From booking to floral preservation I cannot sing the praises of Jessie and her team enough!
Every detail was beyond perfect! We had a strict color palette, and very specific vision, Jessie and her team created a wondrous array of flowers in such a creative manner. I knew nothing about flowers but knew the colors and vibe we were going for and she nailed it!
Jessie created exactly what we wanted and was very communicative through the entire process! She was kind and supportive throughout planning. She accommodated a few changes right before the month cut off for changes.
Madi also went above and beyond on our preservation, we preserved my MOH bouquet, my bouquet and invitation and my husband wanted his boutonnière preserved as well. We are thrilled with how they came together!

Stunning florals from Willow Event Designs!
We had the pleasure of working with Jessie and Willow Event Designs for our May wedding in Charleston. I knew we were in great hands when Jessie took the floral inspiration from my wedding Pinterest board and created a beautiful floral proposal, complete with a color scheme and matching candles and votives. It was almost like she was able to jump into my brain and pull out all the best parts! Throughout the entire planning process, Jessie was communicative, easy to work with, and flexible, allowing us to make several changes to our proposal before our wedding day. Our florals were absolutely stunning – I couldn’t believe how big and beautiful my bridal bouquet was! Every piece Jessie crafted for us perfectly tied together, creating cohesive, colorful, unique, and gorgeous visuals. Jessie truly has an eye for this work and you can trust her to execute your vision (or honestly, make your original vision even better!). Amazing team! Beautiful florals!

I am so grateful that the team at Ash Events, LLC. recommended working with Jessie and Willow Event Designs for our wedding design. I was BLOWN AWAY by how perfectly Jessie understood the look I was going for as I literally gave her screenshots from bars and restaurants and refused to create a Pinterest page.
Jessie worked with us to create the perfect look that complimented our venue without overpowering the space. I received numerous compliments on the creative bouquets and centerpieces created and would highly recommend working with this genuinely kind and ridiculously talented team!

An amazing team!
Jessie came highly recommended by a friend who used her wedding and she was an absolute delight to work with! I'm a noob when it comes to flowers and Jessie helped us through the whole process! She listened to what we wanted and gave ideas and suggestions to help bring that vision to reality. The best personalities + attitudes in a vendor team!
I had the pleasure of working with Jessie and her team at a wedding last Spring at Wild Dunes Resort, and they absolutely did NOT disappoint!! They were SUCH team players helping out with many things that were not "their job" even after they had finished their setup. The load in at this venue was not the easiest, and there was very limited time, but they came in with huge smiles on their faces, and plenty of funny anecdotes to keep the day moving along. They were kind, talented, and fun people to work with, and I wish they lived closer to the Charleston area ;) My clients were over the moon when they walked into their reception space and saw their vision come to life! The bride literally cried. They went above and beyond for my clients, throwing in extra greenery, candles, etc. that were not on the original invoice. I would 100% recommend Jessie + her crew over and over again to family, friends, and future clients!!

I cannot say enough about Willow Event Designs! My wedding planner Tara LeClaire in Charleston, SC recommended Jessie Johnson to be our florist for my daughter’s destination wedding. The venue was outside and the overall finished look was amazing. She gave us the most beautiful bouquets and table settings with flowers, candlelight, and greenery on everything from the sweetheart table, ceremony site to the chandeliers which made a perfect balance of texture and color in the scheme. The arbor was full of beautiful flowers creating a gorgeous backdrop on the water. Jessie and her team went above and beyond my expectations and the personal touches were greatly appreciated. She developed our ideas and worked within our our budget. I even forgot a few items and we added with a few surprises for my daughter along the way. The accent flowers on the cake were a gift from Willow. They were more than happy to help create elements for the overall look. We loved all the boutiques, flower colors, ribbons and accents to coordinate and tie everything together. I was able to preserve her bridal bouquet with the expertise of the Willow team. A special keepsake for my daughter that was beautifully arranged and pressed into a frame. We had an amazing experience with Willow and the gorgeous flowers are exceptional. Jessie and her daughter are so very talented! I would say Willow knows how to create the look and feel of almost anything you could dream up. In fact they offered ideas to complete the overall design my daughter wanted. I would highly recommend Willow Event Designs for your next big event. You will be amazed!

