Amazing Experience!

I cannot say enough good things about WireWood! Throughout the entire process, from initial planning to our big day, their communication and personal attention to our wedding was incredible. Our wedding guests are still talking about how WireWood was the best choice we could have made for our ceremony and reception. Thank you guys!!!

WireWood is Amazing!!! They are very professional and friendly. They really want to make your day special and will customize your music. We had Laura and Keith play our ceremony and also the cocktail hour. The guests loved how creative and fun they made the atmosphere. Highly reccomend, very talented!!!!

We were so happy with our choice to Work with WireWood for our ceremony and reception music! They were great to work with and truly made our day perfect. Laura and Keith went above and beyond to make our ceremony music unique and personal- to this day friends still comment on how they loved it! Rehearsal Dinner entertainment/mood setting

Wirewood did an amazing job. So many people have asked me for their contact info. They were a pleasure to work with in the planning stage of the event. They were flawless the might of the party. What a fun addition to our rehearsal dinner. My son wasn’t convinced that we needed music, but walked up to me during the party and said that having Wirewood there made the night.

Laura and Keith were absolutely phenomenal on our wedding day! They provided our ceremony and cocktail hour music and all the guests LOVED them! We honestly received so many complements about the cocktail hour music and it was all thanks to WireWood!
They are so incredibly talented and can play virtually any genre of music that you pick out... from classical to hip hop!
I would pick WireWood a thousand times over!!

We hired WireWood to play our ceremony and cocktail hour, and couldn't be more impressed! They were extremely responsive to emails, answering any questions we had with patience and courtesy. When we asked if they could learn a new song for the walk down the isle, they were extremely willing to do so (and it came out amazing!). I really have nothing bad to say--if you want two great musicians (and people) to make your event memorable, I wholeheartedly recommend WireWood! Thanks for making our wedding awesome, guys!

WireWood provided the ceremony and cocktail music for my daughter's wedding. They were FANTASTIC! I received so many compliments on Laura and Keith. WireWood was absolutely incredible to work with from start to finish. When I first started chatting with them, they sent over a huge song list for me to choose from for my ceremony and cocktail hour. As I was finalizing my choices, I decided that I really wanted a specific song for my recessional, which unfortunately was not on their list. I mentioned it to them and they were able to play it for me without a problem, which I was SO grateful for. Not only was it such a special and meaningful touch for me as I walked down the aisle, but I got tons of compliments on them from the wedding guests. I would very highly recommend WireWood. Such sweet and accommodating individuals that are incredibly talented at what they do.

My daughter was married last weekend in beautiful downtown Greenville. Everything was perfect, weather, venue, food and the most important part, the ceremony. The addition of Laura and Keith made everything even more special. Their music was so lovely, so inviting and pure perfection. They began playing upon my guests arrival which set the tone of the evening. They played throughout the cocktail hour, which everyone enjoyed and then of course the ceremony. They made a difference from a great wedding to a very special one. Do not hesitate to hire them, they are WONDERFUL!!!

So many of our wedding guests commented on how wonderful the ceremony music was for our wedding day! We got married in Larkin's courtyard, and WireWood was playing from above the crowd (on the lifted landing at the back of the venue)-- it was BEAUTIFUL. Their team is so responsive and professional leading up to the big day, and is wonderful to work with. Thank you so much for being part of our special day!

WireWood was referred to us through our wedding planners and wedding officiant as a unique and extremely talented alternative to traditional strings/wind ceremony musicians. They are *amazing* -- listening to their youtube videos is enough to convince anyone of that -- but they were also so easy to work with and very responsive. I had a specific vision of what type of music would be playing when I walked down the aisle on my wedding day...I didn't want it to be the same song that several other people all over the world would be walking to that day to as well. They worked with me and found the perfect piece of music, timed it just right and it was exactly what I was hoping for. They also have a lot of really fun, new musical numbers they do (our recessional was Hall & Oates! so fun!) My father (who was paying the bill, mind you) even suggested that we have the pianist, who would be playing our cocktail hour cost-free, take a break and have WireWood play our cocktail hour as well. While my husband and I didn't get to enjoy their talents as long as our guests did, we received compliments all evening about how great they were. I highly recommend them!

