What can I say besides "exceptional"? My husband and I got married at the Owl and Olive venue on May 27th and Amy and Stephen were nothing short of amazing.
We paid for the two day rental package and had our rehearsal dinner there, catered by Owl and Olive themselves! The rehearsal dinner food was delicious, and they showed so much attention and care to our family and friends. They were easy to communicate with, and very responsive to any questions or concerns we had.
The day of the ceremony, Amy worked fantastically with my coordinator and it all went off without a hitch. The outdoor ceremony site is gorgeous and everything we dreamed of. Of course, the inside of the old barn where we had our reception is stunning. Their permanent string lighting creates a warm, welcoming feeling and we both felt "at home". There was little need for "decoration" besides some centerpieces and florals, because the grounds and barn are just that pretty.
The grounds were lovely, full of lush grass, shady trees, and flowers. It was well kept and tidy; no doubt a labor of love from the owners.
The venue's bridal suite also doubles as the honeymoon suite which they offer for the night of the ceremony. We took advantage of the convenient location and stayed the night, it was such a relaxing night (after a busy and hectic day!) listening to the sounds of the river.
Amy and Stephen did everything in their power to make sure our big day was as perfect as possible, and we can't thank them enough for it! -

Our daughters wedding day turned out perfect. The owners are great people that were there to help with anything we asked. I couldn't imagine there being a better place out there to have had the wedding , between all the available options , the scenery and the owners it is perfect. Highly recommend! -

Absolutely Amazing Day!
Steven and Amy are fantastic hosts and it truly shows how much they value their venue. The barn is gorgeous, the cafe is amazing and the property is fantastic! Our wedding in the fall was beautiful, and everything went off without a hitch thanks to their attentiveness to their venue, and their response times for any and all questions that we had were super quick! The catering through Table 47 was delicious! If you are planning a wedding or any event, I highly recommend Owl & Olive! -

We have booked Willapa Hills Farm for our August 2019 wedding and so far they have been wonderful. There are multiple sites to chose from for the ceremony and the barn is gorgeous. The area for the bride is amazing as well! -

It was a dream day. If you are looking for a rustic and beautiful setting for your wedding, Willapa Hills Farm is perfect for you. I can’t say enough about how wonderful our day was.

Baylee Sent on 07/10/2019The Farm is absolutely beautiful, and it's so nice that you have the indoor, and outdoor option for ceremony/reception/etc!
The Farm was just such a beautiful location, secluded- but also close enough to the city the guests had places for lodging close by. We were able to have our ceremony down by in a grass field, overlooking the river, with trees above us. The loft of the barn makes for a stunning reception (or for ceremony too) area, and worked great for our big day. -

Beautiful venue and unlimited opportunity’s to take beautiful pictures. Overall I’m pleased to how the venue looked on our arrival and the communication with Amy the owner was great. The new bathrooms on location were under construction when a proposal was signed . It was suppose to be done by our wedding date however, it never got done 6 months later. Also I was told the grass patch next to the front of the barn was going to be manicured and able to use on rehearsal dinner day and that was not finished as well. The path to the ceremony down by the river was more dirt than mulch which was a bummer and could of been more “wedding day ready” on our arrival. With that being said, this venue was still worth it and I don’t regret anything. It’s so relaxing and worth the drive for the special day. Getting photos over at the other property across the river was worth it all. If your looking for a peaceful and country setting for a wedding Willapa hills is the place.

Beautiful Venue Horrible Management
Due to COVID we had to reschedule our wedding date. We had already signed a contract with this venue which was an amazing location. However the overall service was the poorest quality of management I’ve ever experienced including multiple vendors helping our wedding commenting on this. When COVID first happen and we tried to reschedule, we were told that we could not reschedule a Saturday because they wanted to keep open for future customers. During this time of COVID they increased their prices which resulted in less favorable attitude towards versus other customers. This including emailing several times over a couple months with no response. We randomly showed just to be able to talk with them. During this visit we were told we could use their cafe downstairs which wasn’t there on our initial booking. This was agreed on verbally but then one day before our wedding it was rescinded. This resulted in last minute changes that we were not prepared for. During set up, the groom had to even change out light bulbs on their lights. Charter buses were limited to certain areas due to their good gravel. Parking had to rearranged because there were no signs directing people which seems like a very simple remedy that this venue can’t seem to figure out. We were constantly being monitored throughout the night. Again this is a beautiful location but please be cautious of the unprofessional and un-accommodating behavior of the venue management.
Oh and 175 cannot fit in this comfortably. -
