  Wedding Flower Arrangements

  If you’re getting married, or need any reason to purchase flowers, Windsor’s and Jennifer were awesome. We met with Jennifer, showed her photos of what we wanted and she brought them to life well within our budget.

  The flowers were perfect

  I would absolutely recommend Windsor Flowers! I met with them and gave them some pictures showing what I wanted and they more than delivered. They did an amazing job. They were very friendly and professional. I absolutely recommend them.

  They made our bouquet and bouts exactly how we envisioned. They were so beautiful and reasonably priced. I provided her some pictures of what I wanted and she made them even prettier than these pictures. Jennifer was very great with communication and so easy to work with.

  Windsors did a beautiful job with the flowers for our wedding. My bridal bouquet of Calla lillies was to dream for and our table arrangements were a gorgeous mix of blue hydrangeas and blue delphiniums. We worked personally with Jennifer who could not be sweeter. She was very attentive and gave me great suggestions. Our flowers were exactly what I wanted and more. Windsors was much more affordable to work with than some of the other businesses in the area. They are a very down to earth family and I would recommend their business to anyone!

  Cherie and Jim provided the most beautiful flowers for our most special day! There are flower enthusiasts in the family and they immediately commented about the flowers. "They were gorgeous!" The colors were vibrant, the flowers fresh. Their flexibility with various order changes was appreciated. I would definitely recommend them for any function.

  The owners of this shop are my family members, but that's not why I got such great service. They really do take care of their customers. They did their best to give me exactly what I wanted. I just brought them some pictures of what I liked, told them what I wanted, and they delivered (and literally!).

  Windsor's did a great job providing flowers for our wedding! We shopped around in the area for florists and Windsor's had the best quote. The flowers were reasonably priced. The flowers looked great when they delivered them to us however, my bouquet was supposed to be mainly blue and it showed up with a little pale blue and a lot of white flowers. Although it wasn't exactly what I envisioned, the bouquet was still gorgeous! They also added seashells to the bouquet which was a great touch! The only complaint I have with them is that after some confusion where our rented plants were being delivered and picked up, they called me an hour before my wedding to ask me where they were being picked up. Honestly, it stressed me out and I wish they would have waited until the next day. Even with the complaint, I think they did a great job and would recommend them to a friend!

  They were very nice and as someone who doesn't do flowers and had no idea what she wanted, they were able to make something more beautiful than I could have imagined. I ran into a snag when my venue changed and I didn't need ceremony flowers any more. I drove down in November to update them and make the changes (BEWARE they do not communicate via email) and they said they would send me a refund for what I no longer needed. They are VERY difficult to get in contact with. Whenever I needed to call for something the woman I was working with was never there and they "left messages" for her. But she never called back. Needless to say I ended up driving 1.5 hours to the beach alot this past year. They do a beautiful job but they are difficult to work with due to lack of communication,

  Overpromised and underdelivered. I live in VA, and asked Jenifer if she could do a boquet, an arch arrangement, and provide a few flowers for my hair. We drove over 3 hrs to meet her only for her not to be there with the excuse that she forgot who I was and that I was coming. It was a struggle to simply convey what I wanted to her She admitted that she has terrible communication skills but promised a good product. I drew pictures for her finally. My fiance and I even showed up at her shop 3 days before the wedding and helped her put together my boquet and pick flowers. She assured me that since she wasn't available to help put up the flowers that she would deliver them by 12 and give them to our wedding coordinator to put up. Well, the flowers were dumped off at the front desk by a man with no explanation 1 1/2 hours late. The boquet and flowers for my hair were gorgeous. I did not realize until I walked down the aisle that the flowers for our arch were not the vision that I drew. When she was texted pictures as a simple heads up with the promise that my fiance and I would call her to see if we could figure out what happened, she blamed my wedding coordinator and said "She can't be blamed" for what happened, because it was my job as the bride to help the wedding coordinator put the flowers up on the arch the day of my wedding! We finally spoke on the phone and before I could get a few sentences out inquiring what happened, she cut me off repeatedly interrupting saying, "I can refund you $100, that's all I can do. I'm not going to make you happy am I?" She then proceeded to blame me and my wedding coordinator why the flowers were not right. She flat out didn't do her job, was unprofessional, rude, screamed at me and offered a full refund. We took 50% since she did do some good work on my boquet and hair flowers. She NEVER took responsibility for what she did. BUYER BEWARE!
