  I LOVED the Woman's Club of Wilmette. It was perfect for my guests. Some like the music and some don't. By having the entire bottom floor of the mansion they were able to be in different rooms and stay at our wedding. The only bad part was the building was struck by lightning and some of the air went out. But that's not any fault of theirs.

  The Woman's Club was simply wonderful to work with. Mark, the facilities manager, even stored our extra liquor and remaining wedding cake until we came back from our honeymoon. The cost to rent the entire facility was very reasonable, especially for the North Shore.

  The Woman's Club of Wilmette is beautiful and the price absolutely matched our budget. My only complaint was the gruff demeanor of the facility manager. He was excellent at his job, just not the best "bedside manner."

  This venue was beautiful. There's a great big auditorium, perfect for a big reception with dancy and plenty of other rooms for guests to sit, and to set up the bar and buffet. There were two contacts with this venue, one for the contract and one for operations. Mark handled the logistics and was very knowledgeable, helpful and flexible. The only downside was that he could only be reached by phone, which made the entire process very difficult. Other than that we very much enjoyed this venue and would recommend it.
