Willow Creek Farm was the most perfect venue for us. My family and I used to drive by the venue several times a year going up to the mountains; every single time, I would say "that is my future wedding venue." My now husband was deployed when I went looking for a venue so as soon as I sent him pictures of Willow Creek, he knew it was the place. It has rustic charm, mountain beauty and elegant cleanliness all in one. It is also very reasonable so you won't break the bank. You can't forget the cute sheep! They brought the sheep out in the pasture on my wedding day just because I mentioned how I was missing them! They have all of the ceremony options so rain was never a concern: indoor, outdoor covered or outdoor by the creek. Willow Creek Farm was so accommodating for the whole day, and they work with some of the best vendors! If you are looking for a sweet mountain wedding venue, look no further and choose Willow Creek Farm. You will want to relive your wedding day over and over again. -

Willow Creek Farm is the #1 venue to use! It’s in the most perfect spot with beautiful mountain views all around plus it has a creek right behind the ceremony spot that is perfect for all weddings. What made it even better, it was the perfect fall day with all the gorgeous fall colors surrounding us.
The wedding coordinators are just as amazing as well! Communicates very well and knows how to put together an amazing day. -

Beyond Incredible
There are simply not enough words that could adequately describe how grateful we are that we had our wedding at Willow Creek Farm with the staff from Soirrees Southern Events. The venue was perfect and had everything a couple could hope for on a day you desire to be so memorable. It has so much space for people and kids to play outside as well as an indoor reception area that is breathtaking. It was a dream to get married beside two rivers that join together underneath some beautiful trees with the mountains within view. And I felt so safe as a bride knowing that in the case that it rained, the staff had a back up plan that would be enjoyable too. The best part about Willow Creek and Soirrees Southern Events is not the venue though. The most beautiful thing about Willow Creek Farm is their staff. Kirstin was the best wedding coordinator that any couple could ask for. She was kind, patient, professional, orderly, and so encouraging. I can't imagine my wedding day without her smile, sincere care, and the confidence that she was there to make what could be chaotic, peaceful and seamless. She handled our massive wedding and my huge bridal party with ease. Sherry also was one of the most loving event managers and florists I have ever met. She made us feel like family and was incredibly generous to us with her time and gifts, even when she was going through a difficult season herself. These women were just beautiful, inside and out and their staff team made our day so incredibly peaceful. I would highly recommend any couple to get married at Willow Creek Farm and work with Soirees Southern Events for their special day. To be honest, they made it so special that I wish I could do it all over again and experience many more times. I could not speak more highly of their kindness, professionalism and excellence in everything that they do. We might be biased but Marcus and I both feel like we got married at the BEST wedding venue in Georgia and would do it all over again in a heartbeat. -

Amazing experience - perfect!
Our wedding at Willow Creek Farm was something out of a dream. We could not be more thrilled with our experience at this venue. We wanted a venue with outdoor space, beautiful views, affordability, beautiful interior, and Willow Creek has it. We ended up purchasing the all-inclusive package for our wedding, which made it so much easier. Kirstin was our venue wedding coordinator for the all-inclusive package, and she is amazing. I cannot express how grateful we were for her and how amazing of a coordinator she is. She is an absolute expert at her job, has a wealth of knowledge, and helped us so much. My husband and I work intense, full-time jobs that allow for very little flexible time, and Kirstin was incredibly accommodating, answering emails, photo calls, and taking meetings on Sunday to help us out. She is an angel of a human being and we felt so confident and secure walking into our wedding day because of her. I am a stress case of a bride, and she was completely on top of everything we needed, accommodating every small change, communicating with vendors, updating our schedule and timeline. She took care of everything. The day of our wedding was the most beautiful and calm day. I didn’t have to do anything; Kirstin and the team took care of the setup, and everything was completely seamless. The day was on schedule all day, people had the best time, and my husband and I were so happy with everything. It was truly the most magical day and this venue & Kirstin & the team here are the best. We are so grateful and happy with our experience with Willow Creek Farm. -

