    I first met Sharyl at a bridal show. I was highly impressed at that moment when she, out of all the vendors there, was the only one to really give me ideas and suggestions on the spot. We soon set up an appointment and when we met we couldn't have felt more at ease or welcome! I came in with a picture, as most brides do, and explained that this was what we were basing the colors around. After that, she listened to the flowers I like, and don't like, and we came up with a spectacular bouquet and centerpiece. She really listened to what I had to say, and it was easy talking to her. Not only did we come up with wonderful arrangements and bouquets, but we also got to take home some flowers that day! After we decided on the flowers and colors, she ran back to the stock room and brought out those flowers and made a mock bouquet on the spot for us to take home! All in all I loved working with Wilhide's and I have recommended them to everyone I know!

    Our flowers were beautiful. There was a slight issue with the mens flowers but they straightened it out. We went with a very simple floral design and very last minute and they were super accommodating!

    The folks at Wilhide\'s were fantastic, and I\'d order from them again for any sort of event. The quality of their flowers were superb. A sample carnation they gave us looked beautiful a good 3 weeks out. And the carnations we ordered are looking much the same now a good week plus out from the wedding. The staff are very friendly and mindful if you\'re on a budget, always willing to give suggestions for more affordable alternatives for a similar look. The one thing that was a tad tricky was getting them to respond quickly via email. I\'m sure a phone call would\'ve been faster, especially since it was around Mothers\' Day and they were having computer problems. But if you work during the day and rely on email to help with planning, this could get tricky. I had to wait for a few days at times to get responses to questions about flower substitutions etc. Things boiled down to the wire towards my wedding day. But somehow the contract and everything was done with a couple weeks to go. And I was very pleased with the results! So give yourself plenty of time to communicate with them if you rely on email.

    In general we were pleased, but the groom's flower was nothing like the picture I submitted and I didn't realize the toss bouquet would be only 4 roses. At the final appointment, we met with a less experienced person rather than the person we met with at the initial meeting. The staff were friendly and they did make very helpful suggestions.

    I absolutely detested every minute of working with this florist. It started out ok, but once I got the cost of the flowers, it was too late to switch to another florist. Their flowers were extremely overpriced and the woman i met with, charyl, ,didn't have a clue what she was doing. when i was able to sit down with the owner, i finally was able to get somewhere with the flowers i wanted at a price i could afford. however, when the flowers were delivered in the wedding day, they were not at all what i had asked for. i specifically said i wanted NO greens in the bouquets but the bouquets were mostly green filler with a few flowers thrown in. my bouquet was supposed to be entirely white, but ended up having more green in it than white. overall, i would NEVER recommend this florist (at least the EC location) to anyone!!!!

    Ashley was impossible to work with. During our 9 months of planning, we only met her once, and mostly had to communicate through email. Our flowers were beautiful, however, they were very plain and boring. Our theme was black and white and the colors were supposed to pop within the flowers and they ended up giving us white flowers with greenery. BORING and super disappointing for the amount of money we paid for them.