Hi! I want to thank you all the things that you guys did for us!. My wedding was an intimate wedding, and we wanted very lovely and soft music. You where my best and first option, we love to pick you as our musicians. The price is not cheap, but worth it for the first.
All our guests, both Mexicans and Americans love your music, all the selection. Also they are very flexible, they can play whatever you want, they give you a big selection songs. You can email them like 100 times, I have 50 emails because a had a million questions, and they are very patience.
Thank you so much, thank you really much! We love you guys! If you want a wonderful musicians for your wedding, this is the best option, dont think about, just do it. Also they love the candies.

Todos mis invitados, Mexicanos y Americanos amaron su música, fue placentera y agradable.
Por otro lado, el servicio no es barato, pero vale la pena en toda la extensión de la palabra, responden a todas tus preguntas, tienen una lista enorme de música que pueden tocar, y pueden tocar canciones que no están ahí.

Laura and Keith were fantastic. We hired them to play the ceremony music for our wedding. We contacted them on somewhat-short notice and to our dismay they already had a client that day; however, they agreed to fit us into their schedule anyway. Beautiful music, would highly recommend.

Laura and Keith are exceptional at what they do! Their orginality and creativity are unmatched! We requested several songs for our wedding ceremony that were not on their playlists. Wirewood did a FANTASTIC job at our wedding! Laura and Keith performed both at our ceremony and during the cocktail hour of our reception. We didn't have any vocalists so they provided all the tunes until the reception. Wirewood has an extensive lists of songs to choose from and demo a handful as well on their website. After playing music while the congregation took their seats, we requested they play

Hallelujah by Jeff Buckley (seating of mothers)
Jesu, Joy of Man’s Desiring by J.S. Bach (bridal part entrance)
Canon in D by Pachelbel (bride and father of the bride entrance)

They absolutely crushed it. We could not have imagined a better outcome! Their sound is so unique. But one of our favorite moments of the entire day was having them play On Top of the World by Imagine Dragons after we kissed and exited down the aisle. We still get goosebumps just thinking about it!

For the cocktail hour, we requested 15 songs (mostly contemporary rock and pop but some oldies too) from their website but told them we trusted them if they wanted to go off the list - they know what they play best! Multiple guests told us how great Wirewood was and what their favorite song was that they played.

We are so happy we were able to have them at our wedding. As if the rest of these reviews weren't enough, we highly recommend you try to book them ASAP! It will be one of the best decisions you make.

WireWood are THE BEST! They were so great and so easy to work with (not to mention talented!). My husband and I wanted a "different" sort of feel (i.e. fun and funky) while our guests waited for our ceremony to begin - modern songs but with classical instruments - and Laura and Keith more than delivered. They have an expansive song repertoire that made the selection process a breeze and they even learned our not-so-traditional song request (Drake's "Hotline Bling"). (To be sure, they are also masters of traditional music. We picked several classical songs for our processional and they sounded absolutely beautiful.) So many of our friends and family came up to us at the reception to tell us how excited they were when they recognized songs and were able to sing along. Thank you, WireWood, for making our ceremony absolutely perfect!

Laura and Keith performed at both the wedding ceremony and cocktail hour for our daughter and son in law's wedding. We heard of WireWood through IDo ( our wedding planner) and The Cliffs preferred vendor lists. After visiting their website, we all fell in love with their music! Laura responded to my request for info and date availability very quickly. Her professionalism was stellar. Deposits were sent with contracts in place. We later added the cocktail hour to our agreement. They worked with us to fairly manage their compensation, which included travel time from The Cliffs Glassey the downtown Greenville. When final payment was made, Laura promptly e-mailed me final confirmation. WireWood fulfilled all expectations!!! We have subsequently listened to them at a local business event as well as purchased their Christmas CD. WireWood is highly recommended!

