    Bianca and her staff did an amazing job!

    Bianca and her staff were very professional. They were well prepared before, during and after the wedding. The wedding was outside and it was beyond beautiful. So thankful!

    Top notch service all around

    I am very delighted that I chose WoodHaven Country Club to celebrate two birthday parties. The staff especially Bianca are extremely helpful and pay attention to details. I never regretted having my parties here and I highly recommend it

    Bianca and her crew were so impressive. Everything was handled with ease and professionalism.

    We just celebrated our daughter’s wedding on Saturday. 150 people on the lawn. It was amazing! The DJ, the food and bar, the dance floor, the lightening, the table service was incredible! I was a nervous Mother of the Bride but Bianca handled everything with ease.

    Our wedding at Woodhaven Country Club was absolutely perfect. Bianca made our day easy, stress-free, and exactly what we wanted. Woodhaven will always hold a special place in our heart.

    Best wedding ever!!

    I got married April 27. We had the reception at the Woodhaven country club. We had Bianca help us set everything together and also was the wedding coordinator. She is honestly the main reason why I chose this place! Not only is the place affordable, beautiful, and professional but there is Bianca who you can tell LOVES her job. Everyone worked so well together. The venue way passed my expectations of how gorgeous everything would turn out. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family. 100/100 rating.

    Wedding party

    We had an amazing wedding here. Service was the best from our first meeting with Bianca all the way to when our celebration ended several months later. Everything was planned perfectly and all my guests complimented on how great the food was.

    Amazing, we would do it all over again just to have that same feeling all over again

    All we can say is amazing! Bianca took everything we wanted and made it come together for our special day. She made sure we had nothing to stress or worry about because she took care of it all. The location was great, food delicious, DJ Danny hit the mark, and our Wedding coordinator Bianca was/is Amazing!!!!! Thank you

    We recently had our daughter’s Sweet Sixteen @ Woodhaven CC, best decision we made. We were worried free & stress free. Miss Bianca, along with the Woodhaven Staff, took care of every little detail. They made sure that everything ran smooth on my daughter’s special day. We were happy to find a venue that pretty much provides you with everything you may need for your party. Everything from food, beverages, security, decorations, set up & clean up, DJ, an officiant for your ceremony. Like I said, they pretty much have it all.

    Years ago I attended a party held at Woodhaven and instantly fell in love with such a lovely venue. There I said I would love to one day have my wedding reception their. Fast forward to May 13th, 2017 and I am still in awe with the beautiful wedding the Woodhaven team helped us create. Bianca went above and beyond to coordinate the wedding of ours dreams, or as my husband says, mine. Everything ran more than perfect because of her. Never throughout our planning process did I stress because I knew everything was taken care of. Those efforts went unnoticed as even our guests commented on how well our event was organized. Not to mention how everyone loved the food which was absolutely delicious. Everything was perfect! We will forever be grateful to Woodhaven, so much that we are already discussing having a anniversary party there.

    Woodhaven Country Club was the perfect venue for our wedding! We had our ceremony at the beautiful waterfall which provided a phenomenal backdrop for pictures. The ballroom was also nice. We used drapes and lighting to jazz it up a bit. We were so pleased to have found such a wonderful and affordable venue!

    The wedding coordinator, Bianca, was amazing! We cannot imagine having planned this without her. She was so calm, collected, and always responded to our questions quickly. Bianca helped keep the stress of planning a wedding to a minimum.

    The food was also superb! We chose the Mexican buffet and countless guests complimented us on this choice.

    The DJ from Woodhaven did not disappoint! Daniel did such a good job accommodating the different requests and transitioning from one song to the next. The guests enjoyed themselves immensely!

    Everyone at Woodhaven went above and beyond in planning and making our wedding day truly special! The service was exceptional and I highly recommend Woodhaven for any event!

    Excellent Customer Service from all the Staff there, from the beginning of the planning to the week of they never stopped working with us to make our wedding day just right. James and Javier were wonderful and did a wonderful job with all of the coordination so that everything looked exactly like we wanted it to. Thank you! Highly recommend, the service, food and staff were beyond amazing!

    They were very willing to work with me and my price. I was nervous that their was two events going on at the time but once they blocked off our section it was not a problem. We had a great time, the location is awesome I just wish we had a bigger dance floor. The big room was given the bigger one but overall it turned out great. The events manager was very helpful especially during the ceremony and rehearsal.

    It was a good venue for a wedding but if you want an outside ceremony don't book in October. We booked 18 months in advance and then a month before they moved us inside. They have us free appetizers to make up for it but still was a bit disappointing. The inside was still beautiful so it turned out just as good as it could be given the circumstances.