I knew I wanted Jessie and her team to do the florals at my wedding since I first saw what she did for a friend's several years ago. The florals themselves were absolutely amazing, and Jessie was so easy to work and communicate with. Even when we had to postpone our wedding due to COVID, Jessie made it incredibly easy to change our date and made sure we still had exactly what we wanted in terms of flowers. We chose Willow as the florist for our Murrells Inlet fall wedding, and we loved Jessie so much we hired her to do a month of planning package for us as well! Planning a wedding from out of state can be stressful, but Jessie made it feel like a breeze! When you speak to Jessie, you feel like you're chatting with a friend you've known for years. I am so appreciative of the way she coordinated all of our vendors and made it seem effortless. What drew us to Willow originally is how the floral designs they create for weddings feel less like "wedding florals" and more like a complete, seamless work of art. It was absolutely amazing to see how Jessie + team transformed our ceremony and reception spaces, and the bouquets for me and my bridesmaids were absolutely stunning. She was also incredibly flexible, as we had several changes (additional bridesmaid, the loss of the mother of the groom, etc.) after our initial proposal and she worked with us to fulfill all of our hopes and requests. Jessie and the Willow event design team were amazing to work with. Jessie was very responsive in the many weeks up until the wedding. As she shared her work, I kept adding things including a flower wall which was a huge hit!
Alyssa was at our venue for most of the day of our wedding. She sent up our flower wall and set up our ceremony flowers and repurposed them for the reception while the guest were at cocktail hour. She made sure my bouquet stayed perfect and switching any flowers out that needed to be. Our flowers were stunning and received a lot of compliments.

Willow Events will go above & beyond without even asking! Everything we envisioned for our wedding was executed in ways we could only dream of. From our chapel to our wedding backdrop, Willow Events had it covered. Our wedding ended up being pretty cold & they had a team member bring blankets for our guests without hesitation. We wanted simple greenery throughout with some accents of flowers. The floral arrangements were absolutely beautiful & everything flowed throughout the event. Willow created the flower arrangements of my wedding dreams! I wanted the flowers to be the statement piece at our outdoor mountain wedding, and Jessie and her team surpassed my very high expectations. Destination wedding in Pawleys Island
Jessie and her team at Willow Event Designs are simply the best at what they do. I hired Jessie to coordinate every detail of our destination wedding in SC. From the flowers, rentals, cake, caterer, hair dresser, music, decor, photographer, she and her team did it all. Our wedding was beautiful and my husband and I were able to enjoy every minute without worrying about the details. Jessie is fabulous at coordinating and she and her team are very detail oriented which was what I was looking for. I wouldn’t change one thing. I highly recommend Willow for any bride who is looking for a professional, reliable and creative wedding coordinator. The most beautiful flowers
Jessie is a mastermind when it comes to putting floral arrangements together. The floral arrangements for mine and my husband’s wedding were absolutely beautiful. I do not know the first thing when it comes to flowers and putting certain flowers together. Jessie worked closely with our wedding planner and came up with a gorgeous floral arrangement with bright colors of pinks, yellows, and oranges which is exactly what I wanted for our summer wedding. She went out of her way to make sure that we stayed in budget and repurposed our flowers from the ceremony to the reception. Jessie is so sweet and is very passionate about her job. We do not have enough great things to say about Jessie and her team at Willow event. When our wedding plans fell thru at the last minute, Jessie came in and saved the day. We put all of our faith in her hands and our guests are still talking about how beautiful our day was down to every flower arrangement. She made sure everything was so personable and really stuck up for us even when some of our other vendors did not hold up their end of the contract. Jessie and her team were absolutely amazing! When it came to planning, Jessie kept us on track for when we needed to have certain tasks completed. She also provided so many great recommendations for hiring vendors.
We also used Jessie for our flowers and they were stunning! She knew our wedding colors and style of our wedding and created something amazing I could have never come up with myself.

