DJ Eric James is the man!!

Words cannot even describe how thankful we are to have had DJ Eric James as our wedding DJ. We are so grateful for everything he and the WOW team did to make our day go smoothly and put us at ease - from the planning sessions, to being open to our crazy ideas, and to handling the little things that came up throughout the night. The roasts we asked him to read during the grand entrance were perfect, the videos and pictures he took throughout the night were incredible, the personalized monogram was beautiful, and the That’s WOW Photo Booth was SO much fun (the old-school photo strips were such an amazing touch, and we are still in awe that Tara put together an entire scrapbook for us to take home at the end of the night - what an amazing gift)! Eric was the ultimate hype guy, and we had such a huge crowd on the dance floor even until the very end!! He made us feel like we were the most important and only client (even though we know he’s probably crazy busy), and we cannot thank him enough. He and the rest of the WOW team were so professional and so responsive to anything we needed. We highly recommend Eric and the WOW team to anyone and everyone!! You are the man, Eric!!!

Kept the party going!

DJ Joey was absolutely amazing! There was never a moment when no one was on the dance floor. Highly recommend him and his team!

So easy to work with.

Joey did an amazing job keeping people on the dance floor and playing music that guests of all ages enjoyed! He was very easy to work with and went above and beyond for us!

Highly recommend WOW Entertainment DJ Rich Blue

We spent a lot of time checking out DJs and I have seen all of the WOW Entertainment DJ's perform. They are clean cut and professional and do a great job taking the group through the entire evening. All the music and announcing was very professional and they take their job seriously! Great great hosting skills and their music choices kept the dance floor packed all night long at each event we saw. We eventually booked DJ Rich Blue for my son's event. I would highly recommend this company if you are planning a wedding.

A Perfect Reception with WOW! DJ Eric

DJ Eric James at WOW! Entertainment was awesome to have for our wedding reception! He did a wonderful job at keeping the party alive, reading the crowd, and keeping the dance floor full! DJ Eric, DJ Joey and the rest of the staff at WOW! Entertainment were professional and fun to work with and helped to take a lot of the stress out of planning our reception. We booked with WOW! on recommendations from friends and will definitely recommend them to more friends in the future!

Our WOW DJ Barry Kelly was excellent! He got in touch with us a few days before our wedding to ensure that all the details were in place! We got so many compliments from family and guests about him and we were very impressed!

Joey was a phenomenal DJ. I feel that when attending a wedding, you, as a guest, remember 2 main parts of the day: the food and the dance floor and Joey did not disappoint with the latter. We had many guests approach us at the wedding to let us know how much fun they were having and how well the DJ was doing. The compliments also continued for the weeks following our wedding.
I highly suggest meeting Joey beforehand like I did, as I got to sit down, have a fun conversation with him, and understand his flow plan for the evening. I felt this was how we were able to make the experience so unique to us as a couple. Joey was also very easy to contact and exchange ideas with for days and weeks leading up to our wedding. We also were expecting a snow storm the day of, and Joey stated he would be there no matter the weather. This put us at ease! By the end of the evening, he felt like a part of our family.
We couldn't be happier with him and recommend WOW Entertainment for your special day!

We had DJ Eric at our wedding. Our guests loved the selection of music he had available, and he did a great job of reading the crowd. Wow! Entertainment was affordable and easy to work with. We would recommend them!

Wow Entertainment made our wedding day so much fun! They were super quick and responsive with emails and they did all they could to incorporate our wants/wishes into our wedding day to make it absolutely perfect! Our friends and families were dancing and entertained until the end of the night!

We had WOW Entertainment for our wedding dance! Rich Blue was our DJ & was absolutely incredible!! Always on time with everything, went with OUR schedule & was always making sure we were having a good time! Played great music & was very interactive with the crowd!

DJ Eddy Edwards did a great job at our wedding! He had great communication with us before the wedding and was very cooperative when we wanted to add some cultural music to our dance. He was very energetic and kept the crowd entertained. Very pleased with my experience with WOW Entertainment!

This company has yet to disappoint me. I have been looking for a DJ for awhile, and I simply could not find any other DJ that was under $2200 for this type of quality and experience!!!

My husband and I used Wow! and DJ Jammin' Jay for our wedding. He was very professional and friendly! He focused on what we wanted that day and not on what he wanted to play. Our dance floor was full all night! We had a wonderful time and Wow! Entertainment and DJ Jammin' Jay made the night awesome! I had a special request and Jammin' Jay made sure that my request was fulfilled and on my timeline. I couldn't be more pleased with our DJ service and DJ!

