  Thank you Norien for putting together 125 macaroon boxes for my wedding guests. The service provided was outstanding and working with you was a seamless process. The macaroons were so delicious and looked elegant. They were a hit at the wedding. This was so much better to provide as favors instead of little trinkets. My fiancé and I took the extras and ate them at the end of the night. The quality of the macaroons were superb and the price was right. Highly recommend!

  We ordered macaroon gift boxes as our wedding gifts to our guest and they were an absolute hit. Whoops! made it easy by connecting us with a personal event order planner to make sure the boxes were exactly as we imagined. They offer so many ways to customize your order and make the gift boxes unique!!

  My fiance and I stumbled upon Woops at a mall Kiosk in Maryland and fell in love with these amazing macarons! We joked with the person working that we would love them for our wedding favors, but were getting married out of state. They advised us to email their HQ in NY because they ship favors! We ended up ordering 2 macaron favor boxes for our wedding. They were the perfect favor (the most delicious macaron ever) and they allow you to customize. We selected 6 assorted flavors, had a bride and groom printed on one of the macarons, a gold ribbon tied around the box and we also sent stickers for them to put on the boxes for us.
  
  Their customer service is impeccable. We worked with Ariela and she was extremely helpful. The boxes looked amazing and tasted even better. The guests raved about them and were looking for leftovers on the tables at the end of the night! I highly recommend!

  I got a box of 2 macarons as favors for each of my guests and this simple thing was SUCH a hassle....until we discovered by Woops! Previous places were either bad at communication, weren't flexible with flavors, or wanted to ship us macarons and have us put the favors together ourselves. By Woops put together over 100 macaron favor boxes for us, tied with the prettiest gold ribbon. I picked them up from their kiosk in the mall nearest to me and delivered them to our venue a day before the wedding with absolutely no problems! They were fantastic to work with.
  
  PS - The macarons were also DELICIOUS.

  We ordered the two-macaroon box for our wedding favors through the Tucson, Arizona Location. Ellie was so accommodating to our last-minute order (we finalized about two weeks before the wedding). She also went above and beyond sending us a sampler box to help us decide our flavors, ordered custom ribbon to match our wedding colors and provided a cooler to transport the macaroons from Tucson to Phoenix. On top of all that, they were the best macaroons I've ever had!

  I think my review of Woops would be better had there not have been a delay in services. However, there were other issues with the service. Namely, I was not able to get them to charge me for the favors until the week before the wedding. I asked them to charge my credit card when I placed the order, however, they did not comply with that. Unfortunately, I trusted they would follow instructions and was surprised to find out that they had not charged my card until they placed the order with the bakery. I asked them to charge the entire amount at that time they placed the order , but they still did not. When I asked them about it, they said they did not realize that is what I asked for. Finally, after way too many times they charged the entire amount. I still would have given them a decent review had it not been for the delay of service that occurred the day before my wedding. The favors were supposed to be delivered 2 days before my wedding. I had my bachelorette party and did not realize that it had not been delivered until the next day. When I emailed them, they said "Oh yeah, your order has been delayed." They then forwarded me the email by UPS. The fact I had to even ask before they forwarded the information was disturbing. When I asked them what they would do to fix it, they said it wasn't their fault and that they mailed it on time. After two hours of back and forth and me asking them for my money back, they finally decided to work with UPS to get it to me instead of giving me my money back. It created more drama than was necessary the day before my wedding. I was extremely disappointed with them. I would not recommend using them if you want a company that does not require intense follow-up and should anything go wrong you have to fight them tooth and nail.