Jessie at Willow Event Designs did an INCREDIBLE job. She was so responsive throughout the entire planning process and completely captured my vision perfectly for our wedding. I couldn’t have been happier with my florals and greenery. Don’t even think twice about booking her, she was by far the easiest vendor to work with and the most personable and friendly! She is so detail oriented and she is very reasonably priced as well for the quality you’re receiving. I would book Willow Event Designs again and again and again!! :)

From the moment I talked to Jessie about being our wedding planner, I felt like I was talking to my friend.
I will start by saying that my husband and I were planning our Charleston wedding from Chicago, and I was so worried that I would be at a disadvantage not living in the same state to be able to plan. I put a lot of effort into finding a planner who would take that worry away. I spent a month calling different planners around the area. The last call I made was to Jessie, and I knew my search was over after a minute of talking. We truly clicked immediately, and by the end of the call, Jessie was literally finishing my sentences. I was open and honest about our budget and what we envisioned our day looking like, sending hundreds of pictures from Pinterest, of course. I can say that our wedding turned out better than all of the photos that I once considered "the dream wedding" on all levels.
What I loved most about our experience with Jessie, aside from her as a person, was her honestly, ability to put my mind at ease, and the friendship we formed. She truly is the whole package. Every. Single. Detail. was perfectly taken care of. I truly did not have to think on our wedding day. I could relax and take in every special moment, which is all any bride could ever want on their special day.
I will also mention that we planned our wedding during Covid. I cannot tell you how many frantic calls I made to Jessie, at all hours of the day, questioning whether or not moving forward with the wedding during this time was the right thing to do. At the end of each call, she had comforted me and calmed me down, which was not always the easiest task. Jessie was a friend to me through all of the stressors that wedding planning can bring, and for that I am eternally grateful.
Our wedding was the best and most perfect day of our lives. We truly owe that to Jessie and her sweet team. To say I recommend Willow Event Designs would be an understatement.

Nothing short of amazing!
We decided to plan a small last minute wedding and I hired this amazing company. Jessie made planning so easy and zero stress. I LOVED everything about it. The flowers were beautiful and the attention to detail was unbelievable. Everyone she put me in contact with did such a great time too. I would not have changed one thing. Highly recommend Willow Designs!
As my daughters original wedding was to take place in Greenville SC but with COVID preventing the larger gathering a smaller ceremony was planned in our hometown. So with less than a month we contacted Jessie and she came through with a beautiful design that complimented Emma’s vision for a more understated low key bohemian feel that will not overshadow her larger ceremony that will still take place next year.

We worked with Jessie for a year planning the special day - and even with all of the changes due to COVID 19, we were still able to have a wonderful (smaller) wedding that was beautiful. 5 stars is not nearly enough for Jessie at Willow Event Designs!! From the moment my daughter and I met her we knew we had found the perfect match for planning our wedding. She studied every detail of my daughters inspirational pictures that were sent to her in advance of our meeting. By our first visit with her, it was crystal clear she knew exactly what my daughters dream wedding would look like. She was on the same page as we were about everything! She communicated with us beautifully and responded to us in a timely fashion every time we needed her. We actually laughed a week before the wedding when I called to tell her I had no idea what to expect the reception or flowers to look like because I just trusted her so much. She came through with flying colors and impressed me in every way! She was in complete control of all of our vendors making sure everything was executed flawlessly. The was nothing she could have done more or better than what she did that day. My daughter and I both feel like we have found a friend for life in Jessie. What a joy!!

