Floral Dreams

Mary Pearl & Cathy were so responsive and respectful to our floral vision at our wedding. Being engaged for 20 months has it’s perks, but it also means that our taste was susceptible to change over time. Mary Pearl and Cathy were so understanding when we changed our mind about something and presented a different vision. They were able to take a couple with no knowledge about flowers and turn their wedding into a floral wonderland. We were given the chuppah of our dreams and they even incorporated parts of our family history into our chuppah with such ease and in an elegant manner. They were extraordinarily kind, and always available to chat and answer our questions!

What dreams are made of

The one thing my husband and I knew going into wedding planning was that we wanted exceptional and abundant flowers. Mary Pearl and Willow Branch completely blew us away every step of the way. Working with her was such an immersive process, from the original inspiration board, to the in-person mockup where we could see our blooms in person in our ballroom, to almost ruining my makeup when I walked outside and saw the florals for the first time on the wedding day. Mary Pearl is an artist driven by passion and vision that blends what her couple wants with her extensive experience and critical eye. She brought our wonderland to life and my biggest regret from my wedding day is that I didn’t somehow schedule 6 hours to sit and just take in the ballroom and how magical she made it. It’s rare to get everything you want in life, but Mary Pearl managed to not only give us what we wanted, but what we dreamed of. We couldn’t have felt luckier to work with her on our special day.

MP Is the BEST in the Florals Game

I found Mary Pearl upon seeing a bouquet on instagram I absolutely loved in a mutual friend's post. I actually was planning a wedding in an entirely opposite season but I thought her work was beyond gorgeous and requested her when reaching out to florists. Over the months working with her, Mary Pearl has been consistently professional, hardworking, intuitive and a champion of mine and my husband's interests/vision for the wedding day. Throughout the planning process, my own vision for the florals changed many times, and each time Mary Pearl met that with excitement and a can do attitude. She encouraged me to continue doing what felt right for me and it ended up being something so beautiful, a combination of being true to myself and Mary Pearl's wizardry in all things floral and design. She has a real gift for her craft and I would absolutely jump at the opportunity to hire her again. My MIL also used her for our rehearsal dinner arrangements and it was all so stunning. Mary Pearl doesn't miss. On top of it, she's an incredible human and empowers you in a sometimes very stressful time of life (i.e. wedding planning). I genuinely could not recommend her enough for everything that your florals and beyond entail.

As a wedding planner, working with Mary Pearl from Willow Branch is a gift. I've been working with Mary Pearl since 2018 (!) and each event is better than the last. She's a floral chameleon who can bring any style or vision to life, but also a creative artist with a vision who can craft exactly what you're looking for.

Mary Pearl listens intently during the planning process, provides high-quality blooms, and has a top-notch team during the wedding weekend. Mary Pearl and her team will think holistically abut your event, and if they're setting up on-site and have an idea that may make the design even better, they'll ask me and we'll decide together. I adore the attention to detail.

Besides being a beautiful floral design team, I really love Mary Pearl's presence on a wedding day. Her calm yet energized presence always brings beautiful vibes as we're bringing the celebration to life. She truly goes above and beyond - I could go on and on about stories that would surprise you over and over again. Absolute dream.

My dream wedding florals were brought to life by Willow Branch Flowers! I had a vision, but Mary Pearl understood it better than I even understood it myself. Throughout the entire process, she was an absolute pleasure to work with. Our wedding florals left me speechless— they were beyond!

When Mary Pearl walked in with my bouquet, my mouth dropped. It was so me. I was in awe of her ability to not only see my vision but also understand my personality and translate that into something so personal and stunning.

Gorgeous florals and wonderful to work with!

Mary Pearl was wonderful to work with. We were so incredibly happy with how our florals turned out. She did a great job throughout the process of helping guide me on proper floral terminology/what would look good, while still helping let my vision shine. We had floral "orbs" in the middle of our dance floor that (in my opinion) absolutely elevated the reception to the next level. All I had sent her to go off of was an Instagram screenshot and a vague description of flowers-- she brought it to life exactly as I had imagined!

Florals BEYOND Our Dreams!

I don’t know where to start with the beauty of Willow Branch’s florals. Mary Pearl was the kindest vendor to work with during our design meeting, and was so helpful in considering the flow of arrangements, vessels, candles, and other seamless details. I knew from her work that we would love our florals day of but — WOW. My husband and I were blown away by the beauty of our arrangements. Mary Pearl brought our ceremony space to life, filled signage to tie details together, created the bar installment of my dreams, prepared perfect bouqs and bouts for us and our bridal party, and tied our garden party tablescapes and tent together perfectly and beautifully.