Willow Creek Farm stole our hearts a year ago when we first toured the venue. The two different creeks meeting at the Arbor sold us. Plus there was baby sheep! It was a perfect venue for our wedding. We choose this venue because it gave us options with the Arbor, pavilion, and barn. An April wedding can have unpredictable weather but luckily our day was perfect. We loved every moment being at Willow Creek Farm! Thank you so much for everything! -

Amazing wedding experience!
There are not enough wonderful things to say about this LGBT-friendly venue. Its location and charm make it the perfect place for a beautiful wedding. The outdoor ceremony area is stunning, and our guests could not stop talking about how magical it was. If you have your wedding here, you will not regret it! -

Our Dream Venue
My wife and I (still has such a nice ring to it…pun intended) only visited one venue. We knew we wanted a mountain themed wedding and we ended up getting so much more than that. The venue itself perfectly lined up with what we were envisioning with the barn look and the pasture with the sheep. Then, seeing the actually ceremony site sealed the deal for us. The two streams merging together into one was the perfect background for the rustic, branched arch under which we said our vows. The venue was all that we hoped for and the staff we worked with became like family to us. I highly recommend Willow Creek Farm to anyone who likes a barn/farm style wedding with Mountain views. -

Willow Creek, first of all, came with so many inclusions for the price. The cake, the flowers, the dj, etc. Sooo many difficult things to coordinate for the big day, they included and Kirsten orchestrated. The wedding day is very stressful to begin with, so to have so much of these things handled on their end was such an incredible relief. Our coordinator Kirsten was so kind and helpful, she took so much off our plates. The day of we genuinely got to sit back and enjoy the ride because they took care of nearly everything. I could not recommend this venue or their staff more! -

Willow Creek
Willow Creek was the 1st venue we visited and we never looked back. We knew that this was the perfect place for us. From the symbolism of the joining streams behind the arbor to the absolutely awesome reception barn everything was perfect. When it comes to wedding planners Andera and Soirees Southern Events were on point from start to finish. I cant imagine not having had them involved in helping us throught every step of the process. All of our guests were mentioning how smoothly everything flowed. We are an older couple and have attended our share of weddings. If you want the wedding of the season you needn't look any further -

We got married at Willow Creek in December and could not have imagined a better location for our wedding! Andrea, Allison and the entire team were so helpful in coordinating every detail of the day, from the first tour to the final meeting. We knew we were in good hands and had the chance to make our day be exactly what we wanted. The ceremony space sits in the forest and overlooks a river - it was the most magical and beautiful spot to get married! The bridal suite provided plenty of room for my bridesmaids and I to get ready, dance around, and make sweet memories as the day began. The staff at Willow Creek was kind, capable, and accommodating - we trusted them to make each detail of the schedule happen and they did not disappoint. I would highly recommend Willow Creek Farm and Soirees Southern Events! -

We could not have a picked a more perfect venue for our destination wedding. With everything included within the venue, our extremely helpful and responsive wedding planners, and the beautiful GA views, our day was absolutely perfect. Kirsten made sure we had everything we could possibly need and created such a stress free wedding day for us. I can't recommend this venue enough as they made sure everything ran smoothly and we were provided with all the information and things we needed to make the day perfect! They have such a kind and communicative staff who were so friendly. With it being a destination wedding, we were thankful to have wedding planners we could 100% trust. If your looking for a beautiful venue with an amazing staff, I would highly recommend Willow Creek Farm! -

If you're getting married and want a cozy outdoor wedding, pick Willow Creek Farm and Soiree Southern Events! They helped make our day an absolute dream come true and helped incorporate parts of our lives into the ceremony and reception (even our hilarious reception entrance stunt video)! We did the wedding package through them and it made the day so easy and enjoyable. We had the absolute best experience with Willow Creek Farm and Soirées Southern Events. We chose to do an all inclusive package and it was so worth it, so many of our guests raved about the florals, food, and overall experience. I was starting from scratch with them and all my ideas for what I wanted my wedding to look like and how I wanted everything to go, and they all were SO helpful answering all my questions and making my vision come to life. I cannot express enough how amazing everything was, if i were to do it I would do it all over again I would still chose them!!! I highly recommend them! -