WireWood is AMAZING!!! My husband and got married last July and were looking for ceremony and cocktail hour music that would be classy with an edge and still feel like us. I immediately fell in love with how WireWood played pretty much every type of popular tunes in such an elegant way. When I asked them to learn a couple of songs for our processional, they were totally game and made them EPIC! They totally got our quirkiness and learned part of the Harry Potter Theme Song to play just before the processional started. We kept that a surprise from our guests and I could hear a few gasps of excitement when it happened! Hearing them play the song they learned for the next part of our processional is what made the moment real for me and brought me to tears, just before walking down the aisle. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect moment!
I also loved the idea that our guests would hear a song and be like "Hey... I know that song... what is it...?" and strike up a conversation with someone about it. I loved this idea so much... that I created a game at our wedding around it! We made "Name That Tune" cards for people to play during cocktail hour and WireWood gave us their setlist afterwards so our guests could figure out if they were right. I loved seeing everyone's responses after the wedding and how they broke into teams and tried to work together. So much fun!!
Working with WireWood was a breeze and added such a unique and personal touch to our wedding. Our wedding would not have been the same without them!

WireWood played at my son and daughter-in-law's wedding in December 2015. They were so easy to work with, responsive, flexible, and professionals in every sense of the word. They made planning the music for the wedding and reception absolutely seamless, even though we were planning from nearly 2,000 miles away. They adjusted to the flow of the ceremony so smoothly, and played the perfect choices of songs throughout dinner. We could not have asked for more beautiful or unique music - all our guests raved about the "concert" we set up for them. If you're wondering whether they really can play anything (even current rock/pop/country) - they can, and it's fantastic!! Thank you so much for helping make Chris and Val's wedding so memorable - you're amazing! (and we'd love to see more of your music available on iTunes)

Don't be surprised to see all good reviews for Wirewood. They definitely live up to the hype! Our guests LOVED them and one year later I still receive compliments! Laura and Keith were so easy to work with and I loved the fact that i could custom pick songs for my ceremony and cocktail hour. These guys are the real deal and SUPER talented. My only regret was that we took pictures during our cocktail hour.... my husband and I might have to crash a wedding in order to get another chance to listen to Wirewood in all their glory. :) Hire them. NOW!

All I can say is, WOW!!

Wirewood provided the most beautiful and unique music for our wedding ceremony and reception. Walking down the aisle to an instrumental version of 'A Thousand Years' was a dream come true! And ending the night dancing to 'What a Wonderful World' with my new husband and all of our friends and family joining in, was a moment we will never forget.

Laura and Keith were such a joy to work with - very professional and accommodating. They were even able to play a song that was not on their song choice list for our first dance since it was "our song" and we could not imagine the evening without it. :-)

If you are looking for exceptional musicians to enhance your wedding day and truly make it unforgettable, than Wirewood would be the absolute best choice! We can not wait to work with them again in the future!

This week marked our 1 year anniversary and we still have people telling us how AMAZING the Wirewood Duo was. They played for our ceremony as well as our cocktail hour and we are both so happy that we chose them to be a part of the most special day of our lives. They were extremely flexible and even asked what songs we wanted them to play. They even learned a song for us, which was the song I walked down the aisle to. Their chemistry and passion for music made them the highlight of our event.

Laura & Keith are the best! Our guests loved the music for the ceremony. They worked with us on choosing the right number of songs and even honored a special request. We still see them out and watch them play whenever we can. If you want something totally different, that your family and guests will love - look no further. Laura and Keith are absolutely amazing and come highly recommended! Being the bride I could not hear most of the seating music or the cocktail hour music, but so many people commented on how beautiful they sounded and numerous guest asked who they were so they could book them for future events. Laura and Keith are sending me a CD of the ceremony which is great and I can not wait to hear it. You must book in advance as they book up quick! They are so great everyone will want them for their event, so don't think about it too long because you they are worth every penny to make your wedding fabulous!

