-to-inside ceremony move). Clearly, Wow Factor knows their stuff and if you don't want to have to worry about anything, they are definitely the vendor for you!

Our flowers were GORGEOUS! Wow Factor Floral worked with us hand-in-hand as we brainstormed the vision for the flowers for the wedding and the final product was spot-on. Guests came up to me during and after the wedding telling me how much they loved the flowers. For our outdoor wedding, they created a variety of floral displays for our farm tables, beautiful decorative arbor flowers, and the wedding party flowers. My bouquet was a work of art. My husband and I came into the floral shop with palette ideas but we were not specific about our flowers. The flower coordinator was very helpful in providing ideas. We wanted to pick up our flowers a day earlier but the coordinator recommended not to put in our venue the day before our wedding. The staff is very helpful and cordial. I would definitely recommend this company to any bride!

We used Wow Factor Florals for our ceremony flowers. They were responsive, reasonably priced, and listened to exactly what I wanted. They were also kind and compassionate when I had a grandmother fall ill before the wedding, they packaged the corsages separately and sent their love. The complimentary delivery to Stonehouse Villa was amazing, my flowers were fresh and ready to go before we even got to the venue! I would definitely recommend Wow Factor for brides that want a great value, excellent customer service, and (above all) GORGEOUS flowers!

Wow Factor Design did an amazing job with our wedding flowers for our Driftwood wedding! Everything was so beautiful and they did exactly what I asked for, but even prettier. :) They were so easy, fun and sweet to work with and really brought my vision to life. They were able to easily provide candles and specific vases for the shepherd hooks down our aisle, which allowed for our theme to shine through. I just loved everything they did and each flower was so beautiful. They were also super easy and professional and early with set up the day of -- so I didn't have to worry about a thing. I would highly recommend them.

My flowers truly made my wedding exceptionally beautiful!! Kristy was extremely responsive and flexibile with my requests. I arranged to have terrariums shipped there that they could arrange with succulents and flowers. They also had an arch made for my ceremony backdrop and had a flower wall from it. It was breath taking. They also took on some extra tasks as they were setting up. They made being an out of town bride a piece of cake (at least for their portion of it haha).
They were also able to work within my budget and were realistic with me about what we could do, but gave me suggestions and alternatives.
Cannot recommend highly enough!!!!

Loved the flowers! Besides pictures I found on pinterest, I didn't really have a preference other than the overall look. I wanted the bouquets to be light pink and white and then I wanted garland down the tables and she made that happen. Initial price shocked me but she worked with me to get it down to something I was comfortable with without sacrificing the big stuff. I was really nervous since she only had pictures and all of our conversations were via email, I never even saw a sample but on the day of, everything looked great. The tables were a little different than expected (I assumed garland with pops of pink flowers mixed in) but the pink flowers ended up being in separate vases but still looked very cute and I wasn't charged for those vases so it worked for me. There were also some things I wasn't expecting that were included which made it even better. I didn't even think about a throwing bouquet but they had one. I was going to buy my own small bouquet for a few bud vases but the shops near the venue had nothing so I sent a panicked text to my planner who reached out to the florist and they took care of it. Ended up with several small arrangements and even some garland on a sign which wasn't in the quote. I did end up having 1 less table than expected so I assume that's where the extra flowers came from but the flexibility was nice.

I met with Kristy for my initial consultation. I went in not really having any idea what I wanted and didn't like any bouquets that I had seen. Picking out the florals for our wedding was one of my favorite parts of the planning process, and Wow Factor made it such a special experience. I described what I was looking for and they were able to advise and dream up exactly what I had in mind, and within my budget. The team there was very easy to work with and definitely delivered on the day of the wedding, including setting up our ceremony florals in a different location due to the rain. The initial meeting my husband and I had with Kristy we did not know any type of flower we would like in the wedding. Kristy took our wedding colors and arranged the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen. Kristy made the bridal portrait bouquet, so I was able to see a sneak peek of the flowers and I was not disappointed. Kristy provided so many tips on how to save money on flowers, so it always felt like she was looking out for our best interest! She helped us get an arch with a flower arrangement and she even thought of the flowers for the flower girl and ring bearers! Everyone at the wedding said the flowers were gorgeous! Kristy is amazing to work with and I could not be happier to recommend her and Wow Factor Design to anyone!!

They did a fabulous job at capturing the colors and flower variety I requested as well as did an amazing job of the "Trees" table arrangements at the reception. They turned out better than I imagined!
They used all the vessels I provided and everything was gorgeous. Only thing was that my bouquet and bridesmaid bouquets were not the loose sprawling garden style we discussed, but were instead very tight and formal looking, but still none the less beautiful and the entire package was a very good value.

They were so attentive to detail, WOW listened to my explanations and made my visions a reality; I don't know a lot about flowers so they did better than I could've dreamed. They were easy to work with and answered any questions I had and if I needed additions I never felt like an inconveniences for the staff. Great employees that make you a priority which means so much when coordinating such a big event like a wedding.

They were very flexible and helpful with creating centerpieces from candelabras. They even went and picked them up from the venue so they would know how to build them. The flowers at my wedding blew me away! I would highly recommend them.

I really enjoyed my experience working with WOW Factor. Briana was my main contact and she understood exactly what I wanted even though I stumbled through a description of how I wanted the flowers to look! She also produced fantastic flowers for the day of - I love them so much I look at pictures of them almost daily! And WOW Factor did an amazing job with setup - I barely knew they were there and everything looked amazing. Thank you for making the flowers on our wedding day so beautiful!

The flowers provided by WOW Factor Floral were absolutely beautiful! I wasn't sure what I wanted exactly when I went in there, but they guide you through the design to fit your wedding theme and then they just produce brilliant, beautiful designs! I was so impressed with my flowers and wanted to keep them all. It was a huge relief to let the professionals there takeover and produce exactly what you want and more. I made my own vases that I wanted to use for the arrangements, and they were totally accommodating and willing to work around my specific vision. I worked with Kristy and the team from Wow Factor for my July 4th wedding. Their customer service was exceptional, and the only thing that made them even better were the actual flowers. I wasn't sure what I wanted prior to talking to the ladies there, but after sharing a few photo inspiration ideas, I was very happy with our design ideas. When the flowers arrived on the day of the wedding, we all started to tear up because of how beautiful they were. These folks work flower magic! I would highly recommend to anyone.

I could not have picked a better team! I received bids from 5 different florists and their pricing was a little more than others but well worth it! I met in person one time and the rest was all e-mail and phone as I literally worked until the day before my wedding. They made it a super easy process and exceeded my expectations. There's not much to say other than amazing!
My mom went up to the shop once, and that was all it took. We didn't have any idea of what we were looking for, but WOW Factor was able to help us out. We went from having no idea and very little inspiration to planning on having the most gorgeous bouquets, centerpieces, and boutonnières I could have imagined. I’m not a big flower lover, but after seeing my wedding flowers, I definitely love the color and softness they can add to a room just by being present.
I would not hesitate to work with WOW Factor again.
The flowers were fresh and gorgeous. We received compliments about them throughout the entire day.