Love this venue!
The venue was beautiful, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Kirstin was our day of coordinator and made everything so much less stressful. She made planning a wedding seem doable and helped so much with the process. We really appreciate everything this staff did for us to make our day amazing. The venue itself was fantastic, and the ceremony site at the creek was all it took for us to know this is where we wanted to promise forever. -

Couldn’t have asked for a better venue and team! Susan was amazing! Having her as my coordinator was a blessing. I was stress free through planning AND day of. If something had gone wrong I sure didn’t know about it. And Sherri with Soirres Southern Events blew my mind with the florals. Absolutely breathtaking, I will never get over them! The venue was so beautiful. We also had our rehearsal here and had the best time. I couldn’t imagine not having my wedding at Willow Creek! -

I never dreamed of my future wedding growing up. When it came time to start planning I knew I wanted to be outside during the summer surrounded by family and friends. When I walked onto the farm I knew this was where I wanted to get married. My fiance at the time selected a summer wedding. The world had other plans and the venue worked with us as we readjusted to our new wedding date. They handled everything from contact the vendors to inform them of the new date. They met with me as I had moved all the way to Texas through Zoom, so I still had the ability to see who I was working with. The day of the wedding couldn't of gone better. If anything went wrong, I had no idea. I was just happy throughout the whole day. They even helped me stress out one of the groomsmen. Loved this venue! -

Fall wedding in North Georgia
Willow Creek Farm was simply stunning! We wanted a small intimate setting for a fall farm wedding and we were blown away the first time we looked at this location. We didn’t look anywhere else after! We actually looked at and booked this venue before they had even had any events they were brand new, and we are so happy we chose them. The property is impeccably maintained, the bridal suite is PERFECT, the grooms cabin is tucked away and the friendly sheep are an added bonus. Price was definitely reasonable, in my opinion it’s a great bang for your buck. -

Willow creek farm has stunning views from Mountain backgrounds, a creek that runs through the property, animals that roam the field, and the barn is beautiful inside and out. Willow Creek was perfect for my BIG day. We had the ceremony down by the creek with the gorgeous arbor in the background. I was grateful for the weather to hold out for that plan but the best part about this venue is I didn't have to stress even if I wasn't so lucky. They have multiple back up plans that are just as beautiful options with an indoor barn and a covered pavilion. The coordinators did everything for me on the day of and I was able to sit back and relax in order to enjoy my day. They offer a package that is all-inclusive and it made wedding planning so very easy. Set up and broke down so my family didn't lift a finger and enjoyed the day as well. I would give them a 10/10. -

My husband and I had toured a handful of venues prior to touring Willow Creek Farm and I was at the end of my rope, wanting to take a break from tours for a while. WCF was our final tour and I knew the moment I stepped onto the property that this was where our special day would be held! We met Andrea and her positive attitude and warm personality made us feel like we had known her forever. We asked for the contract after leaving the venue, and began our planning. Andrea helped us every step of the way, was patient and extremely helpful, especially considering my husband travels so much that finding time to meet up for tastings/floral/etc. was tedious. All of the stress I had thought up in my head about wedding planning vanished, and we were so lucky to have our wedding at this venue. The day of was perfect, everything was absolutely beautiful and easy-going. Our pasta-bar catering from Luna’s was delicious, the floral arrangements and decor exceeded my expectations, the dj kept the party going and had us dancing all night, our photographers captured all our dearest moments and the entire event staff worked with great professionalism and friendliness. We loved every second of our wedding at Willow Creek Farm. -

Gorgeous venue
This venue is so beautiful! The coordinators are very professional and thorough. We didn’t have to worry about anything on wedding day. That was my favorite part. They have a covered area to move the ceremony to in case of rain. They have plenty of decorations you can use for free that they will set up for you. This venue made my wedding planning stress free! Great price for all you get. -

Love....Love....Love.....This beautiful farm!! Everything went as planned. Great decision choosing this venue and their wonderful coordinators. The charm and accessibility is unmatched!! The ceremony site is situated where two bubbling creeks meet. The symbolism of this is absolutely perfect. The sight and sound of the water is complimented by the amazing pasture and mountain VIEWS!! Amazing place!

