10/10 Windsong!!!

We had the most incredible experience with Windsong Estate Event Center, and I can’t recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, Julie and Jackie took such amazing care of us. They were our main coordinators throughout the process, and their organization, kindness, and genuine investment in our wedding made all the difference.

We had multiple planning meetings where they walked us through every detail, listened closely to our ideas, and offered thoughtful guidance whenever we needed it. Their communication was always quick and clear, which made planning so much easier and so much less stressful.

Most importantly, they truly captured our vision. Every detail on the wedding day was more beautiful and seamless than we could have imagined. They created an experience that felt personal, intentional, and so “us.” Their team worked flawlessly behind the scenes, and we felt supported, celebrated, and completely taken care of from the moment we arrived.

We are beyond grateful to have worked with such dedicated and talented people. Windsong Estate is a stunning venue, but the staff are what make it exceptional. If you’re looking for a place and a team that will bring your dream wedding to life, this is it!

If I could give 10 stars I would

I don't even know where to start. From the first meeting we had with Jackie, I immediately felt comfortable working with the Windsong team. She was so personable and welcoming and I could truly tell she cared about our wedding, from day 1. Throughout the planning process, they were so easy to get in contact with, always sending planning emails to keep me up to date, and so willing to answer any questions. Planning a wedding is challenging in general, not to mention during a pandemic! The entire Windsong team reassured me that they would do all that they could to make our wedding happen, and communicated openly about changes as they arose. Each planning meeting was so helpful and they were always honest about what they thought would look good, work well for our guest count, and make our day the best it could be. Going into the wedding day, I was confident that the it would be perfect, because of the Windsong team.

The day of, we were blown away at how flawlessly it all went. They greeted my bridesmaids and I with warmth (and champagne), which started our day off as fun and relaxing as it could be. They had beer and drinks ready for the groomsmen when they arrived. When we had a groomsmen shoe mishap, Triniti and Julie saved the day. Triniti drove to Target, sent Julie pictures of shoe options for me to choose, and made sure all of the groomsmen got their correct size. This is just a small example of the team's willingness in assuring our day went off without a hitch.

They openly communicated with us the entire day, including during the reception. The team acted as coordinators throughout the day, making sure that everything was right on time. The entire facility was immaculately clean, from the gorgeous bridal suite (which has incredible lighting), to the groomsmen room, to the restrooms, and to the banquet and bar area.

If you want to have a wedding at a beautiful setting, with stunning views, and staff that TRULY cares about your day, you will not be disappointed in choosing Windsong. I could truly write (even more of) a novel on how much I loved having our wedding there, and I am SO thrilled we will have the memories of our wedding at such a wonderful venue. I could not appreciate a team more.

Best place around.

This venue went so above what I ever expected my day was hassle free and so amazing! Jackie, Julie, and Catherine all made sure our family and us had nothing to worry about they day of. Not to mention beautiful venue and backdrop!

Made our wedding perfect!

The venue is absolutely gorgeous and the staff are so helpful! We really relied on them to assist us in the planning process and the entire day of the wedding. Everything went perfect! I would not change one thing.

We were the DJ service for a wedding at the Windsong

Caroline was so professional and easy to work with and made our job so much easier and more fun! We absolutely loved our experience here and can't wait for the opportunity to DJ more weddings and work with these wonderful people again. From start to finish, there was the right amount of communication with us to allow us to put out the best product we could for the bride and groom. The views are phenomenal also and make for the BEST pictures you can get on your wedding day!

Windsong was absolutely amazing, not only on the day of, but throughout the entire planning process. I will forever be thankful for them! Julie and Nicole, helped decorate, provided drinks, took care of myself, and kept my bridal party of 19 in check! They are also very transparent. The venue itself is GORGEOUS!! Very elegant! I cannot express how thankful I am for you all!

I absolutely loved Windsong! My husband and I had our wedding there on July 14th, 2018 and Windsong staff made sure everything ran smoothly and I didn't have to worry about a thing the entire night. I mainly worked with Julie, Shannon, and Kadeezha and they were all super sweet and accommodating. The bridal suite is beautiful and allows a nice getaway from all of the craziness to get ready and relax before everything begins. They offer a beautiful outdoor space where my guests were able to relax by a fire pit and play some yard games like corn hole and jenga. I totally recommend Windsong for your wedding or special event.

The staff at Windsong was amazing. My daughter's big day was absolutely amazing and stress free. They handled everything and it was very smooth. I highly recommend them for your event.

