Woodstone was the best choice for our January 2024 wedding! Their entire team, especially Tiffanie, are amazing. The facilities are beautiful, and they have so many decor items included for you to use. The views are so stunning from everywhere at the venue. The food, service, and lodging are also top notch. We had our ceremony in the Lodge, and our reception in the Emerald Room, and our guests continue to tell us what a great time they had. Highly recommend Woodstone, it was the perfect choice for our dream wedding! -

Absolutely perfect. Everything. My wedding was exceptionally more than I ever dreamed of. All of our guests said it was the best wedding they have ever been to and kept asking me how I found this place. The food, the staff, the preparation, the property and views… it was like a dream. Tiffanie who helped us plan everything is the sweetest human I have ever met. I am in tears writing this review because it was undoubtedly the best day of my life and just incredibly beautiful. I will always hold a special place in my heart for woodstone for making my wedding day the best day on my life. -

Our wedding was on March 26, 2022. Despite it being a cold, wintery weekend, everything turned out absolutely amazing. I was worried when our wedding coordinator changed from when we initially booked, but Connie was great. She flawlessly took over things and was very responsive throughout the entire process. The maitre d took very good care of us the entire morning and met all of our needs. Jess also took very good care of us the entire evening, making sure we were hydrated! Aside from the people at Woodstone who worked so hard to make our day a dream come true, the actual venue is gorgeous. All of our guests were so pleased and loved the uniqueness of the venue. -

Our wedding day was everything we could dream of and more!!!! Brenda, Jessica, Veronica in the Lodge, and the rest of the staff at Woodstone are so incredible. I wish we could do it again!!!! We will certainly be back to visit and will recommend Woodstone to everyone looking to get married! -

Our wedding was here this Saturday and it was absolutely beautiful! We had so many compliments on the venue we chose and how it was such a perfect place. The sunset was absolutely gorgeous and the view was perfect. Everyone was so attentive the entire day. If something was wrong or needed to be done they were on top of it right away. They did everything in their power to make sure the day went as smoothly as possible. I would recommend this venue to anyone! This was the first venue we looked at and I didn't want to put all my eggs in one basket, but viewing other venues... nothing compared. This was a perfect place to have my wedding. -

Just like a dream
My fiancé and I got married 9/6/2020 and it was everything I dreamed off. It was truly a magical day. Brenda, the wedding coordinator accommodated all of our needs. I had plenty of questions for her and she always made time from her busy day to get back to me. With everything going on she made our wedding day everything I ever wanted. Being a bride is very stressful but the staff kept everything under control and had everything organized for us. Zeynepa was always there when I needed her... literally she always answered any questions I had or made sure to get the answer for me. Jessica, the maître d’ was absolutely the best. I met her just a couple hours before getting married and felt like I have known her my whole life. She was there for whatever I needed and calmed me down during stressful times. All of my guest were amazed at the wonderful staff. The food and service was great!! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to have a wedding here. It is such a beautiful place with great views. Staff was hands down the best EVER!! -

Woodstone is not just a place, it is a feeling you get when you enter the Woodstone Arch. The beauty of the lush green landscaping, rolling hills, captivating scene of the cascading flowing waterfall lit in lights, elegant banquet hall draped in white lights on the ceiling, enchanting up lighting, picturesque window view onto a patio overlooking the stately grounds, 19 room Lodge for guests, cobblestone walkway leading to the beautiful gardens where ceremonies are held, takes your breath away.
My daughter had her heart set on an outdoor ceremony in the gardens. With the threat of possible thunderstorms Tim, Tony, and Jake went well beyond expectations and set up both the lodge and the gardens. The sun peeked out just long enough, and my daughter had her garden ceremony.
Brenda, the Event Planner made the time line for the ceremony and reception run smoothly and flawless. Everyone knew what to do and when to do it. Zeynepa, the maître d was sweet and caring, and catered to my daughter’s every need. Veronica, the lodge manager efficiently took care of the after party, and the guests that stayed over. Woodstone’s chefs deserve an A+. The filet mignon was served to perfection, and the crab cakes were delicious. The bartender and every banquet servers saw that each guest was served politely and promptly. These servers deserve a lot of credit for their hard work.
Then thanks to Bruce and Todd, in the dark of the night the sky was illuminated with a spectacular display of dazzling, unbelievable fireworks extravaganza. Thank you to each and every dedicated person whose tireless efforts made this wedding amazing. -

My fiancé and I had our wedding celebration here and it was a dream! Like many other couple we had to rearrange our original wedding plans due to COVID. With less than 2 months to go until our date Brenda helped us put together a small intimate ceremony and reception. She was wonderful and extremely helpful. I was worried with the change of plans it wouldn’t feel like my wedding day but her and her team blew my expectations out of the water! I felt so special and they really did their best to make sure it was the perfect day! Even with the inclement weather the inside ceremony was magical! All of our guest were complimenting the venue as well as the food! The entire staff was so helpful and gracious. I couldn’t be more thankful to everyone at Woodstone who transformed our COVID planning from heartbreaking into the wedding of our dreams! Thank you so much!

