    Beautiful ceremony on short notice

    Rev. Marilyn Montgomery fit us into her full schedule when we decided we wanted to elope as soon as possible. With short notice and undependable weather, she gave us a beautiful beach ceremony which we loved. We will always be happy that she married us.

    Marilyn is absolutely amazing. She made our ceremony perfect for us, and she is the sweetest lady. She's extremely quick to answer any questions and makes the process really simple!

    Marilyn Montgomery was awesome! I was worried about the ceremony at first because we had a falling out with another officiant who was a family friend. But she walked us through the entire process which was very simple but very personal at the same time. She is a tru pro at what she does and a well seasoned professional. She did a great job commanding the attention of the room at the ceremony and getting everyone in their place. I am so glad that I found her to do our wedding. We both really liked her. She is a very down to earth and laid back individual who really knows her stuff and has a great sense of humor.

    After carefully searching for the perfect Officiant for our wedding, we chose Rev. Marilyn Montgomery and were Very Happy we did!!! She had a Huge part in making our wedding Absolutely Perfect!!!! She tailored the ceremony around us and made it Very personal, original and special - without ever meeting us prior to the wedding since we live so far away. Marilyn was wonderful at staying in contact with us, always answering questions very quickly and added a special family flower ceremony that I had requested. My husband and I both have children, my biggest request was that our ceremony foccused around us not only being joined as husband and wife, but also as step-parents and a complete family which she did Beautifully and even better than I could have imagined!!! The Entire ceremony was a Dream come true and I would recommend Marilyn to Any couple who wants a truely meaningful wedding!!!!

    Marylin was simple great- We are so glad we found her. We meet with her and selected our vows and created the perfect ceremony for us. We had a private lake wedding with family and it was beautiful. Marylin made us all feel like she had known us for our entire lives. It was simple the perfect wedding day. Alice and Michael

    I want to thank Marilyn for making our wedding the most special and happiest day of our lives. My Husband and I have know each other since we were children, and on October 31 2009 she made our dream come true. If any bride needs any help, just call Marilyn!! We had family come from three states, I live out of state also, and any question I had Marilyn was just a phone call away!!!

    She really took the time to make sure that everything in the ceromony was beautiful. Even down to involving my daughter in the ceromony with the stepfather prayer to my daugher....

    I would highly recc her to officiate your ceromony as well.

    Marilyn was the most wonderful and friendly person to work with. She made our Wedding Day perfect. She was accomodating to our location, date and time. Marilyn created a beautiful ceremony and also gave us a wonderful keepsake that we will treasure for life. Her prices are extremely reasonable and she filed our paperwork and returned it to us amazingly quick! We would definately recommend her to anyone!!

    Marilyn was great... we got married at the beach and included our kids in a sand ceremony in addition to the traditional vows... she answered any questions I had very quickly...and provided the information needed for our ceremony... every one in our families and friends were very impressed and thought it was one of the most beautiful ceremonies they had been to in years...also her follow up to file copies of the licenses were done very quickly... thank you so much Marilyn!

    Marilyn was great! Her service was lovely and perfect for my husband and I! Her flexibility really came through when we had to change the ceremony site last minute due to the fact that we all got the flu!! It was a pleasure and an honor to have her marry us!

    Rev. Marilyn Mongomery of Wings of Love weddings was very nice, helpful, and accomodating to our requests. She was very warm and friendly at our wedding. She also took care of all of the filing of our documents and gave us a very nice keepsake bible that she used during our ceremony. We would recommend her.

    Our initial meeting with Reverend Marilyn Montgomery went very well. Per her request, I emailed some additional information to her after that meeting and requested a return reply to ensure she received it. After emailing her a couple of times I finally received a response and was assured she had everything she needed. During our meeting before the rehearsal, it was quickly obvious that she did not update the ceremony information to include what I emailed to her. Luckily I had brought another copy with me! I can understand and look past that hiccup, but I cannot look past the fact that she called me the wrong name during our wedding ceremony. It wasn't even close to my name and my wedding guests noticed it. She didn't even apologize afterwards. For that reason, I do not recommend her.

    She was very nice the first time my husband and I met with her, we were looking forward to her marrying us. Everything went as planned and smooth until the night of the rehearsal. As my bridal party was starting to practice how they were going to stand, she started literally yelling at them that they were doing it all wrong. She was very quick to say no to all of our ideas, and again, when I told her a specific thing I wanted she said (screamed) “ I am not doing that!!” On the day of the wedding during the ceremony she called me by the wrong name and never apologized afterwards. Also, on the marriage certificate our last name was spelled wrong. If I could give 0 stars I would, I would not recommend her

    I feel this review is highly exaggerated ! There was never any screaming going on at her rehearsal..I am professional and conduct myself in that manner..Alyssa said her finance was hard of hearing. I talked louder for him, but I did not scream at any time. There was change after change with 14 people all trying to tell her what to do..The photographer of all people interjected with her opinions of how I should word the ceremony, I told her this is how the lines are written but if the bride wanted it changed I would do that for her. The bride said it was fine so we proceeded with rehearsal..It was a long 2 and half hours..Everyone was tired, hungry, and still had all the decorating to do..I can understand their frustrations and tensions and respect their feelings, but I also feel her review was harsh, with much taken out of context...I did not call her by any other name, but I did spell his name wrong and made her a new certificate, apologized for my error and sent it out the next day by mail. I have been officiating weddings for 13 years and have done 2000 weddings and never in all this time have I ever conducted myself in this manner. I am professional and have never had a complaint. I feel this review was highly exaggerated but still wish Alyssa well and will continue to provide the community with beautiful weddings..

    The only thing I can say about her is that I wouldn’t recommend her. Made crucial mistake on 1st marriage certificate by spelling my last name wrong and on the new one she sent out she has the year as 2018. Don’t waste your money on someone who doesn’t respect the way you would like your wedding done