Willow Event Designs is the wedding planner YOU WANT AND NEED for your big day. When we were planning our destination wedding at Atalaya Castle, we didn't know where to begin. We started by doing some research of some well known wedding planners in the area, we contacted a few and Jessie with Willow Event Designs was the most honest, genuine, and most willing to work with us being so far away from the Venue itself. She scheduled a sit down meeting with us to go over what we had in mind for our big day. After meeting with Jessie we knew that we had to have Willow Event Designs for our Wedding. After over a year of planning, they were with us every step of the way. They took care of booking the venue, recommending amazing vendors (Flowers, Photographers, DJ's, Catering, Bartenders, Lighting, Officiants, and even the Bakers for the cake!)
There wasn't a single moment were we felt like we were overwhelmed with questions. When ever we had a single question about something small or big, they answered back almost immediately with more than one solution.
During the actual day of the ceremony, there whole staff was amazing "Especially Savannah and Jessie". Willow Event Designs made up an itinerary for the whole wedding party and the family, so no one was confused on how they day was planned out. They took care of everything that day, they oversaw that all the vendors were there on time and made sure everything ran perfect and smoothly throughout the night!
I couldn't have had a better experience with Willow Events Designs. If you are looking for the perfect Wedding Planner for your big day, make sure you contact Jessie at Willow Event Designs!!!!!!!!

Even with my planning background and skills, I knew from the beginning I would need some assistance with my daughter’s wedding that would allow my family to enjoy the weeks leading up to and to be completely in the moment wedding day. Can’t stress enough to all future brides and moms how important it is to enjoy those last few weeks without the stress wedding planning can bring. Willow Events did just that for our family!
Jessie and her team took our vision and added their creative flare throughout the entire venue, from rehearsal to exit. Their beautiful florals and greenery creations were the right balance with the already incredible landscaping of Caledonia Golf and Fish Club. Our guests are still commenting how beautiful the florals were!

My experience was AMAZING!
Jessie and her team not only planned my wedding to be seamless but they were also my florist and rocked everything! They made my dreams come true to have a live flower, wall tapestry design and not to mention my wedding flowers and bouquets were to DIE for. Seriously, everyone was talking about how gorgeous they were.
Jessie was always there when I needed her to make a decision and was prompt and professional. I would highly recommend her to everyone!

INCREDIBLE - Worth every penny!
Jessie is a boss. We used Willow Event Designs for the month of our wedding, as well as for our florals, and what a difference it made! We met with her 2 times before the wedding to hammer out details and then she did her thing. She completely took over in the best way possible, removing any last minute stress or worry from me. She was professional and on the ball at all times. She answered any questions I had at any time of the day. The day of our wedding went literally perfectly. I can't say there is one thing that went wrong because of Jessie's incredible attention to detail and organization. From the decor, to the timeline - Jessie made sure everything was exactly the way we wanted it. She was in constant communication with our vendors and MOH/BM to make sure everyone was on the same page. My advice to anyone is to save the extra money and hire this coordinator. It was SO worth it!! Thank you Jessie and your team for the most amazing wedding and flowers!

The perfect flowers

December Wedding
Willow Event Designs truly captured our dream and made it into a beautiful reality! We couldn’t have asked for a more stunning flower display and the details were perfect. Making Dreams More Than a Reality
I seriously cannot rate Willow Event Designs high enough! From the day we first met with them to several days after our wedding, Jessie, Savannah, and their team were perfect. There was about 20 times during the wedding that I had to come up to them and tell them "you guys absolutely crushed it!". We hired them for the "Day Of" package but they helped us save money on our vendors, gave us efficient and creative tips, and not only made our vision come to life but made it 100 times better. People told us our wedding would be stressful and fast paced, but Willow Event Designs made it easy, enjoyable, and helped us to soak up every second of our big day. Jessie & her team at WED were unbelievably incredible! From the very first day we met, she was responsive and helpful every single step of the way. Not only did she help me deal with stress & provide creative that ended up resulting in the most beautiful wedding I have ever seen, the wedding day florals were so beautiful I cried happy tears! I could not have been more pleased with Jessie Johnson and her entire crew. They were so professional but also very personable which is sometimes a hard combination to find. There attention to detail and ability to capture exactly what I wanted the décor/floral arrangement to look like was nothing short of amazing. I literally gave Jessie one picture of how I wanted the centerpieces to look and she was able to replicate it without any issues. Jessie is very prompt to respond back to email. Overall, Willow Event Designs has been an absolute pleasure to work with and I would recommend them to anyone!

