The Amazing Wiz of Oz
When we were looking for a wedding photographer we started out as many couples do... looking online. When we saw Teresa's work we loved it, but we kept looking anyway. We looked at several other photographers, but we kept going back to Teresa's page. Her photos are not like the traditional wedding photos everyone is used to, they are so artistic and sharp and clean. She sees things behind that lens that no one else could even imagine.
On our wedding day Teresa and her team were on time and ready to work! They kept us on schedule and made sure we got all of the shots we wanted.
This team is so professional, kind, and fun! We are so happy with our pictures and they are more fabulous than we ever could have imagined. They are pictures that I will be proud to display in our home forever. Thank you for making our day amazing and one we will remember forever! -

Wiz of Oz is the absolute best!!! Teresa has excellent customer service, she responds to emails quickly, and she is SO fun!! She is such a talented photographer, and has an eye for creative pictures! Her backup, Kristi, is amazing too!! :) If you book Wiz of Oz you won't need to worry about anything!!! They are sweet, talented, creative, fun, organized, and absolutely amazing! If you are looking for a wedding photographer make sure you set up an appointment and check out her work!! :) I feel blessed having the opportunity to work with Wiz of Oz!!! -

Teresa had so many wonderful ideas for our pictures. She really has an eye for weddings and I'm sure any other events as well.
She did a wonderful job of capturing all the great moments of our day and helped us create lasting memories in the photos she took. -

Teresa did an absolutely outstanding job photographing our wedding. It was so fun looking through our pictures when we got them back because not only were the expected shots included, but there were so many unique and unposed shots that really captured the day. Her style is so much different than other photographers - not the boring cookie cutter wedding photographs!
Day of, she was great to work with. Her experience really shows through; she was organized and calm, even when I wasn't.
Wiz of Oz is hands down the best photographer in the QC area! -

Teresa was very professional yet a spunky and fun attitude. Her pictures were returned in a timely manor. She captured every moment that we wanted. Our only regret was not keeping. Her an extra hour into the reception! -

My wedding would have been a disaster with out the Wiz. She kept things rolling and running smoothly when the reception venue did not follow through with their commitments. She went above and beyond to ensure that my day was perfect and the pictures showed it! She was not only professional but showed her commitment to making sure that I received the pictures I wanted. I have gotten nothing but compliments on the quality and depth in my wedding pictures and I wouldn't change a thing. If you want wedding pictures that capture the beauty, emotion and joy of your day, hire Wiz of Oz. Hands down! -

Wiz of Oz Photography is hands down the best photographer in the Quad Cities. When deciding on a photographer, I knew that I wanted to go with Teresa from the moment that I looked at her website. Her photos are absolutely stunning and so unique. You will not find another photographer around who has the creativity and vision that Teresa has. The number one reason why I chose her is because I trusted her. There was no need to make lists of the shots that I wanted or the poses that I wanted to do. I left it in her hands and got every shot I wanted and more! She knows what she is doing! All of my pictures are so beautiful. My friends and family were all so impressed! Teresa helped me put together a timeline for my wedding to make sure everything ran smoothly and efficiently which was great, because that was the hardest part of planning! Teresa and her assistant, Shannon, were a blast to work with and made the day go very smoothly. They even stayed longer than the time allotted due to the ceremony being held back by weather at no charge to make sure that I got all of my important moments and memories captured! -

We love our wedding and engagement photos! We had a lot of fun taking the photos and my mind was at ease about the photography because Theresa was doing it. I KNEW the photos would be great and capture the essence of the day. I'm so glad that photography was not something that we skimped on as our photos are priceless. -

Theresa was AMAZING to work with! We are 3 weeks out from our wedding and are still waiting for our final photographs, but based on our experience and the photos she posted for us so far, I wanted to share her review. We had a wonderful experience with Teresa both with our engagement session, as well as our wedding. We were BLOWN away by her work and people keep asking us when we are going to post our photos in Town and Country and Vogue, they are that good! She has a wonderfully creative eye and is extremely fun to work with, always making you feel at ease and excited about what you are doing. We really didnt want the typical wedding photos, and wanted something artistic and creative, and Teresa totally did that for us!!! Definitely consider her for your wedding photos, you will not be sorry! -

Teresa Ousley has been absolutely amazing to work with. She did a phenomenal job on our engagement pictures and helped my fiance loosen up. I strongly suggest having her do your e-pics if she's doing your wedding. It helped us to get to know her and get used to her style. Everything felt SO natural on our wedding day. She went above and beyond and I was always amazing by her creative spirit. It was 98 degrees on our wedding day and so she constantly made sure my wedding party was comfortable and taken care of, but kept on even with the heat to get the amazing pictures she did. Her backup photorapher, Shannon Colgan, was also awesome! I loved working with her and having her catch the details. It was so nice. By MIDNIGHT on my wedding night (when she left at 10:30), she had up a two sneak peaks. By today (Monday morning), she has up even more. She is amazing and timely and I loved working with her. I am SOOOOOO excited to see all the rest of my pictures and have NO doubt they are amazing. -

I am the Mother of the Bride and wanted to share our experience with Teresa Ousley and Wiz of Oz Photography. She is absolutely fantastic! Teresa and her assistant were so much fun! They helped keep the bride and her "girls" calm and ready to go! She even gave us helpful hints when getting the bride in her dress! :)
They made sure all the pictures we "had" to have were taken. They checked with the bride and myself before they left to make sure if there were any other pictures we needed that they would get them.
We have seen some sneak peeks of a few of them. WOW! We are so excited to see the rest! I would recommend Wiz of Oz to anyone! I just wish there was a higher rating than 5!

We absolutely love our wedding pictures! Teresa did a fantastic job - we have pictures we love to look at, show off and treasure.
Only thing we would have changed - meeting with Teresa before the wedding to go over the plan and what type of poses we wanted.

I LOVED working with Teresa and her back up Shannon during and on the day of my wedding. They definitely made myself and my whole wedding party comfortable and made it fun to be able to get the best pictures. Teresa is magic with a camera and we absolutely LOVE all the pictures she took on our special day. We have a huge number of pictures and cannot choose which is our favorite - they are ALL so good. She has a very photojournalistic style, but was very willing to take the traditional posed pictures that people expect to see of the wedding party, family, etc. She was able to really capture the spirit of our relationship(s) on film. I would very highly reccomend using her for your wedding photographer. -

Teresa was very creative and helpful throughout the whole day. Her ability to see shots that turn out so great is amazing. She was willing to take whatever pictures we or our family wanted . Teresa was able to adapt to the inclement weather and create fun pictures inside our venue. She and her assistant were very efficient with the time we had them. They could take detail pictures (rings, dress, etc) while the parties were busy doing other things, then come back when we were free- and they never seemed to miss a moment. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding photographer. -

The photos from our wedding were absolutely stunning! Wiz of Oz took the traditional photos but also took many unique ones that turned out to be our favorites from the day! I would highly recommend them to anyone, they were easy to work with, listened to what we wanted and were very professional! -
