    Carrie at Without a Hitch is AMAZING! She has a gift for creativity and thinking outside the box! She completely coordinated a HUGE fundraising event to benefit my niece in her fight against Pediatric Cancer. She donated all her countless hours, and efforts because she cares so much. The event had multiple components including a Live auction, silent, auction dessert auction, networking with other businesses, foundations, and individuals to coordinate donations and services.
    Carrie was very involved in every detail. I really appreciated how she cared for details so I didn't have to worry about them, but at the same time I felt communicated with and part of the process.
    She is great at collaborating and integrating others ideas as well as sharing perspectives and options from her vast experiences. It was a joy to work with her and not only do I HIGHLY recommend her and her services to others but I plan on utilizing Without a Hitch for all my event planning needs in the future! THANKS CARRIE!

    Face facts- you need a professional! You shouldn't cut your own bangs, you certainly shouldn't plan your wedding without Carrie & the Without a Hitch Team. She made my wedding weekend flawless and I had a blast planning with her. My husband and I were simply too overwhelmed to by the "little things" (that seemed monumental and never ending). She swooped in like a combo of Anna Wintour & Mary Poppins (without the singing). Classy with perfect taste but patient and efficient. She had great attitude, fantastic recommendations and was easy to work with. She really helped us feel at ease - a wedding is a lot of money and there is nothing worse than nightmares about what could go wrong or 'could I be doing this better?'
    We're getting ready to have out first child this fall and I can't wait to work with Carrie again when we plan a party to introduce her to our family and friends in eastern Washington.

    Carrie & Sarah made my day "the most special ever!" I normally have my fingers in throwing a party but wanted to "release" this day and found the perfect ladies to do so with! By hiring "Without A Hitch" I thoroughly enjoyed my special day, visited with all my special guests... and didn't worry about a thing! Wow.... what a concept!

    Carrie @ Without a Hitch is a magic maker! We were from out of town and Carrie helped arrange the most beautiful wedding. She helped us select vendors and every detail was perfect. She even helped to find someone to do my hair and a stand in flower girl when there were a few last minute hiccups!!! We can't say enough good things about Carrie and would recommend her to anyone having a wedding in Walla Walla.

    My husband and I had a very frustrating (and expensive) experience with Without a Hitch. We initially spoke with the owner, Carrie, who assured us that she had experience coordinating Indian weddings and working with people out of town. Aside from the few vendor recommendations we received, I would say that our stress level was actually increased by working with Without a Hitch. It was very difficult to get any assistance from our coordinator, Valerie. Scheduling became challenging as we got closer to the wedding day, and the work was pretty sloppy overall.

    Without a Hitch was pretty much non-existent on the wedding day. I could go on and on about all the little things that my husband and I were stuck taking care of because Valerie was MIA. A few days before the wedding, Carrie called to let us know that they would have to cut back on the number of hours listed on the timeline, especially given "all of the calls" that had been involved (a grand total of 3). Valerie was supposed to let us know the new timeline, but never bothered to. I still have no idea what time she arrived or what time she left. Valerie never checked in with us, and I didn't even meet her until 10 minutes before the ceremony when I had to ask "are you Valerie? Shouldn't we be getting everyone together?" My dad cued us down the aisle as Valerie was inside chatting (presumably with the assistant we paid for, who was playing on his phone). Valerie never checked out with us, and a vendor was left unpaid at the end of the night. About 1/2 of the services listed in the day-of-coordination package weren't provided. Definitely wouldn't recommend; your money is better spent elsewhere.

    My husband and I were blown away by the unprofessionalism shown by the owner, Carrie. She showed up an hour late and intoxicated to our first sit down meeting in Walla Walla. The only reason we continued to work with them is because I really needed the help and my husband personally knew her assistant Valerie. Valerie really understood what we wanted for our wedding and was a real life saver. Carrie wasn't involved in the rest of planning. She was completely MIA, which probably wasn't the worst thing based on her lack of professionalism. Her lack of involvement was concerning as she is the full time planner being paid a lot of money while Valerie, only working part time on top of an additional full time job, was the only one doing any work.

    In the end it worked out and having Valerie there the day of was a HUGE relief. However, leading up to the wedding was a lot of work for me, not the idyllic planning services laid out at the beginning of the whole process. I would NOT recommend Without a Hitch.

    Wow. I was not an hour late, nor was I intoxicated - huge allegations that you probably should not have put on the internet. Pretty sure I'm NEVER late...always early...type A personality. And an hour?? Nope. That aside...our contract and conversations very clearly stated I would not be involved and that Valerie would be your planner. Yes, I own the company but Valerie is my lead planner and was put in charge of your day - as stated on my website {lead planner} and on every email {lead planner} and on the contract you signed. I was in very close contact with Valerie regarding your wedding and at no time did she mention you were upset I wasn't involved. The plan was never for me to be involved and that was clearly expressed to you from the the initial consult. For you to post something like this with zero attempt to contact me prior is ridiculous. Valerie texted me from the wedding, shared pics and told me all was fabulous. I was not there...and was not contracted to be there. I'm sincerely sorry if that was not your understanding...truly...but if there was a problem I should have known long before seeing this. I covered my overhead/business costs but please know that Valerie received your check - not me...as you worked with her, not me. And I take will always take very good care of the fabulous women I work with. I'm sorry you feel that I should have provided more or done more but again, it was made clear you were not going to be working with me so I'm not sure what else I could have done. I truly with you all the best...
