  A beautiful setting

  Our wedding at windfall farm was absolutely beautiful!! The bucolic scenery with the beautiful farm house and barn was exactly what we wanted for our wedding. I grew up with horses, so having the 2 very friendly and well taken care of horses was so nice and nostalgic at our wedding -plus all of the guest loved them! Beth the owner of the farm was so nice and did a beautiful job landscaping and preparing the farm for our special day! The Seedling and Sage staff did an amazing job setting up and organizing! A special thank you to Darcy who organized everything from the beginning and set us up for an amazing and unforgettable day! Everything was so perfect!

  Windfall Farm - Breath taking Wedding

  Saying this farm is gorgeous is a hug understatement. The owner is lovely to work with. The rolling views paired with the beautifully aged house, barn and trees made for the perfect pictures. Overall 10/10 experience. Wouldn't recommend any other venue located in Chester County over Windfall Farm.

  My Wedding at Windfall Farm was truly the wedding of my dreams!! I aways wanted a wedding that felt personal and connected me with the Chester County countryside in which I grew up. The venue was the perfect size for our 130 guests and the scenery was picture perfect Chester County horse country. We had a June wedding which was a beautiful time of year and the Farm looked spectacular. The classic old stone bank barn had good acoustics and the lighting made it feel warm and intimate. All our guests loved the farm as well, they are still commenting on it 2 years later.

  We had an incredible wedding and it was due largely to this place and the very helpful owner. The property is such a magical spot - horses in the paddocks, rolling hills all around. Beth was an immense help throughout the process of planning - helping me understand all of my options, answering questions, and making sure our vision was coming true as much as possible. All in all we felt so lucky to have such a special day at such a special place.

  Really wonderful people, beautiful space, not ready to accomodate bad weather

  First and foremost, Seedling and Sage is TOP notch. Monica, our wedding coordinator, was an unbelievable asset to my family and my husband. I'd recommend her 1,000 times over. Windfall Farms was a dream venue of mine. Local to where I grew up, true Chester County beautiful, with the flexibility I was looking for. Unfortunately, our wedding day (October 14) forecast was about as bad as it could be - which is no one's fault. For brides considering Windfall, know this venue is not ideal for anything but ideal weather. There's no heat, no air conditioning, no tents - it's literally just a structure. Our reception was *COLD* and we couldn't bring heat in (understandably, it's a wood barn). The house was a beautiful alternative for cocktail hour, but it was extremely tight for 125 people. If I could do it all over again, I would have picked a very different time of year, or chosen a different venue entirely.