I can still hear the peaceful creeks flowing by as we said our vows and picture the beauty of all our friends and family gathered in the mountains for our wedding. Willow Creek truly offers a one of a kind wedding venue space. It is rustic, laid back and peaceful while also being elegant, well-organized and complete with all the amenities (without being too over the top). Their venue offers an incredible bridal suite and the perfect combination of outdoor and indoor space. The owners and the team of planners they work with feel more like family friends now after spending a year planning our wedding with them. Another plus is the huge collection of wedding decor that they have on hand!
Definitely go with the Willow Creek- Soirees event planning combo- our wedding day was perfect and we wouldn’t change a thing! I wish I could revisit the creek everyday and relive our wedding day.

Christina Sent on 07/02/2018We got engaged on 11/4/17 and booked this venue before Thanksgiving to be married 4/7/18. Less than 5 months later we had a PERFECT wedding! Willow Creek Farm is absolutely beautiful and their venue & staff made our wedding day a dream come true! The owners of the venue are so friendly and seem as though they truly love hosting events! Allison Dolph, from their partnering planning company - Soirées Southern Events, is an absolute ANGEL! She did everything for us! We went with their all-inclusive package, which is a BARGAIN price for a wedding AND a lifesaver for a bride! Allison was easy to contact, very responsive, always on her “A” game, very good at communicating, helpful with suggestions and making decisions, super organized, calm under pressure, and overall a real delight to work with! That girl is a magician! Anytime I had a question/concern, Allison was there to help! We handed her all of our “homemade” decorations, final payments/tips to vendors/staff/entertainment, champagne glasses, cake topper, etc. to Allison at the rehearsal the night before and she didn’t miss a beat as far as setting things up, delivering payments/tips, and making sure all of our belongings left with us. I don’t know how we could have done it without her!
With our all inclusive package, they coordinated/handled the following: all of our decorations/flowers/centerpieces, linens & chairs, dinner (Luna’s option), wedding cake (Sugartopia option), bartenders, setup & breakdown. We had the ceremony at the creek, cocktail hour under the pavilion, and our rehearsal in the enclosed barn-like structure.
We had our rehearsal under the pavilion the night before the wedding (chairs/tables/linens included) and Allison handled the centerpieces for us (it was an additional charge to do this, but HUGE bargain and we’re so happy we decided to do it that way).
They were able to tailor everything to our needs and the whole experience was spectacular! -

Allison handled all my outrageous questions like a pro. Even went above and beyond to help me with local vendors (everything from cabin/hotel rentals, food, drivers, etc)... I love that willow creek is so open and has virtually no restrictions when it come to decorations or transforming the place. It has a very easy flow and one of the most spectacular bridal rooms I have seen among the 166483939 places I've toured! -

Susan, Sherrie, Allison and team were all so well organized and professional that they were a joy to work with. Their knowledge of the area and relationships with nearby wineries and restaurants turned out to be such an advantage. We were able to take pictures at the venue and up the road at Cottage Winery. Ours was their first indoor ceremony and they pulled it off beautifully. The room was turned from ceremony to reception in an hour. Soirees Southern Events works with Willow Creek farm. We had a packaged that included their coordinating services, flowers, caterer, bartenders and DJ. They were great about working with the other vendors we selected. The bride's cottage has plenty of space for everyone to get ready and the groom's cottage was a nice retreat as well. I had guests from CA, FL, TX, NYC and the UK and I got compliments from all of them on how charming and perfect the venue and the service were. Highly recommend!!

Willow Creek Farm was an absolutely gorgeous venue. Our guests could not stop talking about it. They have a built in back up plan for rain (which we luckily didn't have to use). It was great having complimentary wedding coordination with the venue, along with a warehouse of decorations. It made for a stress free day! The only thing I didn't love was the time limitations on Friday and Saturday. We paid a little extra for more time. Other than that it was perfect and I couldn't have asked for anything better. -

Beautiful!
I had my wedding at Willow Creek Farm about a month ago. There was a little bit of craziness early on, which led to getting a new wedding planner about halfway into planning, but Becca made all my husband and I’s wedding visions come true! She was so, so helpful every step of the way. Can’t beat the price and everything that’s included! We went with the all inclusive package, which include food, music, flowers, and cake! All of our guests raved about the day :) -
