I cannot say enough great things about Wind Mountain Ranch. We were blown away with this venue from the moment we made our first call. Molly was so helpful, easy going and understanding and helped us through the entire process. Everything was simple and explained. There was so much flexibility! Not to mention how absolutely breathtaking this venue is. We loved that there were 3 different ceremony locations on the venue to choose from. The cabins were clean and cozy and it was super convenient being able to come early enough to get ready onsite! Everything about this venue was truly perfect. I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful place to spend our special day. I will cherish Wind Mountain Ranch forever and cannot wait to come back and visit on our anniversaries. -

A Perfect Weekend Wedding
Truly an unforgettable weekend.
My husband and I got married at Wind Mountain Ranch the first weekend of October and it was absolutely perfect. (Thanks to Misty at Luxe Productions for orchestrating!)
Thank you Annie for working with us and helping to make our dreams come true.
We rented out the whole venue (including all the cabins) for a full weekend of events.
On Friday we hosted our guests in the main building for a night of wine tasting from our favorite wineries (Hiyu, Maloof, Statera, and David Hill) and paired it with an Indian Buffet from local restaurant Kirpas Indian Cuisine.
Saturday morning we hosted yoga + soundbath, followed by a beautiful French-inspired picnic on the lawn. Kids and adults alike flew kites and threw frisbees and soaked in the scenery.
We really wanted to take advantage of the whole venue, so we had welcome cocktails by the pond, and followed with the ceremony on the main lawn. We couldn't pick a favorite view, so chose to have all of them and had the ceremony in the round. Afterwards, we had a seated, family-style dinner in the main building followed by dancing and mingling. The only negative was that it ended too soon. ;)
The cabins were wonderful for our family to stay in and for us to get ready in. They are really quite lovely and spacious.
Annie was so helpful with all of our requests and flexible with our schedule. We really could not have been happier. Highly recommend Wind Mountain Ranch!!
We look forward to coming back and stay in a cabin for our anniversary.

From the first time meeting with Molly to even after our wedding, she was the absolute sweetest! She is very helpful and made sure we had everything in order for our big day. The venue itself was absolutely beautiful and it was amazing to have so much space and use of the cabins for our out of town guests. Everyone who came to our wedding commented on how stunning the venue and the views were! We still have so many friends and family members tell us it was the best wedding they’ve been to! I definitely recommend this venue for any wedding! -

Simply Magical
This venue is stunning! We had the best weekend of our lives, staying at the cabins, enjoying the Gorge, and working with Molly. The cabins are so cozy and the perfect get away from the city. We stayed all weekend and had our wedding on Sunday. It was magic. We looked at other venues are they are incompatible with Wind Mountain Ranch!
We will remember this weekend forever. -

This venue was absolutely perfect! It was Gorge-ous, the cabins were cozy, and the setting was amazing. Molly was a joy to work with. Very professional, fun and made getting married during a pandemic seem easy. I would highly recommend Gorge-ous Weddings at Wind Mountain Ranch to anyone looking for the perfect place to spend the happiest day of their lives! -

From the first contact we had with this venue, we could feel the passion and love they have for weddings. Every detail of this venue has been meticulously thought through by Molly and her family. Through the entire planning process, Molly was always quick to respond and able to answer all our questions. We had toured a few venues, but as soon as we set foot on Wind Mountain Ranch, we knew this was where we were going to be married. The property is absolutely stunning and the views.... there are no words to describe the mountains and Gorge, you’ll have to go see for yourself!
Because of Covid-19 we decide to cancel our 150 guest wedding in order to keep everyone safe. I called Molly, distraught and heartbroken that our wedding would be canceled. Molly was so kind and understanding.
We decided to have and elopement with just our parents and siblings and postpone our reception with all our friends and family until June 2021.
We had a month to completely replan our wedding, and Molly went above and beyond to help us and answer all of our questions.
We rented out the cabins the weekend of our elopement for our families. Our families LOVED the cabins, the craftsmanship is amazing and the decor and amenities are so well thought out. They have everything you need, and more!
The day of our elopement was perfect. Molly made sure everything was set up and ready for us. It ended up pouring down rain, classic Oregon weather. The flexibility of an elopement meant we could wait two hours until the rain cleared to have our ceremony. Again, Molly and her family did more than we could have ever asked for to make sure our day was perfect and adapt to the weather.

As a vendor I have the pleasure of visiting lots of venues to host events and weddings. Wind Mountain Ranch is so majestic with so much to offer, the gorge views, pond with rolling hills of grass, and mountains wrapping the property. Molly the owner and property manager will take such special care of you taking down all of the pertinent details to ensure the venue is set as planned for your arrival. Having on site accommodations for the night of your wedding for you and your wedding party is also a fantastic perk! -

There are not enough words to describe how epic this place it. Not only are the grounds BREATHTAKING (our wedding photos are amazing!), but Molly was a dream to work with. Bria Sent on 09/30/2016The property is truly gorgeous! It's a lovely location with lots of options. We loved it and our guests enjoyed the beauty of the locale. Common adjectives used by our friends and family (and even other vendors) were, "gorgeous," "beautiful," "amazing," and "magical." The story of the venue is quite sweet as well (something to appreciate if you're the sentimental type). The owners are professional, clear and direct. They are running a business but if you have an inquiry, need or question, just ask and/or explain. Things are pretty black and white, but there is also consideration and flexibility. Come the weekend of, we enjoyed having personal connections and pleasant interactions with them.
There's definitely items included in the rental that are helpful. There are also rentals available and other conveniences available. Just be prepared to pay! The venue and extras add up quick and it can get expensive. We wished more was included in the overall package price (like decor rentals, more inclusive of lodging, etc.)... but overall, we feel like we got what we paid for and it was completely worth it! -

DO NOT BOOK YOUR WEDDING HERE! The owners are horrible to work with, make everything difficult and treat paying customers like garbage. Our wedding was planned for July 2020 and due to coronavirus we had to cancel, as the size would not be allowed under governmental restrictions. No support was provided for rescheduling whatsoever and the "options" we were given were non-options and a complete ripoff (i.e. expecting us to pay $2K more than the usual Friday rate to get a Friday next summer and not giving us ANY Saturdays to choose from even though we had already paid extra for a Saturday). We ended up walking away because the whole experience was so awful and they kept our ENTIRE deposit in exchange for nothing but an awful memory, a whole lot of stress and the absolute worst customer service imaginable. Trust me, you do NOT want to work with these people. Keep looking -- there are so many other beautiful venues in Washington where you will be treated with respect and empathy. Stay far away from this one.