Wow, can't express how wonderful it was working with the staff at Windsong Estate. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect day. They were always very responsive whenever I had questions and very flexible in allowing me to come in early to decorate and making sure everything was perfect and running smoothly. I am sooo happy with the venue I chose and would recommend to anyone looking to get married.

Everyone at Windsong was wonderful to work with! I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking in the front range area. Price was reasonable and I can't say enough about how great the staff were and how very accommodating they were in working with my schedule and helping find anything and everything I needed to create my perfect day. Everyone was soo sweet and made it extremely easy planning a wedding.

The staff at the Windsong was amazing. Starting from the day we did a tour and even after our wedding day, I couldn't have asked for a better team. It turned out to be a perfect fairytale wedding. I had a stress free day and had no issues with the Windsong. The few issues I had that came from the catering company and minor dress issues with a bridesmaid, the staff was quick and on top of it and took care of everything for us so we did not have to worry and were still able to relax and enjoy our day. Also I wasn't able to do much decorating on the day of the wedding because I was busy getting ready and the ladies set up everything perfectly and better than I could have imagined. Thanks to everyone most importantly Jackie, Shannon, Jacee, and Julie. You ladies are amazing!! I can't say it enough. When we decide to renew our vows if we still live here we will definelty return to have another perfect night!

Our experience with Windsong was above and beyond what I ever could have expected!! The venue is so, so gorgeous! I love that all members of the Windsong family were so involved with our wedding from beginning to end! From the first day we walked in at the open house to all of our follow up meetings to the day of, they were so supportive and helpful. We planned for an outdoor wedding all day but due to severe wind at last minute, our ceremony was moved inside. And it turned out better than expected! We also had so many guests, family and bridal party would raved on about Julie and Jacquelyn's help and support day of! Even the during the rehearsal, they kept me so positive as I was stressing out. Our only complaint day of was the miscommunication of the placement of our slideshow. However, at the end of the day, I would pick Windsong a million times over and relive our day, everyday! Thank you for helping make our day better than we ever could have expected!

From the minute I walked in I knew this was the place for sure. It just looked so stunning! Working with the wedding planners was great. they made everything so easy. They were upfront with everything. Its the most elegant place i have seen for miles. You can have both your ceremony and reception here. It has space for the bride and groom to get ready. Through out the day the wedding planners and the Dj guided us through out the day. My husband and I never had to worry about what was next. They helped me plan every moment from the second we got there until we left at the end of the night. I wouldnt have picked any other venue. They are the best by far.Melissa and Harry

Windsong Estate was a wonderful place for my husband and I to get married! We chose to get married in early September. Our guests are still raving about the sunset and the view from the venue. Our pictures turned out amazing! The staff was very accommodating and great! The only hiccup was that our coordinator, Jackie, was sick the weekend of our wedding so two different coordinators stepped in and did an amazing job! We couldn't feel more lucky with this beautiful venue that was also affordable for us.

We loved our wedding at Windsong! All of the staff were very supportive and listened to our requests, even on the day of the wedding. They work with you to plan your wedding and they are honest about vendors that they've worked with before. Our guests were very happy with the venue. When everything was set up, it looked very classy and expensive but at a reasonable price. We were happy that we could pick the vendors we wanted to work with but we had awesome recommendations from the Windsong staff. We are so happy that we chose to have our wedding at Windsong!

Seriously, could not have been more impressed with Windsong Estate. The whole process leading up the wedding date was so organized and well taken care of. The fact that tables, linens and center pieces are all included in the price was HUGE, saved so much time and money.
On the day of the wedding, I have never felt more relaxed. The staff at Windsong took care of everything, and I mean literally everything. They fixed ripped pants, and had wine and queso waiting in the rooms waiting before we were introduced as newly weds. I would recommend Windsong to anyone.

Everyone at Windsong was SO good to us from the first moment of interest in holding our wedding there! All of their correspondence leading up to the wedding was organized, flexible, and caring, and all communication on the wedding weekend and day were handled with professionalism and good care! I loved investing our money and memories in a family-owned business that takes what they do seriously. The building is absolutely gorgeous, and so is the view! :)

The Windsong Estate Event Center is a perfect place to get married. Inside or Outside, your event will be perfect. Every detail leading up to, and on our day, was extremely well thought out. Our wedding planning was easy and organized. Our wedding day was smooth and enjoyable in every way. The Windsong staff was professional and kind. Jackie and Shanon made sure the day was perfect. We were well taken care of the entire process and we appreciate everything that went into that day. I will recommend the Windsong to anyone that I hear is getting married, we loved everything about our wedding day and were so lucky to find this gorgeous center.