We had a great experience with our dj and photographer. They both did a great job. Our dJ started the dance off with getting the kid's up there only and dancing for about an hour. He had a few tricks up his sleeve for the groom which made it that muche better. I would highly recommend Wow for any party that you need a dj for especially for your wedding.

Wow entertainment did a great job of making our wedding reception planning stress free! They did a great job with my reception being able to accommodate our musical tastes. I planned the wedding from a distance and they were very helpful and responsive to all my questions and making time to meet with me when I got there. I really appreciated Jammin Jay's flexibility with last minute changes and his ability to entertain without disrupting.

I am surprised by all of the negative comments. Glad I didn't look here first. I was very pleased with our DJ. The garter auction was great-the guests emptied their pockets! I faxed a list of songs that we liked-they were all played. The price was good. The owner is great. Our uplighting was everything we wanted. I do recommend WOW!.

Du Kelly did a wonderful job! We kinda saved our music selection for the eleventh hour, but she was on top of it! She was absolutely wonderful with all the kids there, and the karaoke was perfect!

Our wedding reception could not have been any better. Our DJ (David) was very friendly and helpful, knew how to read the crowd, and listened to all request from us and our family/friends. He pretty much took all of the stress off of my hands when it came to the dance. I highly recommend WOW Entertainment. People are still talking about how much fun our reception/dance was, and that wouldn't have been possible without good entertainment!

Jaden was so amazing I would recommend WOW for anything he interacted with the kids and all of my guests. He was AMAZING!!!! I only wish that I would have been able to tip him I had just one to many but I will defiantly send him a tip he went above and beyond.

We have been married for almost seven months and people are still talking about how much fun they had at the wedding dance and how they want to relive the moment! The DJ did an excellent job in keeping every on the dance floor and playing songs for all ages! I highly recommend karoke!

They were AMAZING and everyone kept coming up to us and telling us how much they loved the band.They were a little pricey but worth every single penny! They had the crowd dancing from the first second to the last....people are still raving about the band and people have already told me they hired them for there own event.Wonderfully!

DJ Jammin' Jay out did himself. Not only was he very professional and put up with our crazy guests. He also went out of his way to make sure it was ok to play certain music that guests would request. We booked WOW because of their great Friday wedding specails and we definately got an amazing deal on an A+ service.

All I can say about WOW Entertainments is WOW! They were absolutly amazing in helping me provide my guest with the right entertainment. Our DJ even did a dance compitetion with one of our ushers. Everyone remembers him and we will reccomend them to anyone who ask about a dj!

You will not find a better photographer as far as them.Having worked with them in the past, I knew them was the perfect person to capture our special day.Absolutely AMAZING and by far the best I have ever seen.

David James was our DJ and he did a fantastic job! We were out on the dance floor almost the entire time. He took most of our song suggestions and played them. He also did the music for our outdoor ceremony and it was perfect. Everyone had a blast!

Everyone at my wedding had a blast. I was worried that the people I know wouldn't really dance and that I would have spent all of that money for nothing but he played the best music and everyone danced until the very last minute. It was wonderful!

This DJ was amazing! He was so personal and fun. He took the time to get out on the dance floor and teach our guests how to do different dances and he even went so far as to sit down at the table with my parents and have a nice conversation with them. We were all very impressed. And the price was just right.

Our DJ was amazing, and did everything on our timeline! Very happy with the quality of service, but was a little disappointed that they did play all of our "must play" songs.

We were initially very upbeat about Wow! when speaking with the main contact (Dave), however the DJ that was assigned to us never followed through on contacting us as promised (he was apparently too busy running his own DJ business...). I asked for a different DJ and at this point, I will say Wow! absolutely took care of us, and Sean stepped in as our DJ. We were finally able to walk through the plan for the day, our song selections, etc. Sean did a great job, very personable and did his best to follow our plan (we were behind schedule, which wasn't his fault). There were a couple brief sound hiccups during the First Dance and Daughter-Father Dance, but smooth sailing after that. I've never been at a wedding where the dance floor was this consistently full. Be certain to spell out when you want to go over the event with any DJ, most don't seem too worried about it until the week of the wedding, which is crazy to me (its a busy week already), we wanted 30 days out, with a follow up the week of.

My DJ messed up a couple of times during the reception but other than that both the DJ and Videographer did a wonderful job!

We had Jammin Jay as our DJ and thought he was fantastic! As our wedding was smaller than anticipated, he was able to read the room and cut things as needed. He was also super accommodating and able to come set up later than usual. We also got the discounted rate for the off season and felt as though we got the best value for the money!

