  Exceeded Expectations

  Our wedding cake turned out absolutely perfect, and even exceeded our expectations! Monica was such a pleasure to work with and created exactly what I had envisioned, not to mention it tasted delicious! Thank you, Monica and World Catering Bakery!

  The Best Cake Ever!

  Monique worked directly with us with helping us choose cake options and decorations. We were able to tell her how we wanted it and the cake looked and tasted GREAT! Our bottom and top layer was a hexagon shape and the middle was circle. Highly recommend!

  Delicious and beautiful

  We worked with Monica to design our wedding cake. She was awesome to work with and answered all of our questions. Often times the cake is the centerpiece of the reception, with this in mind Monica understood our vision and created a beautiful and delicious cake!

  Eveyone loved the cake!

  We are so glad that we had this bakery to do our dream wedding cake. Everyone really enjoyed the flavors that we picked out. We also told everyone about the other foods that you povide too.

  5 STAR CAKE! I'm beyond impressed with World Catering Bakery! The cake Francis made for our wedding 10.12.19 was Pinterest PERFECT! not only did it look exactly like the pictures I showed Francis, but the Vanilla Rum cake tasted DELICIOUS! Many of the guests raved about the cake and had second helpings!!! I wish World Catering Bakery much success and will continue to support this business even just eat lunch. I'll always refer World Catering Bakery to anyone needing a delicious pastry, or special cake for any occasion! Especially a wedding cake!

  A sweet little touch

  After numerous cake tastings and searching for a wedding cake I am so glad I found this place! They were extremely helpful and made sure everything went smoothly on my special day. My cake was amazing! Not only was it delicious but exactly what I wanted. I would definitely recommend them!

  Wonderful cake, and beautifully decorated

  Lots of compliments on the beautifully decorated, delicious and moist cake. Even if it's beautiful people won't remember if the cake doesn't taste great so I went to A TON of cake tastings, probably more than any reasonable person should have, but I really love cake and nothing could top this one! I knew what I wanted and they delivered. :)

  PERFECTION! That's how I would describe our cakes! I heard about World Catering from a friend that got married a few months before our wedding. We tasted cake at 5 different bakeries and World Catering was in a league of their own. They were very helpful in helping us design our perfect cakes and our guests must have agreed because their was nothing left (except for our top tier of course). We started ordering all of our special occasion cakes from them after the first tasting. Trust me, you will NOT be disappointed!

  I loved my cake!! Frances was patient during my tasting to go over all the little details that I wanted. My cake came out beautiful and it tasted even better! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding cake, you truly get what you pay for!

  This vendor was actually chosen for me, as I booked my package through the Pelazzio, and World Catering is their preferred wedding cake vendor. This could not have been a better choice! This little shop (located by the Marquee) not only makes cakes, but also sandwiches, soups, and salads! Anyhow -- the cakes were both delicious!! I was told by one of the ladies that they have a special recipe for their butter cream icing, and the texture is literally like BUTTER. It's not the oh-so sugary type of icing that you find at the grocery store bakeries...this has just enough sweetness that it doesn't overpower the cake itself. We chose a buttercream cake with raspberry filling (which I highly recommend) for the Bride's cake, and their house specialty chocolate cake for the grooms cake. Both were absolutely delicious! I should also mention the customer service that is provided by the staff at World Catering! They show you ideas from other cakes they have done in the past, but really try to personalize the cake for what you want. They are open to suggestions, and will allow you to bring in your own cake toppers and decorations to add to the cake. This place is a wonderful choice, as the staff is meticulous with each detail and gives top notch customer service.

  My baker was Frances Walsh. She was also within my package at the Raveneaux but her pricing for wedding cakes is very reasonable. Her cakes melt in your mouth and also very beautiful work. I was going to make my grooms cake but the night before the wedding, it didn't work out even though I had practiced making it before the "real deal." My event director at the Raveneaux called Frances that same day (the day before the wedding) and she was able to make me a grooms cake at short notice. Even at the last minute, the grooms cake was simply awesome and very reasonable price. You can probably see my wedding cake on her facebook page

  Frances with World Catering and Cakes made our wedding and groom's cake. My wedding cake was beautiful (4 layers) and tasted great - Florida citrus flavor! It was light and just right - not too plain and not too rich. I wanted gold butterflies on the cake to go with my theme and she hand-painted gold butterfly candies with black detailing on it. The groom's cake was a hit! My husband wanted a huge Reese's peanut butter cup with a bite taken out of it and we had baby Reese's peanut butter cups spilling out of the bite. Her prices are reasonable and she definitely delivers exactly what you want!

  We didn't get a formal wedding cake, but we did do a dessert buffet at our wedding (we've never been fans of wedding cakes). We got 4 different desserts from World Catering -- tiramisu, latino americano (chocolate + kahlua), amaretto nut spice, and key lime pie. They were all delicious and very well received by our guests. We had enough for each guest to try several different desserts, and the total cost was much less than the cost of one wedding cake. World Catering does do beautiful wedding cakes as well.

  World Bakey is a hidden gem! Ms Monica was very helpful and attentive. Answered all questions and delivered exactly what was discussed. As for the cake, well... let's just say there was none left by the end of the night, lol!

Not only that - the leftovers were even BETTER the day after the wedding (but I love cold cake). The prices were extremely reasonable, and she adjusted the price for an adjusted headcount for us about 2 weeks before the wedding. Aesthetically, the cake was OK - not extremely impressive, but not bad either - but it doesn't matter once the cake goes in your stomach anyway!! =D

  World Catering did an excellent job on our wedding cake along with the grooms cake. I love the cake the icing. They customized my cake to my antique vintage type wedding. ALL I CAN SAY IS EXCELLENT JOB!!

  Yes the cakes are good! But they are extremely expensive cakes for being Duncan Hines white cake mix! They are very unhonest about their product, saying that they make everything from scratch when in reality they don't . I have seen it first hand. She is a very sweet woman but I wouldn't pay 1000-6000 for a Duncan Hines cake.