We will never forget these florals thanks to Mary Pearl, and would recommend her and Willow Branch to other brides and couples in a heartbeat. I wish we had another wedding to get to bring another floral vision to life, because her work was just so stunning and impressive!

Perfect in every way

I have always been a lover of flowers, and I knew that our wedding florist would be one of our most important vendors. I was very picky about who I would work with, because I knew that I would want to be able to trust the vendor wholeheartedly with the design. Willow Branch absolutely delivered!! From the first proposal Mary Pearl sent, I was hooked — she immediately understood the vibe I was going for, and I was set at ease knowing that she had a solid understanding of what would be in season, what works, and what doesn’t.

My wedding day fluctuated between perfect blue skies and thunderstorms, and (though I never would’ve known it!), the team stayed onsite much longer than expected to adapt the floral design to the ever-changing game plan for the day. I never had to think about the arrangements once, but they were there, as gorgeous as ever, every step of the way.

I couldn’t recommend Willow Branch more highly — worth every penny!!

Blown Away by Willow Branch!

Mary Pearl and Willow Branch are truly wonderful! I love how they are sustainable and work with local farms. We had a phone call early on and then a video call closer to my wedding to discuss my vision. I definitely shared several Pinterest ideas, but the outcome for my wedding was 10 times better than what I had in mind! I did go with a classic white floral theme, but I know Willow Branch also works magic with different color schemes! From my large bouquet request, to smaller details, Mary Pearl and her team did a fantastic job. I know there were strong winds at my outdoor venue that day, and the team made sure the heavier floral pieces on pedestals stayed in place perfectly! I can’t recommend Willow Branch enough and I am so happy we chose them for our wedding day 😊💐

Truly everything we envisioned (and then some!)

Mary Pearl is the best! We had a vision for a moody, jewel toned wedding and the flowers were absolutely perfect. Mary Pearl took our ideas and made them a million times better. She is an absolute joy to work with and very thoughtful, detail oriented and clear on considerations given our vision and January wedding. She brought so much joy to every part of the process and you can tell she truly cares about the customer. We also had multiple guests come up to us to comment on how beautiful the flowers were and my bridesmaids were so excited to see their corsages. I was stunned by how beautiful it all looked and am still thinking about it days later! Highly highly recommend Willow Branch Flowers.

More gorgeous than we even dreamed.

As with many women, I have been dreaming about my wedding since I was a little girl playing pretend. My husband and I also had a two-year long engagement, so I dreamed even more intensely about what everything would look like.

What we couldn't have predicted was how unbelievably gorgeous everything would look, because our florals were so vibrant and fresh and beautiful.

I have never seen flowers so bright and healthy as Willow Branch Flowers'. They really made everything else in our wedding pop, and I'm so happy I got my bouquet preserved so I can always have a piece of these gorgeous florals. I wanted a ton of citrus notes as well, and they brought real fruit! It was such a lovely touch. They were so easy to work with, very responsive, and even stayed after the ceremony to help set up the reception. The arch was easily my favorite part, but every table and votive and even the flower girls' petals were absolute perfection.

They are completely worth it and more. I HIGHLY recommend booking with them!

Beautiful vision!

The floral arrangements for my daughter's April wedding at Castle Hill were exquisite! I know they fulfilled her vision perfectly.
I loved the variety--the abundance of greens in the tall vases, the traditional sized arrangements, the charming single stem blooms--they all blended perfectly. The escort card "garden" was lovely, so pretty.
Every arrangement and bouquet was a dream but I do believe the most charming were the "tiny bouquets" and flower crowns for our adorable flower girls.
I received so many compliments on your work.

Stunning florals

Willow Branch was an absolute delight to work with. We really wanted a sustainable design with all local blooms and beeswax candles, and they made that a reality! Mary Pearl and Cathy were incredible to work with! They captured my vision board perfectly and the florals were absolutely stunning. I was in contact with them throughout the planning process, selecting details down to the compotes and bouquet ribbon color. They were also able to accommodate a last minute change from an indoor mantle arrangement to two beautiful outdoor urn arrangements. I highly, highly recommend them for your wedding florals! We had the privilege and honor to work with Willow Branch Flowers for our rehearsal dinner and our big day. I showed them inspiration and they took with it and ran. Every single piece of our details were perfect and pristine. Mary Pearl and Cathy helped respond to all of my suggestions, questions, and many many changes over the year of planning - for which I feel so grateful! They were so patient, kind, and lovely. Amazing Florals!