Laura and Keith are AMAZING. We booked them way ahead of our 2015 wedding, decided to not have a big wedding, then booked them again and Laura was sweet and gracious through it all. We asked for songs that were not on their list and they took every request in stride and did such a wonderful job. The most emotional moment for me during our wedding day was the minute before I walked down the aisle and the first three notes of the song I had meticulously decided on started playing. It definitely would not have had the same impact if we had hired anyone else.

We hired Wirewood on the recommendation of our wedding planner, and were not disappointed. They are talented musicians, easy to work with, responsive to our inquiries, and patient with our indecison. They played prior to the ceremony, the entrances and exits, and a hymn during the service. Laura and Keith of WireWood are excellent musicians. They were responsive and easy to reach (and pay). Many of my guests did not realize that live music was being played before they looked back and saw them as I was coming down the stairs. I had no traditional music selections during our ceremony but was not a bit concerned because Laura and Keith assured me early on they would have the music down-pat! I stumbled upon WireWood (cello/guitar duo) online and immediately fell in love with their music. I wanted something a little different for the ceremony music, but wasn't sure what until I heard them. It's the perfect mix of a classical sound with a modern twist in the song choices. Trio 864 was easy to work with, flexible and accommodating. They showed up on time, set up and played as discussed. The music was perfect and beautiful. It was exactly what I'd imagined! I randomly stumbled across Trio 864 when searching for a String Trio for our wedding in Cashiers, NC. My husband and I got married at the beautiful Chapel on Glassy Mt in Landrum, SC. The combination of the chapel that sits high in the cliffs and the beautiful music that Trio 864 provided on our day, we couldn't have asked for a more perfect day! We planned our wedding from PA. We never had the opportunity to meet with them due to the distance but Trio 864 made it very easy to communicate. They were very responsive, professional, and flexible. Loved working with this group. We hired a cello guitar duo and even sprung a soloist on them as we got closer to the wedding. The soloist and musicians coordinated beautifully for the song and their music was delicate and beautiful. I had never met them until my wedding day (my mother had done all of the coordinating) but they were so nice and happy to be at the wedding. They have a lot of options to choose from and will truly cater to whatever you want at your wedding.

I booked Trio 864 very early in my planning process. From the time I booked until the day of my wedding, I made many changes, including changing the date of the wedding, changing the musicians performing, etc. Laura was very accommodating and responsive. I was able to make song selections that were special and unique to my husband and I rather picking the same "stock" songs that many other musicians offer. Overall experience from initial contact, music selection and performance was exceptional. Our ceremony was not held in a church and our daughter wanted the "chiming of the hour" as part of the ceremony. They were helpful with suggestions to achieve this goal. Once the music selections were made, Trio 864 contacted me on occasion to simply touch base. They were familiar with the wedding venue and didn't need me to do anything to assist them. A must hear/see!! We saw them at a local restaurant almost a year ago and kept their card for our "Someday" wedding. We absolutely love their music and their style. They were one of our highest ticketed vendors/items for our wedding but to be fair to them we understand why they are at the price point they are. They are prompt, professional and absolutely stunning to hear! When you think of cello and guitar you wouldn't think of upbeat, fun and eclectic.....Guess again. They play anything from Mozart to Metallica and sounds amazing! They were open to a select few requests for our ceremony and have an already wide range of songs that they are proficient with. The only stress we had with them was connecting through email which seemed to be their preferred means of communication, otherwise we would have rated them a 5 for responsiveness. If you're looking for something fun, unique and memorable these two are your "go to".

Laura Koelle Pyle (from Trio 864) played cello for my wedding and did a fantastic job! The mood and setting she created perfectly fit what I'd wanted (simple, classical, elegant). She was also very flexible and helpful in selecting pieces, as well as arranging for a guitarist to accompany her. (I'd wanted cello and guitar but was having trouble finding that particular duo.)

Sometimes it would take weeks to hear back from her, especially during the busy summer months, but that was my only negative. I booked with her about 9 months in advance, so there wasn't anything urgent at that point anyway. As the wedding got closer and we started nailing down specific songs and details, there were no problems. I was completely satisfied with the music and would definitely book with her again.