Amazing! Best money a bride could spend.
Jessie and her team at Willow Event Design are amazing. She was my florist and planner. The flowers were so incredibly beautiful and she made sure the day went perfect! I had been sick for a while and had pushed my wedding back for two years due to health issues. Jessie helped with contacting venders and updated contracts. She made it all go so smoothly. It was the best evening of our lives! Just perfect!

Jessie was so much fun to work with. I felt like I was working with someone I've known for years. I had a very specific idea of what I wanted and Jessie not only executed it but was EXCITED about executing my vision. It's so important to have people that can see what you see and stand behind it 100%. My wedding look wasn't about "a lot of flowers" (given that we were already outside), it was more about color, texture, and organic shapes to create a certain aesthetic. Jessie and her team pulled it off completely. She texted, emailed and called me along the way to make sure we were on the same page. She guided me in the right direction with her expert knowledge whenever I was hesitant. Upon delivery of the flowers I realized there was a miscommunication on my part involving florals for the ceremony. However, Jessie improvised right on the spot and worked up something that turned out just as beautifully as if it had been planned all along. I am so very thankful to her and her team! Couldn't have asked for anything better!

Willow Event Designs was INCREDIBLE! We planned our wedding in four months in a city we don't live in, and I don't know HOW we would have done it without Jessie Johnson. From her extensive network of other vendors in the area (caterer, cake, photographer, printer, transportation), to her beautiful floral designs, to her calm and cool demeanor throughout, she was a key part of the team.
We will always stay in touch with Jessie - she is really a special and kind person who knows what's she's doing. I would recommend her to any bride in the Grand Strand/Lowcountry area!

Jessie Johnson was an exception wedding planning. The vendor, flowers, cake decorations, and desserts were beauftiful and very unusual and she made it so easy to plan when my daughter lives in MB and I live in Greenville, SC and the wedding was at Caledonia at Pawleys Island, SC and she was such a help to Kayci. She was able to get all vendors for us and help with prices.Whatever price you give her and she can work with it. People are still talking about how wonderful and beautiful it was. My daughter said it was her perfect wedding. Jessie also never let us know if anything went wrong. She handled everything and we were able to enjoy with no questions asked of us.

I had a great experience using Jessie with Willow Event Designs. I chose the coordination package so Jessie was involved in the last few weeks of wedding planning and coordinating. She dealt with all of the last minute details and made sure all of the vendors and wedding party knew where to be and when. Other planners/coordinators that I talked to wanted to limit the time that I could talk to them. Thankfully, Willow does not do this. Jessie was always available to answer calls and emails. I truly had a flawless day and don't have a single complaint, and I think that goes to show the level of organization that Jessie and her team had. They definitely made my day stress-free!

Honestly, it took a while to find the right florist as we live in Miami and getting married in Charleston. Enter Jessie and her wonderful group of ladies at WED. From all the vision boards, inspirational photos, and me desperately trying to explain what I want, these women came through with the execution. What I loved the most was the honesty. Jessie did not hesitate on telling me what would work best or better and I appreciate that in a vendor. I think what really drew me in with WED was that they were able to merge professionalism with a personal rapport. Also should note that we initially did not hire a coordinator, but with the trust we had in Jessie it was a no brainer to have her help on the big day. I was planning my wedding from out of town and they were always available by phone or email. They assisted me with planning and flowers- I truly don't know what I would have done without them! The flowers were absolutely beautiful, from my bouquet, to the bridesmaids flowers, and the reception, I couldn't have asked for more- my wedding guests continue to talk about them!