Willow Branch was our florist for our wedding in May, and we LOVED how all of the flowers/bouquets/boutonnieres turned out. Several of my bridesmaids and guests were raving about how pretty and well done the flowers were. They were very reasonably priced compared to some of the other crazy estimates we got and worked with us to customize our order for what we needed. We also switched to a head table somewhat last minute and they were able to change up the florals to work for that no problem. 10/10 would work with them again!

We loved working with Willow Branch

Willow Branch was a recommendation from our wedding planner & I could not have been more thrilled with the results. Sustainable floral practices were important to me for the big day, and Mary Pearl & Cathy fit what I was looking for in terms of foraging, using in-season / local blooms & composting after the event. Having a December wedding meant that I was looking for things that were white, green, and dusty blue, and I was very open to all options. I trusted in the vision that the ladies had for my big day and was totally blown away by everything they created for me. They were so flexible when I needed to adjust the order (very close to the day-of), responsive to email communication, and just generally pleasant to work with. It was an added bonus that they were able to provide candle arrangements along with the vases & holders - it meant that I didn't need to try and source / rent additional items. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for gorgeous flowers that won't break the bank and a duo that exudes passion about what they do.

Made my wedding beautiful

Where do I even begin? Hiring Willow Branch to do my florals was one of the best decisions I could have ever made. I first came across them when I was booking my venue and they were there setting up for a wedding. I got to see some behind the scenes of them setting up and I knew then I was going to hire them.
Mary was so awesome to work with. She took my many visions and brought them to life. I must have changed plans 1000 times and I would apologize for adding or changing items, and she would go out of her way to assure me that I was fine. She is so sweet, and they did a stunning job.
One of the items that I wanted was greenery on the beams of the venue ceiling, and she knocked it out of the park. She took a great deal in caring for my florals. She also stored some items I had bought to use in the table decor.
When we first spoke about florals, she created a mood board with items they would use, and it helped me see my vision of what I wanted. I know nothing about flowers, and she took the time to help me.
Mary is quick with responding to emails and was punctual!

Stunning Florals and Amazing Ladies!

The ladies at Willow Branch are top notch – both at their floral artistry and being amazingly kind. Throughout the planning process I changed up what I wanted with florals multiple times, even after the deadline, but they were always so kind and accommodating about it! When my Dad, last minute, told me he wanted a boutonniere they were so unbelievably kind about adding it in. The day of my wedding they truly went above and beyond to help transform my space into a floral oasis – and dealt with even more last minute changes from me. The arrangements were perfect and they really helped to bring the space together for our wedding. I truly cannot recommend Willow Branch enough and I hope I get to work with them again in the future!

Straight out of an enchanted garden

We couldn't have picked a better florist than Willow Branch Flowers for all of our bouquet and decorating needs! Simply put, Cathy and Mary Pearl have absolutely exquisite taste. They immediately understood the vision that I had in mind for my wedding and brought it to life with incredible creativity, whimsy, and attention to detail. My husband's favorite color is neon orange(!), and Cathy and Mary Pearl managed to honor his tastes by selecting a brighter ranunculus that complemented the peachier variations in my bouquet. Speaking of my bouquet - the proof is in the pictures. And when I walked into our reception space, I could only gasp at the naturalistic beauty that Cathy and Mary Pearl had artfully arranged in every vase and tucked into every corner of the space. Do yourself a favor and hire this incredible team!

Wonderful florists who went above and beyond to create arrangements for our wedding!

Absolutely amazing professional and creative florists who went above and beyond in making the most beautiful arrangements for our multicultural vineyard wedding. Mary Pearl and Cathy were so patient and kind in working with my now-husband and I when we had to postpone our wedding several times due to COVID. The inspiration boards that Mary Pearl and Cathy sent us after we simply described the color palettes/types of arrangements we hoped to include for our wedding were always on point, and we got many compliments about the flowers at our wedding. Also, just a month out from the wedding, I reached out to them about adding Bengali floral garlands as a traditional touch for our wedding; they happily obliged and knocked it out of the park!