They were easy to communicate with but I really never talked to our actually DJ until the day before the wedding. Also, he hardly played any of the artists we requested.

Depending on who you get for your DJ Wow entertainment can be a very professional choice for your wedding. They are willing to play what ever you ask and will stick to the list. They make sure everyone is having fun!

The DJ had everything undercontrol which allowed for lowered stress on myself. I felt that his experience was helpful he knew when to do what and things just rolled along smoothly!

One of the things we would have changed about our wedding would have been our DJ. It hadn't been high up on our list so we just went with something cheap. This was a very poor decision! You don't realize how much a DJ really does at a wedding until you have either a really crummy one or a fantastic one. I'm not saying ours was horrible, but I will say I wish we would have dished out a little more money for someone else. Granted this company does have a variety of different DJs so maybe we just got a less experienced one (I believe his name was DJ LT or something like that). The problems we had included: he didn't want to take song requests and when he would he wouldn't play them for another 3 songs even at the end when there were hardly any people left, We had sent a song request list ahead of time and I think he maybe played 1/3 of the songs, if even that. We did a garter auction, and he just kept dragging it on and on when clearly no one else was interested, made people, including the groom & I very uncomfortable. The company also stated that they would get in contact with us a week before the wedding, we didn't hear from the DJ until the day before the wedding. All in all if you are looking for someone cheap who just plays music then this company works, but you'd be better off trying to find someone who is new and wanting experience because then they would be even cheaper and more eager to get some good feedback. Otherwise I would highly recommend paying a little more and getting someone who actually cares what you and your guests want.

awful experience. appears to be rare though... thus why i booked them... but the dj we got was shy and didnt announce anything.. didnt take charge like every other dj ive seen.. and asked for his tip on the phone the day before. :/ i feel like he ruined my day for me bc i was stressing about him not doing his job. waiting yet to hear back from the company and the wedding was 5 days ago... not holding my breath. what a waste of money. get david or sean if u book them so u arent disappointed.

Just wanted to briefly express my concerns from my wedding Saturday. 1) they were late to reception because they felt they needed to transport a guest(who had plenty of friends and family there) to the hospital 2) they introduced us as the Olsen's-not our last name 3) they did not get audience involved 4) they did not accept audience requests and I had stated that as long as people were dancing to peoples requests they should play them 5) they did not play the music that we talked about-there was barely any 80's music at all. On the phone I said like KG 95 and that is not what we got. 6) the yellow lights that I paid extra for were green. I had stated it would be on a brick wall. Thankfully, I saw it before reception and had them to change to purple. 7) The DJ's assistant was wearing Wrangler's with a huge belt buckle and a cowboy hat. My wedding was not in a barn or cowboy themed. When I discussed with the owner he acknowledge a few of my points but stated most of my people must have been belly up to the bar and not interested in me or my wedding. I would never recommend this company to anyone! The one good thing the dj did was make sure to set up the ceremony site properly because there was not power there.

Such a rude DJ he was He was taking calls during the whole reception and did not dress properly. This is a wedding so you need to have good attire and do your job to keep the crowd going. He promised us he would keep the people moving and dancing he did the very opposite do not trust this company. I regret doing so. I had to call him to conduct a second meeting I THOUGHT THAT WAS YOUR JOB??!

VERY Disappointed in DJ's performance. Did nothing to get the crowd up and going; as a wedding party, we did what we could to get people up and moving. The garter auction was a total disaster; crowd couldn't understand what the DJ was saying so no one knew what was going on. DJ came through way too loud and garbled; music was so loud people sitting couldn't converse properly. Some of the special dances were fun but even the special dances requested by the couple were not all done; TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT-WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this to anyone; can't believe their website says they are so highly rated!!

I read every review and always appreciate feedback. I have researched this review and found out that the person who posted this was a third party and I'd like to say if the music was too loud for your personal tastes, you can always ask the DJ to turn it down a bit. As for the auction, if you haven't attended many auctions, it may have been hard to know what was being said but it's the nature of an auctioneer to speek fast and to keep the event moving forward so we can get back to the dance. I visited with the DJ who worked this event and being one of our top performers with almost 20 years in the business, I asked him to continue to keep communication open during the event so that if there are special things that need to be done, that they are all taken care of. Again, thank you for your feedback. Performing over 1000 events per year and being in business for 33 years, we always strive for perfection at every event. If you read every other review we have just on this site alone, you will see that we always do everything possible to make your event successful.

