Our reception was perfect thanks to the staff at willow fork! We loved working with David and Morgan. They were so helpful and gave us wonderful ideas. We heard back from emails right away. The food was execptional and very reasonable. We had our rehearsal dinner there too. I loved the flexibility of the staff. I got my bridal portraits here and the backdrop was amazing. The staff was happy to help with my decorating ideas. This is a great venue with wonderful views from the veranda and a really charming staircase! The only thing I worried about was the dance floor. I thought it was going to be too small but it was the perfect size. David gave us great recommendations for a Dj and florist. We also had a space outside of the ball room for a babysitter to watch kids. It was great, they were able to go in and watch a movie. This place is a wonderful venue for a classic and timeless wedding. Thank you willow fork for making our wedding a dream.

We had our wedding reception here and we LOVED it! David and Jesse are great to work with! They understood all the silly requested I wanted for the reception and help make sure the reception ran smoothly. It was nice to have a big dressing area for me and my bridesmaids to get ready in before we went to the church. All of our guests loved being able to hang out outside on the veranda (it was a gorgeous day in October) They were very reasonable price wise compared to other vendors in the area. I would recommend them to anyone!

I would recommend Willow Fork to anyone looking for a gorgeous venue with natural light with a friendly staff and with a wedding coordinator that makes a wedding planner obsolete. David, the wedding coordinator, was absolutely fabulous. He met with us on several occasions and was always very responsive to emails. He made the venue look absolutely gorgeous!! He improvised with the extra flowers and with our photos that we wanted out to make the venue look as pretty as possible. I did not have to micromanage in any way. He was a total professional and was dedicated to making our day as wonderful as possible. Unlike some of the other venues we looked at, Willow Fork was incredibly well priced for what was offered. The food was incredible!!! I had no idea a country club could make such good BBQ. David also allowed us the use of a golf cart as an exit. It was so cute. There is a beautiful veranda and stair case that make for great covered/indoor pictures and then the golf course made for gorgeous outdoor photos. I was so impressed with Willow Fork and I feel so blessed that we were able to use it as our venue. I would recommend it to anyone!

I recently got married at Willow Fork and it was the most amazing wedding I could have imagined. Everything was perfect and David made everything flow. He was amazing to communicate with and he worked with whatever vision you had in mind making suggestions along the way. The food they provided was delicious and it turned out to be the best day! I highly recommend this venue - and thank you David and the Willow Fork Staff for EVERYTHING! I am completely grateful for it all. ♥

David was always available if we ever had any questions, he was there throughout the whole process. We were very pleased to know that he would be at the event to make sure everything ran smoothly. The venue is very scenic and the best part was the balcony - we were indoors (no rain, no stuck heels on the grass) but we still had a great view.

David M and his staff did an excellent job from planning to the actual wedding day. They made my day special and my quests very please with there excellent service. The quests are still talking about the how great the food and service was.

I had my wedding reception here and the level of service was fantastic! I worked with David and he was so helpful. He made the process simple and easy for the bride. He also gave us a DJ recommendation who was one of the best wedding DJs I've ever heard. The menu options were excellent and the food quality was top notch. All in all, a perfectly wonderful evening for us to celebrate.

Just wanted to say my wedding at Willow Fork CC was beautiful mainly due to David Maldonado and his staff. They were all very professional and catered to my every need and want. My wedding day surpassed my expectation all thanks to David. Everyone is still talking about how beautiful everything was. Thank you David!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

David @ Willow Fork Country Club was amazing!!! He is amazing at his job. He made me feel totally comfortable with planning my wedding, and giving me ideas with some things when I didn't know what I wanted at the time. He worked with my ideas, and made sure things on my wedding day turned out amazing. His staff kept things flowing at my reception, and made sure of things going on time with my wedding day.

I would recommend Willow Fork Country Club and David to anyone that is looking into getting married. It's beautiful & workable with keeping a wedding on a budget. He made my wedding day come together better than I ever thought it would! :) I am so happy it worked out for my wedding to be at Willow Fork Country Club. :)

Love! Our wedding was wonderful and it could not have gone smoothly without our coordinator David. He is fantastic! The staff is very professional and did a great job putting my entire extra decor together. The club is beautiful and in my bridal pics I had people ask if I had a painting I was posing in front. That alone should speak on how beautiful the grounds are. The food was amazing and people are still telling us how great it was.

David was helpful every step of the way and answered a ridiculous number of questions emailed for the year and a half leading up to the event. I wasn't living in Katy during the planning, but he helped me long-distance and understood what I wanted.

The venue is gorgeous, and the staff was amazing. Everyone was very helpful, even the day after when we had lost a box! The staff helped with all of the setup, and were extremely professional all throughout the event. I loved Willow Fork!

My only concern was that there were a few guests of the country club downstairs and one or two golfers on the green, and I thought that there wouldn't be. They were all very nice and complimentary, so there were no issues.

I must start off by saying that David, the venue's coordinator is the nicest and easiest person to work with. My husband and I went to Willowfork as our very first venue choice and without even looking at other country clubs decided to book with them. David goes of everything they have to offer at the beginning which can be a lot but it's all things you'll have to know by your wedding day. A round of golf was included too so my husband was happy.

The food and drinks are provided by the venue, you aren't allowed to have your own caterer. This worried me at first because you don't normally do a tasting til close to your wedding day but the food was great! We went with the mixed fajitas and beer/wine bar. We also wanted to have a signature drink since we couldn't afford the full bar and so David worked with the bartenders and we came up with our own cocktail to serve. We went with a blood orange margarita and it was awesome! If they don't have what you want, David will order it.

If you have any questions email David and he will respond super quickly! If he doesn't, he must really be busy because every time I emailed him I got a response within a matter of minutes. This is so helpful when wedding planning because you can get the answers you need promptly.

The day of the wedding everything went great and as planned. We weren't able to decorate until the morning of but we were able to hang lights the night before even though an event was taking place. We had more than enough time and help to get everything ready to go.

The staff, venue, and everything that comes with Willowfork is top notch! It might not look like the nicest/newest Country Club but it is the best bang for your buck and you can make it your own! We loved having our wedding at Willowfork!

David was the best, I cant say enough nice things about him. We were able to bring in our own table centerpieces and chair covers and overlays. The tomato basil soup was amazing, our guest loved it. The venue was very reasonably priced, all the linens were returned in good shape and they even had a sign in the lobby with our reception info. The food, wow our guest had many compliments to give about all the food, we had the prime rib, au-gratin potatos, rolls, salad and the CA display. The food tasting was great, the staff served us as if we were country club members. I highly recommend having your wedding reception at Willow Fork, you wont be disappointed.

David was great to work with, the venue is a perfect place for any wedding. The ceremony for sees the beautiful greenery the golf course has to offer. I would not change anything. Everything was great and I got a wonderful deal. David will really work with you.

Willow Fork did a wonderful job. The venue looked great as it was also all decorated for Christmas. The food was fantastic and the coordinator was very helpful. We used this site for our reception, and it was a great location to leave from. (very picturesque)

We held the reception at Willow Fork Country Club. It was absolutely beautiful. I would have rated 5 stars on everything, but one of the ladies quit while we were in the middle of planning and it felt as if we had to start completely over with Tricia. It is a little unnerving with the wedding being so close. The pulled it off though! I was very pleased, and the food was FANTASTIC!
