We engaged Elena for "month-of" coordination services, and our experience with her was truly outstanding from the very beginning. Despite the "month-of" timeframe, Elena and her team went above and beyond, starting their coordination efforts six whole months before our wedding. They quickly got in touch with our caterer, helping us finalize our menu and offering valuable suggestions. But their dedication didn't end there. Shortly after, Elena personally drove an hour and a half to conduct an in-person venue walk-through, initiated coordination with our DJ, assisted us in determining our floral arrangements, and continued to provide unwavering support throughout the process.
Elena's charge and attention to detail was remarkable, and she left no stone unturned. From meticulously going through the timeline with all the vendors to organizing vendor meals, she demonstrated her commitment to excellence. Even when we unexpectedly added two more vendors at the last minute, she willingly accepted the additional workload and even recommended suitable candidates for us to hire. Her resourcefulness and willingness to go the extra mile were truly impressive.
On the day of our wedding, Elena exceeded our expectations. She ensured that everything ran smoothly, allowing us to relax and savor each moment. Her empathetic and non-judgmental nature shone through when dealing with challenging family dynamics. She proactively monitored the situation, providing us with a sense of ease throughout the day. Elena and her team flawlessly executed every detail, adeptly resolving issues that arose without our knowledge. For instance, when our venue suddenly claimed that there was too much decor to clean up, Elena swiftly handled the situation, and the decor vanished without a hitch. Her tireless work ethic and evident pride in her craft were truly remarkable.
Despite her busy schedule with other events, Elena made us feel like our wedding was her top priority. Her care, meticulousness, and willingness to invest any necessary effort were exceptional. While I don't anticipate planning another wedding, knowing that Elena is available for future event planning makes me eagerly anticipate hosting other special occasions. She has become a trusted resource for us, and we have full confidence in her abilities to make any event extraordinary. -

Elena is a professional planner, she knows all the details of the events and she can understand my true needs. She took care of absolutely everything. We did not have to think once about logistics on the day of event. I would highly recommend her. She is very easy to work with. -

Creative and professional
Elena and her team were so amazing ! We hired her team for full service planning. We clicked , what she designed are exactly what I imagined . During the day, she came earlier to make sure all vendors were there on time even tho that was not her contracted start time, she never minded to spend more time after the wedding ended. She is so professional, hire her company and you will be in good hand! -