I cannot thank Willow Branch Flowers enough for giving me the Pinterest wedding of my dreams! After my first inquiry, Mary Pearl & Cathy put together a mood board of colors, flowers, and ceremony ideas for me based on my Pinterest board. Amazing support, perfect flowers

Mary Pearl & Cathy were a dream to work with. We only had a vague sense of the direction we wanted to go with colors and flowers and they helped us make our (very) rough ideas a cohesive reality. They were responsive to our feedback and built a beautiful flower board that we ended up basing just about everything off of -- from bridesmaid dresses to cake design, and more. Seeing the bouquets for the first time absolutely took my breath away, and the small bud vases dotted around the room were perfect. And, at the last minute, when we realized we were going to have a big blank wall, they made the perfect suggestions to add some subtle, but beautiful, hanging greenery that helped bring the room to life. The setup they did at our venue was flawless, the bouquets were incredible, and we couldn't have been happier. I very much wish I could have a version of my bouquet in our house every day. A Dream to Work With

Mary Pearl and Cathy are AMAZING and such a joy to work with. We postponed our wedding 3 times and they were patient, understanding and flexible - truly the best vendors you could ask for during such a crazy time. They brought all my floral dreams to life (and within budget!). I sent them my photo inspiration and they knocked it out of the park. All of our guests raved about the flowers. We re-used them for a farewell brunch at a hotel the day after our wedding and the hotel staff were in awe. Book them now - trust me, you won't regret it!

AMAZING! Highly recommend!

Mary Pearl and Cathy are nothing short of AMAZING! They are so wonderful to work with and made the entire planning process stress-free. They are incredibly talented and brought my floral vision to life more than I could have asked. They are patient (answering many of my questions and happily pivoting when I changed my mind on things) and even came through on a last minute request the night before my wedding- bringing baby breath for my hair. The BEST! Not only were the flowers absolutely stunning, but working with Cathy and Mary Pearl was truly a pleasure. They are professional, they really listen to what you want, and they were so great in helping me figure out how to make the most of my tight budget. This floral team is the best!

Willow Branch took care of all of our floral needs for our big day May 8, 2021. They were flexible with our initial postponement due to the pandemic and spent a lot of time talking over the phone. I didn't have a super clear vision of what I wanted - but I showed some basic photos and they totally nailed it. They decorated our chuppah beautifully as well. They were super responsive by email, worked to make sure I had beautiful florals and stayed within my budget. I'm so grateful to have found them and would highly recommend.

Wonderful flowers and service

Willow Branch did a INCREDIBLE job with the flowers for our wedding! Due to CVOID-19, my now husband and I had to postpone our wedding multiple times, but Cathy and Mary Pearl worked with us through all of the changes without skipping a beat. As a planner, I've worked with many florists and I have to say that Willow Branch is one of the best! Vibrant Beauty

Mary Pearl and Cathy were excellent to work with. They sent us an idea board to start the process, knowing that we wanted bright, vibrant colors. When the flowers arrived on the day of the wedding I nearly cried they were so beautiful. They exceeded all of our expectations and then some! They were bright and fit our color scheme perfectly. Willow Branch Flowers is AMAZING!!

Cathy and Mary Pearl are just the nicest!!
I had a particular vision for my floral arrangements and it just seemed like they could read my mind of what I wanted! The vision board and proposals they provided were so great!
From our initial phone call, to having a meeting, to the countless emails we exchanged- they were absolutely wonderful to work with!
The amazing flowers, arrangements, bouquets, garlands- it was all beautiful!
They were nothing professional, communicative, and accommodating throughout this whole process and I was so appreciative. Even with a few weeks left before the wedding, I had emailed asked to add some arrangements and make a couple other changes, and they were so accommodating!!! It put my mind at such ease.

Beautiful flowers and lovely team!

We loved having Willow Branch Flowers beautify our wedding last weekend.

My mom and I first met with Cathy and Mary Pearl at our wedding venue last November, ahead of an originally-planned April wedding. When the coronavirus pandemic caused us to shuffle our wedding day to Sept. 5, they easily accommodates our change.

From my bridal bouquet and custom-made hair pin to the men’s’ boutonnières and table arrangements, our flowers were stunning. I didn’t know what exactly I wanted except for in-season flowers and a lot of color - and Cathy and Mary Pearl went above and beyond on delivering beautiful pastel florals! Lovely work and lovely to work with!

We reached out to Willow Branch to do flowers for our (second and socially-distanced) wedding with less than a month's time. The team did a phenomenal job of understanding our ideas and translating them into an elevated look for the evening and were on-board with our desire to not spend a ton, to use local and fresh, and to keep the feel of the wedding as a formal summer dinner party. On the day-of, they also made several adjustments to my bouquet and flower crown (with minutes to go before I walked down the aisle) and were so easy to collaborate with. We highly recommend them!