Everything we wanted!!! Amazing venue and customer service!
We absolutely loved our Woodstone wedding! There is not a thing we would change. Brenda and Veronica were fantastic to work with. Very responsive to emails and questions and went above and beyond to make sure our wedding and our guests stay in The Lodge were perfect. Would highly recommend! -

Brendan & I cannot say enough good things about Woodstone! From the very first day we took a tour with Brenda until the day of our wedding everything was AMAZING! Not only is the venue absolutely GORGEOUS but it's a one stop shop...You can have your ceremony, reception and the lodge has 19 rooms you and your guests can stay at the night of your wedding! Having to reschedule due to COVID was an easy transition thanks to the wonderful staff at Woodstone! Thank you for everything!!! You guys went above & beyond :-) -

Just got married there on June 21, 2019 it was such an AMAZING DAY!! Brenda was such a great help with the entire process it went so smooth. Veronica in the lodge was great to. The food was amazing the staff was amazing. Friends and family had a great time and said the food was delicious. Everyone was very pleased with everything. -

Woodstone was the PERFECT place for our wedding! With breathtaking views from both the ballroom and the lodge, it was like heaven. Brenda was wonderful to work with between planning and making it a perfect day. Maitre 'D, Janice Frantz was amazing and got us everything we needed. Our day was like a fairytale that seemed surreal and we could not have been more pleased. Thank you Woodstone for making our day the best day ever!! -

Where do I even begin!? From the moment we stepped onto the property at Woodstone we knew it was where we wanted to get married! Brenda and the entire team at Woodstone Country Club made the planning process so easy! Planning a wedding is no joke, but it was evident from day 1 that Brenda knows what she is talking about! She was always prompt with responses and willing to offer advice and guidance. The property is BEAUTIFUL! All of our guests kept complimenting us on finding a hidden gem! The views are breathtaking and the ballroom was perfect for our big day! The food was amazing and everyone had a fabulous time! Bonus! They have an attached lodge for all your out of town guests! I CANNOT say enough good things about the entire staff at Woodstone. They were there for us before, during, and after, anticipating our every need! The accommodations were out of this world! Our wedding was perfect beyond words and Woodstone will always have a special place in our hearts! Book with Woodstone Country Club and you will not be disappointed!! -

Brenda was FANTASTIC and worked with us every step of the way (down to last minute requests made days before the wedding)! Veronica from the lodge was AMAZING as well!! We had our ceremony, reception, and after party all at Woodstone! Our guests loved the food and service, and loved staying in the lodge and celebrating until 2am!! We had a blast... I couldn’t be happier that Woodstone is where we spent the most important day of our lives... oh and, GET THE FIREWORKS!!! They were soo beautiful!

Lauren, the banquet manager is such a pleasure to work with, she will make things as seemless as possible while keeping your wants and needs front and center. I trully enjoyed working with her and the rest of her staff. I continue to brag about Woodstone to just about everyone! -

We came to Woodstone when we needed to find a new venue due to covid restrictions. In our case covid worked in our favor because we had the wedding of our dreams! Woodstone was very accommodating, was able to work within our budget and it's just so beautiful. We had the perfect day. -

First of all, we live in North Carolina and they made the planning process SO incredibly easy for us. Typically planning an out of state wedding would be pretty stressful, but the entire staff was so helpful and accommodating allowing us to schedule meetings, tastings, etc. around our planned trips to PA. The day of my wedding was just magical. The service was top notch and they didn't miss a single beat. I did not partake in setting up the ballroom AT ALL for my reception and it was exactly how i wanted it to be without me even having to communicate my expectations! They treat you like royalty and the fact that everything is in one location (rehearsal, ceremony, reception, lodging) was PERFECT. My flower vendor, DJ, and guests all complimented how incredible the staff at woodstone was. If you are considering this venue, don't second guess yourself! Absolutely amazing experience.

I absolutely loved my wedding at Woodstone Country Club. Brenda was great and always answered my emails in a timely manner! My wedding was gorgeous and I received so many compliments however, a few minor misshaps went wrong the day of the wedding. The steak was rare and had mushrooms on every single steak after we requested multiple times to have no mushrooms. We received many complaints about the food from family members. We had to set up all the chaires outside because they all had water on them and we had to find someone to wipe them down because I had pictures I wanted to put on one of them in memory of my Husband's grandfather. We spent alot of money on the food and drinks prior to the ceremony for getting ready and we had 3 boxes of unopened pizza left and we never recieved any of them back. We asked about them a few days later and they stated they didn't have any. I thought they would package it up for us for after the wedding. All in all, I love woodstone and these minor misshaps never affected my beautiful wedding day. We love Woodstone and the fireworks for our wedding day! I would still highly recommend!! -

It was rough planning a wedding during the pandemic, but Woodstone’s team helped keep us up to date on changes and options to keep our wedding on track. It’s undeniably a beautiful venue from the garden ceremony site, to the well kept grounds, to the grand ballroom. The staff helped keep us all on a timeline, helped us with small unforeseen glitches, and kept our nerves calm throughout the day. -

The setting was beautiful with good food. They were not very accommodating to my guests that used walkers. We were told that they would have golf carts to escort these guests when in fact they only escorted one guest that had difficulty walking. We did discuss this with staff members and they said they did what they were told. They did agree they only escorted one guest that needed assistance.
I do know that there was a wedding the next day. But nothing could be more annoying than attempting to get your wedding pictures done on the grand staircase and having the people walk right in the middle of it with boxes ready to begin there rehearsal. I understand it is a business but we paid for our time and we felt rushed. Once they came in the sun glared and ruined our pictures. We did tell managment and the Coordinator but that did not seem to bother them. To us it was our day we paid for our time and we should not have been interrupted during our wedding and pictures. It was our time. We were so disappointed.
