Five Star Experience

The ring and my shipping experience are nothing short of 5 stars! I was super hesitant about doing this process online and covid left me with no choice. Turned out to be a blessing in disguise. They were super honest about which diamonds were good ones and which to avoid. Everything was smooth, shipping was secure and quick and the proposal was perfect. I recommend With Clarity to all!

Thanks to the home preview these guys offered I was able to sample two emerald diamond ring styles with my girlfriend. One pave and one solitaire. So realistic and custom made for her ring size and carats we wanted. Amazing service and amazing prices. Go with them- you’ll be happy you did

So pleased with their service. I had a time crunch to get the ring, but was really overwhelmed with all the diamond options. They quickly understood what I wanted and gave me the best options to consider. They also have really good prices, definitely not charging an arm and a leg. Go with them and you'll be glad you did. The head of customer service Alex is incredible as is the entire operation. He was able to get me the best price for the setting I wanted, and when I made my original purchase I selected a diamond before doing enough research to make an educated decision. Alex was able to switch diamonds last minute to the new selection without hesitation. If you want a worry free shopping experience with a 1/3 of the cost of big box retailers go to Four Mine. Recommend to anyone in the market.

Got a rose gold pave halo ring from them with a halo around the center. I was confused about choosing something simple or flashy and they helped me narrow down to a classic style that is right in the middle. Really pleased with their service and the fast delivery. I got my wedding bands with Four Mine and they did a great job of getting every detail right. I even reached out to them to ask if they could make the band in between the quarter sizes (as I wasn't exactly one size) and they made it happen without any extra charge. I have no complaints at all about Four Mine. The really delivered on everything that they promised and to top it off their lifetime warranty gives me peace of mind that anytime there is ever an issue (which I doubt) they will take care of it for me.

Really reasonable pricing for their diamonds and the ring styles were all stunning. I tried their free at home preview and was able to sample rings before making a decision. This was really what convinced me as I could see the quality and the ring on my hand up close. I asked a ton of questions and was always treated with care and patience. Excellent ring quality. I got my engagement ring, and two wedding bands from them. One band was custom sapphire and diamond. The others were designs chosen from their website. In all instances, they really delivered with the quality and great finishing of the ring. Will certainly be recommending them to anyone who requires custom jewelry- although their designs on site are quite beautiful as well.

I'm in love with this vendor! We ordered both our wedding rings as well as my engagement ring from four mine. And I have no complaints whatsoever. They help you with choosing the designs if you go to them blank as I was. Very patient and very attentive. The quality and price for the rings is unbeatable. We also got our rings sized at no extra cost and they also engrave your rings for you! My favourite vendor. Will definitely be going back to them in the future!

Love their website. Really easy to use and fast to browse. Much better experience than many others that I looked at earlier. Found them through a friend who had a great experience with them. I did want some customization that I came up with for the ring, however they explained to me that it would not be structurally possible. I wish it had been...however I am happy that they took the time to check and ensure that the ring would be sturdy and durable. All in all was very pleased with the final result.

Really a great job with finding the right diamond for me. I came to Four Mine after researching several vendors and liked them immediately for their fair pricing and for the site that was so easy to use. Unfortunately, by the time I made up my mind, somebody else already purchased the diamond. However, reached out to them and Claudia helped me find something pretty exactly close to the original and at a better price. I got a wedding band and matching engagement ring through Four Mine. I loved their designs and the how reasonable the pricing was. Once I received my ring, it was clear that their quality was superior to any of the stores that I had visited near me. It definitely shows that you can get a much better price shopping online. I was hoping to propose on a particular day which was about a week away. They said it takes at least 10 days for them to make a ring- so they could not rush the order for me. However, I was able to move around my plans and then everything fell into place perfectly.

Really liked the site, made it so easy to look through diamond options and find one that I liked. Videos were clear and crisp and helped me understand the differences between the SI1 and the VS2 diamonds I was considering. I think that they could have been a bit faster to respond to an email or two, however on the final ring, they delivered well with the promised timeline with a ring that she is thrilled to wear. Choose a Different Jeweler

I had the absolute worst experience ordering my engagement ring through this company. The “ship by” date that I relied on when ordering turned out to be wrong, and I had to call in on a daily basis for updates and push them to “expedite” the “quality check” process in order to have them ship the ring, still later than what it was originally scheduled for. They didn’t even overnight the ring per my request to make up for their delay, and as a result, I had to push back the trip I had planned and proposal I spent months preparing for in order to wait on the ring to ship.