The one thing we would change about our wedding would be the DJ. We heard wonderful reviews about them, visited with them at bridal shows and we were extremely disappointed in the professionalism and quality of service. My husband and I both were unhappy but still put on a smiling face the night of the wedding. After the wedding we had many of our family members and friends contact us about their multiple negative experiences while attending our wedding. It still makes my stomach ache to think about the awful experience we had using WOW.

Didn't show up for my wedding reception... When I called I was lied to, said a DJ got in an accident on the way to the town I was at, but he said the wrong town, the town where I live was not the town I was having the reception... Sent a DJ to cover to last couple hours of my wedding, who was a great guy and did the best he could, but he didn't have any of our wedding music it was way past the point of saving the music portion of the wedding. No mother son dance, no father bride dance, no kids dance or bridal party dance..nothing..then after my wedding when I contacted the owner, he told me that they had showed up and tried to fix there mistake, I asked for half my money back thinking that was too generous, It took me six months of phone tag to get half my money back from this guy for ruining my wedding reception. Yeah I wouldn't recommend having a bad experience with this company, and don't them too far ahead of time because they will forget about your big day!

Five reasons not to book this guy:
1. He showed up five minutes before the ceremony and parked his SUV in front of the doors for the wedding party to walk out (outdoor wedding) so he could scope out where he was going to set up. Rude.
2.He caused our grand entrance to be about twenty minutes behind (guests were waiting to eat at this time, worst time ever to be waiting) because he was downloading the songs we had previously requested for the grand entrance off of iTunes. He was having a hard time with the wifi and couldn't get the songs to download. We had told him on the phone the songs we had wanted for the grand entrance a few nights prior. Should have already been done.
3. No professionalism at the dance. He was obviously annoyed to be there and we felt like we had to please him.
4. He claims he played 45 minutes longer than he should of and said he didn't get a tip. His gratuity was given with the check we wrote, except a small portion we held back to give later if we felt he earned it. He didn't earn it.
He was rude, angry at the end of the night, YELLING AT PEOPLE, throwing things around, and purposefully blasted (way too loud) the last song clearly out of his own anger.
5. When the groomsmen were getting rowdy he had no patience or tact, and yelled at different ones- I would think as a DJ you would have some sort of tolerance toward a rowdy crowd of dancers. He also took five bucks from one of our friends who asked if he'd play one more song at the end of the night, and told my friend No. And kept the five bucks.

I was truly disappointed. I felt as a bride that I had to worry about what was going to happen next with him, and some sort of obligation to please his needs at our wedding... Isn't our wedding supposed to be about us and our friends and family having fun? Not about the satisfaction of the DJ that we gave lots of money to play at our dance? Or am I missing something...

This company does not follow through with it commitments. I had a horrible experience. The manager, David is very nice when he sees an opportunity to book an event, and take your money. After that has been accomplished, good luck with any follow through.

I am not one to write reviews normally, but because my horrible experience with the company, I want you to know about it so you don't have to have a disastrous wedding. I would NEVER recommend this company to a friend or family member.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!

Before picking a DJ, we searched for weeks. We watched youtube videos, read reviews, compared prices and options, etc. So, we thought we were getting a quality DJ when we booked WOW! Entertainment. We were wrong.

Our DJ didn't call us until 3 days before the event. At this time, I was told that Bride's have too high of expectations, that he didn't have half the songs on our planning sheet that we had to fill out, and that he wasn't able to auction the garter because he was not an actual "auctioneer." In that same phone call, he also said that he wasn't sure why he was booked for our event when we marked country a couple of times on our planning sheet and requested to have certain country songs played since he had very little country. At this point, it was too late to book someone else, so we hoped for the best.

The night of our event:
All of our bridesmaids/groomsmens' names were announced incorrectly even though I just went through all of them with the DJ five minutes before we walked in. Our DJ wouldn't play any songs that were requested from the crowd even though I told him the Wednesday prior to our wedding that if anyone requests something, play it. He didn't play any of our songs we put on the planning sheet. Worst of all, our guests and videographer all told us how rude he was to all of them throughout the night

My husband tried calling management after the wedding to discuss the issues. The manager told him he would call him back, he never did. So, I emailed the manager and he has refused to discuss any issues until he gets some "police report" back. There was no police report made at our wedding. He told us on July 11th that he would call us, but then emailed me saying he wouldn't be able to because he got a called to an event and he would call the following day. He still has not called us, and it is now the middle of August. Our wedding was in May. We are not holding our breath.

Horrible company to work with! I would NOT recommend WOW Entertainment!