Gorgeous flowers and lovely people

We worked with Cathy and Mary Pearl at Willow Branch and were so pleased from day one to our wedding day. We met them at Veritas, our wedding venue, to discuss options, and they were so warm and helpful. My mother was going to help with the flowers, but was unable to, due to a family illness, and I was pretty stressed because she knows a lot about flowers and I'm fairly clueless! Cathy and Mary Pearl were very flexible with us, as my mom was touch and go for a while with helping/not helping, and I relied heavily upon them for recommendations while giving them vague direction. I put my full trust in them and they delivered magnificently, and worked within our budget without trying to oversell anything. Five stars!

Where do I even start with Cathy and Mary Pearl. From the upwards of 30 messages back and forth on Wedding Wire, to the email chain that was too large to open on my phone a month leading up to wedding, these 2 wonderful women are so passionate about what they do and it shoes in all of their work. None of the reviews or photos I was able to find of their work did it ANY justice, so I hope the ones I link will be able to showcase more. They took the time in email and in person to find out what exactly I was looking for when it came to florals for the whole wedding. They worked with our day of coordinator to decide on how the tables would look and flow together. They send me options, revisions, quotes, more revisions, more quotes, until I was satisfied—and I’m sure I wore them out, but they were nothing but understanding and sweet! Even when it came to decor like votives, they went out and purchased the suggested ones I sent them—how cool is that?? I also wanted a certain type of ribbon they didn’t normally stock, and I was able to source it, send it to them, and they used—again, so accommodating! Florals and decor, in my opinion, are the heart of any wedding ambiance and Cathy and Mary Pearl 100% understand that, and do a flawless job. Thank you SO MUCH for everything you did for us!

Exactly what we were looking for!

Cathy and Mary Pearl did a wonderful job on our wedding flowers! I told them our colors and they came up with beautiful arrangements that were better than I could have even imagined. I will say, because they use flowers that are in season they don't really do floral mock-ups. However, they did provide pictures of all the flowers they were planning on using and the types of bouquets they had done in the past. So while the exact arrangement was a bit of a surprise day of, I felt confident that it would be what we wanted. Great job, would highly recommend!

BEAUTIFUL bouquet, boutonniere, arbor, and centerpieces for a STEAL

I put a bunch of pictures together of bouquets, centerpieces and arbor decorations that I liked from weddings I saw online. Willow Branch took everything I wanted, everything I didn't like, and turned it into the most beautiful collection of flowers and greenery. I limited my order to one bouquet and one boutonniere and mostly greenery as the centerpieces to keep costs low and it was still just as beautiful as probably some very expensive pieces. Made our vision come to life!

Cathy and Mary Pearl are absolutely amazing! They were so committed and attentive to helping make our vision for our wedding come to life through the floral arrangements and accents, and everything just turned out so beautifully! Simply the best!

Cathy and Mary-Pearl were simply the best! Cathy was so calming & reassuring when we first spoke ( I called very late in the planning) and then volunteered to meet with me on a holiday weekend when we were visiting the venue (we were from out of state). Cathy was also so responsive and willing to work with all my last minute updates, some unavoidable. The morning of the wedding, both Cathy and Mary-Pearl couldn't have been more delightful, putting a bride at ease. Everything was set up beautifully and how they were able to find some of the colors of the flowers, I'll never know. Once I have pics, I will share, because everything was spectacular. Best in the area

Admittedly, when I started planning I didn't give much thought to flowers. Willow Branch, Mary and Cathy Pearl, were so sweet and met with me and my wedding planner a few times to make sure the flowers were perfect.

We loved working with Cathy and Mary Pearl!

From the beginning, Cathy and Mary Pearl were totally on board with our aesthetic vision and did an amazing job of working with us to achieve it. We did not come in with a lot of prior flower knowledge, so it was so helpful that their initial proposal was clearly laid out including items, prices, and what flowers they thought would fit our vision- including example pictures! It was by far the most helpful and best value proposal we came across. In refining the plan for the wedding day, they were wonderfully flexible in working with us to fit our vision and budget, including helping us identify which items would have the biggest impact (for example, we decided to do two large arrangements for the ceremony rather than an arbor so we could reuse them for the reception), providing vases to use bridesmaids bouquets for a portion of the centerpieces, providing our planner with buckets of extra blooms to add to cocktail tables and food trays, and adjusting our centerpiece order when our table arrangements changed after we had way more yes RSVPs than we anticipated!
On the wedding day they set up beautifully and seamlessly, even finishing early! My bouquet was vibrant and full of life and color just the way I’d hoped. My husband was really happy with how the boutonnieres made his groomsmen look sharp, and how his deep red ranunculus helped him stand out. All of the centerpieces and ceremony arrangements were gorgeous, and we were really happy with all of our results from Willow Branch!