I LOVED THE WINDSONG!!! The venue spoke for itself when we went in to tour it! On top of that, Jackie was AMAZING!!!! She was always so helpful with ANY questions that I had! Whenever I wanted to come out and make a decision about my wedding, she never hesitated and would accommodate me right away! The entire windsong staff did an amazing job turning over the ceremony side for the reception side; our guests didn't feel like they had to wait at all. Such a beautiful venue for anything!!

Our daughter was married at Windsong and we couldn't have been happier with all they offer. Their Bridal suite is large with a full bathroom that includes a shower. The event space has 100's of options for creating your perfect space and management and staff are top notch! We loved everything about them!

Our daughter and her husband's wedding was absolutely perfect and so much of that was because of the staff at Windsong! Jackie is beyond amazing at what she does, and her entire staff went above and beyond to make our daughter's wedding everything she had dreamed of and more. Windsong is very accommodating, thoughtful, efficient, flexible, thorough, professional, detail oriented, sensitive to costs and budgets, and SO SO FUN! Jackie and her crew made this day the most special day ever, and the memories we have will be cherished forever! My husband and I had an absolute perfect day getting married here! Jackie & Shannon were so unbelievably helpful, they were taking care of things during the big day that I had no clue about until later. Everything ran so smooth and their flexibility and professionalism was unmatched, not to mention how beautiful the venue and scenery was! With very fair pricing I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking to get married in Fort Collins! Thanks again windsong staff!

Working with Jackie was awesome -- she was extremely helpful in all of our planning meetings, and the big day went off without a hitch. If I could could choose an infinite number of stars to rate Windsong Estates, I WOULD with no hesitation! The team was such a dream to work with, if I wanted something done or changed they did it. If I wasn't completely sure of something, they'd give me their opinion. The simplicity of the venue makes it so beautiful no matter what style of bride they work with. A huge plus for me is that they allow you to bring in your own caterers! You can't find that in very many venues! If I could have chose to change one thing, it would be to have done tons of floating candles with my flower centerpieces on the tables and guess what, they would have done it with no problem! My wedding went so smoothly and it's honestly because of them, and because they think of absolutely everything! I couldn't say enough great things. Their pricing is the best you'll find in Northern Colorado and they include so much that I would say you are saving so much more then what you put in because of what they do for their clients. Truly my dream wedding. I love Windsong so much and if I had to plan my wedding again, I would choose them without a doubt!

Windsong Estate was everything that I had hoped for. The coordinators are incredible and keep your day moving without a problem. Windsong is beautiful, but their staff makes this venue truly exceptional. They were incredibly accommodating to allowing our out of town family to come see the venue on several occasions during the planning process. They are experts and honestly helped our day turn out perfect. We are so thankful that we found Windsong, and our only regret was deciding to look at other venues 'just to see' after looking at Windsong. Their prices are competitive, the venue is amazing with a million great photo opportunities, but their staff is exceptional throughout the planning process and the event it self.

Simply amazing! I cannot rate this venue high enough! All of Windsong's staff is so organized, trustworthy, and wonderful! All of our linens, plateware, glassware, chairs, tables, and several centerpieces came with the venue as well as uplights. These pieces were all of extremely high quality and made our wedding look fantastic! The scenery is gorgeous around the venue, and all of my guests raved about how beautiful everything in the venue was as well! I highly recommend this venue to anyone as it held our dream wedding and was absolutely perfect.

Windsong is the only place I would recommend for a Wedding Venue in Ft. Collins! Jackie and Shannon made my wedding fabulous... I could not have done it without them or the incredible staff at Windsong. They went above and beyond to help make our day perfect! They worked so hard to make it a day that reflected my fiance and I. We had family cooking food and lots of set-up--they took the chaos and made everything flow together. I had the most incredible wedding day and I owe that in large part to Windsong and their amazing team. Jackie went above and beyond to make sure that my fiancee and I had all of our questions answered and we felt taken care of. They were very accommodating to all of our special requests and never made us feel concerned or stressed. During the actual wedding day, Jackie was well coordinated with all of our vendors, everyone knew when to arrive and she also made sure we were able to stay in line with the photography schedule so we did not miss a single beat. I am so thankful I chose to use Windsong. They are a group of wonderful people with kind hearts and impeccable passion.