While I was pleased with the ring itself, the box had “With Clarity” largely and hideously emblazoned on the inside of the box, which frankly is gaudy and not ideal for opening the box to surprise your partner with.

Customer service, while friendly, seemed fairly incompetent throughout the entire ordeal, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with this sort of process. With how important planning a once in lifetime event such as a proposal is, and with the amount of time, money, and emotion you’re investing, I recommend staying away from With Clarity and shopping elsewhere.

Horrible customer service, no knowledge of company, Gia and customer service. This company really has an issue of caring their customers. Be very very careful of dealing with them because if they ever made any mistakes, they will not take any responsibilities or ever try to make it right.

My diamond was a 3 carat oval but they send this 3.67 pear diamond classification letter to me. Even this is considered an additional report, but clearly there is a mistakes there.
There are two possibilities, 1. mine doesn’t have this report, 2. they mistakenly lost or sent mine to others. However, they claimed they never keep any dates or records about what reports their diamond has. And they are very positive that my diamond doesn’t have this report. ???? How can they be so positive for this when they doesn’t even document what reports each diamond has?

They also keep saying that this 3.67 pear report was not intended for me.( Yea? Obviously, because this is not my diamond?) and they says they don’t issue GIA report so they are not responsible for this. ( So? When you sell those GIA certificated diamond, is it your responsibility to forward those available GIA reports to your customers?) They said this classification letter will not send by them to the customers. Oh god, crazy. Because I have been purchased two diamonds from them. And all of them has this report and come inside the with clarity box! When I called the customer service, they clearly told me I can throw away this 3.67 pear report because it is not for me. So poor 3.67 pear buyer, they don’t even care to contact you to give you this right report you deserved.

They said they only be responsible for sending GIA grading report, but come on, if their diamond doesn’t even have a grading report, guys, please DON’T even purchase from it.

So after being a crazy stupid customer in their eyes on the phone for 38 minutes, they finally said they will contact this 3.67 pear buyer to see whether they ever sent wrong report to the buyer and whether that report is mine. And I have contacted the GIA lab myself, the GIA Lab keeps all the records of what reports they have been issued for the diamond but they can only provide those information to whoever submit this diamond for those reports. If it can be proven that GIA issued classification report for my diamond, then it means with clarity lost my report just like they did to this 3.67 pear buyer. But I really doubt they will have the gut to find out the answer and take responsibility. So clearly, with clarity can actually do more than what they lied to me saying it’s not their responsibility, their hands are tight and they can’t check anything for me.

I have been spent over 100K with them and this is how they treat their customers. So open your eyes wider and wider to check every single piece they send to you because when there is an issue, they don’t do anything to solve it. And I don’t even known whether they still can be trusted because they don’t care whether they send all the available GIA reports to their customers.

I will keep you guys updated, so we can see how this corporate is doing their business and treating their customers.

The ring looks nice but don’t buy it.

The ring looks nice but don’t buy it. To say I’m disappointment just doesn’t seem like enough. I purchased the Men's Bevel Edge Comfort Fit Band with a satin finish for my husband and it’s already scratched up, again. We got married on May 11th and after a few days of wearing it, it had a bunch of scratches on it. So With Clarity had me ship it back and the lady I spoke with said instead of just polishing it, they pretty much gave me a brand new ring. I get that ring back and it’s been a few weeks and it has scratches on it. I was concerned about that when I shipped it back to be repaired but the company said don’t worry about that and that if it does get scratch, they can polish it for $50. It’s crazy that after 2 months I would have had to pay $150 after purchasing the ring. They didn’t charge me for shipping it back the first time (which they shouldn’t have in the first place). After getting it back, my husband barely wears it. He has to wash his hands a lot (at a minimum after each patient) at work so instead of taking it on and off 20x a day, he doesn’t wear it. Same with exercising, when I spoke to the lady about the ring, she said he can’t wear it when exercising. So most of the time it’s either sitting on a counter or in the box. Since you only get 30 days to return or exchange, even if we picked it out a week before the wedding, we would have been stuck with it. $800 wasted. This isn’t like a special occasion type of ring, it’s an everyday ring and it can’t last a few weeks without getting messed up? I would have been better off going with some random company buying a cheaper ring. At least I wouldn’t feel so screwed. I decided to go with this company because it’s where my husband bought my engagement and wedding band. My ring is fine but overall, I don’t recommend this company based off the customer service, their policies and quality of wedding bands. Take your chance and go with someone else. I’m going to try and sell this one and use the money to buy a better quality ring with another company.