Pick Willow Branch!

They were incredible the entire experience. I worked with them remotely, not meeting until the day of and I was floored! The flowers fit my aesthetic perfectly. They were quick to respond to any of my questions/additions from day one through email and phone. Out of all the florists I talked to, Willow Branch gave me the most confidence they understood my vision for the day, from the ceremony to the reception space to the bouquet and boutonnieres. And on the wedding day, they were wonderful and a calming presence! It all looked spectacular, and they were extremely professional and friendly. They even had extra ribbon colors for my bouquet in case we needed to switch at the last minute (since it was all chosen through emails), which we ended up needing. My bouquet was all I could have imagined with the copper tones, the eucalyptus, the feathers, berries, and a wild feel, I wish I could carry it everywhere. I could go on and on, but will just attach a few photos as evidence. I loved it all and can't recommend them enough!

Beautiful and affordable!

I feel so fortunate to have found Cathy and to have made the decision to have Willow Branch involved on our wedding day. Cathy was so incredibly flexible both with finding what I was looking for (flowers to replicate my favorite buds which weren’t in season) and working within our budget. She provided wonderful advice and really made an effort to understand what I had in mind. I live over two hours away from Charlottesville and I felt as if Cathy was close whenever I needed her. As the day got closer, she met with my husband and I when we were able to make it into town (in the middle of her crazy wedding season), and reassured me that she was on top of everything I had asked for. The flowers were everything I had in mind and they really completed the look of the venue. I can’t recommend Cathy highly enough if you’re looking for affordable yet beautiful flowers for your wedding.

Cathy and her team at Willow Branch were outstanding! They provided for the flowers for our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception (including the flowers for cake). Cathy was easy to communicate with throughout the whole planning process. I personally did not know much about flowers. I just knew generally what I was envisioning and would describe it to Cathy. I shared with Cathy my vision, primarily based on pictures from Pinterest, and Cathy managed to bring it to life in a way that was better than I could have imagined. I used Willow Branch for my wedding bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres and bulk flowers for centerpieces and cake. Everything was beautiful. I didn't have a specific design or flowers in mind, but was sent wonderful flower options to select from. Ultimately, I was very happy with how everything came out. Beautiful! The flowers were perfect for my fall vineyard wedding. I did need more bulk flowers than I had purchased, but we just supplemented with flowers from Whole Foods and Trader Joe's. Cathy worked with me from the beginning to find the perfect flowers for our wedding. She responded to each email promptly and sent her own out following up or checking in which reassured me my wedding was a priority to her. I sent her pictures of what kinds of flowers I wanted her to draw inspiration from and her creations were even better than I could have imagined! She was also very accommodating whenever anything changed, volunteering to get new pieces that would work better for the color scheme I had in mind or when I had fewer tables than I originally planned, she simply offered to create a more elaborate decor for the head table instead. She also came up with creative ideas on how to repurpose some of my ceremony flowers into the reception so nothing went unused/missed. Cathy and her team at Willow Branch Flowers came highly recommended by two different friends who had recently married in Charlottesville. From the beginning, she was quick to answer questions, provide pricing, suggest flowers based on the season, and also recommend decor ideas based on her prior work at venue. I provided her with some high level feedback, and after our walk through together at the venue, I knew that I could trust her professional judgment and was exited to see what she would create! She went above and beyond to develop the vision for our wedding day and the flowers exceeded our expectations! I should also add that her price quotes are very reasonable given the quality of the flowers, the artistry involved in the arrangements, and the level of service provided throughout. I could not recommend Cathy more- she was amazingly wonderful to work with and the fall wildlfower look she put together for our Oct 2017 vineyard wedding was beyond incredible. Family and friends continue to talk about how beautiful and perfect the flowers were, and we joke that they steal the show in all our photographs. I explained what I was looking for and Cathy immediately knew what I wanted and provided great ideas and examples. She took the time to meet with me at the venue ahead of time and brought the most beautiful sample that was EXCATLY what I wanted, based solely off emails. We absolutely loved our flowers from Willow Branch. When I first reached out to Cathy, I simply told her that I envisioned wildflowers. I had such a great experience from beginning to end. Cathy was quick to respond to my initial inquiry, and she was very thorough at assessing my needs and desires for my wedding flowers via email. I was planning my Keswick, VA wedding from Charleston, SC, and I had very little knowledge about flowers. When I flew into Charlottesville for some initial planning, Cathy had no problem driving all the way into town to meet me. During this first meeting, Cathy was so sweet and highly informative, and I could tell we were instantly on the same page with my floral design. From then on, the entire process was such a breeze, and Cathy was very flexible any time I had any changes to make. The best part of all, of course, was wedding day and seeing all our ideas come to life (even better than I had imagined)!! Cathy and her team did an amazing job and worked so efficiently. I've never seen so many faces light up/tear up with joy as when they delivered my bouquet and bridesmaid bouquets. Like a dream come true. Worth every penny and would do it all again with Willow Branch!!