I could not be more happy with this beautiful venue and extrodinary staff !!!!! Jackie and the whole Windsong family made our day something that we will NEVER forget! From the moment that we met with them, to the moment we said "goodbye" on our way to the airport after the ceremony and reception, we were treated like royalty! They made sure that EVERYTHING was taken care of. We brought things in (bubbles, card box, match books etc.) that the groom was responsible for, but they handled it all for us. We didn't have to lift a finger. They were on top of everything from start to finish and made sure that it went smoothly and everything was done on time. I was able to relax on our wedding day and not have to worry about a thing. Even when the rain came, they all made sure that our wants for the day were met and came up with a quick plan B in the event it didn't stop raining by the time the ceremony should start. They are all angels and gifts from God! The whole family is wonderful and so loving. We were accepted in as family and we are forever grateful to them for our wonderful day!

We chose to use Windsong a year ago after looking through TONS of vendors in Colorado for our wedding ceremony and reception. Not only were they affordable, but were knowledgeable, kind, thoughtful, and AMAZING to work with throughout my entire wedding planning journey!! This venue was used for a non-profit corporation fundraising dinner (Fingerprints Across Africa). We could not have been more pleased with the beautiful facility and the staff at Windsong Estate. The Matsudas worked well with the caterer (Caninos), making the event top notch and affordable. It really set the tone for a fun evening, making it probable that our guests/donors will want to return next year.

Windsong Estates is a 5 star venue that provided 1st class service and support at a very affordable price.
The team from this family run business was professional and genuinely cared that we were well served at what can be a very stressful time.
Not only is the inside of the facility beautiful with great attention to detail, having the Front Range views as a backdrop to the special event made for amazing pictures, (especially at sunset), and guests could enjoy the outdoors as well!
I would highly recommend Windsong for any event that you would like handled professionally while making you feel like family at the same time.

From start to finish our experience with Windsong was amazing. The space was beautiful and accommodated both the service and luncheon beautifully. We loved having our Reception at Windsong. Jackie and her staff were professionals, fantastic people to work with. Jackie was very flexible and we could tell she wanted to make that day very special for us. We would recommend Windsong to anyone. It was not the cheapest place that we saw, but you get what you pay for. We loved how it was one price, you did not get charged extra per napkin, fork, plate...etc. If you wanted to upgrade the linens you could pay for that, but we felt the basic stuff was great!!! Perfect wedding and reception venue.

I have been singing the praises of Windsong since the moment we met. They were always available and greeted us with open arms anytime we just stopped by. I would recommend Windsong Estate to any one looking to get married in the Fort Collins area. I can't express how happy I am that I decided to have my ceremony and reception at Windsong Estate! The owners and staff were so great to deal with. They were very flexible with meeting times and throughout the entire planning process. You can tell that they care about what they do and that they want to see your big day go off without a hitch.

Jackie and Connie were very organized and made sure everything was where it was supposed to be and kept things on track throughout the day. We were running a little late with make up and hair but they helped figure out a way to keep things on track without having to skip anything we had on our schedule.

All of our guests thought that the venue was beautiful and that the views were breath-taking, especially those from out of town. The venue is neutral colors inside so it is so easy to decorate however you want without colors clashing, which is hard to find.

I would recommend this venue to any bride looking for a wedding venue or anyone that is looking for a place to have any sort of party or gathering!

My husband and I would recommend Windsong event center to anybody Wanting to have a beautiful stress-free wedding. The venue is designed for your dream wedding. It has large amounts of space two gorgeous bars a beautiful bride suite and a grooms room that everyone had so much fun spending the day getting ready in. And not to mention the beautiful grand staircase that any bride would love to make her entrance on. The minute we saw how beautiful the venue was we were sold But the only reason our wedding was so beautiful and so stress-free was because of the awesome staff. One note I would make, is we payed for a keg and wine. It was clear to the guest the wine was free but not so much the beer we had chosen. Perhaps having a note or having the bartenders point this out to the guests when they were ordering would've helped. People payed for beer not knowing we had ordered a keg which was kind of a bummer. That is the only suggestion I have. Other than that everything was absolutely perfect and that was all thanks to the Windsong wedding planners and staff!

I loved the extra space outside that we used to have games and a smore's firepit for guests that didn't want to dance the night away.
