    Wine and Roses took my ideas and turned them into beautiful creations. I know nothing about flowers, but Peggy helped me along the way. Her suggestions and ideas turned the bouquets and centerpieces into masterpieces with their eye catching design and colors. Multiple guests commented the beauty and design of her creations.