Willow Branch was amazing to work with for my wedding floral needs! The owner Cathy was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process - excited to bring her floral suggestions to the table based on our wedding colors, quick to respond with direct and informative answers, easy to coordinate day of logistics with, and even willing to bring last minute extra supplies like pedestals to the Chapel to show off the altar arrangements more. I had a unique situation where we used my mother's dried limelight hydrangeas in the arrangements. Cathy was more than willing to accommodate this request and was excited for a challenge. She was very flexible meeting the week of the wedding to get her the supplies needed.

Willow Branch also worked with my mother in law to design the rehearsal dinner flowers. We gave a somewhat abstract request of a whimsical arrangement that didn't look like a standard arrangement and also would not compete with the wedding arrangements (as the rehearsal dinner arrangements were used for the cocktail hour area the day of the wedding). Cathy worked with my mother in law on a couple mockup examples to perfect the look my mother in law was going for. Cathy's creativity and natural talent really showed through in these pieces and we were thrilled with how they turned out!!

Look no further - I would highly, highly recommend Willow Branch to everyone!

We loved Willow Branch! The flowers were gorgeous -- Cathy turned my vague directions into beautiful reality. We got lots of compliments on the wedding arbor, bouquets, and place settings. Cathy truly is an artist! From the very beginning, her communication was timely and we talked (either in person or by email) several times leading up to the big day! She was patient with my requests, but also offered creative suggestions, which were so much better! She took my vision and completely blew it away with the bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, centerpieces, greenery garlands, and the CAKE FLORALS (OMG!). We got married in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia and it was important to us to have seasonal flowers that looked wild - almost hand picked - but that were also elegant and timeless. Cathy totally delivered and it was a fairytale! I even had guests coming up to me telling me how good the entire venue smelled (it was the eucalyptus). Cathy is phenomenal! She took the inspirational photos I sent her and created pieces that were better than I could have imagined. She met with me 10 months before our wedding with a mock-up bouquet, boutonniere, and sample center piece and I was in LOVE. On the day of, she and her team came in and utterly transformed our venue. The flowers were breathtaking and not only visually transformed the barn, but aromatically transformed the barn as well! I can't sing her praises enough! Three months before my wedding, our original floral vendor became a nightmare and we were forced to start over. Cathy Coyle and Willow Branch saved the day! From the first phone call, I knew we were onto something good and boy was I right! Prior to meeting we gave Cathy our ideas and when she met us at the venue, she had already constructed a plan and we were amazed by how in-line our thoughts were. She really put us at ease and we left that first meeting with confidence that Cathy would make our visions come through. She was receptive to our ideas and opinions and her response time with questions was lightening fast!
Our florals were absolutely stunning and we couldn't have been happier. Her floral prices were fantastic and she offered use of many decorative items at extremely reasonable prices. Not only did we save money using Willow Branch, we saved a ton of stress! After that very first meeting, I just knew she'd get it right and I never worried about our florals again. Boy did she nail it!!

Cathy Coyle was a lifesaver for our wedding. We had a florist lined up to do our personals, but she fell through a few weeks before the wedding. f I could give more than five stars, I would. Cathy was an absolute delight to work with - flexible, understanding, and responsive. Even more importantly, her flowers were absolutely stunning. I do not have the most artistic eye, but Cathy was able to take my somewhat limited vision and knowledge and turn them into something incredible. When I walked into our venue on the afternoon of our wedding and saw the flowers for the first time, I was moved to tears. I did not know I could love flowers that much. But they truly helped to make our wedding day picture book perfect. We got countless compliments throughout the day, and as I write this review I am staring at my bouquet, which is still gorgeous days later. I cannot recommend Cathy highly enough.

