Melissa at Wisteria Designs is an absolute gem! She completely knocked it out of the park with our wedding flowers. The arrangements were stunning, the colors were so vibrant, and everything came together beautifully.
From the start, Melissa was incredibly communicative and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable with every detail. She brought creative ideas to the table that worked within our budget while still achieving the exact look and feel we envisioned. Her passion and expertise truly showed in every arrangement, and multiple guests couldn’t stop raving about how gorgeous the florals were.
Not only is she incredibly talented, but she’s also a joy to work with. Her kindness, patience, and dedication made the entire process seamless and stress-free. I couldn’t have asked for a better florist! -

Selfless service!
Melissa was my wedding guardian angel.
Two months before my wedding, I found out my wedding planner had lied about booking critical vendors, florals being one of those vendors. I had been following Wisteria/Melissa for over a year and had been so impressed by her work—so, naturally, she was the first call I made.
Thankfully she was available and she created the most beautiful bouquets and installations.
But more valuable to me was Melissa’s selflessness. She acknowledge the time crunch we were both in, but not once made me feel like I was asking for too much.
Melissa leaned into the challenge with unconditional support and kindness. She even offered to step in to help me with other aspects of my wedding, going above and beyond the traditional job description of a florist.

Above and beyond!
Melissa was wonderful! I gave very minimal guidelines, mainly that I wanted proteas. Her creations were so unique and gorgeous-all of my bridesmaids, who are serious gardeners, we’re obsessed with the flowers she included. She went above and beyond to deliver incredible customer service at a price I found very reasonable for the Charleston market. Bonus information that has nothing to do with my wedding but tells you the kind of person Melissa is. She saw on my Instagram that our sweet pup was struggling with anxiety during thunderstorms. Not only did she offer me a thunder shirt she no longer needed, she DROPPED it off at my house with some CBD treats too. That’s the kind of person I want to go out of my way to support and you should too! -

I had no clue what I wanted for flowers and changed my mind 3 times in our planning process, Melissa did fantastic working with me to get a clear view of what we wanted and then executed it WONDERFULLY. She did fantastic creating all the flower pieces for our wedding! -

Melissa was an absolute treat to work with though the whole process!! Not only was she professional and amazing at her job, she is genuinely one of the kindest souls and willing to work with you to solve any/all problems/concerns. She was flexible when I changed my mind or plans needed to be adjusted. She truly listened to my vision and made it all come to life!! My bouquet was beyond beautiful and all of the floral arrangements made the day really pop. We got so many compliments on the florals. I would give Melissa 10 stars if I could. -

Made my wedding flawless
I can't say enough positive things about Melissa and Wisteria Designs. We had MANY moving parts to our wedding and everything went off seamlessly and best of all, without me even having to think. Amazing experience with a talent, personable and amazing florist!!
Working with Melissa from Wisteria Designs was so amazing! We had such a special vision and not only did she nail it she gave such amazing thought out suggestions along the way from both a budget and a creative perspective. Even when we had to postpone our wedding due to COVID 19 her policies were fair and also needed to ensure her business could weather the storm of the pandemic. We are so grateful that she blessed us with her unreal talent for our wedding day!!! Her work brought such a magical element to our day!!! You will not go wrong working with Wisteria Designs- if anything you're lucky if you can book her!!!!! -

We hired Wisteria to do the florals for our April 2021 wedding at Legare Waring house. I do not have enough words to describe how wonderful our experience was in working with Melissa. She took our vision and truly made the entire space come to life. Our tables were perfect, the bar looked BEAUTIFUL, the fountain looked effortless but my favorite (other than my bouquet) had to be the circle arbor that was COVERED in beautiful florals. 10/10 cannot recommend Melissa enough! -

A dream come true!
Having Wisteria Designs as our florist was one of our favorite parts of the wedding. Melissa was incredible to work with throughout the entire process. She was so helpful and accommodating when we had to completely change our wedding plans around due to the pandemic. When we look back at our wedding photographs, we are in awe of what Wisteria Designs was able to do for us...including the most beautiful tulip arrangement hanging from the ceiling! We highly recommend Wisteria Designs! -

Not only was Melissa super responsive and easy to get in touch with throughout the planning process, but she really pulled together the overall vision for us on the day of our wedding. Perfection
I could tell that Melissa handpicked every one of the beautiful flowers she included in the arrangements on my wedding day. They were absolutely perfect—garden roses, dahlias, astilbe, ranunculus, orchids, double tulips. The feel was romantic and timeless, and complimented the grandeur of the Wentworth Mansion, our event location.
Throughout the process, she was willing to not only work with my design and vision, but also my budget. Due to some COVID concerns, I also had to make a few last minute adjustments to the design and Melissa handled it all with ease. Choosing Wisteria Designs was one of the best decisions I made for the day—I’d make it all over again! -

I highly recommend using Wisteria Designs. Not only is it very affordable but Melissa is wonderful to work with. She’s easy to communicate with and responds to emails in a very timely manner. Since our initial phone call, she immediately brought my tropical vision to reality for our wedding. She was also very understanding and worked with us when we had to postpone due to COVID. Floral dreams come true!
Wisteria Designs did an amazing job at our wedding on October 25th at Upstairs at Midtown. Melissa created a portfolio based on my pictures and needs and brought it to life. The floral arrangements were absolutely gorgeous and EXACTLY what we wanted! Highly recommend. -

It was perfect!!
Mellissa gave me the PERFECT wedding! I’m admittedly a bit on the indecisive side, but I gave Melissa my ideas and she blended everything together better than I could’ve even imagined. I was floored when I walked into my wedding!! And she was so flexible with me, no matter how many times I changed my mind, she was on board and ready to make it happen. She is excellent at what she does and great to work with! -

Breathtaking florals matches our vision exactly
After initially seeing Melissa’s work I knew she was the perfect floral vendor to bring my vision to life. Not only did she recreate every detail of my vision, but she exceeded all expectations and made all our florals even more beautiful than I could have imagined. Elegant and flawless design
We absolutely loved the floral arrangements that Melissa designed for our Winter, formal wedding. I lived out of town and had only seen Melissa's work in photos online prior to the wedding, but I adored her arrangements. I sent her a few pictures of arrangements I liked and my colors....she designed and executed them beautifully. I made a few changes, but she was flexible and able to accommodate my add-ons. Using the her software made it easy to message, track changes, make payments. Thank you Melissa from Bobby and I.....and the entire wedding party! We received so many compliments about the flowers. Our florals were absolutely breathtaking. I got so many compliments on how stunning all our different pieces (bouquets, aisle markers, table settings) were. I was so happy with the colors that were put together and the choices of each type of flower. -