Cathy Coyle was fantastic to work with and the flowers that she provided exceeded expectations. My husband and I had many ideas that included adding charms to the boutonnieres and the bouquets which turned out great! We were always on the same page and she had many suggestions that improved our original ideas and allowed us to maximize our budget. The only instructions we gave Cathy were the wedding colors and the request that she use as many locally sourced flowers as possible. Then, we relaxed and waited to be surprised. You see, Cathy is an artist with flowers. We knew that what she would come up with would be so much better than we could have imagined. So, beyond asking her to be reasonable with a budget, we gave her free rein. She checked out the wedding and reception venue, consulted with our planner, then figured out what would go where and simply produced magic. We were wowed!!!
I realize that it's kind of crazy to place so much trust in a vendor for one's wedding but Cathy Coyle is that good. That she's easy, flexible and fun to work with goes without saying. Cathy is a pro in every regard. Hire her.

Flowers were never a huge deal to me. Of course I wanted things to look nice but I didn't know much about flowers and didn't care too much (among other things I cared for in regards to my wedding) for flowers. Well, Cathy did an amazing job, regardless! When my bouquet showed up that afternoon, I couldn't stop saying how beautiful it was and how much I loved it! She did such a great job! From our ceremony flowers, to the bridesmaids bouquets, to the baby's breath and "tree cookies" we had on the tables, everything turned out stunning. Hiring Cathy at Willow Branch to design the flowers for our wedding turned our wedding from a fun party into a fairytale event. I had some unusual ideas about the floral arrangements but she ran with it and made everything look even better than I could have imagined. Half the reason I look at the photos from our wedding is to admire the bouquets once more. Cathy is very professional while at the same time making you feel like you are talking to an old friend. Willow Branch provided flowers for my wedding at Wintergreen, VA in September and I could not have been happier. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and they provided exception service. They even set up the flowers in the mason jars along the aisle up at the top of the mountain, which was a huge help on my busy wedding day. My bridal bouquet was perfect - exactly what I wanted. Cathy Coyle was an absolute delight to work with. She provided beautiful arrangements for our rehearsal dinner at The Space and then of course for the ceremony and reception at DelFosse Winery the next day. She patiently listened and bounced our nebulous ideas around into a solid plan. Cathy did an amazing job with my flowers!! She met with me on two separate occasions at the venue one to discuss what I like and what my vision was for the big day and two to pick up a handkerchief that I wanted to place around the flowers. She was very timely on getting back to my questions and went above and beyond what I expected!! The flowers were not the "normal every day flowers " that you see, these were BEAUTIFUL arrangements all around hats off to this woman she's good at what she does!

We were elated with Cathy Coyle of Willow Branch's magical florals many of which she grew herself. Her flower arrangements were absolutely stunning. From the lavender and garden flower bouquets, the breathtaking Chuppah flowers, the aisle Mason jar flowers and the absolutely gorgeous colorful rustic arrangements on the tables that were just perfect with the bride and groom's homemade pies -- everything was just what they wanted. Our family and friends marveled at how beautiful everything looked. Not only were we pleased, but also so happy with how easy it was to work with Cathy; how she really listened and beautifully created even more than we had envisioned, all at an affordable price. What a gem!

Cathy Coyle is softspoken, creative, cooperative, and kind. We reworked our ideas for the ceremony flowers a couple of different times and she was unfailingly prompt and thorough. She stuck by her estimates, showed up exactly when she said she would, offered helpful and excellent advice, oversaw al the little set-up details, listened carefully to color and foliage ideas; she was easy going and helpful when things were a bit frazzled before the ceremony, and I cannot thank her enough for her wonderful help. She was an absolute star on our vendor team. We received so many compliments about the decor and the centerpieces, and Cathy took our budget concerns in perfect stride. Beautiful Flowers

I worked with Cathy Coyle at Willow Branch, she was very friendly and professional. We had many last minute changes and she showed to be flexible and accommodated our every needs. Cathy helped me pick out flowers by going over the different types in season and by showing me lots of pictures. My bouquet came out beautiful! It was the perfect combination of neat flowers while still looking wild, which was exactly what I asked for. We rented lanterns and candles for the tables and she laid out loose flowers and greenery around it for added decoration. The next day Cathy and her associate organized picking up the vases and lanterns with the venue so we would not need to worry about it. We highly recommend Willow Branch to anyone looking for flowers!

Willow Branch did our reception flowers and they were absolutely amazing. Kathy has an eye for detail and balance. She also grows her own flowers, which means she knows her product. She worked really well with our color pallet and pulled in all the flowers we wanted while staying within our budget. We really appreciated she worked within what many would see as a smaller budget to design beautiful arrangements. I thought she really listened to what we wanted and really pulled the whole venue together.
